A/N: Okay, I didn't plan to add an additional chapter, but since I wasn't satisfied with the last one, I decided this one was necessary. Call me lazy, but I'm not getting into specifics of the drug Webb was giving Harm. One more to go.

Three Weeks Later

"Well, Commander Rabb. You've made remarkable progress. Are you ready to get out of here?" Captain Hollis was a neurologist overseeing Harm's care.

"I'm more than ready." He clasped Mac's hand. Decorum be damned, he'd spent too long away from her. He had more than six months of his life to make up for and he didn't intend to spend any of it away from the woman he loved.

Despite the severe concussion he'd sustained in the plane crash, there were no lasting effects. The amnesia should have resolved months ago. What Harm hadn't known was the medication he'd been taking (supposedly prescribed by a doctor but supplied by Webb) attributed to his memory loss. The memories that had begun to surface when Mac found him had now returned in full.

"Great. I'll sign your discharge release with one condition. You're still not fully recovered, so you need someone to stay with you. Will that be a problem?"

"No problem at all, Captain Hollis," Mac said. "He'll be staying with me."

"Great. I know he'll be in good hands. The nurses will be in soon to disconnect your IV lines and give your discharge instructions."

After he left the room, Harm turned to Mac. "What will the admiral say?"

"Harm, he knows about us. He figured it out months ago, long before you disappeared. And he assured me he'll work something out about the chain of command issues, although technically since we're not married, that's not an issue right now."

"Then why don't we do something about that?"

"What?"

"I know this isn't the most romantic setting, but I'm tired of us being apart. I planned to ask you right after I got back from South America, but… Well, things didn't go as planned. Let's get married."

"Yes, Harm. Yes!"

Clayton Webb had been in the agency long enough to know what happens when someone goes bad. He'd seen it happen far too often. One of the first times was when he worked on a case with JAG.

Gayle Osborn was bad news. Something caused him to go rogue. Maybe it was demons from his past, or maybe he was just evil. He picked the wrong person to mess with in A. J. Chegwidden. But Osbourne paid with his life.

Clay once swore he'd never turn, but he did. His reasons differed from Osbourne's, but he'd also made the same mistake. He'd crossed A. J. Chegwidden by involving one of his officers in a "fake" mission.

Like many of his missions, the entire thing was a failure. Rabb was supposed to die in the plane crash. The man had more lives than a cat. A good Samaritan risked his own life to pull Harm from the wreckage, and Clay had to come up with another plan. Thankfully, one fell in his lap.

Harm's amnesia was perfect. The doctors said it could last weeks, months, or maybe even permanently. Clay pretended to be a friend. The bungalow in Mexico was a perfect hiding place. From there, he could keep an eye on the situation.

Despite wanting Rabb out of his life once and for all, he couldn't bring himself to kill the man. After all, the navy officer had saved his skin on more than one occasion. If he showed the slightest sign of remembering, Clay knew someone who could take care of things.

Trusting Catherine Gale had been a mistake. Clay should have known better than to involve her. She was too wise and had seen right through his scheme.

But his biggest mistake was believing once Harmon Rabb was out of Sarah Mackenzie's life, she would turn to him. Clay had been in love with her for years, but he knew he didn't stand a chance against Rabb. No matter what they said about being "just friends," Clay knew there was more. Something about their relationship changed around the time of the tribunal on the Seahawk. That's when he began to make his plans.

Now it was all for naught. Rabb was alive and back with Sarah. Worse than that, Clay was a marked man. He recalled his conversation with Chegwidden about Osbourne.

What would happen if the company heard this tape, Clay?

They'd put a sweeper on him. Osbourne would disappear faster than an Ethiopian chicken.

The same thing would happen to him if he ever set foot back in Washington. For that matter, there wasn't anywhere in the United States he would be safe. Even though no one knew about this house, he couldn't take a chance on staying here. From now on, he was a marked man. No amount of the Webb money could save him, but it could get him out of the country to a place he would be somewhat protected.
