Chapter 11: An Earthbound Reunion

Intro: Well here we are! Part 2 of the adventure! I really have nothing to say more so just read and have fun!
Astral is concerned: "I do not believe we will make it out of this alive in this situation." Yuma replies: "Well thanks for stating the obvious!" "Yuma, now is not the time." Kite interjects: "Astral`s right Yuma, arguing isnt going to get anyone out of this safely. If I am seeing correctly, the Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu is closest to us and the immortals move slowly so we have time to at least defend ourselves. But Neo Galacy Eyes Photon Dragon wont last much longer nor will I so someone had better think of something quick or we are all doomed and Gorganan achieves his first full victory in a while." Crow adds: "Maybe we should split up, we will be destroyed if all 7 go at all of us in our states but if we can get on vehicles to get out of the way, we can split them up and allow some of us each to take them down hopefully. Also hey fellas, I feel like memories of another lifetime have awakened in me. I remember the facility in the satellite sector and so much more, I also recall how I helped beat the Earthbound Immortals with Jack and our friend from that time Yusei!" Dominic agrees: "Logically, it would be best to divide and conquer, we have the vehicles to do it successfully, we have also had time to catch a breath. What do you think Brayden?" "I believe that is the correct choice and am happy to see Crow remembers his time as a signer in a world that wasnt divided into 4 just yet. I give the order to split up, I do not care who goes with who, you can all figure it out." Myself, Yuya, Jack, and Crow take off with our duel runners after getting on them, I use Burn Wolf to distract Ccapac Apu so the immortal will bother us instead of the others!
I nod to the 3 and we all activate our duel disks: "Lets duel!" I then say: "I will take the first move, our duel course will build itself as we go per say and there will be plenty of action fields! Since we took off, I switched out 15 cards in my deck for 15 in my side deck, this will allow me to better show all of what the artist cards have to offer! I now set the Pendulum scale with scale 2 Horror Artist Rore and scale 9 Neo Artistic Dragon! That allows me to Pendulum summon Comedy Artist Zeroid(ATK: 800, DEF: 2000) and Techniological Artist Brent(ATK: 2200, DEF: 0)! I also activate the field spell Artistic City and follow up with a face down! Zeroid`s effect kicks in, when I have a field spell out, I can summon a monster from my extra deck with no cost! Come forth my Magician Artist Jo(ATK: 2800, DEF: 2500), I now have a synchro monster! Brent`s ability lets me fusion summon without materials at the cost of 1000 lifepoints so come to me Artistic Fusion Witch(ATK: 3000, DEF: 2900)! Next I overlay my 2 level 8 Pendulum monsters in order to Xyz summon Artistic Support Machine(ATK: 2600, DEF: 2800)! I end my turn here!" "Its about time I kick things into overdrive! When I have no monsters out, I can special summon Vice Dragon from my hand with attack and defense points halved (ATK: 1000, DEF: 1200)! Next I summon my Dark Resonator(ATK: 1300, DEF: 300) and then tune my 2 monsters together in order to synchro summon! Now from the ancient chasms of a lost world, I awaken a great and terrible power! Now rise Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend! I set 3 cards face down and end my turn!" "Now its my turn, I draw!" Crow goes on the synchro summon his best Blackwing synchro that he has and then Yuya makes his move, summoning Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon most notably!
Our foe then makes a move, attacking my witch but I snag an action card: "I activate the action spell Evasion, stopping that attack completely and when my witch isnt destroyed in battle, my witch can deal heavy damage double the damage I would have taken! Eat that Ccapac Apu! In your face!" Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend is attacked too along with the cards owned by our friends but all of us end up having been able to stop any damage or destruction! "Thank goodness for auto pilot or else I would have crashed by the time I synchro summoned! I am still exhausted and hurt but Im feeling better! No matter how long it takes to play my cards, I will do so anyway because I refuse to lose here today without going down in the most epic way possible! I have 2 cards in hand and I will ultilize them! I activate Megamorph and equip it to Jo, doubling her attack points to 5600 as technically the Earthbound Immortal doesnt necessarily have life points at all! I think our duel disks register more so the strength and not the life force of our foe! Now then, I attack with Jo but wait Jo`s attack is negated so I can special summon a monster from my deck! I choose the special card Painter Artist Ronan(ATK and DEF: 0)! I also play Double Or Nothing to give Jo a second attack with her strength growing to 9600! Now gooo! Now other monsters even you Ronan attack Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu! Im surprised the immortal cant attack us directly.. One may think that I just did a bad move but no not necessarily, Ronan`s supposed destruction would have knocked me out of the duel but his affect redirects any damage and destruction I would have taken right back to Ccapac Apu, that means our foe is destroyed and takes the damage while Ronan is all safe and snug in his blanket what a cute monster for sure! Now we wait and see if anything happens now.."
An evil laugh can be heard: "You fool! You have not destroyed me, you have only worsened things for you and your friends! We saw you defeat Zorc, our archrival, the only way to say thank you was by destroying all of you! Now watch as everything you know is taken away from you for certain! A friend who claimed he was from 6000 years in the future 5000 years ago gave us one last chance to beat the Crimson Dragon, his servants, and the signers by merging us with our chosen dark signers, a merging that has kept them alive inside of us for all these years! Through the power inside of me, I created my own deck to fight all of you with! Now witness my transformation into a human! Mwahahahaha!" Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu manifests as a gloop that becomes a human being who has the markings of the immortal and all that with a duel disk strapped on.. "This duel has already started and I have already taken damage but with a small 2 million life points, Im sure you will be able to maybe defeat me!" "Good grief, what a twist.. Well I end my turn.." Jack, Crow, and Yuya build up defenses while dealing heavy damage to Ccapac Apu! The immortal then goes: "By skipping my draw phase, the magic of my field spell which I now play Earthbound Immortal Realm activates, reviving a copy of myself, Earthbound Immortal Ccapacu Apu! Next I activate Earthbound Draw, allowing me to draw another card! I summon my dark tuner Ghost Egyptian without sacrifice thanks to my field spell and by discarding a card, I summon Dark Eyes and now watch this! When shadows are consumed by even darker shadows, the curtain pulls to reveal a world without light! The life force of my Dark Eyes is swallowed by the darkness of Ghost Egyptian so I can summon my negative level 6 monster Soul Freeze! Soul Freeze cant attack the turn it is summoned but Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu can so now I attack you warrior like pest directly! That brings your life points down to 4000, 2 more attacks and its over because my immortal can attack directly with no questions asked! Your move!"
"I was afraid of that ability! Draw! Now then I sacrifice my Ronan and banish all cards in my graveyard including him in order to bring out a ritual monster from my deck: meet my Horror Artist Beast Giles(ATL: 3500, DEF: 1000)! Now I sacrifice my Pendulum, synchro, fusion, Xyz, and ritual monsters in order to summon from my hand a card whose power is immense, Creativity Entity Zonk(ATK: ?, DEF: ?)! Zonk`s attack and defense points are determined by the sum of all ranks and levels of my sacrificed monsters times 500! Lets see: I am thinking! The sum is.. 65! Thats a total of 32500 attack and defense points partly as overlay units counted! The catch is this, I must send the top 5 cards of my deck to the graveyard! Zonk is really the only card I need now, sure I managed to create infinite strength when I dueled against Dartz earlier today but the conditions arent right to pull that off just yet! Zonk is unaffected by the effects of spells, traps, and monsters, cannot be destroyed in battle, must be summoned by tributing Xyz, Fusion, Synchro, Pendulum, and Ritual monsters, and can bypass any effect that protects a monster from destruction! I forgot to mention this is basically the true ace of my artist deck and meanwhile, Burn Wolf is helping fight Uru, the giant spider immortal!"
Our enemy looks a tad afraid especially when I can win by destroying the monster card copy of them a figure of 68 or so times and I go on: "My monster is forbidden for use outside of life and death situations, this situation is a life and death situation! You need a very powerful monster with the strength of 36500 attack points to defeat me, Ccapac Apu! Now for every time my turn ends when Giles is in my graveyard, my opponent loses 500 life points, life point loss that activates an ability I forgot to mention, when my opponent loses life points via effect damage, Zonk gains the same amount that was lost! That wont happen yet for first I must destroy Ccapac Apu so attack! Zonk send em packing with Divine Spiritual Eraser! Next since Megamorph an equip spell is in my graveyard, Zonk can attack twice a turn as long as that remains the case! Attack with with Double Erase! And I conclude my turn with that! That means the effects activate, Zonk now has 37000 attack points and you lose out on 500 life points! Now go Jack, keep the momentum going!" "Its my move, I draw and next I tune my Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend with my 2 tuner monsters you should have destroyed last turn in order to synchro summon Tryant Red Dragon Archfiend(ATK: 3500, DEF: 3000)!" "Mwahahaha! Before you attack, I can resummon my immortal by banishing Earthbound Draw! With only 3000 attack points, my monster could be destroyed if it werent for a special ability, you cannot target it for attacks! And you cant attack me directly! Its almost perfect if it werent for that Zonk over there, I would be nearly unstoppable!" "Oh well, I end my turn here, I know you got this Crow!"
Shay then zooms over to our battle on his own duel runner: "Maybe you should let me join in first." "Alright pal, go right ahead!" "You were missing someone who focused on Xyz monsters and now I am here to help you, I finally managed to catch up and now we can win this together. I use the Pendulum scale set by Yuya to summon 3 Raidraptor Vanishing Lanius monsters to my field and next I overlay them to Xyz summon! From the shadows, the falcon soars on wings of courage, talons ready for the rebellion! Witness the ascent of Raidraptor Rise Falcon(ATK: 100, DEF: 2000)! Since I cant target that giant for attacks, I set 3 cards facedown and end my turn. Crow, I trust you!" The duel continues in an epic battle between the 5 of us and the dark signer turned human form of Ccapac Apu, all 5 of us are down to our last 500 life points or less, our foe still has 1.4 million life points.. No matter how many times that immortal went down, it would keep rising back up. However, I had assembled a unique take on Exodia with the life points I lost and cards I banished, Exodia Xyz Head, Exodia Synchro Left Arm, Exodia Fusion Right Arm, Exodia Pendulum Left Leg, and Exodia Ritual Right Leg, I sacrifice Zonk in order to be able to bring out the last one and state: "By reducing the life points of myself and my team mates to just one, banishing all cards that we have and I do mean all of them except the pieces of summoning method Exodia which I just happened to have my deck as I was planning on testing the cards in a simulation duel later today to determine if they really were any good for use by a member of the team for now on! Things have changed so now witness as the final parts of your defeat are ensured, I may be badly hurt but I wont give up! The head`s effect negates the abilities of your Earthbound Immortal, monsters are the only cards that can remove the abilities of an immortal after all! The legs respectively block all card effects and remove Ccapac Apu from play! The arms are the key, automatically sending your life points to 0 when all 5 are on my field by removing them all from play! Now hear what I get to say! Exodia, obliterate! I wonder if Yugi or the Pharaoh would accept these cards as a gift, each part requires monster banishing when I lose life points in order to summon ya know?!"
Ccapac Apu exclaims as their life points hit 0 hard: "This isnt the last of me! Revenge will be mine just you wait, I promise you that I will return and bring with me so much misery! My revival will be sooner than you think!" We get off our duel runners as human Ccapac Apu vaporizes in order to really catch a breath and try to do something about our injuries, sucks that we are in the middle of a jungle in the middle of nowhere now though.. Crow reacts: "Aww man, we are completely lost! What do you think we should do Jack?" "Be gritty of course. We need the determination to get out of here and face whatever that monster was talking about." "Monster you say? That is such a impolite way of addressing me is it not?" "Hey you! Youre back already?" "Oh yes I am, all I had to do was let my human form die which as you saw it did and all that death energy will bring me back for round 2 and this time things wont go so well for any of you!" We all by instinct get on our duel runners and start riding away as soon as we spot Ccapac Apu begin to emerge from underground. They say: "You are no fun and cowards! Face me like men!" I reply: "Eww that masculinity nonsense! Yuck, gross, repulsive, dumb, annoying, outdated, and uncool! You already lost so there is no point to fight you again when you lost our duel fair and square!" "Who said I liked playing fair? Truth be told, I only attacked when you all gave me a turn to do so starting out because I wanted you to think I play by the rules when I only do so so I can trick mortals like you and break the rules at my leisure! You may have shocked me by managing to defeat me in a duel but now you have triggered my far worse back up plan, one that will kill all of you! You better know how to drive safely through intense terrain or else all 5 of you will be lost in the Netherworld forever!" None of us are using autopilot mode anymore, so glad Ive learned how to use my duel runner for actually driving, we in fact pick up the pace as Ccapac Apu rages right behind us, moving far faster than ever before, ripping trees out of the ground and throwing them at us but we keep going and I even silently cast some magic to interfer with the giant immortal`s plan to kill us all and thus send us to another dimension! Soon enough, we have managed to get near the now parked flying pirate ship with a bunch of individuals onboard with cannonballs firing at Uru which is also being held back by Burn Wolf and we are still being chase by an angry giant that could crush all of us with one single foot..
Captain Blaster sees us: "Arr! Get on the ship while yer still can, the spider is coming to try to eat us!" I yell back: "Well the giant is trying to destroy us!" "What do yer mean?" "Look behind us! They are throwing trees at us and we are in pain and exhausted!" "Arr yer right! Captain assistant, deck and duel disk please! Me will stop this landlubber and the other one too while Me at it or at least delay them long enough for all of us to get far away so we can come up with something to do in order to defeat them for good! Crew, raise the sails!" Captain Blaster literally jumps down right as we reach the ship and halts Ccapac Apu by summoning a high level monster right away: "Arr! Yer will not pass till I give in! Me special summoned level 10 Pirate Soldier LaRoach(ATK: 3500, DEF: 2600) as I have no monster! Next I set a Pendulum scale between 4 and 10 with Pirate Outlook Scal and Pirate Cook Tun! Me also place 2 booties face down and Pendulum summon Pirate`s Bird in attack mode(ATK: 3800, DEF: 0)! Come and get me yer landlubber!" Ccapac Apu simply attacks all of his monsters trying to get rid of them but Captain Blaster has a little surprise just as Thrashbeak comes to sit on his shoulder and break the news very loudly "Squawk! Youre screwed! Squawk! Youre screwed! Captain good, giant dum dum bad! Squawk! Trap card! Trap card!" "Mirror Force bounces your attack right back!" "Fool! I fuse themselves with the energies of the fallen and sealed immortals to become unstoppable! No trap cards will stop my attacks or redirect them anymore! The power that flows through me allows me to talk without using a human! Now I will enjoy destroying you and it begins with me being ruthless! I will keep attacking till your monsters are gone and you are dead for good!"
"Arr then me will bend the rules too by doing me turns while yer attack with no mercy! Me activate me unused face down Graceful Charity to draw until I have 6 cards in my hand! Next me fuse Marshmallon and Skull Kraken in me hand with Pirate`s Bird and LeRoach on me field with Polymerization in order to fusion summon a monster that cannot be destroyed thanks to absorbing the abilities of Marshmallon Skull Pirate Dragon(ATK: 3600, DEF: 1500)! Me play the field spell Pirate Island! This card gives all me pirate monsters 500 extra attack points and me draw an extra card every turn! That means yer cant attack me directly thanks to me dragon arr!" "Hahaha, you expect me to follow even one rule of that game?! Oh please, I will attack anyone I please and that includes attacking you directly, my power will instantly kill you and your ship will go down with you!" "Then me defend with me dragon by powering them up with Power of The Guardians, me monster gains an extra 500 attack points when in battle! Me come up with the perfect strategy to hold yer back! Me will plunder yer overconfidence!" "I have bad news for you, I dont care! Throw anything you want at me, you will not be able to win ever! Defend all you want but in the end, you still will get hurt for my power knows no bounds! And dont think about joining this battle, gullible fools for if you do, I will have Uru eat all of you whole! Now where was I? Oh yes, destruction and pain!"
Ccapac Apu simply powers up their attack, some of it gets past the dragon and hits Captain Blaster hard: "Ow! That really hurts! Me no quit! Yarrrrr! Me play Monster Reborn to revive LeRoach! Me hand empty but me dont care, me play LeRoach in defense mode!" "Why bother summoning anymore monsters?" "Me be bored if me just relied on one monster, no offense to yer Adam!" The immortal destroys LeRoach and hurts Blaster in the process before dealing more of the pain.. Captain Blaster is panting and clutching himself: "Me underestimate yer! Now me almost want to give up. Me almost done for even with me invincible monster.. But me keep fighting despite struggle! Me draw! Use Pendulum scale, summon Pirate Janitor in defense mode(ATK: 0, DEF: 2500)! Me can barely do anything.. Place card down.. Aaaaaa! Pain! It hurts! Me monster will now attack every single time me battle phase starts! Where is the card me need to win? Me must find it quickly!" "Now that you are done with your nonsense, it is time for your punishment for being annoying! Your monsters wont be able to stop me from hurting you no matter what they can do! I should have destroyed this world when I had the chance but the altering of time foiled my plans!" Ccapac Apu attacks so fast that Captain Blaster is unable to counter with anything, Pirate Janitor is destroyed as expected.. "Give up now!" "Never! Aaaaa!" "Im losing my patience, it is about time I slowly begin to destroy you! I can charge up the ultimate attack while harming you in the same instance! I raise the stakes, Uru, destroy that ship and its passengers now!" I gulp realizing that I now have to fight again while Captain Blaster tries to beat Ccapac Apu.. Dont want to give away my warrior powers just yet so I focused on other means of attacking Uru: "Take this! Feel the light and infernal combined into one force!"
I unleash as much light and fire magic that remains within me as possible and send it right for Uru, the effect is seen instantly as in it does nothing: "Okay just how powerful are these immortals and I am beginning to question which timeline we are in at this point.. I will persist until there is nothing I am able to do! That is what I have sworn to do many times, I shall do it again!" My teammates also on the ship join in on the fight against Uru and literally none of our attacks make a dent so Brayden who is on board with us says: "Not even my strongest attacks are having any effect! We must defend ourselves and the ship with defense not offense!" The bladers from the Beylin Temple(we didnt just bring Gingka and the gang along with us, we brought as many bladers from their world as possible) all declare: "Solid Iron Wall!" a technique that gave Gingka and the others trouble during the Beyblade World Championships meanwhile Gong uses his Superheavy Strong style as one would guess! I get out my guitar and start using the hidden power inside, the power of defensive music, music that is very calm in nature, the defense is generated through a sound barrier caused by the use of the guitar as energy affects the air around it. Several individuals uses defense barriers of some kind in order to defend from the incoming Uru who actually is having a hard time breaking through our defenses which are fortified by high defense Duel Monsters cards and some action cards! That is so much so that I can continue to watch Captain Blaster duke it out with the giant: "Huff huff! Yer not so bad at fighting, me havent faced such a challenge in so long! Me almost want to relive the days where me hunted for treasure all the time! Me play the spell Pirate`s Loot, allowing me to draw 3 more cards! Next me set them face down and end me turn!" "The time for your destruction grows nearer and nearer! This attack will leave you shaking in fear if you somehow survive, regretting ever getting my full attention! Many have tried and failed to stop the power of us immortals but few have managed to stop us, that era where we lost in over! Being free of the sealing was liberating and now you will feel the hate, lust, and greed I locked inside for so many years! Cards are useless to me, my power dwarfs any card ever made! This is your last turn to live, entertain me by pulling an actually good move!"
"I- - - I draw! M-m-me summon Skull Armor, place card! E-n-n-n-d turn.." "Thats a good pirate, you have pretty much given up! Good, that will make your annoying existence shorter! Its been too long since I have completely destroyed a human! They went extinct thousands of years ago until all of you showed your mugs! Die!" "Me play Metalmorph, equip it to me dragon, and also play Final Chance, give up all but 100 life points in order to double the strength of me dragon! Me version of Metalmorph comes with the ability to gain half the attack of an opponent while still in battle thanks to me field spell which lets me change one effect of any card of me choice, that means no need to wait till damage calculation! Arrrr! Power boost equals your defeat because of the order of the card effects! Me attacked so many times that this all allows me monster to gain more attack points than what you have even if yer put all your power in one attack!" Skull Pirate Dragon promptly destroys Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu, causing the giant to straight up vanish with chilling last words: "This is not over, I lied about the power increase because me and the other immortals absorbed the power of the immortals who didnt get to rise again long ago! Uru will avenge me!" I immediately get to Captain Blaster: "Blaster! Are you okay?" "No, I am not okay, I am unable to fight anymore. Wi-n-n-n for me please.." He loses consciousness, I rush him to the medical wing on the pirate ship and think to myself after getting him to the doctors and nurses: "Please be okay Captain Blaster.. I will fight for you, will try my best to defeat our foes.. I have lots of fight left in me since I managed to rest and heal some but nothing is going to be easy, every victory comes with a cost, Zorc drained us immensely, its a miracle any of us are able to still fight on for a while longer.." The defense against Uru is not going so well, the defenses have stopped working and no one is able to do anything to stop the increasingly hard and aggressive attacks the spider of the 7 immortals is doing against us all. I inform the team of the news about Captain Blaster and we share a moment before Dominic says: "We cannot hope to win now, we are sitting ducks.."
Dr Duns adds: "My future scenario device indicates most actions we could do would get us killed, we must go at once up far into the skies where no immortal can reach us." Brayden gives the order and the pirate captain assistant says: "Aye aye! Our captain be out of commission but team leader aint! Now lets show em what we can do! Crew, set the course for the skies where we cant be reached by any creature of darkness!" Thrashbeak comments: "Squawk! Let me at em! Squawk! Let me at em!" Benkei asks: "Is that bird always this crazy?" Pickle Rick Not An Alien replies: "Yes! And so are we Wacky Clowns!" "Ive never heard of anyone who is proud to be crazy outside of villains.. Bull bull bull.." Kenta just says: "Hey at least we wont have to worry about Uru until we are ready to face them now that we are high up and so quickly!" All of us bladers myself included retrieve their beys and Madoka and Dominic team up to repair and even upgrade all of the beys which is started with Dominic saying: "While we remain up here until we can figure out someway to fight those monsters, I might as well help Madoka quickly repair and upgrade the beys! Data from the battle with Zorc has already been collected and I will now use it in order to ensure each bey with an axis system will receive enhancements to withstand more intense attacks than ever before. Additionally, I might as well reveal that some of our team members such as Captain Blaster have learned how to duel, now being able to use Duel Monsters as a means to fight off evil! Now then, lets start with fixing and upgrading Dark Bull! The axis system should have stopped any physical damage for the beys but it seems that its still not strong enough, we need the parts to last a while against the final boss so to speak of this section of our lives, an era containing a calamity in time.." While they are doing that, the remaining "think tanks" myself among them discuss on what we can do to fight the enemies while sitting down and having some healing done and this is able to go on for 20 minutes until with no idea that could work formed, the ship shakes and we look down to see the Earthbound Immortals working together to bring us down with a revived Ccapac Apu leading them..
Count Venamous shows up in his ship randomly but Uru sends him plummeting so he just retreats. The pirates join Thrashbeak in shouting "Mayday!" over and over again as the ship we are on begins to be forced down and height is very quickly lost so we have to make split second decisions in order to survive, I get off the ship via my duel runner while the others split up, the medics use an escape pod to get out with Captain Blaster still in a medical bed, and the immortals look very happy.. The impact when landing causes me to fall off my duel runner, hurting my back and ankle in the process.. "Ow! I can hardly move.. Dominic added a voice activated command thing for my runner so here it goes: Duel runner! Hide behind the nearest tree, I will join you there!" The runner does so so I scoot my way over to that tree, all this in an effort to attack while hidden and waiting for someone to help me because there is really not much moving I can do in the situation I am in.. My duel disk ran out of energy reserves and my guitar was nearly destroyed so I must now fight with my sword somehow from the shadows of the tree.. Ccapac Apu meanwhile calls out: "Any mortals out there to be killed? Hello? Well, I was polite so now Im going to find any stragglers in whatever means are necessary!" Angling things right as the destruction resumes, I unleash a powerful sword attack in a way that it tricks Ccapac Apu that the attack is coming from another direction and deals a little hurt! "I dont know who just attacked me but they are going to pay the price mwahahaha! All I had to do to bring myself back was destroy my card copy of myself, not that hard! These humans and other creatures will not be able to revive themselves unlike me! Goodbye trees, I always have hated the look of trees! Things were so much better during the ice age! Now that that pirate is gone, I really want to destroy that Adam character, what a pain!"
The loud sounds of destruction can be heard and meanwhile I just keep attacking and attacking until I get too tired to do so. After 15 more minutes of waiting and agony while destruction keeps going on, Ccapac Apu manages to find me.. "There you are! I have been looking all over for you! Now say your goodbyes for its dying time for you! The screams of pain and terror I will hear will make my heart race with excitement! Now how shall I destroy you as you have nowhere to go and really dont look like you will be moving anywhere anytime soon! What a decision to make! I could crush you with my hand, stomp on you, eat you, rip you apart, throw you so far the landing will instantly kill you, torture you, or blast you in a flash! Im not hungry and eating you would be boring! Throwing would take too long, same way with torturing! I can blast you right now if I wanted to but it would be so satisfying to crush, squish, or rip you apart! Actually, I need my power to destroy the others so that leaves just those 3! ..Squishing you flat sounds lame, crushing your body sounds fun, but I think I will rip you apart! That sounds the most fun way to end you! It will leave you a pile of mess enough to give any of you humans PTSD or whatever you call that!" Ccapac Apu begins to slow inch closer in order to grab me so he can completely rip me apart which is a fate I do not want to picture with my imagination.. "Ooow! The pain never ends, I cant move anything but my mouth with how exhausted I am now.." "Oh good, your pain will end once I end you! Now just hold still not like you hav any choice and watch as I slowly rip you apart piece by piece!" Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu is just about to grab me fully when a weapon out of nowhere strikes his hand, surprisingly him and suddenly, a fuzzy being who I dont recognize instantly but soon realize who they are: my boyfriend back on Earth as his fursona Raventail!
He proclaims: "Ha! Got them! Love that! I hope youre okay darling.." "I am now in a way thanks to you! I cant move at all and we need to get out of here before Ccapac Apu can destroy both of us. I just need to be put on the duel runner and you hop in the backseat, the duel runner is on auto pilot mode so we are good if we can both get on it swiftly!" "I can do that, Raventail gives me strength!" He does so and soon enough we are off with a very pissed off Ccapac Apu fuming and loudly ranting in the background: "I will get you both! You have not won anything, you have just delayed your doom! Others will be destroyed in your place until I can get both of you! You have not seen me for the last time just yet!" We manage to get to a place that is actually far from the immortals, in fact, its a place I am quite familiar with.. Unfortunately, the security of the place drives us away in an instant before either of us can fully comprehend where we were.. Due to the insanity of this whole crisis, we end up forgetting about it.. "I feel like I already dont remember where we were.. Foggy memories are not yay.. Im kinda surprised I can talk so well still considering how much I have been through, there hasnt been a moment where I havent been in danger or confusion since arriving to this world.. Btw, how did you manage to end up here?" "I just put my hoodie on that has my custom ears on and watched a furry livestream then I just ended up here, I dont know how.." "Well Im so glad to see you! I would hug ya and stuff but again, my body hurts too much and Im exhausted.. Now what do you say we meet up with some of the others.. Duel runner, find the nearest allies who arent in any immediate danger as of yet!"
The duel runner immediately changes course and takes us quickly to Dominic and Dr Duns who greets us: "Hey Adam, you okay? Oh and is that your boyfriend as his fursona?" "How did you know? And Im exhausted and hurt, cant move but he sure can!" "Now that my counterpart and I are okay as we managed to escape using his teleportation device, we are finishing something up that might just be what we need the beat those immortals here and now! More importantly right now, you are great at describing stuff and individuals, it was not hard to deduce that your boyfriend is now here with you! Its really interesting as in your current body, you tend to focus on your mii loved one Austin while in your world, you have your boyfriend! I can get you healed in an instant now that our joint project, a healing device is complete! Just stand on it and it will slowly heal you! While you do that with the help of your adorable boyfriend, we will wrap up the work on our space laser!" Raventail helps me to get on the healing thing just as I ask: "What exactly is with the space laser?" "Its the greatest sattlelite weapon ever used in my timeline to defeat our enemies, the SDL in my timeline was destroyed by the laser! We have been building the laser for weeks and today is the day to finally finish it! If all goes well, the energy released should be enough to defeat the immortals one by one! It combines the most advanced laser technology and the best in orbiting spacecraft in my timeline! The laser is so powerful that even 1 centimeter cubed of it is enough to power an entire city for months on end! We have to be very careful with the laser because if we arent, we all perish.."
"When do you expect to have it complete? Oh very soon, just have to wait for the coding to save some changes which its taking longer than expected to do.. Yes, even my technology can break at times, thats just how it is unfortunately but we just have to do our best in life you know? Its okay to get upset because thats part of our nature but being evil is more so something that isnt really part of our nature. Oh there we go, now its not being slow. Yay. Dominic, get ready to launch it in 3 2 1!" Dominic does indeed launch the space laser thing, it zooms up and up till we cant see it anymore, Dr Duns in the meantime contacts teammates to get the Earthbound Immortals to gather in one spot as the laser in theory could get rid of all of them in one go! Dominic soon presses a big red button and soon enough, the sky is lit up by a bright green flash briefly before a loud sonic boom is heard, Dominic teleports at the perfect moment all of us and our stuff including my duel runner to the closest distance that is safe to be when the laser hits the immortals: it is quite the fascinating display and then the laser fades with the immortals completely unfazed.. With that out of the way, myself and others with whatever strength we have fight against the Earthbound Immortals the best that we can, I am significantly healed which aids me in using my sword against Earthbound Immortal Uru but even that is not enough to do very much damage to the spider.. However, I finally do a bit of damage by unleashing multiple energy draining strong sword slashes but I am left very exhausted to the point Uru finally counterattacks and lets just say that I was in for one heck of a beating that hurt a whole lot.. One by one, we are all defeated: not even Brayden is able to do much to them, we have been worn down and hurt so much that most of our attacks only do like 2% of the damage/force they typically would do in battle like initially during the fight against Zorc..
I state weakly while breathing in and out: "I cant move a muscle besides in my mouth and vocal chords again.. I need to crack my fingers so to speak but I cant even do that effortless task now.. I hate it say it but I have pretty much lost the battle and will probably die now, it was amazing getting to know all of you but it looks like time has run out not just for me but for everyone, we have been drained, greatly harmed, pushed to our limits, a true test of what we are made of and clearly our best was not good enough to overcome these Earthbound Immortals, only an outside interference would be able to save us.." "Finally after so long, you are all goners mwahaha! We arent going to let this opportunity to destroy go to waste! We will combine our powers and then use them on all of you!" Gong manages to stand: "Not so fast Gong demands you hold off till all of us are defeated!" "How funny! You are all defeated!" "Not quite because Gong has gone through some serious training in his lifetime! Gong draws!" "How are you even able to stand much less still duel? I dont get it!" Jack gets up too: "I`ll tell you why, not only is he gritty but he has shown us some incredible stamina! Of course I have that myself because Im Jack Atlas, teh master of faster!" Dr Duns rises: "I am a mortal mind inside a machine body, I am not done just yet. I should have died long ago in my timeline but I invented a robotic body for myself I slowly replaced my original body with over several decades after when I should have died!" Atem is able to get back up: "You havent beaten me just yet, I can still call the Egyptian Gods and the Dark Magician!" Joining them are Kenta, Kite, Zuzu, and Shay! Gong continues his turn by setting the Pendulum scale and announcing: "Gong Pendulum summons Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei!" Jack is next and summons not Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend but Majestic Red Dragon instead, Kite brings forth Neo Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon and Neo Galaxy Eyes Cipher Dragon, Zuzu brings out her crew of divas, Shay brings out Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon which has a heck ton of overlay units, the pharaoh summons the gods and Dark Magician with their full powers used, and Kenta uses his bey to whip up some trouble!
"Impossible! The plan was perfect, trick the fools into believing they could actually defeat us and all of them are finally out of commission only for a powerful resistance among them to emerge! Gaw!" Lloyd is able to join it all too: "The resistance never quits! As long as I can stand, I will resist you!" Atem then commands the Egyptian Gods just as Ccapac Apu tries to crush the brave resisters: "Not so fast for you are dealing with the gods of Egypt! Slifer, Thunder Force! Obelisk, Fist of Fate! Ra, Blaze Cannon Blast while in invincible mode! You also have to worry about the greatest magician of all time: Dark Magician! Now go Dark Magician, Dark Magic Attack!" "Big Benkei attacks while still in defense mode!" "Majestic Red Dragon, show them all your absolute force!" "My Neo Galaxy Eyes dragons, use the power of the cosmos to defy our enemies!" "Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon, seek and destroy!" "Go my monsters, hit em with the power of your music!" "Now witness the ultimate weapon inside of my body, Plasma Burst!" "Go Sagittario! Dont give up!" "Ninja go! Let me show you the power of the green ninja and the bond I share with the other ninja!" These attacks are very very promising all things considered but it still isnt enough but none of them give up, Shay even is filled with the power of chaos: "I will take my Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon and evolve it to new heights! My anger has been replaced by fun and friendship the stuff I lost when the fusion dimension attacked my home! Go Chaos Xyz evolution! Come forth Chaos Raidraptor Falcon Dragon(ATK: 5000, DEF: 3900)!" "I will now take things to the next level with synchro summoning! I am tired and hurt but I will not stop till I cant move!"
Jack speeds off on his duel runner, moving so fast around the area that we can see him only briefly as he circles around us all. Soon enough, he disappears with his dragon and duel runner before returning better than ever with an evolved form of his dragon: "I acel synchro summoned my Nova Archfiend Dragon(ATK: 4000, DEF: 2100)!" "Gong`s turn! Gong tunes Superheavy Samurai Trumpeter with Big Benkei and Soulclaw in order to synchro summon Superheavy Samurai Steam Train King(ATK: 2000, DEF: 4800) in defense mode!" "I use my Dark Magician`s power to evolve into Dark Magician Of Chaos! Next I invoke the ability of Obelisk to gain infinite strength!" "I use the ability of my Cypher Dragon to take control of 2 opponents monsters and treat them as Neo Galaxy Eyes Cypher Dragons because you immortals count as monster cards!" Kite ironically takes control of Ccapac Apu and Uru, turning them into copies of his Cypher Dragon! Lloyd and Kenta unleash hidden powers themselves and join in on a 2nd far stronger attack against the remaining 5 Earthbound Immortals! This attack manages to do a bit of damage but now the other immortals counter attack. Kite warns everyone to not celebrate just yet at the perfect moment as the immortals decimate the defenses of the remaining fighters on our side, the 2 copies of Neo Galaxy Eyes Cypher Dragon return to being who they originally were, joining in on the horrifically powerful onslaught that defeats everyone due to them all being so hurt and exhausted.. Ccapac Apu laughs: "Now we have definitely done it for sure! No one will be able to stop us now once we eliminate all of you! But before we take all of you out, I might as well tell the story of our friend Gorganan because it will be a dreadfully delightful story mwahahaha! Myself and the other immortals will slowly fuse together and it will be all over once that is complete! It all started as the Crimson Dragon led the charge on defeating us, just as we were about to be sealed away, a mysterious human like being showed up and delayed our sealing to tell us that we can merge with our dark signer humans to ensure we can have a rematch, all we had to do was trust him and we took the chance! It worked and I miss Gorganan still to this day, its been thousands of years but we owe a lot to him! Not even a time anomaly I felt today was gonna stop us from finally winning against Zorc the Dark One only to find Zorc gone as we appear in this area in an instant!"
He pauses and freaks out, stopping the fusion completely: "My head! It hurts! My memories are being intruded on! I can feel them change! Nooo! We were defeated by the signers of this modern age after playing our parts to ensure our revivals! How can this be that we forgot all of that? No! Zorc was defeated 5000 years ago in Egypt?! We saw him just yesterday, what is happening! Cant fuse because of this! Theres more! We sided with some of these fools back in 2019 in Earth years? Unreal!" Ccapac Apu recovers and regains his composure: "Now that that truth is over with, I will resume the process of your destruction! Other Earthbound Immortals, merge with me as one thanks to this copy of Super Polymerization that I happen to have still even though my human body was destroyed! Mwahahahahaha!" A few minutes pass while he goes on laughing evily until the fusion is complete.. A darkness falls in the area as a dark energy emerges from the ground which then opens up in an area to reveal the fused form of all 7 Earthbound Immortals.. The monster says: "I have waited for this very moment since the creation of this universe! Now I will cast my revenge on all who stand in my way! I have the memories of the Earthbound Immortals who fused to awaken me! I was born during the birth of this universe as the Earthbound Immortals who desired unity, my consciousness was forged from that want and now all of you are first in line to be destroyed by Earthbound Immortal God Wiska! Each Earthbound Immortal that has ever existed flows through me just like with every dark signer who was fully lost to the darkness, they are all inside of me! No time to wait, Doom Destruction!" We all with no other choice brace ourselves for total obliteration. Just as the finishing move is about to destroy us, I see Jack and Crow both vanish with their duel runners, what a confusing thing to occur now of all times.. The attack right before hitting anyone is completely blocked by a red energy and a familiar voice says: "Lets revv it up! Stardust Dragon, attack again with Cosmic Flare!" "NO! Not the signers who are connected to the Crimson Dragon through the servants of that dragon! 2 of them should be destroyed right now!"
Jack replies riding his duel runner: "Well sorry to say but we arent out of the count just yet! Red Dragon Archfiend! Absolute Power Force!" "Dont forget about me! Blackwing Dragon is ready to attack once again!" "You 3 always get the glory, Black Rose Dragon, do your thing!" "Ancient Fairy Dragon in the name of the spirit world, I ask you to help us by using your full power." "Theres also me, the heart of the dragon! Go my super awesome Lifestream Dragon!" "Leo, dont pep yourself up too much." "Not the time Luna!" "Im just saying!" Wiska is not happy at all: "So this is my reward for emerging after many eons? I should have known! You signers are now my targets, you have my full attention and I intend on using my full power to destroy all of you! Doom Destruction round 2!" Yusei responds: "Not so fast! I activate Scrap Iron Scarecrow to stop your attack!" "You must have not heard that I am immune to trap cards!" "I will have to disagree with you on this one as the mark of the dragon head allows my trap card to work! Next I play Monster Reborn to bring back Junk Warrior and summon Nitro Synchron and play Synchro Boost in order to give a level to my Junk Warrior so I can tune Junk Warrior and Nitro Synchron in order to synchro summon Nitro Warrior! I attack you with Stardust Dragon and Nitro Warrior then give Leo a turn! Do me proud buddy!" "Thanks Yusei! I summon my Morphtronic Computer which allows me to bring back a synchro monster from my graveyard by banishing it from the game, come back Power Tool Dragon! Next I activate Power Tool Dragon`s special ability to equip 1 random equip spell from my deck, the equip spell is my Morphtronic Synchro Support which gives my Power Tool Dragon an extra attack per turn from every Morphtronic monster in my graveyard, I have 2! Now attack my dragons! Be awesome! I end with that! Go Luna!" "I will just attack this turn." "That leaves things up to me! *Crow brings out Blackwing Armor Master a few moves later* Go my Blackwings, attack that oversized monster! Do it for my little jackals!" "I think its time to swing into action as Yuya likes to say. I revive my Force Resonator with Monster Reborn and summon majestic dragon which I drew thanks to my connection with the Crimson Dragon! I double tune my Red Dragon Archfiend and take off at high speed so I can synchro summon Ultimate Red Dragon Nova(ATK: 5500, DEF: 2000)!"
He follows up by attacking with his dragon and our enemy says: "I am impressed, that Scrap Iron Scarecrow has managed to keep me back fro a while so instead of trying to destroy your dragons, I will just have to destroy that trap card so I can attack without mercy once again! I have waited too long to lose today like this! *Destroys trap* That force you felt is just a taste of my power, I will turn my attention to your dragons once again started with that evolved dragon!" "Im sorry but Ultimate Red Dragon Nova cant be destroyed in battle as long as a tuner monster remains in my graveyard! Now go again Yusei!" "I will! Watch this Jack as I change the circumstances! From my time interacting with duelists from the past and future, I have gained powers that I wouldnt have otherwise! I overlay Stardust Dragon with Nitro Warrior in order to build the overlay network! I Xyz summon Shooting Stardust Universe Dragon(ATK: 5600, DEF: 1000)! Once per turn my dragon can take any synchro monster from my extra deck and add them on as an overlay unit so I have that ability go now! Now I use one overlay unit in order to summon a synchro monster of my choice provided none of my monsters attack this turn and the synchro monster is banished upon destruction. Shooting Star Quasar Dragon, lets revv it up and attack! *His dragons both attack* I end my turn." "Youre not the only one who has gained new power! Now watch as I draw and set the Pendulum scale with scale 4 Earth Resonator and scale 10 Neo Red Dragon Archfiend! This means I can summon monsters with levels between 5 and 9 all at once! I activate my Neo Red Dragon Archfiend`s Pendulum ability, this allows me to add a Pendulum monster of my choice from my deck to my hand as long as I pay 1000 lifepoints but thanks to the Pendulum ability of my Earth Resonator, I dont have to pay a price for one card effect once per turn! I add Red Pendulum Dragon Archfiend from my deck and use the Pendulum scale to summon my dragon straight to the field! Red Pendulum Dragon`s effect kicks in, grant the ability to attack twice per turn with all monsters I control! My 2 prized dragons, give a beatdown to our giant enemy! With that, I conclude my turn of showing that Im the master of faster."
"Geeze Jack, some things never change! I think I will shock our audience myself as well! Here I go! I activate Blackwing Fusion, allowing me to fuse my Blackwing Dragon and Blackwing Armor Master together! I fusion summon Blackwing Dragon Warrior Master(ATK: 3000, DEF: 2000)! Next my monster gains 500 attack points for every Blackwing in my graveyard, I count 7, boosting the strength of my monster to 6500 attack points! Now Blackwing Dragon Warrior Master, attack Earthbound Immortal God Wiska! Sorry about going before you Leo, I just wanted to show off my newest ace monster!" "Its no biggie Crow, this is just so awesome!" Damage calculation happens: "Alright, you go now Leo!" Leo, Luna, and Akiza all upgrade their dragons through more synchro summoning and equip cards and bring on the damage to the enemy hardcore! "Im am so very impressed at what I am seeing, no signer has ever been able to push the limits with the signer dragons, I will give you credit for managing to pull off something that would have devastated the dark signers of this modern age but that is where my respect ends for I am going to crush all your dragons and enjoy it as all of you squirm under my rampage! I am supreme, I am unstoppable! Mwahaha! You have had your fun, now its my turn to have my fun! I can instantly destroy any monster that can be destroyed, dont you know? Well if you didnt guess that that was the case, not to worry for I am going to give a nice and calm demonstration on how to destroy all of your precious monsters with the weakest of my powers! I will destroy that fusion reject first!" Blackwing Dragon Warrior Master is unfortunately destroyed in not even a second, no amount of abilities or attack points could have saved the dragon, the life point counter is set at 8000 so Crow is able done and one would think thats just how it ends but they would be wrong for Wiska goes to destroy Crow only for Crow to play the effect of Blackwing Disconnection which stops the attack! Wiska systematically destroys the other dragons even Jack`s invincible dragon, dealing a world of hurt in the process, too excited to finish the signers off one by one just yet.
As Wiska prepares to attack once more, he says: "To all enemies of the immortals, this the price you will pay for not defeating us completely! A dark force revived my components after they were defeated by the signers of this age! Now I will destroy them and everything that lives on this small planet we have been stuck on for far too long! It is time to break free through destroying what has kept us from destroying this universe for so long!" The marks of the dragon on each of the signers glow extremely bright as a crimson red energy comes to be, reviving each of the signer dragons in their latest and most powerful forms just as the Crimson Dragon emerges in the energy itself! "Not again! They are all back! But no matter, nothing can stop my path of destruction not even the great Crimson Dragon or the chosen signers! No one, nothing!" Yusei just says: "We will see about that." The dragons all fire at Wiska who sends out a pure black attack filled with rage, hate, greed, screams of fallen humans, and more negative things, this results in a rainbow blast and a black dark blast pushing against each other with seemingly equal strength until the darkness grows stronger with Wiska saying: "As long as there is humanity anywhere, there is darkness, darkness that I exploit to secure my win!" Yusei wisely says: "That may be true but humanity also has the light of hope, love, friendship, charity, and happiness, a light that cannot ever be destroyed and almost always will overcome the dark!" "What is that supposed to mean? To me its a joke intended to try to make me be scared when actually you are the one that is scared and I will prove it by crushing your light!"
Unfortunately for Wiska, that chance never comes as the darkness is suddenly pushed back gradually until total oblivion, the immortal is unable to do anything as they are defeated on the spot, not a peep can even come out of them, the final result being so fast. The outcome is that Wiska is now knocked out and on the ground so Yusei says: "If we dont do more now, Wiska will just come back for more." Crow replies: "Right you are Yusei, I will handle this. I play my Defusion spell card to split Wiska back up to the immortals we know and dont love at all." The 7 Earthbound Immortals are back but are completely defeated, Atem comments: "Maybe we should seal them away while we can, you signers have the power to seal them once again." "I agree Atem. With my mark of the dragon head, I invoke the Crimson Dragon is order to seal away each of the 7 Earthbound Immortals in various places across our world! This way it will be much harder for them to be released someday in the future or at least ensure they have to focus on finding one another next time."
The whole mark of the Crimson Dragon appears on his back as the 7 Earthbound Immortals are sealed away one by one, the Crimson Dragon takes all of us straight to New Domino City with that being all said and done, all monsters still out due to the duel return just as the Crimson Dragon flies off to parts unknown. Captain Blaster is in a hospital bed still but is able to wake up, the doctors take him to us as they and the ship were transported here as well. Several of us have a heart to heart with Captain Blaster including me before I decided to talk to Yusei about what just happened: "Hey Yusei, that was one incredible save back there, Jack and Crow were teleported and came back ready to turbo duel in the way they were earlier today! How did that all happen like how did you know to come to where we were and all that? Also, its really good to see you! I have missed you a lot!" "Good to see you too! As for your question, the Crimson Dragon brought us all together and directed us to where we needed to be." "Oh that simple huh? I like that a lot! Honestly, pretty much the whole team are stuck here until the pirate ship is fixed, Im sure with your assistance, it could be fixed significantly faster."
"Yeah, I will help but first you and everyone need some food, rest, and healing. All of you arent in good shape, Martha isnt the only one who can tell." "Yeah we really do need all that.. Btw, would you and the rest of Team 5Ds plus other friends be willing to rejoin the team in order to fight off the latest threat, a time traveling evil villain alternate timeline version of Fluffy Afro who defeated, took, and absorbed the name of another being known as Gorganan? Considering how insistent he is that he barely engages in battle himself, I bet he is building himself up to be even more powerful than the SDL." "I know I want to, just have to ask the others." "Dont worry about it right now, it looks like we will have to stay here for a few days, good thing we have those advanced robots that are part of Scientist Dominic`s cloning program, those robots can play many games and fight very well, they can even do all summoning types in Duel Monsters in duels!" "Thats impressive, I always have liked Dominic!" We spend the rest of the day healing and all that, in a few days, we take Yusei and co with us to Cornburry via the pirate ship after getting to know Team 5Ds quite a lot more and stuff! Good news is that Cornburry is unharmed as seen when we finally arrive back to it! Soon, planning for our next adventure begins!
Outro: What a chapter! That was quite difficult to write but Im glad Im still writing this story! I dont display the attack and defense points of every monster anymore in part because Im not big on looking up card stats like that when the internet is slow..
