After reading the note Ben realized a few problems. 1: He has no money 2: He has nowhere to stay... His thoughts were interrupted by an explosion. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!" shouted Ben before realizing no one was there, he ran outside to find a bank a few streets across being robbed. This guy was giant... Ben's instincts took over and he slammed the Omnitrix, a large blue humanoid feline in a black and green jumpsuit stood in his place, on his belt was the Omnitrix, green sunglasses covered his eyes. "Fasttrack? Now you're talking new Omnitrix!" Said Ben happily as he sprinted off.
When he arrived he turned back into a human. The man was on a rampage, smashing buildings and swatting away all attempts of arrest. He smashed a building debris was falling everywhere. Ben realized that debris was going to fall on a girl. Adrenaline pumped through his veins, he rushed to the girl pushing her into safety whilst screaming a warning. As he pushed the girl out of the way debris started to fall. He realized this and rolled out of the way. He looked at the girl looked around his age maybe 16, her long wavy blonde hair fell halfway down her back, she had a round face and large blue eyes. Two horns grew from her head. "You okay?" asked Ben asked her. The girl looked surprised, "You speak English?" she asked. The universal translator must've deactivated when I saved her! Ben thought. Ben nodded. You know she looks cute. He thought. "What's your name?" He asked the girl reaching his hand out, the girl replied "Pony, Pony Tsunotori." She grasped his hand as he pulled her up.
"How do you know English?" Pony asked Ben, they were sitting on a nearby bench now. "Well I'm from the states..." He replied before he noticed the excited gleam in Pony's eyes. "You're American too?!" She said excitedly "You know its been a while since I met someone who knows English. So what are you doing in Japan?" Ben stared blankly. He didn't expect to tell his cover story so early, "Well you see, I was born in Bellwood, NY. When I was four and I found out my quirk, my parents were ecstatic about it at first, but they found it a nuisance afterwards, constantly needing to keep an eye on me so I don't destroy my neighbor's car, house and corner store. When I was ten a man named Azmuth had found out about my quirk and arrived at my parents house to give my this," Ben showed the Omnitrix to Pony, "It helped me keep control of my quirk. My parents died in an armed robbery a few weeks later and I stayed with my Grandpa for the summer, you see he was an agent so he wouldn't have a problem handling me. At the end of the summer a villain attacked and hospitalized Grandpa Max. I decided to run away thinking it was my fault that my parents died, that Max was injured. After a while I ended up reaching here when I was 15 and I lived here since" He looked up, he saw Pony's expression it was full of shock and sorrow. "I'm sorry Ben, for asking" She apologized. "Its okay" Ben said. "Does your Grandpa know where you are?" Pony asked, Ben shook his head, "I heard he passed away a month ago..." Ben made that bit up so people won't question why Grandpa Max isn't looking for him. Pony looked down at the ground, "I'm sorry for your loss..." She said. Ben said "Again, its okay" He stood up, "See you later..." Before he could leave Pony grabbed his arm. "Before you go, here's my number we can talk later." She smiled as she shoved a piece of paper in his hand.
Ben was now elated, he met a cute girl and got her number, this day was turning out to be a great one. He had turned on the universal translator again to understand his surroundings. "DEKU!" A voice yelled "I'M GONNA KILL YOU, YOU LITTLE PIECE OF S#!%!" What's going on over there? I should check it out. He slammed the Omnitrix. A large golden robot stood in his place. A key was fixed on his head and a green window on his stomach with the Omnitrix revealed multiple gears. His face was a black screen with a green face consisting of a line and dots. "Clockwork?! You got to be kidding me" Ben said in a heavy German accent. He spun the key on his head and everything immediately stopped. He walked down to the site of the noise. He transformed back and time went back to normal. "Did I miss something?" Ben asked smugly as he caught a ash blonde boy terrorizing a scrawny green hair boy cowering. "What d'you want?" Growled the the boy terrorizing the his peer. Ben smirked "What, no introduction?" he asked. This obviously annoyed the boy but he begrudgingly complied "Bakugou" he muttered maliciously. "Ben Tennyson," Ben responded "I assume that kid's name is Deku?" The green haired teen nodded out of fear from Bakugou. "Here's the deal let that kid go or face the consequences." Ben threatened. Bakugou smiled "So you wanna fight?" Ben silently nodded. "You'll regret it!" Bakugou yelled. Ben stayed silent he slammed the Omnitrix, in his place was a humanoid, fireball, hardened magma covered his body. "Heatblast?!" Ben said. Bakugou was was first startled but shrugged it off and charged, hands exploding. It made contact, Ben was thrown back hitting a dumpster, "Ouch..." Ben said feebly. He got up, Bakugou went charging again. Ben this time dodged by lifting a rock up. Terrakinesis?! Bakugou thought. Ben shot fireballs at Bakugou, one made contact but it didn't stop Bakugou. I gotta switch it up. Ben thought, he slammed the Omnitrix on his chest. In Heatblast's place was a large blue humanoid moth. He had black and light blue patches covering him, a green belt was where the Omnitrix was situated. His black skull like face had blue markings and large green compound eyes. "Big Chill. Now we're talking!" Ben said in a raspy voice. This idiot turned into Mothman? Bakugou thought, he charged not aware of what the Mothman could do. Now was Ben's chance, as Bakugou charged Ben as Big Chill went intangible, Bakugou ran straight through Ben. Intangibility? What the hell is with this guy?! This time Bakugou was furious. He ran back and started charging Ben. Ben flew up and blew a mist, ice was forming. Bakugou didn't see what happened but now was covered up to his neck in ice. "What the hell did you do!" He screamed. Big Chill landed on his feet, "I froze you, I noticed you came charging at me and by immobilizing I am able to fight you with the risk of being blown up." He twisted the Omnitrix and slammed it. It was still Big Chill but had a fiery set of wings and a bright red, orange an yellow color scheme. The belt was still there but the Omnitrix had four spikes coming out of the corners. "Ultimate Big Chill!" Ben rasped. "Now... time to finish this". Ben blew, instead of the mist seen before a flame erupted out. The fire melted the ice surrounding Bakugou, but he was unscathed. Ben flew up to him, Big Chill's compound eyes staring at Bakugou. "Run..." Ben rasped "Or I might have to freeze you again..." Bakugou got up and walked away cursing. Ben transformed back and looked at the kid named Deku. "You okay?" He asked. Deku nodded and got up, "I never seen a quirk like that!" He said excitedly, "My name's Izuku Midoriya. Not Deku by the way" He said. Ben shook his hand and turned around to walk away. "You know Midoriya is right. I haven't seen a quirk like yours..." Said a voice behind him as Ben walked away...

That's the end of the second chapter. You know how I said I would be holding a poll for Ben's guardian, I wasn't able to make a poll. So I have an alternate Idea I will write the options here and you use the review section to vote. If anyone is solid with the idea here are the options and summary on their impact on the story.
Endeavour: An overbearing father figure pushing Ben, I can see a rivalry between Ben and Shoto if this happens
Aizawa: He could act as a mentor for Ben and like early Azmuth sees him as arrogant and over reliant on his quirk.
Rumi Usagiyami: I think her speaks her mind attitude could help Ben see his flaws and Ben could help her accept being part of a team so a character development situation can be used.
OC: My opinion one of the easiest ways of writing a "Grandpa Max" figure for Ben, Probably will be female because of the limited options for female characters to act as a mother figure.
