I drive up to the scene confused at first I don't see anything there is people but they are all alive. I get out the van and still don't see anything.

"Cho whats going on?" I ask I need an easy one. I walk all the way up to him and nothing.

"We lost the bodies."

"I don't understand" I know we have not lost any bodies

"The crime scene photographer got here first. Well after the first responder who needed to assist a fellow agent when they broke down and so left. He took a few photos and then his phone rang he got in the car to answer it where he came out no bodies." I am shell shocked of the stupidity of this story.

"So your telling me-"

"Lisbon I don't see any bodies you woke me up for this." Jane cuts me off I give him a look and then finish my sentence.

"So your telling me that a first responder came onto the scene with 3 bodies just off the highway, Called it in so the crime photographer could get here before anyone else then left the scene WITH 3 BODIES to pick up his friend who broke down, left the scene with the photographer who then took a call inside of his CAR for privacy when no one else was around. Got out the car and 3 human bodies are gone no sign of them." I am MAD this is ridiculous. Cho nods. I want to punch someone. Van Pelt arrives and asks what is going on I tell her we lost 3 god dang human bodies

"technically we did not the first responder and the photographer did" Jane inputs

"No because we are in charge so this is on the CBI's back. We need to find these bodies I want the photographer and the first responder-" my phone rings I pray that it is not Hightower anyone higher up, I walk out of ear shot and pic up.

"Is this Terisa Lisbon?" I don't recognize the voice.

"Speaking."

"This is Jim" I don't know a Jim. I don't say anything "Your landlord."

"Yes, is everything alright?" I don't need this right now

"Are you pregnant?" whoa that came out of left field

"Yes, how does this concern you?" How is this his business.

"Well I am sorry to inform you that I am ending your lease. You need to be out the apartment by noon tomorrow."

"Wait wha-" and the phone clicks I don't know what to do. I have 3 missing bodies and I need to be out my apartment by tomorrow, with no where to go. I gather my self back up. "as I was saying I want photographer and the first responder brought in, Grace look at both the records Rigsby get those photos find everything you can. Jane with me" I say to them as calm as I can. I get in the Van with Jane.

"Your mad." He says

"We lost a body of course I am upset."

"No your upset about that but something about that phone call upset you. What was it about?"

"That is none of your business."

"Come one it will make you feel better."

"Jane no" I give him a stern look to say drop it. We get back to the CBI and I go in and tell Cho to interview both people. Then I leave a drive to my apartment I don't know what I am doing. I get out the car and go in I take out boxes and start packing shoving anything anywhere it can fit. I don't care I just need to get out. After about 2 hours I am almost halfway done when I hear a knock at my door it is Jane I don't want him to see my place or to know. I just squeeze out the door and talk to him. He is worried but I get rid of him and finish packing and I take a bag with over night things. I go and drive to a local storage center. I buy a locker thing and start unloading all of my boxes from the Van in there. I am glad I brought the Van. My back hurts and I have been moving for like 4 hours. I turn on my phone and text Jane letting him know I am ok. I get a neighbor to help me move the rest of everything and before I know it I am living out a bag. I go back to the office with a few bags full of stuff. I decide that I am going to sleep there for a bit. It has everything I need. I move the bags from the van to my car and go inside. I walk into the bull pen and see Hightower she calls me into her office.

"What is going on you have been M.I.A all day." She says clearly upset.

"I had a emergency. I will work late tonight." I say after a few more minutes of convincing she lets me go with a warning. I get to work right away Cho tells me that both the photographer and the First responder are sticking with the same story. Van Pelt says nothing is out of the ordinary for ether of them as well none of it is adding up I talk to Rigsby and we get a semi ok picture of the bodies nothing clear enough though. I send everyone home and start on forms. Jane hangs around napping. A few hours go by and Jane is still there. I decide to wake him up.

"Jane, wake up." I say in a soft voice everyone is gone.

"What?"

"Go home it is late." He stands up wishes me a good night and walks out I go to my car and grab my bag I take a blanket and go to sleep on my sofa. The next thing I know I wake up to a full office it is 8 am dang it. Jane walks though the door.

"You sleep here?" he asks clearly confused I admit is not like me. I nod "Lisbon tell me what is up." I know I cant keep this up but I don't want to worry him. I decide to give him a edited truth.

"I ended my lease when I found out I was having twins I forgot and had to rush to move out yesterday." I know it is all a lie but I am not going to tell him I was kicked out.

"Do you have anywhere to go?" He asks

"Yeh I am moving in this weekend." I tell him also a lie. I don't I know what I am really going to do. I know I need a place though. I go into the bullpen glad no one else knows I am about to tell everyone what to do when Jane buts in.

"I know where the bodies are."

"Care to share" I say

"In the interviews with both of are guys they talk about coming down the left side of the road, but when we got there we all came from the right side of the road"

"so you want me to dig up the whole left side of the road."

"No don't be silly. Watch." And he walks of I follow him as he goes into both rooms and tells them that the other told us everything that if they are willing to testify there sentence might be better.

"What the hell. Your not allowed to do that." I tell him when he comes out.

Then he sets them both free. I don't know what to say to him. I put Rigsby and Cho on surveillance of each and I go apartment hunting after a 5 hour search I find a place I am about to buy it when I get a call from Cho. Both men lead us to the bodies and both admit to the killings I feel a bit of dread when I realize that they don't need me. I hang up and then Jane calls I just want to sign off on this apartment.

"Lisbon I have text you an address meet me there now it is important." Of course it is I tell them I will be back. I go to the address it is a apartment complex I go to the apartment he said and knock on the door he opens it and says surprise I am confused then I see the keys in his hand.

"Will you be my roommate? You can have two rooms." He says I don't know what to say or what to do.
