Ron Weasley was not an easy child, not for that first year at least. He would cry at the slightest thing, his eyes would alight on his mother? He would cry. His father would feed him? He would cry. His brothers would play with him? He would cry. Ron was perpetually unhappy, ready to cry at a moments notice and none of the Weasleys could understand why.

Then came Ginny.

When Ron first saw Ginny Weasley, his baby sister, he didn't cry. His face scrunched up, tears welled up in his eyes and then with a look of determination, quite unlike any a 11 month old should be capable of he said his first word.

'Hun.'

He probably learnt it from Arthur, his father, calling his mother, Molly, Honey or Hun sometimes.

The Weasley's were ecstatic! Ginny was born and Ron said his first word!

Ever since then Ron changed. He was happy, a lot more relaxed and was a devoted big brother to Ginny, making sure she was well looked after, he was there when she took her first steps, said her first word, did her first accidental magic and everything else. No matter what was going on, no matter what he was doing, Ron always had time for Ginny.

Harry had to admit that his best friend was...weird.

Extremely weird.

Ron was scared of spiders, Harry knew this, Hermione knew this, everyone at Hogwarts knew this. Yet here they were in the Forbidden Forest talking to spiders the size of cars and Ron was not freaking out at all! In fact he was making clicking noises at the spiders and the spiders were returning in kind!

Ron Weasley was talking spider!

And people were scared of Harry because he could talk to snakes? At least snakes didn't come big enough that they could swallow you whole!

'Okay so I think I understand what has happened,' Ron said, startling Harry. 'So Aragog and his children here aren't responsible for the attacks, it's something else. They won't say what it is but it's a foe that they have long since battled against. It apparently keeps its home somewhere under Hogwarts and is capable of easily killing everything around it.'

Silence filled the forest as Harry tried to understand what was happening.

'Harry? Are you alright mate?' Ron asked, looking concernedly at Harry.

'You can speak to SPIDERS! Why didn't you tell me this? People have been treating me like a monster just because I can talk to snakes and yet YOU can talk to SPIDERS? WHAT THE HELL?' Harry's fists were shaking, his breathing was ragged, it felt like his heart was going to explode. 'WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?'

Silence filled the forest.

Ron slowly raised a hand and scratched the back of his head nervously. 'Well...see...the thing is...I kind of forgot I could do it.'

Silence filled the forest.

'YOU FORGOT YOU COULD TALK TO SPIDERS!?'

'Well yeah, it never really comes up you know. The small ones scare me and I didn't exactly know there were big spiders here,' Ron was bright red, flushed with embarrassment.

Silence filled the forest. Eventually the two boys slowly trudged back to the castle, not a word said between the two as Harry struggled to come to terms with all that he had just learnt.

Harry was scared of his best friend.

Ron was relaxed. Ron was cowardly. Ron was lazy and creative and so many, many things.

Right now though, Ron was angry and Harry was scared.

Ginny had been taken into the Chamber of Secrets. Harry and Ron had sought help, eventually teaming up with Lockhart, finding the entrance and going down into the Chamber. Then Lockhart had turned on the two. He started to monologue about how all of his stories were fake, how he had stolen credit for other people's accomplishments, about how he would obliviate Harry and Ron of their memories, of how he would tell everyone that they lost their minds seeing Ginny's dea... Lockhart never finished that sentence.

Ron, smoothly, effortlessly reached forward, grabbed Lockhart's wrist and pulled, pulled Lockhart's face into his fist, knocking him out. The whole thing happened in the blink of an eye, Ron a 12 year old boy had knocked Lockhart out with a single punch and did it with a smoothness that spoke of vast experience.

That wasn't what scared Harry though.

The shadows down in the chamber started to shift and form, they started to resemble monkeys dancing around the walls and the worst part? Harry could hear them, it was faint but he could hear the monkeys howling and screeching a war cry.

That wasn't what scared Harry though.

Together the two walked into the main chamber, they saw Tom Riddle standing over Ginny's unconscious form. Ron moved towards his sister, the monkeys following him 'Gin, c'mon Gin wake up! It's me Ron, you need to wake up! Please Ginny wake up, I-I can't lose you, please Ginny just wake up,' Ron kept going pleading for his sister to wake up, his voice cracking, tears streaming down his face, the monkeys in the shadows were silent, still, waiting. And Ginny Weasley still did not wake.

Harry asked Tom for help, the older, ghost of a boy however didn't move to help. He ignored Ron, he ignored Harry's words and asked how such a weak little boy as Harry had been able to defeat the greatest dark wizard of all time, revealing himself to be a memory of Voldemort.

Then the Basilisk attacked.

That wasn't what scared Harry though.

Okay it scared him a lot, a 60 ft snake, and why was every monster in this school so big!, that could kill you with a look, devour you in one bite or just crush you under it's weight was extremely scary after all.

Harry was just glad that the basilisk had ignored Ron who was still trying to wake Ginny up. He was very glad that Fawkes had shown up and blinded the bloody snake. He was extremely glad that the Sorting Hat that Fawkes had brought, held a sword in it. Most of all Harry was just thankful that Tom was an idiot, who decided it was finally time to gloat to Ron.

'You should be thankful,' Harry could just hear the sneering in Tom's voice as he tried to evade the basilisk. 'Your sister is going to give her life to bring back the greatest wizard the world has ever seen.'

Ron's voice was so soft, Harry probably wouldn't have heard it if it wasn't for the monkeys seeming to echo the Weasley's words. 'What?'

'Once I have finished draining your sister's life force I will live again, ready to...' Tom's words were cut off as the walls reverberated with the screeching of the monkeys, as Ron's glowing blue hand reached out and wrapped around Tom's throats, wrapped around the ghosts throat!

'You are stealing my sister's life force?' Ron asked, the blue glow around him darkening, 'So that means if you stop then she will live right? I just need to stop you?'

Perhaps Tom would have said something if he was able, but he was struggling to talk and breathe. Perhaps Harry would have said something but he was too busy trying not to die by basilisk. The basilisk was saying a lot but it was mostly just, 'I will devour you. Die. Hold still. Let me kill you. Die' Then the sword was yanked out of Harry's hands, as if by some invisible force and went flying towards Ron, shifting in the air as it did so. What had once been a two handed sword, inlaid with gold and rubies was now a Japanese katana.

Ron grabbed the katana and without a word he decapitated the memory of Tom Riddle.

The basilisk didn't like this at all, it turned away from Harry and charged at Ron, intent on crushing the Weasley.

Ron put the katana down, shifted to a martial arts stance and hit the snake with a palm strike. The basilisk stopped it's forward momentum and Harry watched as it rippled from it's head, the ripples moving down it's body until eventually it's tail exploded. The basilisk was dead.

Harry's best friend had killed a ghost, then proceeded to kill a 60 foot long monster of a snake and he never once used his wand!

Harry was scared of his friend right then.

They saved Ginny. Well Ron had saved Ginny, that didn't stop everyone from thanking Harry for doing it. Despite his words no one really believed him when he said that Ron was the true hero.

Harry was actually insulted by that.

Ron had done so many incredible things, he had single handedly saved Ginny, stopped Tom and killed the Basilisk. Yet no one believed that he had done anything to help. Not Ginny, not Fred, not George, Percy mr Weasley, Mrs Weasley, Professor Dumbledore. None of them.

Ron didn't seem to mind. He noticed the way everyone brushed him off, Harry saw this. Harry saw that Ron was aware no one thought he had done anything but Ron didn't appear to care. He didn't seem upset, or annoyed, or even resigned. He seemed ambivalent to the whole thing.

It was a week after the whole incident when Ron approached Harry. Hermione was due to be given her antidote in an hour and they were going to go down and be there for her when she woke up. 'So..uh you probably want to know what happened. You know, down in the Chamber' he muttered awkwardly, completely different from the cool, collected warrior he was just last week.

Harry stilled, almost missing a step. He did have questions, he had many, many questions in fact but the thought of angering Ron, the thought of hearing those monkey screeched again had stopped him. After a while the nightmares would fade and Harry could just forget it had ever happened, he could let everything go back to normal.

Still Harry was curious. 'I did have a couple of questions.'

Ron nodded, and gulped nervously. 'So uh yeah there's a funny story about this. So I kind of Isekai'd myself. Y'know I was just a normal teen superhero, fighting crime, saving the world and then I am a baby in this new world.' Harry just stares, unsure how to respond. 'It's funny y'know, I actually have the same name here, well kinda. My names was Ron Stoppable, now it's Ron Weasley what are the chances of that right? Er... Harry are you okay mate?'

Harry had to admit that his best friend was...weird.

Extremely weird.

There we go, the end of chapter 1

So it's been a while since I last posted here but I got an idea and decided I should try and run with it.

Now Ron Stoppable, the best sidekick there is has been reincarnated as Ron Weasley the 2nd best sidekick there is.

Y'all probably have a few questions so let's answer them

1) You're probably wondering why I started in 2nd year? Well its because 1st year with Stoppable would have been the same, if not less. Stoppable is not one to stand in the lime light so he wouldn't have really stood out or done anything special to save the stone. He also wouldn't have accepted the Midnight Duel on Harry's behalf and would have been a lot more relaxed dealing with Hermione, since he has experience partnering up in class with multiple type A's so he wouldn't have said anything that made her cry.

So I did 2nd year instead!

2nd year had two moments that would have made a noticeable change. I.e Stoppable can speak bug and isn't scared of large insects, so he would have been cool around the Acromantula.

The other part was saving Ginny. Stoppable shows his greatest feats when he is saving someone else life. So he would have tapped into the Mystical Monkey Powers and helped take down Riddle. Considering Ron could throw Warmonga and Warlorda so hard they destroyed a falling alienship I feel he should be able to handle a measley 60ft snake.

2) How is this story gonna go. So I have a few ideas, but what im thinking is one or two years per chapter, each chapter primarily from someone elses perspective like how this was from Harry's. Not sure if i'll stick with that but that's the idea.

well that's all folks.
