at moordale secondary high school after the assembly, Maeve gets a call from anna that Elsie has been Taken by her mum during her walk with her for visitation and she tells Otis "that Elsie has been taken and she needs to get to anna's" so Otis offers to give her a ride on her bike and she agrees to it to get there as soon as possible
Otis and Maeve ride to anna's and during the ride, Otis notices how upset and worried Maeve looks and asks her "if she is alright" and she says "yeah I'm just worried about Elsie I just want her home safe" and Otis says "Maeve I know you're worried but remember Elsie is with her mum and do u think your mum would hurt Elsie" Maeve says "I guess not you're right it's just my mum has let me down so many times I don't want that for Elsie I want her to have a nice stable family something I never had growing up"

maeve says "no they have no idea where she is or Elsie I have no idea how to find her," Otis says " wait I have an idea did you and your mum have a favourite place she would like to take you as children maybe she is there with Elsie,"

after the kiss Otis and Maeve get on the bike and a little while later they arrive at the pier and they look around and find Maeve's mum and Elsie Maeve and Otis walk up to Erin Maeve's mum and Maeve says "hi mum" Erin says " what are you doing here" Maeve says "I could ask you same thing" Elsie says "mommy is taking me on a boat" Erin says" fuck" Maeve and Erin walk around the pier while Otis is watching Elsie Maeve says " You don't wanna do this mum that's why you called me" Erin says "Don't tell me what I wanna do who is that guy you brought with you he is Kind of cute" Maeve says" That's Otis my boyfriend he gave me a ride here" Erin says" Is he undercover is he how do I know you're not gonna call the police on me again"

Erin kneels down near Elsie and says to Elsie "hey you're gonna stay with Maeve" Elsie says" I wanna stay with you mummy" Erin says" It's not very nice where I'm going It rains all the time and there's no chips!" Elsie says "I love you." Erin says "Oh I love you too, darling. You go back to Anna's with Maeve, and I'll visit okay Oh I'm a lucky mummy Bye-bye darling. Bye-bye. Please just take her before I change my mind" Maeve takes Elsie and Otis calls his mum to come pick them up and his mum arrives 20 minutes later and Otis introduces Maeve to his mum and Maeve says" Its nice to meet you and this my sister Elsie after the introductions they get in the car and head to Anna's they arrive at Anna's 20 minutes and Otis says "see you at school tomorrow Maeve" Maeve says" ok see you at school tomorrow " as Maeve leaves the car and heads into Anna's with Elsie to return her to the foster home
and in Jean's car Jean says" Maeve seems nice" Otis says " yeah she is can we head home now I will tell you about her later" Jean says " ok" as they head home the end
