"I have the pow-"

Pain. He felt something hit his back and through his stomach. Adam could feel the blood trickling down his chin and he looked down.

His heart dropped as he saw,he turned his head slowly and saw Skeltor staring at him grimly. Adam tried to speak, but the only thing that came out was desperate gurgles as blood spilled out of his mouth.

He felt something press firmly onto his back and he soon met the ground.

He stared at the ceiling of Castle Grayskull. He could hear voices as he felt a pair of hands press against his wound in an attempt to stop the bleeding. Someone was crying, he could feel their tears fall onto his ace.

He knew that a lot was going on, but just couldn't process it.

He remembered Mossman's words to him as his vision seemed to fade.

You must decide if you are okay with becoming a forest."

Adam looked at the walls of Grayskull. It truly was beautiful. He remembered going to the woods as a little boy and picking herbs for potions with his uncle Keldoor, finding Cringer. The sword.

He had so many happy memories when it came to the forest. Adam smiled softly. He wouldn't mind becoming a part of the forest.

He could hear the person screaming at him, begging him not to close his eyes.

But it was too late.

Teela watched as her best friend die a second time. She watched as his chest stopped rising and falling. She closed her eyes for a moment before glaring at Skeletor or what had once been him. He was the self proclaimed Skelgod.

"How could you?" She yelled.

He said nothing to her.

He simply walked over to her, not not her. Adam.

She felt herself be thrown away from Adam's still body.

"Stay away from him!" She cried.

But he ignored her.
"My poor little nephew." He brushed Adam's locks out of his face. "I do wish things could have been different."

He stood over Adam's body just for a moment as if paying his respects to the young man he had just killed.

Not noticing how the vines on the walls were stretching their way to them.

Teela was about to cry out once more but the vines slowly encased Adam's body. For a brief moment Teela thought she saw Mossman kneeling over Adam whispering to him.

"What are you doing?" Skelgod hissed at the vines.

But it was too late.

The vines encased Adam in a cocoon.

Skelgod roared as the green refused to let go of his nephew's body. He was about to blast it but Beastman grabbed his hand.

"Boss, wait!" He screamed."

Skeletor growled in annoyance. "I need to heal the wound."

He glared at Beastman "He wasn't supposed to die!" He roared.

Beastman only pointed to the cocoon, staring at something.

Skeletor turned around and saw something breaking out of the vines. Hands broke free, clawing their way out.

A familiar form jolted up, gasping for air.

Teela watched in amazement as Adam crawled out of the viney cocoon.

At least it looked like Adam but some things were different about his appearance.

He seemed to have a green tint to his skin, the white of his eyes were now a bright shade of green, his puppies non existent, but the bright blue was still there.

Adam stumbled out, tripping over his feet but streading himself just as fast.

Adam stared at his hands. A look of confusion on his face before he turned to his uncle.

"What did you do to me?" He whispered .

Skeletor said nothing as he looked at what his nephew had become.

Adam felt anger take over. The plants seeming to respond to his fury.

"I said." He hissed, one hand touching where he had been stabbed. Instead of a scar there was a cluster of flowers where the wound had been.

"What did you do to me?!"
