The skies around Amity park were dark and stormy this monday morning as all the students rushed into the school not to get caught in the feared downpour. The three friends Danny, Sam and Tucker were walking calmly into the school as everyone was scurrying past them ignoring them. To the pleasure of Danny everyone was ignoring him instead of crowding him and bugging him. He looked to the sky and felt a cringe as the skies lit up with lightning and his ghost sense was acting crazy as if he were just reborn as a halfa and didn't control his powers.
"Hey, Danny is something the matter?" the goth Sam asked before reaching for his hand and held it in her own. She quickly removed her hand from his and wrapped it in her other hand. "You're freezing Danny. What's the matter?" she asked while her eyes were full of worry. He just shrugged.
"Maybe it's a new power." he simply stated before walking into the building to his displeasure the students started to group up and berate him with questions. Asking him for autographs and seeing if they could try out for his team. He groaned as he could smell a strong perfume to his horror as he turned around to a tramply dressed young woman.
"Danny darling, when will you break up with that goth loser and join your destiny with me and the alphas of the school?" she asked while jumping at danny, hoping her womanly features would move his intentions to her.
A loud thunder struck the school's entrance causing everyone inside to jump back and stare at the entrance as a lone male walked through the entrance not minding the thunder and lightning. He was wearing a hooded cloak and as he stepped inside he removed the hood of the cloak. He had tangled hair that were nothing but knots, his face pale as if he hadn't seen daylight in years. His teeth were pure yellow as he didn't mind the stares he was given. He noticed Danny and smirked. "You're the kid who saved the world last year?" he asked Danny who flinched as the kid's voice sounded raspy as it seemed that his throat was clogged with something.
"Y...eah." was all Danny could speak before his ghost sense activated as he saw a metallic man who had a jetpack landing before the school. Danny sighed, "can you tell Mr. Lancer I will be late again..?" he asked his two friends who nodded their heads before sighing.
"Welp, it is time for our final showdown. As a master hunter as I am. You will be no match for my upgraded arsenal." the metallic being said smirking to himself as he saw Danny roll his eyes.
"I'm going ghost." Danny yelled as he transformed into his ghostly half. To his surprise skulker was just standing there as if he was in a daze. "What kind of trick is this?" Danny said, sending a blast at Skulker, snapping Skulker out of his daze. Who managed to dodge the blast sending a missile towards the school.
Danny immediately created a shield to protect the school.
"Shouldn't we be running?" asked the new student stood there confused. "Don't worry, when I was mayor I had every public building and some private homes instal anti ghost technology." Tucker said before smiling to himself proudly.
"Yeah, before you had to resign after you tried to make mini skirts mandatory to all residents." Sam shot back laughing to herself. "And don't forget what the city councilmen said when you tried to run again."
"No one under the age of 21 can run for mayor. I think they were being petty for losing to me when I was elected after Vlad became crazier than ever, he lost his mind." Tucker said before snapping his fingers and a shield appeared protecting the school.
"Uhh, so does this protect against all kinds of energy?" the new student asked. While moving his hands on the wall. "No, just spectral energies." Tucker said before turning his back and heading towards his classroom. Unaware of the interest the new student had in the fight.
The ghost boy shot ghostly beams at the hunter of the ghost zone causing him to fall backwards before regaining his balance. The mechanical armoured ghost shot a dozen rockets towards the school and anyone stupid enough to be beyond the ghostly shields. The young Phantom sprung into action as he created multiple clones of himself each reaching the rockets destination before the rockets and shielding those who were in danger. Skulker unleashed a new technique that shot at each of the clones and destroyed them each. Skulker eyes turn a mixture of crimson and aquamarine as they unleashed a violent beam at the phantom causing him to revert to his human side.
On the ground and helpless young Daniel Fenton looked towards the school and his friends with sorrow in his eyes as he knew this would be his end as skulker unsheathed the dagger in his suit and forcelly choked Danny. "Any last words, Welp? I would like to hear your final moments before you become a rug before my bed." Skulker laughed as he closed in the distance between his dagger and Danny's throat. "Sam I wish I could have asked you to prom before this. Remember I will always love you." were all Danny could say before choking in tears.
Just before skulker could tear the throat out of the young phantom, a vortex of ectoplasma appeared and sucked the two ghosts into it.
