The three made their way back up to the dormitory to change and shower. They had fallen asleep quickly yesterday, and had not cleaned themselves up. When Harry was taking his shirt off, Ron and Hermione were both staring at him.

"What?" asked Harry irtabley.

"Did you not realize there's a colossal bruise on your chest?" asked Hermione. Harry looked down. Sure enough, a bruise the size of a small bird's nest was there, the center of it directly where Voldemort had hit him with the killing curse.

"Blimey," said Ron. "Is that where-?"

"Yeah." said Harry, quickly retreating into the bathroom for a shower. He had felt the bruise the day before, but he hadn't noticed it. It was already a nasty blackish-green. He had a feeling the shadow of it would not fade easily. He heard Ron and Hermione enter the bathroom after him, and they didn't mention the bruise further.

Two weeks had passed since the battle, and Harry was now standing in front of the small house he had approached nine months ago. The only difference was that he had Ron and Hermione by his side. Ginny had decided to stay behind at The Burrow, so the three could meet Teddy by themselves first.

"Ready?" Hermione asked once they landed. The boys nodded. Harry went up to the porch first, and knocked. WIthin seconds, Andromeda Tonks had opened the door and beckoned them inside.

"I hope you don't mind that I brought Ron and Hermione with me. They're like my siblings, and I figured they could be a bit like Teddy's aunt and uncle." said Harry.

"Of course, that sounds lovely." Andromeda said warmly. "Teddy's upstairs in his room, you three can go on up. First door on the left." They went upstairs, and found baby Teddy awake in his crib, smiling happily up at them.

"You pick him up first, Harry." said Hermione. "You're his godfather." Harry cautiously picked Teddy up and cradled him in his arms. He could see what Lupin had meant. Teddy looked like both him and Tonks at the same time.

"Hello, Teddy. I'm your godfather. You're going to get tired of hearing this, but you look just like your father, and your mother. One day, I'll tell you all about them. I promise." said Harry.

"Can I hold him?" asked Hermione.

"Sure," said Harry. He passed him onto Hermione, who seemed to understand baby holding better than Harry did.

"He looks just like Remus and Tonks." she said, cooing over Teddy. Ron was next, then he was passed back to Harry. He already loved his little godson so much, and was very glad he wouldn't be in Azkaban for his childhood. Harry imagined Sirius holding his baby self, and was warmed by the thought.

"I should probably give Teddy the map some day," said Harry. "If he's anything like our dads, then he'll be a bit of a troublemaker."

"Or anything like his godfather, for that matter," said Ron. All three of them laughed.

Hey everybody! Sorry it's a a shorter chapter, but this is where I felt there was a good cutoff. I hope to get more of this story up at some point, but writing is hard sometimes. Hope you enjoyed the trio meeting baby Teddy!
