The feeling of the sun rays on her face dragged her gently from her slumber, she laid there for a moment before getting up and ready for the academy. She made some bacon and eggs as well as letting Helios out to hunt for some food, she knew he would met her at the academy when he was finished, before heading to the academy, after eating her food. By the time she made it to the classroom, there was only a couple of students waiting, Sasuke and Shikamaru included. She took her seat next to Sasuke and after a few minutes Helios slithered through the door that she had left open for when he arrived.

Through out the next half hour everyone else trickled in with Iruka being the last. Naruto had actually come on time which was a surprise in itself and throughout the rest of the day, after the first hour which had been used for revision, was full of exams and people either going home having graduated or heading to their designated class having failed the exam.

By the end of the day, only ten had graduated, Nightshade having passed with flying colours. She headed to the bar, she has special permission to drink as she can't get drunk and as alcohol is a form of poison it was food to her, when she arrived she made sure she had the paperwork that the Hokage had given her, that allowed her to purchase alcohol and so the business doesn't get into trouble for giving her alcohol. She had some of the strong stuff, slightly bummed out that she doesn't feel the effects of the alcohol.

The barmaid and bartender were thrown off at the fact the she wasn't even getting slightly tipsy and that the alcohol had no effect on her. Many started betting on how long till she was tipsy then there were others who challenged her to a drinking competition. She left the bar rich and others left the bar pissed that they lost so much money and/or lost a drinking competition against an eleven year old while others just left shit faced.

She headed in the direction of her apartment, only making it half way when she was attacked from behind. Turning to her attacker, she identified the man as a Root ANBU member. She took a defensive stance, purple scales appeared on her arms, the sleeves of her coat disappeared. The ANBU member halted to a stop before hesitating.

"What do you want?" snarling she focused her chakra into her hands. When the ANBU didn't answer, Nightshade listened to his soul. If I don't finish my mission, Danzo-sama will kill me. "You can tell your Danzo-sama that he can go fuck himself, so piss off!" she growled, as the ANBU disappeared for a second before appearing in front of her with a kunai in hand. Shielding herself from the attack, she took a swipe at the ANBU nicking their arm with a poisoned claw before she disappeared from sight.

Appearing in her apartment where she moved to her favourite chair sat in front of the hearth, keeping her warm, collapsing on it, Helios moved over to her bringing some belladonna in a bowl. She devoured them quickly, regaining her strength, moving to the bathroom where she got ready for bed before she hit the hay passing out letting darkness embrace her with welcoming arms. She had no nightmares that night.

The warm rays of the sun littered her face, gently pulling her from her dark abyss. She laid there for a couple of minutes before getting up and getting ready for orientation before heading off to get her photo done. She passed by Kakashi's place, who had only just exited.

"Hey Nightshade, off to get your ID done, are ya?" he questioned with a closed eye smile, tilting his head slightly to the left.

"Yea, I am but I need to talk to the Hokage about something and find out why I was attacked last night, by an ANBU Black Ops." Kakashi paled at this information that he received before rage filled him. Damn that Danzo, he must have received information on Nightshade. "You wanna come with me to the Hokage' office?" her face held a slight sneer and her voice uninterested. Kakashi nodded slightly as the two walked to the academy, both lost in thought. By the time they made it, Kakashi had pulled out his porn and Helios had caught up.

Turning to the secretary, "we need to see the Hokage. It's urgent" Kakashi stated.

"He's free now, you may go through," the lady replied. As they walked through the door after knocking to see the Third battle the worst demons known to mankind…paperwork.

"Good morning, Kakashi, Nightshade. How are you two this morning? Aren't you suppose to be getting your ID done now?" Lord Third questioned, curious as to why these two were there that morning.

"Last night I was attacked by ANBU Black Ops. I don't know what he wanted, all I know was that he was worried that his Danzo-sama would kill him if he failed his mission, albeit he was dead the minute I nicked him with a claw." her voice was quiet but carried through the office with a silent promise that anyone who attacked her in the future wouldn't live to tell the tale.

"Is that so. I will see what I can do." he promised before dismissing them. Nightshade went and to where she was to get her ID done. As she neared the academy, her head started to throb from all the souls she could her. Taking a minute to block them out but stayed in tune for hostile thoughts she entered through the front door meeting with Helios and headed towards the classroom where there was a line of academy graduates. Nightshade stood behind Shikamaru, who glanced at her before greeting her.

"Hi Nightshade, your late." he stated lazily, silently giving her the option to explain or not, knowing that she would hear the question. They had become friends on her first day of school.
