I never created Superman TAS.

Supergirl tilted her head to the side the minute Reverend Amos Howell smiled and appeared with a small bag. She blinked twice. ''I had no idea where you were. I was busy with battling a Smallville creature minutes ago,'' she said. Supergirl remained near the kitchen table.
Squinting, she attempted to use her x-ray vision when Amos glowered.

''Don't wreck your surprise!'' Amos snapped.

''You forgot to mention the fact that you're vulnerable to x-rays.'' Supergirl smiled. ''You shouldn't worry. I wasn't going to use my x-ray vision on you.''

Amos continued to glower.

''Glad to hear it.''

Amos gave the bag to Supergirl before she opened it. He thought her eyes widened for a moment. He viewed her removing a hamburger with fries.
''Your reward for being so helpful recently. Helping with farm tasks. Not falling asleep when I give sermons recently,'' he said.

Supergirl gave a tiny smile. ''Thanks.'' She bit into her hamburger and glanced at Amos.

''You never bought anything for yourself?''

''No.'' Amos went to one counter and gathered items for a sandwich. ''I'm happy if you are,'' he said.

After Supergirl shrugged, she smiled again and ate a bit more of the hamburger.
