Hercules hums 'I can go the distance' as he turns on the bathroom tub, then checks the temperature of the water.
"How hot do you two normally have? Yeah, know when you have a bath?" the hero asks as he turns around, to look at Pain and Panic who were slightly blushing.
"Hey relax~ me and Herc know about your hermaphroditism, we also changed your diapers earlier" Hermes explains looks at each imp as he grabs two soft bath towels from the towel rack.
"Those were quick thou…" whimpers Panic as he watches his cousin look for the bubble bath.
"And for greek imps it's embarrassing to be seen without our genital slit hiding 'clothing'...despite all our 'goods' being inside our bodies." Pain whimpers as he rubs his arm.
Hermes and Hercules just nervously laughed, as they kinda don't blame the imps to be embarrassed about having to be given a bath like they were babies.
"Well we won't stare if that's why you're nervous about us giving you a bath. Also please answer my question about the water temperature?" Hercules asks as he gestures to the water.
Panic walks over and touches the water, and shakes his hand dry "it's good".
"Great, now where's the bubble bath?" Hercules asks as he looks around for the bubble bath, but notices Hermes leaving the bathroom.
"Hermes, where are you going? I'm going to throw these towels into the dryer so you guys have warm towels when you come out~" Hermes states as he leaves the room.
"Now what are you doing Pain?" Hercules asks as he watches Pain open a bathroom cabinet.
"Getting the bubble bath" Pain responds as he pulls out a bottle of oatmeal and honey scented bubble bath, then offers it to his cousin.
"So how much do I put in?" Hercules asks as he removes the bottle's cap and notices the cap was hollow like a cup.
"Dad usually does it for us but he says add at least a cap full" Panic smiles awkwardly.
"Okay~'' Hercules smiled as filled the lid with the bubble bath, then poured it into the running water.
As soon as the bubble bath hit the running water the tub became full of bubbles, and the whole bathroom smells like oatmeal with honey.
"Woah?!" a surprised Hermes yelps as he re enters the bathroom, only to see a mountain of bubbles that somehow were staying in the tub.
"I think a cap full might have been too much," Hercules said as he nervously rubbed his head, as Pain and Panic laughed.
"Welp…." Hermes says as he puts his hands on his hips, then looks at his imp cousins.
"Who wants to go in first~" he asks as Pain and Panic pout.
"You said we can have toys too.." Panic whimpered as Pain nodded.
"Alright go quickly get your bath toys~" Hermes smirks then looks around.
"Where are your bath toys?" the blue god asked curiously as he then saw a small basket with a toy boat and rubber duck sticking out of it.
"It's on the top shelf….but we can't fly and get it" Pain sulked as he pointed to the basket with the toys in it.
"Why not?" Hercules asks as he turns off the running water.
"It's because of these bracelets' ' Panic explains as he holds up his right arm, and shows his cousins/babysitters a bracelet on his wrist. "
"they block a greek imps abilities, examples being: teleporting, our shapeshifting, and it also weakens our wing muscles so we can't really fly" the teal imp continues.
Pain sighs then holds up his right arm and wrist showing his bracelet "dad uses them when he 'grounds' us, in this case so we don't use our shapeshifting, teleporting and flying to get out of our 'punishment' ".
"Ah.." both Hermes and Hercules nervously reasponded, leave it to their uncle Hades to think about how to keep someone in their punishment.
"I think he'll take them off, when he sees that we're being okay with our….'punishment' " Pain explains and pouts, still not liking being in diapers or being treated like an impling again.
"And won't try and get out of it" Panic smiles as he watches Hermes grab the bath toy basket from the top shelf of the cabinet.
"Well that's good" Hermes smiles as he puts the toys in the hot bubble bath.
"Now~ bath time~" Hercules gestures to the tub.
Both Pain and Panic sulk and pout as they stare at the tub.
"Can….can you maybe turn around..." Panic askes blushing.
"So we can get 'naked and in the tub?" Pain says as he pokes his fingers together nervously.
Both of their babysitters nodded and turned around facing away from their charges, they hear the chinkles of the diapers being touched…..but then heard each imp groan.
"STUPID MITTENS!" yelled a now agitated Pain.
"I-I guess we need h-help after all…." Panic whines as he looks at his cousins who were still turned around.
"Um you can turn around…we need help getting 'undressed'..." he whimpers.
Hermes and Hercules both turn around with understanding also soft smiles, as each helps their imp cousin's out of their diapers, booties, and mittens.
"It's okay to ask for help~" Hermes explains as he removes the tapes from Panic's diaper, and helps remove the skinny imp's mittens and booties.
"This is still more embarrassing than the diaper changes…." Pain complains as Hercules throws Pain's mittens and booties into the laundry hamper.
"Aw~ it's not that bad" the hero grins as he removes Pain's diaper and picks up his cousin, who of course starts to squirm and complain.
Hermes scooped up a blushing Panic "okay now time for your bath you two~"
With that Hercules and Hermes both put their imp cousins into the bathtub. As soon as each imp touched the water, they slightly sulked and pouted as they really aren't fans of baths, never mind having to be bathed like implings.
-(30 mins in the bath later)-
Hercules was scrubbing Pain's hair as Pain played with a toy sea serpent, while Heremes was scrubbing Panic's back between the wings, it was 30 mins since they started the bath which at first was annoying as Pain wasn't afraid to get his babysitters wet, and Panic was hard to get to stay still as when Hermes would try to scrub the thin imp's tummy he would squirm and giggle.
They also let the imps clean their lower area themselfs, as honestly Hermes and Hercules are fine touching that area for diaper changing, but not cleaning in a tub.
"You two look like you're having fun~" Hercules smiles as he finishes scrubbing Pain's hair, he had to wash and rinse it 3 now 4 times due to how much gel Pain puts in it.
Pain just pouts but also grins softly "maybe….gah?!"
Hercules covers Pain's eyes, and pours a cup full of water on Pain's hair again, rinsing Pain's hair and chuckles as Pain's hair when flat and not styled covers his eyes.
"Pfft~" Panic sneakers along with Hermes at Pain who huffs in annoyance and playfully splashes Hercules in the face with some water.
Hermes hums as he finishes scrubbing between Panic's wings then gets up "alright Panic you can relax now your all clean~"
Panic smiles and closes his eyes, he sinks down into the water till only parts of him visible were his nose, and eye and horns, as he think to himself "hot bubbles baths are the best~ maybe that's why dad likes to give us them as it get us in the bath….their so relaxing~, and so warm~"
Hermes then hovers to the door "Herc i'm going to get their towels from the dryer ok?"
Hercules opens his mouth to say something only to get another splash of water to the face from Pain, and looks at Pain with an annoyed look.
"Okay Hermes" he says as he playfully splashes Pain back.
Both cousins stared at the other in almost a stand off.
"So much for relaxing in the tub…." Panic grumbled in his head as he opened his eyes and side glares at his brother and cousin.
-(15 mins later)-
Hermes enters the bathroom again holding two towels fresh from the dryer "Sorry for the wait, the dry had 15 mins left and- OH….MY...GODS!"
Pain and Hercules had gotten into a splash fight by the time Hermes had returned and both were frozen when Hermes spoke, and pointed to each other.
"HE STARTED IT!" both said at the same time.
Hermes stares at the now messed up bathroom, water was dripping from the ceiling, and the floor was all wet, and half of the tub was missing its water, and Panic had an upset look as his relaxing time was interrupted.
"You're cleaning this up Herc…" Hermes looks annoyed at his little brother, then at his cousin, "and you're going to be stuck in a corner for a time out Pain…".
Both Pain and Hercules groan and hang their heads down.
-(after bathtime and as Hercules cleans the bathroom)-
Hermes brought Pain and Panic to their room to dry off, and before he leaves the room he puts Pain in a corner then he leaves the room, as he goes and gets them their new diapers and PJs, he returns with a diaper bag and two onesies.
"Good news for you both. I also threw your onesies in the dryer so they're nice and toasty~" the small god states as he puts the diaper bag on the floor, and the onesies on Pain's crib.
Panic with his towel around him, watches Hermes push down the railing on his crib, and lays down a changing mat on the literal cloud mattress.
"Okay Panic~ let's get you into a new diaper~ then I'll do you Pain" Hermes says as he looks at his imp cousins as he pats the mat for Panic, telling him to come over.
"O-Ok…" Panic says sheepishly as he lets Hermes lay him on the changing mat and slide a diaper under him.
"You know your daddy will be home soon~" Hermes smiles as he applies some baby oil to Panic skin, and then baby powder to his cousin's diaper.
Area.
Panic covers his nose to keep the baby powder from going in and make him sneeze, "Oh?"
Hermes as he pulls up Panic's diaper and tapes the sides, then reaches over and grabs Panic's new onesie.
"Um… did dad get that for us?" Panic blushes at how babyish the onesie looked:
It was a footie onesie that is pale blue with little ducky's on it, it's sleeves ends can roll and become mittens, it even had buttons between the legs for easy diaper changing, and had wing and tail holes meaning this onesie was made for greek imps.
" Well…. I found it in the washer with some other baby clothing around you and Pain's sizes" Hermes explained as he looked at the onesie.
Panic just sighs still laying down "knowing dad he picked them up with the diapers….".
Pain yells from the corner still facing the corner "bet ya he did!"
Hermes just chuckled his uncle was always unpredictable but somewhat prepared "maybe…. but let's get this onesie on you~"
Panic nods and helps Hermes get the onesie on him despite him laying down, as Hermes finally pulls up then buttons up the onesie.
"And done~" Hermes smiles as he helps Panic stand up.
Panic blushes as the onesie felt like his other one he was in, was nice and snug, and was super soft.
"You like it?" Hermes asks his imp cousin as he tidies up, and gets ready to diaper and dress Pain.
Panic just looks away embarrassed "dad usually gets us onesies to sleep in as they're nice and warm…great for winter down here..."
Hermes smiles and puts Panic on the floor, and ushers Panic to the door "Well that great~ now how about you go check on Herc Panic~ go on scoot~"
Panic smiles and waddle walks out of him and Pain's room, Hermes just grins as he watches Panic leave then turns to Pain still facing the corner "alright Pain it's your turn"
Pain grumbled as he walked over from the corner "let's just get this over with….".
Hermes just shaked his head and smiled. Hermes then helped Pain climb up onto the crib and laid him on the changing mat.
Pain sighs then closed his eyes and pouts and sulked as he watched Hermes did exactly what he did for Panic but it was different too as Hermes applied: baby oil on Pain's skin but not by the diaper area, baby rash cream on the diaper rash in the diaper area, then baby powder. Finally Hermes tapes up Pain's diaper.
"All done bud~" Hermes smiles as he reaches over to grab Pain's onesie.
"I'm kinda worried what my onesie looks like..." Pain opens his eyes and glares at his cousin.
Hermes smirks back as hold up a footie onesie just like Panic's but it was: a light lavender colour, with kiwis on it.
Pain stares with a surprised expression and he feels his face get hot from blushing, his onesie was just as babyish as Panic's.
"s-seriously..." he whines as Hermes giggles.
"I guess your daddy wanted you boys to have options for your onesies" Hermes explains as he helps Pain into the onesie.
Pain just pouts as Hermes buttons up the onesie, then helps him stand, Pain looks at his now covered hands due to the onesie having built in mittens and sulks.
"Is it comfortable?" Hermes questions.
"Yeah….and snug too….can we watch more tartarus vision?" Pain asks as he watches Hermes put the baby powder and etc. away.
"Sure~ of course you and Panic are getting a night snack~" Hermes smiles then notices Pain looking like something was bugging him.
"What's the matter Pain?" Hermes goes to Pain's height then realizes what was bugging Pain.
"Don't worry me and Herc won't tell your daddy about your temper tantrum~" the light blue god grinned and put a finger to his lips.
Pain's eyes lit up "really?"
Hermes grins and chuckles "only if you don't tell your daddy about me and Herc forgot about your rash, as well as don't tell you daddy about the bathroom splash war~"
Pain just laughs and nods, as he and Hermes both don't wanna explain or tell Hades about the bathroom mess and his tantrum earlier "deal!~"
Hermes laughs as well then takes his cousin's hand "come on~ let's go see what Herc and Panic are doing?~"
-(in the 'living' room)-
As Hermes and Pain neared the 'living' room, there was laughter in the 'living' room, both cousins looked at the other with curious looks, Hermes peeks into the 'living' room and sees:
Hercules holding a giggling and laughing Panic on his lap, tickling him.
"heheheh-Herc!~ Pfft! S-s-s-stahp!~" Panic laughed as he squirmed and laughed.
"No way~ your laughter is so adorable, I never knew greek imps were so ticklish~" Hercules chuckles as he has been tickling his teal imp cousin since he came into the 'living' room.
Hermes came floating in "what you two been doing?~"
Hercules stops tickling his cousin and looks up, Panic quickly gets away to catch his breath.
"Tickle tag" Hercules grins like an idiot.
"What's that?" Pain asks nervously as just like Panic, Pain was extremely ticklish.
"It's a…..hah...game where one person 'runs' away from the person it, Herc says it's almost like a hide and seek tag…" Panic giggles and Pants still trying to catch his breath.
Hermes grins along with Hercules "I would say lets play tickle tag, But I did tell Pain that we can watch more Tartrus vision and eat snacks"
"Oh?" Hercules asks as he looks down at Pain, "can we play a small round as it would help the boys sleep"
Hermes looks at Pain and Panic then grins "true that would make you two wanna relax and work up an appetite for the snacks while we watch tartrus vision"
Pain and Panic's eyes widened in horror realizing what Hermes was hinting at, and slowly started to back up.
Hercules grins then looks at his imp cousins "we'll give you 30 seconds~"
With that both Hercules and Hermes cover their eyes and start counting from 1 to 30, both Pain and Panic speed waddle out of the 'living' room to find a hiding spot for each of them.
-(30 seconds later)-
"Ready your not~" Hermes smirks as he removes his hands from his eyes.
"Here come the tickle beasts~" Hercules finishes Hermes sentence, he then starts to walk out of the 'living' room.
Hermes follows Hercules as they search for their imp cousins: in the kitchen, in the bathroom (now clean from the bathtime), in the boys room, in uncle Hades room. Each area they checked they got more and more worried as they thought their imp cousins would be in those areas.
"Where are they?!" Hercules panicked as he looked around behind a curtain.
Hermes then notices something "have we checked the throne room?"
Hercules nods and follows his older brother into the throne room, and they notice two tails behind the throne followed by some snickers and giggles.
Both Hercules and Hermes grin at each other then start to tip toe over to the throne.
"I don't think they can find us~" Pain snickers.
"You think?" Panic asks playfully, his tail wags in excitement.
Before Pain could respond both him and his baby brother were scooped up into the air.
"Got ya!~" Hercules and Hermes speak at the same time, then both take deep breaths and give their imp cousin's each a raspberry on the cheek.
"Ah?! Nuuuuu!~ heheh~ not again!~" Panic laughs and squirms as Hermes blows a raspberry on his cheek.
Pain just laughs and squirms as Hercules starts to tickle his tummy while doing raspberries.
"You guys almost had us, didn't you~" Hercules teased playfully, digging his fingers into Pain's sides.
Pain squeals and laughs harder, kicking and trying to get away but can't.
Both Hermes and Hercules kept tickling their imp cousins till tears of laughter were rolling down their faces.
-(few minutes later)-
After a few minutes of tickling Hermes and Hercules brought Pain and Panic back to the 'living' room, they put their cousins down on the couch. Then they went into the kitchen.
Panic still giggling from the tickling before "you….guys...suck!" he panted.
Pain pouts laying on his side curled up to protect his sides from his cousins, and grumbles, glaring at his cousins but smirks too.
"they did get us good though" he giggles to himself then watches greek fails on Tartrus vision.
"Okay what snacks you two want?" Hercules asks from the kitchen.
Both imps looked at each other before thinking, what would they wanna eat for a snack…then they smiled at each other
Panic then grins sheepishly and looks at his babysitters "um… ever heard of berries and yogurt?".
Hercules thinks for a sec "berries and yogurt…..doesn't sound that bad".
Hercules then opens the fridge and gets the berries and yogurt, while Hermes starts to warm up two bottles of milk.
After a few minutes of waiting Pain and Panic were both watching Tartarus vision, Pain then notices Panic sucking his thumb.
"Hey….Panic, have you noticed we're started sucking our thumbs again? We only do that during thunderstorms or when we're sick…" questioned Pain as Panic freezes just realizing what he was doing.
Panic takes his thumb out of his mouth and blushes, but Pain has a point where they usually suck their thumbs when they're sick or during a thunderstorm.
"Maybe it's a comfort thing…" Panic nervously answers, he then sees his cousins coming back.
"Here you two go~" Hermes smiles as he puts two bottles on the coffee table.
Hercules is holding two bowls of greek yogurt and in each were a lot of wild berries "and here's your yogurt with berries, now let's get your bibs on".
Both Pain and Panic goran when the bibs were mentioned but they allow their sitters to tie on the bibs.
"Awwww don't give us that look….be glad we're not putting you two in your high chairs~ and feeding you~" Hermes gently teases as Pain glares/pouts at him after tying on the bib.
"That is true…." Panic says nervously as he takes his bowl and spoon.
"We made ourselves some yogurt and berries too~ we just need to get them" Hercules states as he and Hermes head back to the kitchen.
Pain eats a spoonful of yogurt and berries as his tail wags happily, Panic softly giggles when he eats a spoonful of his as a greek guy gets kicked by a horse.
Hermes and Hercules sit down with their own bowls of yogurt and berries,and join their cousins in eating a night snack, while watching cartoons, etc.
-(1 hr later)-
Pain and Panic both fell asleep in the middle of the Merv griffin show that was currently on Tartarus vision, Hercules and Hermes were tidying up the kitchen and 'living' room, They both felt the air become cold yet warm, that could only mean one thing….
"So? how were they?" Hades questions his nephews as he enters the 'living' room, back from his Olympus meeting.
"Pretty good, had some ups and downs but otherwise they were great" Hermes responds with his playful voice.
Hades smiles at both imps asleep on the couch, before he smirks and looks at his nephews with a 'oh really' expression with his arms crossed.
"Really?~ honestly knowing Pain he had to have given you two at least some sort of trouble?" the flame headed god asks playfully.
Hercules and Hermes couldn't help but nervously laugh then finally Hercules speaks.
"Well…..he was a bit cranky due to his diaper rash and we…." the hero felt very nervous to say anymore.
"You two forgot that he had a diaper rash didn't you?~" Hades chuckles then looks at his nervous nephews with a smile.
"I had a feeling you would, but I'm not that mad over it" the flame headed god waves his hand.
"It was you guys' first time babysitting the boys, you guys lasted pretty long without having to call me more than once, the only time you called was when you two asked about how to bathe the boys due to their 'punishment' " Hades then gives two flaming thumbs up.
"I give you two 10/10" He then ruffles Hercules hair.
"That's a relief" Hermes sighs playfully, then looks at his sleeping cousins and asks.
"By the way they were having issues walking due to the diapers, so me and Hercules helped them find their balance again." the light blue god says with his hands behind his back.
"Oh? Well that's great~" Hades states as he picks up Pain and pats his oldest's diaper seeing if he needs a change.
"We hope we can babysit them again~" Hercules smiles as he grabs his cloak cover.
"Hold on…" Hades states as he puts Pain down and reaches into his toga.
Hercules and Hermes both freeze and look back at their short tempered uncle, they turn around only to see Hades pull out two small pouches.
"Here they are, since you two did such a good job I thought, I'll pay you each 40 drachma each, spend it wisely~" Hades states as he gives his nephew's each a pouch.
"Oh?!" Hermes wasn't expecting to get paid.
"Thank you Uncle Hades~" Hercules says happily and waves goodbye.
"See you two when I need some babysitters again" the lord of the underworld says as he waves his nephews off.
"Same to you~" both Hercules and Hermes say at the same time as they leave the underworld palace.
With that Hades turns to the couch and chuckles as he sees Panic sucking on his hand laying on his back, and Pain was asleep on his tummy and had an arm dangling off the couch.
"Okay~ boys~ daddy is home now it's time to go to bed~" with that Hades scoops up both of his sons and heads to their room, and Hades tucks them both in their cribs.
He was about to put Panic's plushy sheep into Panic's crib when he notices his 'flame' phone going off, and goes to answer it.
"Hold on...hold on" the flame headed god says and waves his hand over a flame 'answering' the call.
"Hades?~" a woman's voice response, she sounds a bit bad for calling so late.
"What is it Persephone?" Hades sits down holding the flame when he sees his second wife on the phone.
"If it's about the boys they know about you remember~, you're part of the family the 'harem' Plague would say and their second mom~ why have you been so nervous lately~" Hades chuckles remembering when Plague gave him the 'Alpha' status of who gets to bring more 'mates' to the family aka 'harem'.
Persephone giggles remembering Hades telling her about Plague and their 'harem' aka family and when she met Plague's sons Pain and Panic, she and Hades were dating after that and eventually she became Hades's second wife, and just recently found out she is technically Pain and Panic's stepmom after the fates revealed Hades is Pain and Panic's biological father.
"True it, just do they know about their missing 'brother' in my care?" Persephone askes sweetly.
Hades panics and puts a finger to his lips, then hastily whispers "Sshhhhhh! The boys don't know about that yet!".
Persephone looks unamused "Hades I thought you would have told the boys about what Sorrow and the fates revealed to you about-"
Both her and Hades freeze when they hear some small footsteps heading into the 'living' room, and when they both look sleepily walking into the room: Pain and Panic.
"Hmmm? Dad when you-" Pain yawns and rubs his eyes.
"Get back" Panic finished Pain's sentence as his covers up a yawn.
"One you two should be in dream land and second I'm talking to mama seph" Hades states as he uses two smoke tentacles and brings Pain and Panic to the flame 'phone'
Persephone chuckles as she sees her 'step' children "hi Pain~ hi Panic~"
Both imps smile sleepily at their step mom "hi mama Seph~".
"Me and your father were just discussing some things, did you know you two have a missing brother~ and that he has been staying with me for a while~" Persephone askes sweetly.
Both Pain and Panic's eyes widened, both now wide awake "WHAT?!"
Hades sighs but he was going to have to rip the bandage sometime, he nods "boys look at me for a sec…"
Pain and Panic look up at their father, with curious and worried faces.
"Mama seph isn't lying….you two have a missing brother and he's currently in mama seph's care" Hades explains softly.
"But the only Greek imp with Mama Seph is…." Pain thinks for a sec along with Panic as they knew there was a Greek imp.
That Hades took in from Aunt Sorrow and she told Hades that he wasn't her or Misery's child…. And Hades tried to help him recover from Misery's abuse….but he couldn't, so with the help of Mama Seph and 'Granny' Demeter. Hades sent that imp to live with Mama Seph to hopefully help him recover from his PTSD from Uncle Misery's abuse…
Hades smiles as Pain and Panic think about the imp that is in Persephone's care, he rubs their heads.
"Hey Seph show them their lost 'missing' brother" Hades asks as he gets more comfortable holding the imps.
"Sure be right back~" with that Persephone gets up and leaves out of the 'flame calls' sight.
"There is no way...if it's who I think it is," Pain says, still unsure.
"If it is, what would you do?" Hades softly asks back.
Panic then smiles nervously but happily up at his Dad "I'll be happy if it is~"
Pain smiles as well "me too"
"Well boys…~" Hades says softly, as Persephone returns to her spot on the 'flame call' with a bundle of blankets.
"IF is always good with this family~" the flame headed god says as Persephone shows them what was in the bundle.
Pain and Panic eyes widened then snicker: in the bundle was a yellow skinned imp around their 'age equivalent', with purple around his eyes and orange red hair, his horns looked like Panic's but he has a pig/bat like nose, he was sleeping with his face in the crook of Perspone's neck.
Hades chuckles too glad to see the boys are "that's right boys~...Neurosis is your missing brother~"
Persephone smiles as she brushes some of the sleeping imp's hair from his face "and he's recovered enough that he can start staying with you guys again~"
Both Pain and Panic smile excitedly and their tail wags "when is he coming over?!~"
"Tomorrow~" both Hades and Persephone say, smiling happily, that the boys weren't upset or anything.
"I'll drop him off tomorrow OR that's if your daddy wants...you can come get him~" Persephone smiles sweetly as she cradles Neurosis.
Hades bites his lip when both Pain and Panic the minute those words left Perpephone's mouth, look at him with 'puppy' dog eyes his only weakness, he then chuckles.
"Okay... okay…. we'll pick up Neurosis tomorrow BUT you two have to go to bed, deal?" he asks his imp children playfully.
Both Pain and Panic giggle and grin "deal!~"
"See you boys tomorrow then~ sweet dreams~" Persephone then 'hung up' the flame phone.
Hades sighs but then looks annoyed at his sons "now...were you two fake sleeping before or just sensed daddy wasn't there?".
Pain and Panic just nervously grin at their dad, Hades just chuckles softly and ruffles Pain's hair and pats Panic's head.
"It doesn't matter, it's time for bed now~ we Have to get Neurosis tomorrow" softly explains the flame headed god.
Hades cradles both his sons and walks back towards their room, only to stop then smirk and walk pass the boy's room, this action makes the imps in his arms confused.
"Um dad our room is the other way?" Panic says tilting his head slightly.
Hades just smirks, and opens his room door "Well….~ I thought you two would like to sleep with me tonight?"
Pain and Panic's eyes lite up, the only time their boss now dad would let them sleep in his room were if the reasons were: during thunderstorms, when they were sick or injured, and when it gets too cold in winter, Occasionally they also have climbed in with their boss/daddy when they have nightmares.
"Can we really sleep with you?" Pain asks as Hades sets him and Panic on the bed.
"Well you are my sons and we're going to be getting Neurosis tomorrow, so why not~" Hades chuckles and goes into his bathroom.
Pain and Panic looked at eachother then smiled, both remembering what Hermes and Hercules said before.
-(mini flash back)-
"Besides Hades feels bad enough for hurting you for who knows how long, and feels even more guilty for hurting his own sons he didn't know till recently, so maybe see this 'baby' punishment as a way for him to get used to being a parent~" Hermes explains softly about Hades new maternal attitude now.
"Maybe see this as Hades' way of also giving you two a second childhood~" chuckles Hercules.
-(end of mini flash back)-
Panic flops onto his back with a sigh…
"Maybe this 'punishment' won't be so bad…" he says and smiles at Pain, who flops down next to him.
Pain just smirks pats his little brother's head "I bet you can't wait to see Neurosis again, huh~"
"Yep!~" Panic gives a playful grin, tail wagging playful like.
Hades returns from the bathroom, and climbs into his bed.
"you two ready to go to sleep?" Hades questions as he lays Pain and Panic both on a pillow, and then pulls up the blanket to cover both imps and himself.
Pain curls up on his side and snuggles into the pillow, Panic yawns and cuddles up against Pain. Hades couldn't help but smile as both imps closed their eyes and fell asleep.
Hades then puts an arm over both his sons and holds them close "Good nite boys~"
With that Hades gives each of his son's a kiss on the forehead and dims the lights in the room, and falls asleep with both his sons in his arms.
