Panic yawns as he wakes up and yawns which makes his pacifier fall out of his mouth, in his arms is a lamb plushie "man...I haven't slept that well in a while…~" Panic thought to himself before feeling someone pat his diaper.
"Hey~ there you're up~" Panic blushes as Hercules pats his diaper though his onesie
"Ya feel dry at the moment" Hercules smiles softly as he picks up Panic "Did you have a good nap there Panic~"
Panic blushes softly as Hercules boops his nose, then he looks around "um where is Pain?"
"He woke up a few mins ago, he should be in the 'living room' " Hercules explains but can't help but giggle at Panic looking around for his older brother.
"You look so adorable like this ya know" Hercules smiles as he and Panic leave the throne room and brings panic over to the 'living room'.
Where Hermes was trying to play with Pain who was pouting in the playpen Hades had set up for pain and panic for their 'baby' punishment.
"Come on Pain look...~" Hermes tells Pain while holding a toy block.
"Go on~ and play with the blocks" the messenger god said just to duck as Pain throws the block at Hermes who barely dodges it.
"Hey easy?!" Hermes yelped and looked annoyed as that was the forth time Pain threw a toy at him.
"Me and Panic! aren't real babies we hope ya know!" Pain yells agitated at how Hermes and Hercules were treating him and Panic, like actual babies.
Hercules looking worried as he puts Panic in the playpen, and Panic "Easy easy Pain the reason why me and Hermes are going all out with the baby thing is both of us are looking for extra credit for Home Economics class (it's called in the series Home Greconomics), and when fates revealed during Hades's trial told the other the gods and goddess, that you and Panic were his kids and then Hades called saying he was in need of a babysitter for you guys for when he is gone on Olympus meetings" Hercules sighs then smiles.
Panic looks worried at Pain, as Pain looks annoyed, who just crosses his arms.
Hercules thinks to himself before he smiles at the imps in the playpen.
"Yeah know…. that makes me and Hermes and Pegasus in some way your cousins~" Hercules smiles.
Panic and Pain looked down saldy as until recently they thought the only relatives they knew before Hades told them that he was their dad and not just their boss.
Were their cousins the miseries and Pandora who was adopted into the miseries family when she was a baby and turned into a demi human.
Pain and Panic only knew that their mother was a titan/misery hybrid but that only scratched the surface as Hades as he raised them that she was the daughter of the titan of Typhon husband to Echidna and the misery Sorrow wife to Misery the embodiment of misery.
-(story flashback)-
Echidna was fine knowing everyone was drunk including her and she knew someone at her and Typhon's 'wedding' party would get so drunk someone would get impregnated, so when Misery found out his mate was pregnant with another's child, he was angry thus wanted the child dead, but Echidna and Typhon protected Pain and Panic's mom: Plague and her mother from her half father's abusive temper when Plague was born.
Plague grew up alongside Hades, and when they were the equivalent of teens Hades told her he was going to make her his queen, but at the time Plague was pregnant with her and Hades' children…but hiding as she sensed her half father wouldn't be happy….but Hades told her he would care for the children his blood or not.
Her half father Misery found out from the fates that due to his abusiveness towards his family:
"The children of plague will rally your children and wife, the Titans and Gods and Goddesses, and defeat you."
Misery then tried to ruin Plague's pregnancy but she fled before he could try it...Misery then went to Olympus and told Hera and Zeus that Plague was pregnant with Zeus's children….which Hera and Zeus blindly tricked by Misery, locked Plague from the underworld forcing Her to be on the run….
Till she found a village that feared nothing where after a few months after her actual due date, she gave birth to her and Hades's first son: Pain, then on Pain's 3rd birthday she had Panic….
But a year later, on Pain's 4th birthday and Panic's 1st (their age equivalent at the time), Misery finally found Plague and her village…..and her children….she did what any mother would do….she defended her young..bought them time to escape…
even if that meant…..
-(end of story flash back)-
"We know your mom was 'killed' by the hands of Misery... To save you both" Hermes sadly says
"and that me, Hemres and Pegasus's Parents helped in her 'death' " Hercules looks down sadly
-(Hercules remembering a bit of the trial)-
As when Hercules met first grandma Rhea during uncle Hades' trial and saw at the trial what the fates showed to her of why his uncle Hades wanted Olympus….to break Plague's curse as she is immortal and her body and spirit are just seperated. And Rhea raged at Zeus and Hera's naiveness back then cost Hades a best friend and his first queen of the underworld.
Then after the punishment was dealt out and Rhea was bringing Pain and Panic in to be brought back to Hades, Hercules watched his father Zeus's rage as he went and attacked...well tried to attack Uncle Hades only for Pain and Panic's 'godhood' was restored, protecting Hades, then the imps passing out due to the new powers, Hercules also remembered seeing the fates show Hades, grandma Rhea, and other Gods and Goddesses faces:
Pain and Panic are Hades and Plague's sons…
And Tartrus and Olypmus have mercy on Zeus when grandma Rhea got her Hands on him.
-(end of hercules's flashback)-
Pain flops onto his back and stares at the ceiling before smirks still looking at the ceiling "Heh... guess we are kinda alike, huh Jerkules...~" He says softly, looking slightly at the son of Zeus.
"Oh? how so?" Hercules smirks back knowing Pain liked that nickname for the hero.
Panic then speaks up for Pain "well I never knew me and pain's mom, but Pain said when we kidnapped and turned Hercules mortal when he was a baby. made both of us feel kinda guilty…..about taking ya from your parents..."
Panic finishes his sentence with his horns drooping, he then feels Hercules pets him between the horns
"Hey!~ if you two didn't do that I wouldn't have become a hero~" Hercules smiles.
Hermes smiles at Hercules making the imps feel a bit better of their past actions.
"Besides Hades feels bad enough for hurting you for who knows how long, and feels even more guilty for hurting his own sons he didn't know till recently, so maybe see this 'baby' punishment as a way for him to get used to being a parent~" Hermes explains softly about Hades new maternal attitude now.
"Maybe see this as Hades' way of also giving you two a second childhood~" chuckles Hercules.
Pain sits up and Panic smiles as both imps nod slightly still not liking the idea of being in diapers for a 'punishment'.
-(few mins later)-
After a bit of playing around in the playpen with some toys as they only had that to play with, Pain and Panic stopped and looked at their sitters.
"So….. um what else was on 'dad's' list for you guys to do with us..." Panic questions after building a tower with baby blocks with Hermes.
"well..." Hercules says as he looks at the list while Pain was throwing up and catching a ball then looks too as he still had his diaper rash and was getting his mind off it.
-(the list says:)-
list of things for you to do with the 'babies':
1. feed them: there should be food for you boys too help yourselves
2. nap time: you can use the living room or throne room
3. Playtime: there are enough toys for the boys, please play with them
4. bottle/snack time: a in between meal, between their actual meals
5. if you gotten this far you can watch TV (Tartarus vision as hades calls it): the boys can watch gladiator or death matches
6. dinner: I left some lasagna in the fridge for you and Hermes along with the 'babies', as I bet they don't want any more mush
7. bath time: if they get too messy from dinner, Pain loves toys in the tub, and Panic likes bubbles
8. bed time: you can put the boys to bed in the 'living room'
I should be back before bath time or bedtime

PS. don't forget to check the boy's diapers once in a while… and the diaper rash cream is in the small pots in the diaper bag, bathroom, and the boys bedroom.

"Man dad thought this all through..." Pain says as he looks at Hercules
Who can't help but nervously laugh that uncle Hades basically had left a to-do list like a first time parent "yeah...".
Hermes laughs and sits down with Hercules with Panic on his lap facing Hercules "told ya this wasn't going to be easy Herc heheh"
"Hmmmmm" the hero groaned.
"Can me and Pain draw and color? Dad gave us some paper and crayons before he left?" Panic asks curiosity.
"Honestly it's better than playing with baby toys" Pain looks at him and Panic's 'babysitters' and starts to scratch his diaper due to his rash.
Hercules grabbed Pain's hands "and maybe coloring will keep ya from scratching Pain".
Hermes flies up and finds the coloring supplies and paper "here you go~ me and Herc can join ya~".
With that the 'babysitters' and their charges started to color and draw, till they got bored of that or wanna do something else.
