Lucy wanted Kate. She rolled over in her bed and thought about her options. She could take a risk and text her, or she could play it safe and ignore her wishes. She decided on the first option, so she grabbed her phone and slowly dialed her number.

"What do you want?" Kate asked, irritated.

"Um, can I come over?" Lucy asked shyly. Kate's heart fluttered as she contemplated her options.

"Fine. Um, bring pizza or something?" she replied. Lucy grinned and nodded.

"Pepperoni and sausage?" she asked.

They were sitting at the counter eating pizza when Kate started to wonder why Lucy was actually there.

"So, um, why are you actually here?" Kate asked.

"I, um, I need to talk to you," Lucy whispered.

"About the Griffin case?" Kate asked.

"No, um, no," she whispered back

"Then what do you want?" Kate asked, visibly annoyed. She felt like Lucy was purposely teasing her, what with her dangerously low-cut blouse and tight jeans.

"I, um, I think I'm falling in love with you," Lucy whispered, tears of shame in her eyes. Her cheeks were red with embarrassment and shame. Kate stood up and slowly took Lucy's hand in hers. She led her to the bed and gently pushed her down. Kate quickly pulled Lucy's shirt over her head and started kissing her toned stomach. Lucy moaned and started tugging at Kate's shirt. She pulled it over Kate's head and grinned. They were making out when Kate started tugging at Lucy's jeans. She was fumbling with the buttons when Lucy perked her chest. Kate happily took the invitation and started teasing Lucy's nipples, one with her mouth and one with her hand. once they were both in their bras and underwear, Kate pulled Lucy on top of her and caressed her thighs. They kissed again and rested their foreheads together.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Kate whispered.

"Yeah," Lucy mumbled as they kissed.

"What's Tennant going to say?" Kate asked.

"I don't care," Lucy mumbled. Kate nodded and slowly unhooked Lucy's bra, letting it fall between them. She tossed it to the side as Lucy started tugging at Kate's bra. They were making out when Kate slowly slid her hand down Lucy's panties. She gently pulled them off. Lucy kissed her lips and started tugging off Kate's panties. They continued to kiss as Kate tugged the blankets over them. Lucy trailed her hands down and started gently rubbing Kate's clit. Kate moaned and grabbed handfuls of Lucy's hair.

About thirty minutes later, the pair was laying under the covers together, both catching their breaths.

"What are we gonna do about work? They can never find out," Kate whispered. Lucy moved over and pressed a kiss to her lips.

"Shh. It'll be fine. As far as they'll ever know, I came over to work on a case. We fell asleep and decided to carpool. Okay?" Lucy murmured.

"But you want to keep doing this, right? After a while this'll get suspicious," Kate whispered nervously.

"Do you care? You don't work for her," Lucy whispered. Kate responded by moving her hand down to Lucy's upper thigh and pulling her leg a little higher. She gently kissed Lucy, then hugged her a little. "Shh. We'll figure it out, okay? As long as we can keep it hidden at work, we can hide this. Okay?" she whispered.

"I don't want you to get in trouble," Kate responded, caressing Lucy's back.

"I won't. And you won't either. I'm NCIS. You're DIA. It'll be okay, I promise," she murmured. They shared another kiss, then Kate reached over and turned off the light. She hugged Lucy again, then kissed her forehead.

"Good night, beautiful," she murmured. Lucy hugged her back, then kissed her neck.

"Night, Katey," she whispered back. Kate gently swatted her head.

"How many times have I told you not to call me that?" she asked, but she wasn't really upset. Lucy seemed to quiet down a little, so Kate kissed her head. Lucy smiled and trailed her hand down to Kate's hips. "Settle down, silly. Go to sleep, 'kay?" she whispered. Lucy smiled, then kissed her and closed her eyes. She fell asleep using Kate as her pillow.
