Chapter VII
Spending time with the seven searchers had been fun as they were very kind and dependant. They enjoyed her singing as it sounded genuine and yes, the voice of an angel. Sammy changed his mind letting Allison stay a little longer after all the seven begged him to let her stay.
Sammy had tried not to give in with liking an angel as he taught many searchers and lost ones that all angels were arrogant creatures disliked by the Ink Demon. Even though he no longer worships Bendy as a god after being deceived by the attack while trying to summon him. Using that sheep as bait to lure The Ink Demon in order to break the curse. But no. That was all made believe, a fairytale told by the soft muttering voices in his head. After being revived, the voices were gone and he could finally think of his own. During Allison's visit, she made Bacon soup for all the seven searchers, even making a bowl for Sammy even though he refused to take it. But did it without her or any of the seven searchers knowing. When he heard Allison sing, he tried covering his ears, trying not to hear the siren's song and being in a spellbinding trance. But the songs sounded lovely and majestic, nothing like the other angel lurking in the studios.
Allison's voice sounded so...familiar. Like something he heard from a very long time but couldn't distinguish whose voice it was. Before the ink consumed him and led him into insanity. Sammy had lost many of his memories as a human, as the voices blocked out all the past he endured.
While at the bay he went fishing to clear his mind as the six searchers including Jack headed off to find more cans and tools they needed as Allison was left behind in their home. While they were away, Allison began to paint messages on the wall while singing to herself but sang a different song instead with 'The lighter side of Hell'. There was a knock on the door and it opened with a lost one inviting itself in.
"Hello." it greeted rasply.
"I have brought something for you as a gift."
The lost one holds out an animated apple, as Allison stares at it in surprise. There were apples now in the studio? The only food source was either canned bacon soup and fish. The fish that were rare and sometimes swim the black waters or in clear water. Tom wanted to eat them, but Allison insisted they be kept as company in the hideout.
"Where did you find it?" Allsion asked the lost one.
"There were now trees growing around places and produced apples like this one." The lost one beamed.
"Take a bite out of it, they say it tastes like the apples outside of here."
"I will later on." While setting the apple on the counter.
"No, can't you do it right now?" The lost one said with impatience in it's voice.
Allison looked at the lost one with confusion of why he wanted her to eat the apple right now. Were there really any more apples being grown? Or were any trees here at all? She never saw any while traveling around the studio for years, not once has she or Tom ever found any trees or any drawn produced fruit.
"Who are you really?" Allison asked in suspicion.
"Someone you used to know." The lost one's voice changed to a femine yet distorted sounding. While taking the apple from Allison and forcefully putting in her mouth for her to take a bite.
"Eat it!" As the lost searcher screamed out. Allison held the lost one's grip to prevent from eating the apple. But it was too late. The round edge of the apple was caught in her mouth and bit into it hard. The Lost one peels itself off from Allison, witnessing in triumph as Allison began to cough violently and gasping for air, then stopped and became still.
"YES!" The lost one cheered then began to morph into Alice.
"Now I'll be the one and only Alice Angel!" she cackled then a door behind swings open, Sammy stood from the entrance to Alice standing there next to an unconscious Allison lying on the floor.
"What have you done?"
Alice quickly pulls out a dagger and stabs Sammy on his left shoulder as he screams in pain. Finally now to tell Bertam and prove him wrong while making a quick getaway. Before she was able to get on the boat, the seven searchers stopped her dead in her tracks.
"Stop!" Jack moaned though to Alice it was intelligible. As the other six searchers began to surround her, Alice jumped over them and ran to the docks to escape.
