Lucy woke up to an empty bed, once again. She shifted in her position, lying on her back. She waited for the burning in her muscles after the intense sex she and Natsu had, but no pain followed. How odd.

she could feel the plug still pushed into her, but she didn't bother to remove it without Natsu. shee laid there on the huge bed, naked as she stared up at the plain dark ceiling.

Memories she'd shared with her best friends over the years flashed in her mind, how they'd known her since she was in school, and get snacks afterwards all the time.

it felt like just yesterday when her mother was diagnosed with the fatal illness and the progression she took to urge Lucy to, well, Hell. Lucy honestly couldn't decide if she regretted that action.

if she wouldn't have done it, she'd have to face her mother's death head on, and never would have met Natsu. she couldn't help but to think that maybe she was the bad guy in her story, the selfish one.

here she was getting into this mess by trying to be selfless, and only ending up hurting her mother more by being selfish. How was she taking her death? What about her beloved friends?

The sound of the wooden door snapped Lucy from her thoughts, her head turning to look at Natsu as he strutted over the Lucy's still naked body stretched out on their now shared bed.

"How do you feel?" Natsu asked, Lucy watching as the older demon eyed the spot between her legs.

Lucy didn't hold back her emotions, "Sad."

Lucy giggled after, knowing Natsu was likely asking about her physical feelings, not mental. Natsu almost wanted to giggle with Lucy for the pure fact that her giggle was contagious, almost.

"Why are you sad?" Natsu sat beside Lucy's sprawled out figure. The silence in the room was comfortable, far from the deafening silence they often sat in.

Lucy slid her body into a sitting position, pulling her legs to her chest to hid how naked she was during their somewhat serious conversation, "Do you think I'm selfish?"

Natsu thought for a moment, wanting to give a genuine answer, "No. The exact opposite actually."

Lucy thought about his answer for a moment, letting her head fall onto Natsu's shoulder. They didn't say anything after this, the pair both staring off into space, trapped in their own minds for a while.

"Do you want to go see your friends?"

Natsu's voice broke the silence, his chest rumbling Lucy's eyes widening.

"Y-Yes, of course, but is now really a good idea to do that?" Lucy questioned, moving to look at Natsu's expressions.

Lucy thought it might be too early to see them after her sudden 'death, but, god, did she miss them already.

Natsu shrugged his shoulders, "I don't think you can go wrong here, I'm sure they are just as upset about this. Might be good to remind both of you, that you're not gone forever and can visit often" Natsu paused, Lucy's face lighting up, "But I'm not that great at these things, might be wro-" Lucy jumped out of the bed, her body moving faster than she ever thought it could. Demon speed, she forgot this is something she could do.

Natsu watched, the slightest smile creeping on his face as he watched Lucy explore her new found powers, "Holy shit, we're gonna have to teach you how to control your powers better. Natsu stood from the bed, walking over to Lucy, "My lil baby demon"

"Apart of figuring out your powers, we've also have to get you another outfit.. Something to match me, hmm?" Natsu spoke up, after helping clean Lucy up and remove the foreign toy from her body. Lucy was giggy with excitement, excited to see where this life would take her and what the future held.

"I'm thinking less naked than you.." Lucy joked, letting her fingers run down Natsu's bare chest, before returning to the task of slipping her old PJ shorts back up her bum, covering herself finally.

Natsu eyed Lucy for a moment, "Very funny, but let's not forget who's boss here." Lucy ignored him, fixing the bed up as much as possible,

"Anyways, gonna have the servants come in here and dress you." Memories from the day Lucy was forced down here to attend the awful dinner party played in her mind, smiling at how terribly behaved she and Natsu was, and how Natsu accidentally spoke Lucy's name.

it was not even a moment later when the door was opened and servants walked in, two of them unfamiliar, while the one was the same as last time.

"Sir Natsu, Mistress Lucy." shee spoke, her face down as she spoke. she looked the exact same as she did all those months ago, almost as if she hadn't aged.

lucy couldn't help but to notice how frightened she seemed to be, almost uncomfortable. The sound of her calling her mistress enough to shock her.

"Dress Lucy. Nothing too revealing, and nothing too warm, she's a new demon she could overheatㅡ" Natsu caught himself rambling, "Just put clothes on her" He spoke as he walked to the bathroom.

Lucy smiled as she caught the servant' eyes, nodding slightly to her, "Hello, again..."

she acted differently than she had before, but silvers of herformer behavior were still there, her deep voice sounding, "You're like a princess, mistress. So incredibly lucky, the souls back in the pits have heard about this, I think you're gonna be loved by everyone here soon"

She gushed, her hands rummaging through the rack of clothes before pulling out a black sweetheart line dress, and a long barely see through cape. One of the others pulled a pair of long black boots lined in silver from the bottom of the rack, before everything was handed over.

Lucy didn't know how to feel, but was mostly shocked, "Oh, gosh don't call me mistress" Trying to laugh it off as she dressed herself in front of the few servants.

the servant pushed on, ignoring Lucy's desperate plea to not be called "No, really. Nobody has ever done this before, in all of history.. Its amazing.." The bathroom door's lock clicked, the servant rushing over to busy herself, as if she hadn't been talking. Lucy sat as she put the boots on

"Okay, you're all dismissed." Natsu shooed them away, the servant and Lucy locking eyes once more before they collected everything and left, pulling the rack through the door.

Natsu stood, watching over Lucy as she finished fixing her outfit. Lucy was nearly shocked as she eyed Natsu, his top half covered in a black shirt for the first time.

"Wow, so dressed up" Lucy joked, laying a hand on Natsu's chest. The older demon pulled the younger to his body, trying his hardest not to show a smile on his lips.

"Who do you want to see first?" Natsu's deep voice spoke up, Lucy suddenly remembering the task at hand. She thought for a moment, before speaking confidently.

"Levy."

Natsu nodded, stepping back "so, first lesson for my babby demon us how to transport yourself and respawn on earth"

It only took about 20 minutes for Natsu to teach Lucy how to respawn, starting simple with respawning around the bedroom to other rooms in the palace. It was fun for Natsu, to show the girl he loved how to live in her new body.

Before long, they found themselves outside Levy's home, just around the block from Gray's house, and then down the street from Lucy's old home. It sent chills down her spine.

"I can't just ring the doorbell, that would give her a heart attack."

Lucy mutter to Natsu, him agreeing, before we suddenly respawned in Levy's bedroom, messy as always. she wasn't in the room, thank god. "Natsu! What if she was naked in here.." Lucy started, before she heard the footsteps coming up the stairs, outside the bedroom door. Lucy's blood ran cold, nervousness setting in, but mostly excitement.

Levy walked in, her body covered in a large black hoodie, the hood pulled over her undone hair, and headphones plugging her ears. she didn't even realize they were here.

she shut the door behind her, just as Lucy cleared her throat, making Levy jump. Her back hit the door, shock filling her body as ahe struggled to keep her eyes open.

"Holy shit!"

Lucy immediately ran over to the girl as she slumped down to the carpet, a hand flying up to cover her mouth, "Levy! Shut up!" Lucy hushed, her hands landing on the girl's shoulders.

Levy didn't process anything that was said to her her wide eyes flying between Lucy's and the other figure in the room. Their eyes shined a deep red, it was beautiful yet terrifying.

"O-Oh my god, Gray didn't lie.." Levy pushed the words past her bitten lips, staring into Lucy's face, so familiar yet not at the same time.

"I-I'm so sorry, Lev. I missed you guys so much and its not even been one day.." Lucy whispered down to her mortal best friend, the deepness in her chest hurting from how much sadness filled her.

It hurt, and not just herself. It hurt Natsu too, who stood away from the two girls, feeling the sickening feeling of his soulmate's sadness.

He knew tying their souls together would do this, sharing powers, and even emotions, but he didn't realize how much it would be. How painful it would be.

"Do you think that one of your brothers could fall for a mortal.. I've got a maths test coming up that I was do anything to get out of.." Gray joked from beside Lucy, the three best friend sitting hip to hip on Levy's bed.

as soon as Levy could collect herself from the floor, she urgently called the other boy in the friend group to come over, for a good reason.

Ever since arriving, they sat together, talking about Lucy's new eyes, her new life, and of course, the other man in the room.

Natsu chuckled, "Maybe.." Gray only giggled, their interest in the afterlife, and the comfort in knowing who's care Lucy was in making the grief in their chest disperse, even if it was only for a short while.

Lucy couldn't help but to think about which sin would fall in love, and if more demons would do this, following in Natsu's and her footsteps.

"Maybe next time you guys can visit us in Hell, not here. Its so cold here.." Lucy spoke up, looking at Natsu. The others expressed sounds of being pleased with that idea, talking amongst themselves while Lucy and Natsu fell into a world of their own, their eyes locked.

it was then that Lucy felt the deep pit in her stomach catch fire, the burning need suddenly lit up again. Natsu only smirked at that girl, knowing exactly what was going through her mind.

"It was a pleasure to meet you but Lucy and I have to get going. If you need us, just call one of our names." Natsu spoke up, breaking the stare, and just that that, the room became blurry, and warmth spread over them like a wildfire.

Lucy felt the excitement running free in her veins as another flare up coursed through her veins. It was one of the first times they respawned in Hell when Lucy felt like she was home.

And just like that, Natsu attached himself to the new demon's neck, his hands moving at demon speed, all over her body and then some in seconds, euphoria.

Natsu pleased the younger deman's needs, blissing the smaller girl so quickly it was embarrassing.

By the end, after both had made a mess of each other, Lucy laid with her head on Natsu's chest, their naked bodies mixing together to be one.

Lucy's breathing still hadn't come down, her stamina not yet what Natsu's is. Not yet.

"That was Heaven!"

"No, baby.. Welcome to Hell"
