In a faculty meeting at UA, all staff were present- except for Shota and Anakuro (Thirteen), who were both still at the hospital- as well as Naomasa Tsukauchi, a detective from the police force. They were there to discuss the matter of 'The League of Villains'.

"The police force has been working thoroughly these past few days to find any clues about 'The League of Villains'. So far, the villains we apprehended that day were all saying the same thing, that they were approached by the men named Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri, and offered them 'freedom' if they helped him kill All Might. So far, no actual information about the ringleaders are available. Furthermore, 'Nomu' has been unresponsive." Naomasa reported.

"Wait, you said that Shigaraki and Kurogiri offered them 'freedom', what does that mean?" Nemuri (Midnight) inquired.

"It would seem that Shigaraki has a way with words. He was able to convince all the criminals to join his cause by spouting words about how All Might wasn't a Symbol of Peace but rather, a Symbol of Hypocrisy. How his existence is the reason why society condemns the violence of villainy while promoting the violence in heroism and how essentially, if All Might were to die, then the villains can get their 'freedom' once again." Naomasa elaborated.

"He mentioned that in our fight." Toshinori, in his real form, told them. "But he also mentioned something else."

His last statement piqued the people's interest.

"And what would that be?" Nezu asked.

"He said that I had sinned against them." Toshinori answered.

"Isn't that the same thing?" Ken (Cementoss) asked, confused.

"No. From the way he said it, it sounded personal." Toshinori clarified. They all fell silent.

"Do you have any idea what you could've done to make him angry?" Nemuri asked. Toshinori's phantom stomach flipped. He has an idea. It's a possibility that Shigaraki and Kurogiri worked under him and now, they've come for revenge for their master.

Wait... if that is the case, what about Young Izuku? Toshinori suddenly thought. He almost died that day. If he is that man's son, then why would they hurt him? They wouldn't if he was. Then I was right. It's just my trauma that made me fear that boy. He's just an ordinary boy who just happened to have a Quirk similar to one of his stolen Quirks.

"Then shall we talk about the other issue?" Nemuri's words snapped Toshinori out of his thoughts, "What do you mean?"

"Right, you weren't there when Izuku's brother arrived to take him home." Ectoplasm stated. Toshinori raised his missing brows.

"Tenko, Izuku's brother, snapped because of what happened to Izuku during the first breach and the attack at USJ. He even blamed you for it." Nemuri told them. Toshinori winced.

"Shota once mentioned he overheard Izuku saying his brother and father disliked heroes so that might explain the poison in his words. But he made a valid point. We're heroes. We're supposed to protect the students." Hizashi (Present Mic) shared his opinion. The room fell silent again.

"Then we'll just have to tighten security more. Especially for the Sports Festival." Nezu stated. He took a sip of tea as his staff looked at him.

"Are we still going to continue that? I mean with the villain attack-" Nemuri was cut off by Ectoplasm.

"No, Nemuri, Nezu is right. We should continue it. We need to show the League of Villains that our school stands strong even after what they did." He argued.

"So does everyone approve the continuation of the Sports Festival?" Nezu asked,

"Yes."

Izuku immediately fell asleep as soon as he got on his bed, no doubt due to exhaustion after the villain attack. Tenko sat on one side of Izuku's bed as he watched his little brother sleep peacefully, He gently brushed his little brother's hair with his fingers.

"I'm sorry about earlier. I just didn't expect you to be there." Tenko whispered. He didn't meant to scare his little brother earlier and he didn't meant to make him cry. In fact, he wanted to take his little brother from Nomu so he could hug and comfort him... but he had to keep up an appearance. I'm really sorry, Izuku. Tenko apologized in his head.

He tried standing up, but his leg failed him and he immediately grabbed the drawer next to him for support, trying his best not to make any sound that could wake his little brother up. Tch. Tenko grimaced.

Trying his best, he continued to walk back to his own room, assisting himself by holding onto solid objects along the way. Eventually, he got to his room. He sat down on his bed, then he opened his laptop.

He began a video call with his Dad, then the screen flipped to a live feed of his office.

"Is Izuku asleep?"

"Yes. He's drained from the whole day."

Tenko looked at his father. He needed a bunch of machines attached to him to continue on. An half of his face, from his upper lip, to the back of his head, just scar, all because of All Might.

"I'm sorry I failed, Dad. And I put Izuku's life in danger. I-I'm sorry." Tenko couldn't help but apologize. He failed as a leader and he failed as Izuku's older brother.

"Not to mention you lost Nomu, and he was one of the more powerful ones too." An old man's voice could be heard from the background which made Tenko frown.

"Now, now, Doc. We just didn't expect All Might to still be that strong." Hisashi talked to the old man who couldn't be seen. "That hero's will knows no limits at times."

"In the meantime, spend more time with Izuku. Recent events have definitely stressed him out. You need to be with him while he is trying to recover. Your next mission shouldn't be for a while, anyway." Hisashi told his eldest son.

"Yes, Dad."

"COME ON! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP!" Tenko yelled, accompanied by the loud clangs of a pair of cymbals.

Izuku jolted up from his bed from the sudden noise of metal clapping and his brother's loud voice. He snapped his head left and right, looking for trouble but only found his older brother laughing his ass off.

"How I missed doing that." Tenko said as he wiped off the single tear in his eye.

"Not funny, Tenko." Izuku threw a pillow at his brother which the latter caught and hugged.

"Come on, it's already noon, let's go eat br...unch." Tenko corrected himself. "I prepared your favorite." He said as he placed the pillow on the bed and helped Izuku out of his bed.

"What's with the funny hairdo?" Izuku asked, referring to the comb that was keeping Tenko's bangs out of his face.

"Nothing, really. Just needed to keep my hair out of my face. I noticed my hair's been getting pretty long recently." Tenko said while playing with his hair. Izuku laughed and got off his bed. It was then that he noticed the bandage around his brother's calf, it was tinted red by blood.

"Hey, what happened to your leg?" Izuku asked.

"Oh, it's nothing. Just a work accident." Tenko brushed it off. Izuku furrowed his brows at his brother's dismissal.

"Tenko, you need to be careful. You shouldn't push yourself too much. I mean, look at your hands!" Izuku grabbed both of his brother's hands, the fingers individually wrapped by sterile cloth. "They've been under bandages since I've remembered."

Tenko took his hands back and smiled to relieve his younger brother, "It's fine."

But the smile didn't relieve Izuku at all. He didn't want to continue this talk because he knew what topic will eventually follow, so he simply walked with him to the dining room, all while making sure his older brother doesn't lose his balance.

For as long as Izuku could remember, Tenko had been Quirkless. Whenever their Dad would train Izuku, Tenko will just sit and watch. He would smile at the sight but Izuku found a different emotion behind that smile. During those years, he would sometimes find Tenko training by himself. Izuku knew that Tenko had to work twice as hard because he lacked something that 80% of society naturally has.

"Katsudon! Your favorite." Tenko's voice snapped Izuku out of his train of thought. The former slid the bowl over to the latter, as well as a glass of milk, then sat down across the table. Izuku was confused.

"Milk? When have you ever served me milk?" Izuku asked.

"You used to like it!" Tenko chuckled.

"When I was a kid!"

"Yes, but you need to drink milk for your body. Who knows when they might give after you keep using Quirks too strong for your body to handle at once? I thought we talked about using only two strengthening Quirks? You've been using too much and with no balancing reinforcement Quirks, you know you're not as strong as Dad yet." Tenko told him.

"I never told you that I've been using more strengthening Quirks than I should be." Izuku furrowed his brows.

"Call it a brother's intuition. Also, I read the entries by Recovery Girl on your medical records. Her consequent treating of you have been healing the damage you've been inducing but we both know that it's only prolonging the inevitable. Do you want to lose your limbs? You know the effects of 'Power Limb' when used multiple times at maximum." Tenko reminded his little brother as he began eating.

"Okay. I'll be more careful at school."

Then Izuku realized something.

Izuku suddenly stood up and pushed his chair back, "I'll still be going to UA, right?!"

Tenko froze, exactly as he was about to put food in his mouth. He looked at his brother with wide eyes, then he averted gazes.

"Tenko, you know UA is my dream school! Please don't take it away." Izuku begged as he went around the table and nearer his brother.

"I'm sorry, Izuku. I talked to Dad." The tone of his brother's voice broke something in Izuku.

Tenko raised his hands in a whatever pose and said, "You win, he said you can stay."

Izuku's jaw dropped then he angrily smacked the back of Tenko's head, "Jerk! I thought you pulled me out of UA!"

"Oh please, as if Dad will let that happen." Tenko rubbed the back of his head. "You've been bothering the two of us about it since you were six, as if we'd just take that away from you." Tenko rested his head on his intertwined fingers.

"But if you ever end up getting hurt because those heroes couldn't do squat, I'm pulling you out, regardless of your or Dad's wishes, got it?" Tenko's tone was serious. His brother's words left Izuku quiet.

"Now, eat your katsudon and drink your milk! On second thought, have my glass of milk as well." Tenko handed his glass to Izuku. The latter simply chuckled.

As Izuku walked through the hallways of UA to his classroom, he thought about his brother's warning, and he could only let out a sigh.

Finally, he had arrived at his classroom, but the moment he opened the door, he was immediately met by his friends, as well as a few other of his classmates.

"Izu-kun! I thought you were never coming back!" - Ochaco

"Your brother sounded really angry, we thought you would change schools!" - Tenya

"We're glad you still go here." - Shouto

Izuku chuckled, "Uh, guys, can I go to my seat first?"

They all walked over to his seat. They waited for him to sit down before they resumed the topic.

"We really thought your brother transferred you to a different school." Momo went first.

"Yeah, me too. But ultimately, Dad insisted to let me attend UA." Izuku wore a warm smile.

"But Tenko said that I'm changing schools if anything else happens to me so there's that." Izuku laughed it off but his classmates felt bad about it.

"My brother is just very protective of me, that's all. I can't blame him for that. He's acted as the parent ever since Dad had to leave abroad. Even with his job, he still tries to look out for me." Izuku told them.

"I just hope he doesn't overwork himself."

Izuku's words made the atmosphere heavy. No one knew what to talk about afterwards, until Denki cut in.

"...heeeeeeeyy, let's talk about something different! Why don't you tell us what your brother's Quirk is? You have a very powerful Quirk, I bet it's something strong too, right?" Denki suggested, attempting to lighten the mood.

"Uh, he's actually Quirkless." Izuku answered with an awkward smile. Everyone looked at Denki, You made it worse.

Denki winced. Then the door opened, and in walked a man who had only barely recovered from his injuries.

"All right, get back to your seats." The students looked at the person who spoke. Their eyes widened at the sight. "AIZAWA-SENSEI?!"

"Are you okay, Aizawa-sensei?" Momo asked as everyone took their seats.

"Aizawa-sensei, I thought the capture tape was supposed to be for villains?" Denki made fun of their teacher's appearance. He couldn't keep his laugh in.

Shut up. The whole looked at Denki and he winced. Not again.

"Are you okay now, Aizawa-sensei? You could've let another teacher sub for you while you heal." Izuku voiced the concern of the class.

"Don't worry, I'm mostly healed thanks to Recover Girl's Quirk." He told them.

"Now, to the point, the faculty have decided to continue this year's Sports Festival. As most of you know, the Sports Festival will be aired live to the entirety to Japan. It is your chance to show off what you can do to all the hero agencies out there. You will have two weeks to train. Do your best, Plus Ultra." Aizawa-sensei explained.

"That's all."

The chance to show off what we can do. Izuku rolled his hand to a fist. If I do great at the Sports Festival, then I'll be a step closer to becoming a hero.

"Once I get to be a hero, then I can help my parents with earning money!" Ochaco-chan sounded so enthusiastic, making Izuku smile at her statement, then he thought of an idea to help his friends.

"Hey, you guys want to train at our house?" Izuku suggested.

"Hm? Your house?" Tenya sounded confused.

"Yeah. We actually have a training hall at home. We can have a sleepover and train together, if you guys want." Izuku told his friends.

"Is that really okay? What about your brother?" Ochaco-chan asked.

"Yeah, of course, it's fine. I'm sure Tenko would be glad to have you guys over. I know he gave a bad first impression the other day but I promise, he's the friendliest person you'll ever meet." Izuku assured them.

"Okay... so when should we start?" Tenya asked.

"When do you guys want to start?" Izuku asked.

"Friday to Sunday, is that alright?" Ochaco suggested. They all agreed.

It was just then that they noticed a number of their schoolmates were outside of their classroom.

"What's going on?" Izuku asked.

In the corner of Izuku's eyes, he noticed Katsuki stand up from his seat and walk towards the door.

"Scouting the competition, is that it?" Katsuki scoffs at them, "As if you have any sort of chance against us! We went against villains and was victorious! Don't think you can win!"

I don't think that's something you should be boasting about. Izuku thought.

"Now, move!" Katsuki ordered their schoolmates. Most of them moved out of his way except for one student. He had dark purple hair and looked like he hasn't slept in quite a while.

"Move!" Katsuki growled.

"Did you know that if us General Studies students perform well, we can get transferred to Hero Studies?" The dark purple-haired boy told Katsuki.

"Hero Studies students can also get transferred to General Studies if they under-perform." He added. Katsuki raised a brow.

"That should be enough to knock your prides down." The student smirked. Katsuki frowned and proceeded to walk past his dark-purple haired schoolmate, hitting the latter's arm as he did.

At Toshinori's office, the door suddenly slid open. Toshinori looked at who entered.

"You wanted to talk to me, All Might?"

"Young Katsuki. Yes. Please take a seat." Toshinori told the boy.

"I would like to thank you for keeping my secret safe."

Katsuki looked at the man in front of him. The yellow suit he's wearing is definitely too big for his skeletal and almost frail-looking body. Katsuki still can't believe this is what All Might looks like now.

"Is that all?" Katsuki asked in a calm tone.

"No. I've been going through your school records, actually. You're a smart boy, that much is apparent in your Grades. And very heroic, even taking down a zero pointer during the Entrance Exam just to save a girl."

Katsuki winced. That was coincidental, actually. He didn't know that round face was in trouble, he was just frustrated that people would run away from a tin can. He wanted to prove he was more powerful than a piece of tin so he took it down.

"Yes, well-" Katsuki was about to explain himself when All Might spoke.

"Which is why I want to make you my successor."

Katsuki winced, "What? Successor?"

"Yes. Actually, my Quirk... it isn't a typical Quirk. One for All... it is a Quirk that can be passed from one person to another."

Katsuki's eyes widened.

"Ever since my injury, the time I can use my Quirk has been shortened. And thanks to the incident the other day, I can only sustain my Muscle form for 50 minutes per day."

"I'm afraid that my time as All Might-as the Symbol of Peace, may be coming to an end. That's why I came to teach here, so that I may find a successor. Someone to inherit One for All, as well as the title of Symbol of Peace."

Katsuki couldn't believe what he was hearing. Wait, is he being serious? Then-

"Young Katsuki, I want you to become my successor." All Might said it.

"Will you accept?"
