PROLOGUE:
The Wallace House - 11:23 PM - Haddonfield, Illinois - Halloween
1978
Dr Samuel Loomis, 51, just shot psychoic serial killer Michael Myers, 21. He ran downstairs and ran outside to see The Shape breathing heavily, losing blood. "I've tried to help you, Michael, but I realize that you can't be helped. Goodbye Michael." Loomis aims his revolver to Michael's head and is about to shoot. "DON"T SHOOT!" screamed Lee Brackett, the sheriff of Haddonfield. "Have you forgotten? IT killed your daughter!" shouted Loomis. "Doctor, listen, if you kill him, you'll be no better then him! Let the court system deal with him, he'll get the chair!" said Brackett. Loomis had to think about it, but he knew he was right. As the ambulance takes Michael away, Loomis knew the Evil had won, but at least Michael won't hurt anyone because he was now in a coma.
Haddonfield Court House - 1:30 PM - May 15
1979
Everyone entered the court room and sat down. Michael Myers wasn't there, he was still at the hospital. "We would like to call Laurie Strode to the stand." ordered the jury. Laurie looked directly at Dr Loomis. "He came to me, across the street, the house, the closet... he won't die, IT won't die!" About 2 hours later, the Jury came back with the verdict. "We the people find Michael Audrey Myers guilty of all four accounts of first degree murder." The Judge agreed. "I hereby sentence him to life at Smith's Grove Sanatarium without the possiblity of parol, under the care of Doctor Samuel Loomis." Loomis told the Judge "I pray he would burn in hell, but in my heart, I knew Hell would not have him." Loomis looked after Michael up until his death in 1995. Laurie went to college, married Ben Tramer, had a daughter, and had a good job. But Laurie's depression continued to haunt her until she drank herself to death.
