And so begins Nejiten month 2021.
I actually ran/run a Nejiten tumblr blog (Nejiteness) that found mild success (I went on a huge hiatus just as I reached 1010 followers, haha), but now I'm back to the writing scene! I think it's been six years since I last cosplayed Tenten/written anything/posted anything to do with Nejiten, but I'm backkkkk, baby.
The prompts came to me as I was listening to my favourite band, Japanese Breakfast, on repeat. As luck would have it, the track listing on all her albums add up to a nice 31 days, meaning I will be writing scenes inspired by lyrics/titles of her album singles. If anyone hasn't heard of her already, you should go check her out - she also recently released a memoir on growing up Korean-American and it's now a New York Times bestseller.
