MDS/N 1: I was discussing all of the wonderful guest authors' stories with nevr the other week. He got inspired while out and about and sent me this wonderful story! It is another entry to the Challenge presented by Richard76310. I only narrowly avoided a trip to Urgent Care for new stitches from the side splitting laughter this story threatens. My secret, when I felt my sides aching too much, I slammed my hand in my desk drawer. It was enough distraction to keep me from splitting my sides open with laughter. I mean, my hand is still bandaged, but at least I can do that at home.

MDS/N 2: Have you read nevr's lovely little story "Accidents Happen"? Have you ever heard of the Adorable Psycho? What Wepdiggy did for a homicidal, horny, Chuck loving Sarah, nevr does for Casey. His Casey is a bit disturbed and homicidal Charah fan and will brook no interference with the happy couple. It is only the start of his 'humorous' Exterminator series. I won't tell you that reading this story will cure any and all diseases, but I won't not tell you that same thing.

MDS/N 3: Thanks to CharmingCharles2896 for his Beta services on this story.

None of us own anything but our own whits and sometimes not even them. Needless to say we are all borrowing Mr. Fedak's toys and returning them only a little tarnished.

N A/N 1: Couldn't resist another one. Home turf, for me. Follows on from the events in Chapter 8 – Hanging.

What Happened This Time?

Chapter 11: Henge

The screen came to life. Casey dreaded these calls, he could tell from the General's expression that she did as well, but she just said, "Colonel?"

Obviously she was going to act like this wasn't "one of those calls." Under other circumstances, Casey might have almost smiled. He didn't do that much anyway, but certainly not in a call like this. "General," he replied, not giving any indication of the topic.

Beckman growled. "we're not going to play this game, Colonel. Just spit it out. What happened this time?"

"Well… after you arranged for them to be released from jail for the "Chandelier Incident" …" He saw her wince, but continued, "We went to the United Kingdom."

"I know that, I sent you!" the General snapped.

It was Casey's turn to wince. "Yes, Ma'am, the mission was a success; we helped MI5, with the assistance of Agent Cole Barker, to track down the Ring agent. Bartowski flashed on him, so was key, once again."

The General frowned. "Is that all in the report?"

"Yes, Ma'am."

She started to look annoyed. "So, why tell me?"

This was still safe ground, but getting closer to what he really didn't want to discuss. "The British were very grateful, General. They told Agent Barker to show them their gratitude."

Beckman knew what had happened with Barker before. She looked shocked and gasped. "She didn't, did she?"

Casey had worried when they first met up with Barker, on arrival at Heathrow, but it was clear the man could see how smitten Walker was over Bartowski. "No, Ma'am. She didn't go off with Barker."

The general looked relieved. He knew how she thought. A 'broken Intersect' not being desirable.

He continued, "Apparently, Bartowski wanted to see the prehistoric site, Stonehenge; Barker took them there."

"And?"

Casey decided to give her some background. "Apparently, people used to be able to walk within the circle, until 1977, and even touch the stones. Now, that's only allowed at the solstice times, for the druids, under police supervision."

Beckman sighed. "So, you're telling me Bartowski crossed the line and went in and touched the stones."

Casey grunted. "No, Ma'am, that would have been better than what happened."

She groaned. "Which was?"

"There's a stone beyond the circle, Stone 95. The Victorians apparently called it the Slaughter Stone. They believed sacrifices were carried out, due to the red color of the water that collects in the hollows; this is thought to be due to the blood of the victims seeping out."

"Fascinating, but why are you telling me?" she snarled.

"Walker had apparently heard about this and pulled Bartowski over to it; she climbed onto it."

"Well, at least that's better than trying to suspend herself from one of the lintel stones."

He really didn't want to continue, but knew he had to. "Not really, General. She stripped and pointed her hands and feet to the sides of the stone. He didn't tie her down at all. I don't blame him, knowing what she does with knives!"

The General started to look pale. "And he was on the ground? And... What was your phrase? 'Enjoying her'?"

That made Casey shudder, thinking about the "Chandelier Incident" again. "No, this was actually worse. He was equally unclothed and on the stone with her, sacrificing her… repeatedly."

Beckman had her head in her hands now. "And they were seen?"

"Yes, ma'am, and the on-site security reported it to the police; thankfully, Barker managed to get the only photo taken."

He heard her mutter, "Thank God for that."

The General obviously wished she hadn't answered the call, just like always. She looked back at Casey. "Who do I have to contact?"

N A/N 2: As a child, I walked within the ring of sarsen stones, a wonderful experience. You really felt the grandeur of it all and the size of the stones was stunning. Later, I used to drive passed it for about 6 years, heading to work, and each year saw the druids still on the top at around 6:30 AM, after a summer solstice celebration. They were thankfully clothed.

MDS A/N 4: Are you not entertained?! Well then leave a review! The guest authors would really appreciate you showing your love for their hard work and sacrifice.
