Author's Note: Hello ya'll I know it been a while, but I am back at college now. I do have a plan for this fic, but it's been hard finding time, or motivation to right. Do not quote me, but I believe this fic will be around 15 to 20 chapters. It could be longer than that, but we will see as a it goes. I just planned on writing this as I went since this was my first fanfic. Shortly after my first few chapters I wrote out a rough outline for the plot, but I might not stick with all the parts, so we will see how it goes. Meet The Family Part 2

After surveying his surroundings and the people in the room-a time that felt like a few minutes to Harry but was only a few seconds- Harry realized that all his family were smiling at him and his dad, seemingly understanding. Understanding of the fact that Harry needed a minute to get his bearings once he walked into the room with his family, his family that he longed for all his life.

Then Severus's father Allan cleared is throat and said, "Hello Hadrian it's a pleasure to finally meet you. Since Severus has been reunited with us, even though it has only been a short time, he has not stopped talking about you."

"He has?" asked Harry with a warm feeling in his stomach. Harry looked over at his dad and he was blushing with his black hair covering part of his eyes, and he had a small smile on his face.

"Oh yes he has," Allan smiled, "Severus was describing you to us because he was finally able to look back over the years at who you actually were and who you were as a baby without the memory blocks and the compulsion spells and potions in his system. To add, he was worried about how you would react to having him as a father after the four years he treated you horribly. From the way he described you, I knew he would not have anything to worry about. You have a strong character."

Harry took the short pause to sit on the extra love seat-to the right of his father who was also sitting on it- that somebody must have conjured when Harry was listening to his grandpa speak.

Next to Allan, Ruslana spoke, "It's lovely to meet you sweety," in a bubbly voice and with a warm smile on her face. "I am normally not one to speak for others, but I can say with one hundred percent confidence that we all as a family are excited to get to know you better and to get reaccumulated with Severus as well."

With that said, there were nods and noises of agreement around the room.

"It honestly is lovely to meet you little one," said Efim with a grin.

"I have heard from your father that you like pranks. It will be nice to have another conspirator in the crusade to prank this family with me and my children."

"Efim darling, do not corrupt the poor boy with your pranks; the children already take after your pranking and mischievous already," said Natalie. Natalie was a tall woman with coal black hair, forest green eyes, and an olive complexion, wearing a simple, black, knee length dress with a square neckline. She also wore tan flats to finish the ensemble.

"Oh, come on love! I know you secretly like our pranks even though you tease us about them," Efim said with a smile.

"Don't listen to him Harry," Natalie said with a small smile, "I only like their pranks on occasion."

"Are you sure about that Nat?" said Bria, Severus's sister, "The last time we all had a prank war I remember you joining along with Efim and your kids, while Corina, our kids, and I were pranking against you. The only people that were neutral about the prank war was mom and dad. Even then they occasionally helped both sides.

With an exasperated sigh, but with a smile Natalie said, "You have me there Bria. That did happen and that was a fun time."

Throughout this whole discussion the rest of the family and Severus and Harry all had grins on their faces. At the end Harry was giggling on the love seat while leaning against his dad.

Bria was wearing a sleek grey, two-piece business suit with a cream-colored button up underneath, and matte black oxfords to finish up her look. Bria's wife Corina was wearing black slacks and a wine-colored top, with nude pumps.

Bria's and Efim's children, Harry's cousins were all sitting at the dining room table laughing and smiling along to the entire situation. Harry guessed he would be introduced to them next, but right now he was soaking up the love coming from his family and the information he was learning about them, not wanting to forget a single detail. It was almost like dream, Harry almost had to pinch himself because so much had happened between the present and just a few days ago.

Harry was broken out of his musings by his grandpa calling his name. "Huh, sorry I was lost in thought," said Harry sheepishly.

"That's ok Harry," said Allan with a smile which made the creases around his eyes crinkle and made his face softer. "I was just asking you, could we all hug you one, by one as to not overwhelm you, and after that we can introduce you to your cousins? We understand if you are not comfortable with hugs right now after everything that you have been through and the shock you have had the past few days."

"Uhhh, I would be ok with that," said Harry. He hesitated before speaking again but decided to speak anyway since Harry felt like he could trust these people, which freaked him out since he could barely trust people, and those who he did trust it took forever to build that trust up. "I am honestly just a bit shocked and appreciative that you asked. The Dursley's touches were never kind and there was no warning before them and even though they mean well most of my friends don't ask before hugging me."

"I understand what you are saying Harry, but there is no need to be appreciative for something that is basic decency, but you are welcome none the less," said Allan.

Then Harry got up off the loveseat and one buy one all his family came around and hugged him and afterwards he was ushered to the dining room table where is cousins sat. Corina then introduced Harry to his cousins who were her and Bria's children. There names and ages were Mihai Rusu age 23, Ion Rusu age 21, and Maria Rusu age 20. Natalie introduced her and Efim's children and their names and ages were Fedor Rusu 23, and Vika Rusu 20.

Harry said hello to them in varying forms and they also all hugged each other after being introduced. Harry realized that not only was he the youngest out of all his cousins, but everyone in his family gave great hugs. They were not restrictive, but secure and warm, like a living blanket.
