Jocelyn looks at Jake with a scared look on her face. Tears were streaming down her face. "I'm scared..." She confesses. Jake rubs hair back from her face and smiles slightly at her. "You can do this, okay? I'm here for you." He promises her as she nods her head.

Her doctor tells her to put her legs up and Jake holds one of her legs and sees the look her face. "You got this, baby girl."

Jocelyn nods as she starts pushing as hard as she can. The pain was unbearable. She had tears falling down her face as she continued to push as hard as she could.

"Come on, Jocelyn. You're almost there. She's crowning." Her doctor tells her. "Give me another big push!"

Jocelyn just does what she says and gives her last final push, screaming out in pain before falling back on the pillow, breathing heavily, almost panting.

A cry from Charlotte makes her heart melt.

She was born on July 7, 2032, weighing at 9 pounds, 2 ounces and 16 inches long.

After Charlotte was cleaned up, she was brought to Jocelyn, who was crying as soon as she saw her daughter, who she had no idea about her for five months. She was meant to be here. Her twin sister or brother is in heaven, watching down at her.

"Hi, baby girl. I'm your mommy." Jocelyn smiles at the baby girl in her arms.

"And, I'm your daddy." Jake adds, smiling at the baby. "She's so beautiful."

"She is." Jocelyn kisses Charley's head. "She'll have the nickname Charley." She tells Jake, who smiles, nodding his head.

A few hours after Charlotte made her arrival, and family met the baby, Jocelyn was in her room when she heard the door being knocked on, and she looked up from her daughter and saw Preston standing in the door way with flowers.

"Hey, I heard you had the baby and I wanted to come by..." Preston smiles at her as he walks farther into the room to her hospital bed. "Yeah, I had her this morning." She states, with a smile on her face.

Preston sat down in the chair beside her hospital bed and put the flowers down. "Did it hurt?" He asks. Jocelyn nods her head. "I think giving birth to twins hurt more than this round, but it did hurt, yeah." She says, chuckling. "I was in labor for like 15 hours or something like that."

Preston sighs. "Damn, I'm so glad I'm not a woman." He chuckles a little.

She giggles a little. "Yeah, be lucky you don't have to do that." She smiles brightly at the flowers. "Thank you for being here. I wasn't expecting you to show up because I had another guy's baby..." She mutters. "...again." She mumbles under her breath. "I'm not surprised if you don't want to date someone who has three kids and-"

Preston shook his head. "No, I want to be here, Jocelyn. I want to see where our relationship goes. Will you give me a chance?" Preston asks, getting on one knee, kneeling in front of her.

Jocelyn smiles and then nods her head. "Yes, I will. I want to see where this goes as well. You're a great guy, Preston and I want to be worthy of your time. I'll try my best because my children come first before anyone in my life..."

"I completely understand, Jocelyn. You tell me when you're free and I'll be there." Preston says, leaning over and kisses her forehead. "I'll see you tomorrow, alright?"

She nods her head. "Yeah. Bye." Jocelyn smiles as he leaves her room.

Jake was in the parking lot with his two other children when he saw Preston leaving the elevator with his hands in his pockets, clearly excited about something.

Was it about Jocelyn? Did he go see her?

Jake saw him get into his car and leave the hospital. Jake decides to go see Jocelyn again. He needed to know what has happened. Even if it's none of his business. After Rayeleigh tells him she'll take the twins home for their nap, Jake kisses her goodbye before heading back up to Jocelyn's hospital room.

"Joces?" Jake asks as he's leaning against the door of Jocelyn's hospital room door.

"Jake? What are you still doing here? Aren't Carter and Caliey going home for their nap?" The young mom of three asks her children's father.

He walks over to her and gives her a look when he sees flowers on the table. "Jocelyn, did Preston give you those? Was he here to see you?" He asks, annoyed, closing his eyes, and then opening them.

Her eyes widened. She was now annoyed with him. She was done.

I'm done with all of the running around and hooking up and not letting it be. Not letting my cousin be happy because I was still hooking up with her boyfriend. I want to be happy too, and I now knew Jake wasn't the one for me - Preston was. If I want to end this, I have to do it now. It's now or never.

Jocelyn glared at him. "Jake, I never been so mad and pissed off at you as much as I am right now..." She groans, shaking her head. "Why do YOU think YOU have the God damn right to know WHY Preston was here with me? WHY everything I do YOU have to know about it?" She says, clearly mad, but when he's about to open his mouth to say something, she shakes her head. "No, let me fucking finish, I'm not done talking to you." She looks at their daughter. "From now on, I'm just going to be your children's mother. I'm done being your side chick, okay? You can be in their lives, Jake, but you and I aren't even together. We're done doing what we've been doing! I'm done!"

She breathes. "You and I are just co parenting our three beautiful kids." She looks away from him. "I'm not happy. I'm disgusted that I've been sleeping with you, and now that I'm not pregnant anymore, I'm taking my sex life and being more secretive with that information." She says, as tears formed into her eyes. "You can leave me and my daughter now." She glares at him.

Jake wasn't expecting her outburst and he just glared back at her. "Fine, Jocelyn. You go ahead and enjoy Preston..." He looks at her. "He won't be as good as me, though..." Jake finishes before leaving the room.

Jocelyn knew she did what was best for herself and her children. Being with Jake in secret is stressful in every way possible. She isn't going to let her kids and cousin's child grow up with that kind of secret.
