Naturally, a meeting was in place. Security, it seemed, had just become a mad house of accusations and death, and I had no idea about what had happened.

"IT WAS TRISTAN, PLEASE YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME! HE KILLED DIZZY IN FRONT OF ME!!!" Sasha screamed, flooding with fear and anger.

"WHY WOULD I KILL MY SISTER?" Tristan replied, around the same volume. Not many of us knew about Tristan and Dizzys relation, it was actually just us 4, which is most likely why he blurted it out. I was taking notes at the opposite side of the table, collecting previous evidence along with current evidence the suspects are yelling ay each other, attempting to prove to me and Lucas they're telling the truth. I was just on the edge of figuring it out when Sasha yelled.

"FINE! WHY DON'T WE VOTE THEN? WHOEVER GAINS THE MOST VOTES GETS KICKED OFF."

"FINE BY ME ALIEN!"

I always had sensitive ears, but I was able to disguise it. Now, I have an immense headache pounding all the walls of my head, and it was not helping me figure this out. I slammed my fists down on the table, shutting everyone up, not saying anything, before continuing to write down evidence on the paper in front of me. Glad I picked the paper and pen up at Communications when I had originally put the games away last night, otherwise I'd have to leave the angry table to get them, wasting some valuable time. They stood quiet for maybe, I dunno, 30 seconds? Before in an indoor voice, starting up their argument again. This went on until Lucas finally decided to speak up.

"You can stop trying to convince us, I'm only gonna vote for who Green thinks it is, since he's the one with all the evidence in front of him, pretty much literally," he said, silently sitting beside me, not bothering to look at my paper as I starting connecting a web map together with pieces of evidence. I had many pieces of evidence, and I was now directing each piece towards Tristan and Sasha that would fit, and other pieces of evidence that would back up the process, until I came with a solid result. I stood up, gently grabbed Lucas's arm, and started powering down to the airlock, in which I heard more footsteps following. As soon as we reached it, I let go of Lucas and turned to face the others, giving off the most serious face I could muster, since I was still suffering from my headache. I made eye contact with the imposter, giving them a hidden hateful glare, which they seemed to catch, shock, anger and amusement flickering across their face.

"I love how you noticed just now, that I know who you are," I said nonchalantly, which the other two gave me a look that said, 'What?'. The lights flickered and turned off as it gave me the most toothy grin I've ever seen, before vanishing into the darkness.

"WOAH WOAH WOAH WHAT WHO WHERE HUH?" Tristan started telling, clearly panicking as a load roar echoed through Storage, followed by loud stomping all around us. I grabbed his hand, in which I felt another hand grab me, which I took hold of, before racing to Electric, clearly being followed by the alien.

"Do not let go!" I cried, trying not to yell without not being heard. I felt my instincts kick in, and everything became a lot brighter, although it was still evident the lights were off, allowing me to navigate to Electrical with the others. As soon as we reached the door, I let go of them and quickly flicked the switches in front of me, trying to turn them on as soon as I could before the alien killed one of them, when I heard a loud snapping noise, followed by a gun shot, a scream, and a roar. The lights flickered on, and I turned around to see Tristan gone, Lucas on the floor, and blood dripping from the aliens claws, about to strike down it's next prey. This allowed me enough time to dash forward, pull Lucas up, and dive bomb past it back through Storage, quickly running through into Communications and into the darkest corner of the room, where we both collasped, out of breath.

"Thought so," I panted, pointing towards the door where the alien zoomed by, leaving a trail of slime, alien saliva and blood from its last meal, trailing behind it as it sped to Navigation.

"Sasha was way too nice to me," I finished, trying my best not to loudly cough, muffling it in my elbow.

"Well that explains why I barely ever saw her," Lucas replied, leaning against the wall and sighing. We sat there in silence for what seemed like years, listening to the clanking around the ship, nearing and fading, with an occasional fustrated roar. I could perfectly see every single person who had died, each dazing into the void of the door, alert and seemingly very on edge. I knew if we didn't react, they'd definitely make us. Suddendly, the clanking went silent, at the opposite side of the ship. We looked at each other, a newfound emotion of pure fear sprouting like a tree within me. Why did the clanks stop? There was no way the alien found us, especially ay the opposite side of the entire spacecraft. Suddenly, alarms started to blare and echo throughout the ship, causing Lucas to squeal, and me to almost knock over a cabinet. I quickly checked my task list, below below it, flashing yellow and red, was a warning.

OXYGEN DEPLETION IN 25 SECONDS.

Thaaaaaaat waaaas nooooot goooood. I turned to Lucas with a fearful look, and he got up and started running to O2, leaving me to deal with Admin, and I quickly followed suit in hopes of saving him and the ship from going down. I heard the clanks speed up again, and just before I disappeared into Admin, I could've sworn I saw a long toungue creep around the corner of Caf. I quickly ran to the pad, ripping the sticky note off and mashing the buttons until it accepted the code, which therefore subsided the alarms, allowing me to breathe a sigh of relief. Well, that was what I did, before I got swept off my feet by a slimey tongue, only to be met, upside down, by the eyeless face of an alien, baring probably around 1'000 teeth at me. It let out a loud roar into my face, wrapping its tongue around me as it did. Man, did its breath stink! It stunk of blood, and some weird smell that make me almost pass out. Could've been what the alien ate before arriving on the ship. I felt my fear rise, which I doubt was even possible right now, as a second toungue came out, pinning my arms to my side, and wrapping around my chest, making sure to have an excellent grip on my throat. It turned me upside right, allowing me not to pass out from the rush of blood to my head, before tightening its grip on my throat, causing me to gasp as it became harder to breathe. I tried to wiggle around to loosen the grip, but that made it worse as it tightened everywhere, squeezing me like a lemon. I was definitely going pale from lack of air as I coughed and gasped for air, only to fail. It felt like decades while this was happening. Where is Lucas??? I though, trying not to think of what was becoming the obvious to me, in the heat of the moment. My vision had started to blur, and my attempts to catch my breath became weaker. I could see the alien crack a wide grin as it tightened its grip on me. That's when it hit me. Not like, a realization, but a sharp, scream-worthy pain, searing through my body from an unknown origin, causing me to open my eyes in pure shock as I tried to scream, only to cough and choke. The alien roared, smashing its body against the wall, which led to it withdrawing its tentacles, me falling to the floor. All I could do was cough and gasp for air, air I had been begging for. I pushed myself up as best as I could, ignoring the pain and fatigue throughout my entire body, and looked up at the thrashing alien, to be met by Lucas's outstretched hand, his other currently pointing a gun at the beast. I hastily grabbed his hand, another flair of pain shooting through me, and he got me up and pulled me to the airlock, the fustrated alien in pursuit.

"I'll be bait to lure it into the airlock, when it's at the door, I'll move out of the way and you shove it in, then we can close the door and eject it," Lucas said through panting, stopping in front of the lock. I looked at him, knowing what I had to do, then looked back at the alien.

"Quick! Go behind the bo-" Lucas started, before I shoved him out of the way, right to where he wanted me to go, stunning him. I held my ground, racing the alien, as I stood between it and the airlock.

"Come on you mangled mistake, come and get your food before it decides you can't have it anymore," I rasped, giving it a malicious smile, the best one I could do anyways, which seemed to piss it off, especially since I could back talk it like this after it almost killed me. It roared in a fit of rage, charging at me like a bull to a bull fighter. I stood there, not budging, as Lucas started screaming at me to move. The alien was only a few feet away from me, reaching his long toungues out for me, as I brought back what I left dormant for five years. In a flash, I had turned to be behind it, shoving it into the airlock with such force the door to the other side of the airlock almost broke, the inside door closing. The alien turned around, meeting my eyes with a confused look on its face, before I pressed the button, opening the airlock door on the other side, letting the alien float into the empty void outside. It only took a matter of seconds before it had died, originally fighting and trying to grab onto the ship again before going limp, floating uselessly into the vacuum. I closed the door again, quickly collapsing onto the ground, spread out like a starfish, sighing in relief. I figured out where the pain came from, as my left arm was broken, bone jutting right out. I'd have to het thay fixed asap, but right now I was relishing the feeling of life, far more than I ever have. Lucas quickly came beside me, staring at me with lots of different emotions mixing within his eyes. I just weakly met his gaze, smiled, then looked back up at the ceiling, closing my eyes and taking in a deep breath, before slowly pushing myself up, feeling lighter than before. I knew why, but didn't bother to care, as I slowly sat up, ignoring my arm, before looking back at the airlock. It looked pretty beat up, which was probably the same for the rest of the ship.

"Green...?" Lucas said, in a slight whisper. I looked at him slowly, now being able to notice all the slight scratches all over his face and arms. He had a bruise above his right eye as well, but he was definitely in one piece, which made me happy. I didn't know what to say after all of the events that had occured, but I did meet his gaze, which had decided on concerned, shocked, and confused.

"Why didn't you say anything, for 5 years?" He said, adjusting himself so he could bring me inti a hug without hurting my arm. I just sighed, embracing the hug, and leaning my head against his shoulder, allowing myself to melt into his embrace. We would make it back to MIRA HQ, without any aliens, and I knew they'd be able to fix everyone else. I was positive thay they had the reconfigeration/revive device buult, since it had been almost complete by the time we had first left on our mission. I let myself fall into a deep, well deserved sleep, muttering one single thing into Lucas's ear before doing so.

"Silly, it's Owen, not Green..."
