"DIZZY IS SAFE!! SHE WAS IN O2!" Mackenzie screamed. She had almost snapped the table in half as everyone argued about who the killer was. Well, everyone but me. I wasn't even at the table, but I could defninitely hear the commotion. I was in the bunks, trying to ignore the situation. I had changed into clean, not bloody clothing. A nice simple dark green long sleeve turtle neck, which was a little long, so only my fingers peeked out from the sleeves, and it went a little ways past my waist. I wores dark gray leggings, and black shoes, about the same ones I wore before but not bloody. I had realized while changing, though, that I was slightly pale, and had very noticable bags under my eyes. I felt slightly sick, too. Probably from all the stress.
"We are not putting people in the airlock again," I heard a muffled voice, maybe Kyle, say, which made me feel even worse. I got up from my bunk and decided to head into Cafeteria. I opened the door to walk down the hallway, when I heard their conversation more clearly.
"I don't trust Green or Dizzy. I feel like Green could've set that up so we could trust him."
"How would he have possibly done that?"
"Sabotaging? We figured that out from the Reactor, that was not a coincidence."
"He was changing you idiots! Theres no way he got out of the bunks to kill someone! I was in Cafeteria making sure he was safe while you all stampeded to Electrical,"
"Mackenzie claims she and Dizzy were in O2, they could've done it,"
"O2 to Electrical and back? Don't think so,"
"How do we know they were even in O2? No one else can back them up,"
"Neither with Green and Tristan,"
"For all we know it was someone in Electrical with us!"
"Well we know theres 2 Imposters now atleast, yaaaaaaay,"
Zach and Rachelle were killed, by the sounds of it. Mackenzie, Dizzy and Tristan all weren't at the blackout, but everyone else had gone, and it seems there was 2 kills under everyones nose. I decided to open the hatch to re enter Cafeteria. When the hatch opened, everyone seemed to stop talking and face towards me as I climbed out. I had a bit of an issue, since it was a ladder combined with raw, sligtly bleeding hands. As I climbed out, I walked over to the little kitchen area and grabbed myself a drink, ignoring the silent stares as I refreshed my dry throat.
"Staring won't solve who the imposter is, keep in mind I wouldn't have pointed out the fact we have aliens on board if I was one myself," and with that I left to do do my Navigation tasks.
Vents. Vents. Kill. Vents. Aliens. Vents. They got in through the vents. They kill, then jump in the vents. They use the vents. Medbay, Security, Electrical. Reactor, Upper and Bottom Engine. Navigation, Shields, Weapons. Cafeteria, Navigation hallway, Admin. They use the vents connected to each other in order to kill and end up somewhere else. It's also their fast travel, so it could be entirely possible to get to Electrical from O2, depending on the vents used, and how fast you're willing to sprint for murder. Vents.
"Yo Green!" Tristan called running through the hallway as I exited Electrical.
"Hey Tristan," I replied, still in thought.
"I found something out! Imposters are using the vents!" Tristan panted, catching his breath.
"I was just thinking the same thing, how'd you figure it out?" I asked.
"I saw someone jump into a vent, Electrical, with a little blood trail just before we found Zach and Rachelles dead bodies, but I wanted to mention it to you before anyone else," he stated.
"Odd, I was checking Admin before the Reactor Meltdown, and someone popped out of the vent. Presumably attempting to kill me before I ran like a horse to fix it," I replied.
"Should we report this to the others?" He asked.
"No, we don't want the imposters knowing that we know how they move about. I say only tell it to Lucas. Lets not say anything to the others, because right now, I can only solid trust you and Lucas," I said.
"Sounds reasonable, I feel the same to you guys," he said, nodding. We talked for a little bit longer before parting ways. Security would be best, I can easily observe everyone, I thought as I say down on the chair, clicking through different programs until I accessed the cameras. I looked at the monitors, and at the camera outside, just to see if they were working. The camera was flashing red, which meant it was on. Perfect. I started observing the cameras. One in the crossroad of the Engines, Reactor and Security, outside Admin, outside Navigation, and above Medbay. Dizzy was by Admin, seemingly keeping an eye on everyone inside, I'd guess anyways. Lucas was just leaving Medbay, with the obvious look on his face that described his hatred for the feeling of being scanned. Tristan was just passing through the crossroads, where Kyle just left Reactor. Kyle had originally been in Reactor, so I don't think he vented. Mackenzie wasn't anywhere to be seen, and Sasha was over heading through Weapons to Shields. Seems generally like everyone is alive. Lucas noticed the camera on, and waved to it, in which I made it head bob to let him know I had seen, although he didn't know it was me. I went and checked some files on the monitors, seeing as it seemed ok for now, scrolling through the recent tasks done, the Reactor and O2 levels, as well as any possible issues with the ship. The scan came back as clean, so I meant back to the cameras. Lucas was now coming from Upper Engine with a gas container, and Tristan was coming from Shields up to Navigation. Mackenzie wasn't anywhere on cams, and neither was Sasha or Kyle, but Dizzy was entering Medbay. I frowned. Where is Sasha, Mackenzie and Kyle? I decided to go to where they last were, just to see if anything happened. Kyle had headed to Storage, so did Sasha, I think, and Mackenzie's location was currently unknown regardless, so I left Security and headed down to Storage. I quickly stopped to inspect Electrical, and seeing it was all nornal, continued to Storage. I drew into the large room, jam packes with metal carrier boxes full of materials from Polus, and MIRA. Around one of the boxes, from near the hallway to Shields, I saw a hint of blue. Kyles bracelet maybe? I went over to pick it up, and was able to confirm it was his. I felt invisible jaws grab my chest and apply pressure as I started gaining a sense of rising panick. Kyle doesn't drop things he wears, unless it's while taking off gloves. I slowly looked to my left, and my suspicions lept off a cliff in triumph.
