ROLL TITLES

Scene 1: Field
[Track 1: Tiberian Spiral Galaxy] The field holds the remnants of a small fight, dying down. Burnt remains of Daleks melt away. On the edge of the field, everyone is sitting in jeeps including Amy, Rory in one, and Captain Jack and the Time Tyrant on the other. Sergeant Major Benton strides towards the Doctor.

BENTON: It's going to work.

DOCTOR: Everyone in?

TIME TYRANT: Let's hurry up and finish this then.

The Doctor walks over to Amy and Rory.

DOCTOR: We'll see each other soon.

AMY: Nothing's going to be the same ever again, is it?

DOCTOR: We'll stop them. Don't worry, you can do it.

RORY: I hope so. Good luck.

DOCTOR: You too.

The Doctor climbs the jeep. They both drive off.

Scene 2: Jeep 1
The Doctor stares agitatedly at the Time Tyrant. The jeep turns a corner as the Ponds' jeep keeps driving on.

Scene 3: Jeep 2
Amy watches the Doctor's jeep drive off. Rory holds her hand, and she rests her head on his shoulder.

RORY: How's your head?

AMY: A bit better.

RORY: Can you not remember anything that happened?

AMY: No, I probably just tripped or something.

RORY: Okay.

Amy fidgets slightly. Starting to fall asleep, she gasps and sits up.

AMY: Oh, my god!

She turns to Rory. [Track 1 ends]

Scene 4: Pond House: Basement
The Resistance soldiers burst into the basement, as do Amy and Rory.

RESISTANCE FIGHTER: Hands up! Put your hands up!

Someone jumps out holding a pole. It's Brian Williams. [Track 2: Two Doctors]

BRIAN: Keep back! I'm armed!

RESISTANCE FIGHTER: Who the hell are you?

BRIAN: I'm gonna ask you the same thing. And what are you doing in my son's house?

RORY: Dad, what are you doing here?

BRIAN: Rory! Well, I'm...hiding, aren't I?

RORY: In our house?

BRIAN: I was watering the plants.

AMY: What'd you hit me over the head for, then?

BRIAN: I was worried it was one of those puppet things! Good to see you're okay.

RORY: Okay. Okay, okay, okay. We're behind already, and we need to get out of here before more Daleks come. Let's go.

The resistance fighters all run out.

BRIAN: What about me?

Brian uncertainly follows after them.

Scene 5: Jeep 1
The Doctor shakes as the jeep drives over road bumps.

TIME TYRANT: Are we nearly there yet?

DOCTOR: Shut up.

TIME TYRANT: Are you mad at me for something?

HARKNESS: What do you think?

TIME TYRANT: I saved your life. Why did you let me come?

DOCTOR: So I can keep an eye on you.

TIME TYRANT: What did I do?

HARKNESS: What about you ripping time apart? Twice?

DRIVER: Ten minutes away from rendezvous, sir.

DOCTOR: Don't call him, sir, he's not a sir yet.

TIME TYRANT: Thank you for calling me sir! What's your name?

DOCTOR: Don't talk to him.

DRIVER: Alan.

TIME TYRANT: Thank you, Alan! You seem to be a very educated man!

DOCTOR: Don't listen to him.

TIME TYRANT: Don't be rude to Alan! Alan's my best friend!

DRIVER: Uh, well, I-

DOCTOR: Just focus on the road.

TIME TYRANT: Grumpy gills.

He pouts. [Track 2 ends]

Scene 6: Street
The jeep drives along next to the hospital. [Track 3: No More] A blast knocks the jeep to its side.

Scene 7: Jeep 1
Everyone is thrown across the jeep. Slowly, they get to their feet. Jack gasps for breath.

DOCTOR: Jack, you okay? Benton?

HARKNESS: Not getting ridda me easily!

DOCTOR: That sentence has never been truer.

The Doctor grunts as he kicks open the doors.

DOCTOR: Come on, let's get out of here!

The Doctor helps everyone out.

Scene 8: Street
They all climb out, and see a Time War Dalek approaching. They cower behind the jeep for protection.

DOCTOR: Many casualties?

BENTON: Our driver's dead, as are two of my men.

The Time Tyrant jumps up to shoot the Dalek, but he is hit in the shoulder.

TIME TYRANT: Aagh!

DOCTOR: What did you do that for, you idiot?

The Dalek shoots again, burning a hole in the jeep.

DOCTOR: The TARDIS is just behind the hospital. If we can distract that Dalek, we can get there.

BENTON: I have something.

Benton throws a grenade over.

BENTON: Get back from the jeep!

It explodes, and electricity runs through both the jeep and the Dalek.

BENTON: Move, move, move!

They run.

BENTON: That won't last for much longer, down here!

They dive down an alleyway.

BENTON: That Dalek can pick us off easily and quickly if someone doesn't slow it down.

DOCTOR: Benton, we've got to go!

BENTON: Then do so! I'll do my duty!

Benton runs out, throwing another off the electric grenades towards the Dalek. A telephone box explodes nearby, knocking the soldier off his feet.

TIME TYRANT: Let's get out of here!

The Time Tyrant runs off along with the rest of the Resistance. Jack grabs the Doctor and follows.

DOCTOR: No! Benton!

The grenade wears off again. As Benton goes to throw another one, he realises he is out. He takes out a Dalek gun and tries to fire it.

BENTON: Out of charge!

Benton drops the Dalek weapon and fires his pistol, to no affect against the Dalek. Benton is shot. He screams. The Doctor continues to run, yet tears are obviously streaming down his face. [Track 3 ends]

Scene 9: Street Corner
They dart towards the TARDIS. The Doctor unlocks the door and they run inside.

Scene 10: TARDIS
The Doctor sits on the chair, his hand covering his face.

TIME TYRANT: Might I say, I still don't approve of the copper desktop. I go for the coral myself.

HARKNESS: I'll try and send a message to the Resistance, let them know that we're about to reach the station. Do you have the co-ordinates?

DOCTOR: Uh, yeah, yeah. Hang on.

The Doctor gets up and types something into the console.

HARKNESS: He saved our lives.

DOCTOR: He was an idiot. We could've made it with him.

HARKNESS: You know that's not true. Well, I could've made it, but…Not the right time.

DOCTOR: First the Brigadier, then Yates got killed, now him. When I was stranded on Earth, we were this big family. They helped me, supported me at every turn. They helped me fly back out into the stars. And I never thanked them.

HARKNESS: They knew that you were grateful.

DOCTOR: Did they? Really? I don't think they did.

HARKNESS: They wouldn't have fought to the end for you if they didn't. There are people who are like that, who can tell. We lose them in the end, and the only thing we can do is move on.

DOCTOR: Right.

He pulls the handbrake, and sits back down.

HARKNESS: I'll give you a moment.

The time rotor starts to move up and down, as the Doctor stares at it intently, silently.

Scene 11: Street Corner
[Track 4: UNIT Rocks] The TARDIS fades away.

Scene 12: Westminster Bridge
Time War Daleks guard the bridge. Pan to underneath, where the Resistance fighters are climbing along the supports like monkey bars.

Scene 13: St James' Park
The group run from tree to tree, often waiting for Daleks to pass by before they continue to run.

Scene 14: King Charles Street
The resistance soldier presses a few buttons on the side of the entrance to the war rooms, and the doors open. They run through, closing the door behind them.

Scene 15: War Rooms Entrance
As they walk through, they notice the cabinet war room to their left in a window.

AMY: What's with the window?

RESISTANCE FIGHTER: It's a museum; some of the walls got knocked out for display pieces. We can't fix it all.

AMY: So our main base of operations is a museum? That's great.

RESISTANCE FIGHTER: It's been mostly refortified…Mostly.

Amy and Rory look at each other, whilst Brian stumbles from behind.

Scene 16: Cabinet War Rooms
Kate turns to see the group walk in.

KATE: Brief me. I'll get back to you in a minute.

Kate and the soldiers walk off. Amy, Rory and Brian look about.

BRIAN: I'm not entirely sure what's going on.

RORY: Yeah.

AMY: I was here years ago! Like 80 years!

BRIAN: Oh, I think my head's about to explode.

KATE: You three! With me!

Scene 17: Hallway
They walk through, past gas pipes and large machines.

KATE: The Doctor wants you to go inside, but we don't want you to go until we know what's there. But thankfully, we've got a source.

Brian looks through a door into a large dining hall, whilst the others continue on. Rory spins back and ushers him on.

RORY: Come on, Dad.

BRIAN: Sure, yeah.

Brian starts to walk again.

Scene 18: Bedroom
They look into a very cramped space. Inside is a stiff bedframe with a small mattress sat on top, and a desk next to it. Another pipe runs overhead. Inside is a sweaty man, drinking a dirtied cup of tea. [Track 4 ends]

KATE: This is Anthony Booker. He works in the radio room, but was captured by the Daleks a week ago. He got out a few hours ago after intense interrogation.

AMY: How do we know he's not a puppet?

[Track 5: They Are Everywhere] Anthony raises his hand. There is a big gash on his hand.

AMY: Okay. What's going on in there? What did you see?

ANTHONY: They're draining people's minds to build the ultimate weapon to burn this planet.

AMY: What's the point, though?

ANTHONY: There is no point. They see this planet as worthless, cheap labour to conquer the rest of the universe.

AMY: They've taken over the Earth just to make slaves? We need to destroy them all. Now.

KATE: Now we know what's inside there, your main mission is to free the prisoners and to stop that weapon being constructed.

AMY: The Doctor said-

KATE: I don't care what he said. It's too risky; you're our best bet of survival. We can't let you die.

BRIAN: I agree, we shouldn't put you guys in harm's way.

RORY: It's our only chance to make a stand against them!

They all look at Rory menacingly. Amy speaks in a quieter tone.

AMY: We're running out of time. The Doctor's nearly at the spacestation, and we've got to take down the Daleks otherwise he'll be killed.

KATE: Anthony, how are you feeling?

ANTHONY: Not too bad now, thanks.

KATE: I want you on radio duty. Go on.

ANTHONY: Yes, ma'am.

Anthony walks out.

KATE: And you two…If you get in trouble, I'm not sending in backup. I will have reinforcements ready should whatever you do be successful. Go and equip yourself.

Kate storms out.

BRIAN: Are you mad?

AMY: If we can save the world, we have to take this chance.

RORY: Whatever it takes, Dad.

Amy collapses onto the bed, exhausted.

Scene 19: Spacestation Corridor
The TARDIS materialises into an arched, bronze corridor. Hexagon patterns have decorated the walls. The low hum of a Dalek ship echoes through the halls. The Resistance exit the box.

DOCTOR: Jack?

Jack takes out a handheld device.

HARKNESS: We got a hallway of twenty up on the left.

DOCTOR: Why don't we see what's going on in there?

TIME TYRANT: Of course we are. We couldn't just go avoid them, we have to go and see them.

HARKNESS: How are we supposed to get inside?

DOCTOR: Let me see that.

The Doctor snatches the handheld device.

HARKNESS: Coulda said please.

DOCTOR: Look, none of them are moving. They're all stationary.

He walks over to the door and points the sonic on a plunger-shaped panel to the side. It whirrs.

DOCTOR: Locked. But there's a window, if I can just work out the mechanism…

The window slides open.

DOCTOR: Oh, my god.

Through the window, they look in horror.

Scene 20: Nourishment Hub
The Daleks are all looking up, their eyestalks no longer emitting a bright, light but empty. A liquid is falling upon them in a rain-like fashion.

Scene 21: Spacestation Corridor
The Time Tyrant frowns.

TIME TYRANT: What are they doing, just admiring the weather?

DOCTOR: They're feeding.

HARKNESS: On what?

DOCTOR: The Kaled inside, it's a mutant. To survive, they must be rejuvenating themselves with the chemicals. They're mutating, even now.

HARKNESS: That's disgusting. Does that mean that the ship is unguarded?

DOCTOR: No, some will be on-duty, the rest will be here. We've still got to stay cautious.

TIME TYRANT: Perhaps I should keep watch on these ones.

DOCTOR: You offered to come, why are you being such a baby?

TIME TYRANT: I didn't realise you'd go straight to the belly of the beast!

DOCTOR: Shh!

TIME TYRANT: Sorry.

DOCTOR: If you're not gonna help, stay out of sight. Jack, you lot, with me.

TIME TYRANT: What, you're gonna leave me alone?

DOCTOR: You wanted to stay here.

The Doctor clicks his fingers and the TARDIS doors shut.

DOCTOR: Good luck.

He walks off.

TIME TYRANT: Uh, Doctor-!

The Time Tyrant hesitatingly follows.

Scene 22: Trafalgar Square
Amy and Rory hide behind a car. On top of the National Gallery is a gigantic Dalek ship. They look around to see their reinforcements in position.

AMY: Now or never.

They both run towards it sneakily.

Scene 23: Radio Room
Booker works at a desk. On the desk is a label which reads

GHQ Home Forces

A high pitched whine over the radio causes him to collapse onto the table, the wind throwing the label onto the floor. He stiffens, sitting up and looking at the radio. He starts to press a few knobs.

Scene 24: Cabinet War Rooms
The workers are all huddled over a map of the world. The lights flicker. They murmur.

JO: What's going on?

KATE: Just a small power fluctuation, nothing to worry about.

JO: Are you sure?

KATE: Jo, of course I am. Back to work, everyone!

They all turn back to the map, aside from Chesterton. His eyes widen.

CHESTERTON: Look!

Through the window, they all gasp as Drone and Strategist Daleks start to move through the hallways outside, staring at them. Following them are Time War Daleks.

KATE: Code red! I repeat, code red!

Kate pulls a lever, and an alarm blares.

Scene 25: Hallway
Brian hears the alarms. He gasps and runs. Daleks almost immediately break down the doors and follow.

Scene 26: Bedroom
Brian dives under a bed and hides. He breathes heavily as he sees Daleks pass by through the windows.

Scene 27: Cabinet War Rooms
They all put their hands up.

DRONE: You are prisoners of the Daleks.

JO: How did you find us?

DRONE: Our puppet technology has advanced beyond your identification methods.

KATE: Booker. He worked for them all along.

DRONE: You shall be taken to the Emperor for judgement. Move!

They all start to walk out, escorted by the Daleks. [Track 5 ends]

Scene 28: Dalek Ship Entrance
Amy and Rory sneak into the queue.

AMY: All we have to do now is take down the shields.

RORY: Keep your voice down.

A Time War Dalek stares at them. They clench their fists, their eyes darting about nervously.

DALEK: Where is your identity tag?

AMY: My…my what?

DALEK: Present your identity tag.

AMY: Uh, I-

CIVILIAN: Take this!

A prisoner throws rocks at the Daleks, prompting others to do the same. The Dalek turns away to subdue the riot. Amy and Rory run off inside the ship as the prisoners are all electrocuted. [Track 6: A Tyrannical Menace]

DALEK: Carry on. Move. Move!

The prisoners all get to their feet.

Scene 29: Dalek Ship Corridor
Amy and Rory run through.

AMY: We don't have long. Let's see what these things from the Resistance do.

Amy puts a small gadget on the wall.

AMY: Okay, this electromagnet will trap a Dalek. Let's hope it works.

Amy whoops and hides in an alcove.

RORY: What was that?!

AMY: Come on, moron!

Amy drags Rory with her. A Dalek glides past. The magnet fires and pulls the Dalek towards it. Amy runs over, lifting the metal lid and chucking the mutant out.

AMY: Ew, ew, ew!

The mutant scuttles off.

RORY: That's bad, isn't it? It's gone.

AMY: As long as it's not near me, that's fine.

RORY: But where is it going? It could be telling the others.

AMY: …Oh, yeah. We're just on a slightly shorter clock, then. Perhaps Kate's plan can distract the Daleks long enough that we can take down the shields.

RORY: Or put the ship on red alert and make the area more defensive.

AMY: We've got to help them, Rory.

RORY: What happened to "we don't get on in this world by being nice"?

AMY: We've actually got a chance to stop them here and now. I realised that we need to unite to beat them. Now, you've got a remote control, yeah? The strike team can use it to escort us.

RORY: Oh, forgot about that. Sorry, can't give it to you.

AMY: Haha, very funny. I just said we don't have time to mess about.

RORY: Sorry.

Rory takes it out and gives it to Amy.

AMY: I think it works like this?

The Dalek starts to move about.

AMY: You see okay?

The Dalek nods its eyestalk.

AMY: Alright, follow us.

Amy and Rory walk through, accompanied by the Dalek.

AMY: Anthony said that through here was the draining room. You ready?

RORY: More than I'll ever be.

They hold hands.

Scene 30: Emperor's Chambers
They walk through.

RORY: Oh, my god!

Amy screams. There are hundreds of Daleks in the giant chamber. The Emperor Dalek looks down upon them. He is painted a dark, rusted blue in the design similar to the Paradigm Emperor and speaks in a voice similar to the Evil of the Daleks Emperor.

EMPEROR DALEK: You are in our control now.

Amy looks to the remote-controlled Dalek, which shuts down.

AMY: No, no, no!

The Daleks surround them.

Scene 31: Rooftop
The strike team glare at each other.

RESISTANCE FIGHTER: Should we help them?

RESISTANCE FIGHTER 2: No, wait for Kate's orders.

They look concerned.

Scene 32: Emperor's Chambers
Amy and Rory are pushed towards the Emperor.

EMPEROR: Our trap has succeeded perfectly. You took the bait that our puppet gave you and now you will follow our commands.

AMY: Commands?

Two claws extend from the Emperor's body and pick the companions up to move closer to the giant glass tank in which the mutant sits.

EMPEROR: You will tell us everything about the Doctor's plan. You will tell us now, or your Resistance will be destroyed.

A screen shows up of a large room where the Resistance, including Brian, is being held.

RORY: Dad!

Their eyes widen. [Track 6 ends]

Scene 33: Spacestation Central Chamber
Around 50 Daleks patrol around the circular room. In the centre is a large spherical object. The Resistance look through a door.

DOCTOR: What are they guarding in the middle there?

TIME TYRANT: Looks like a power source for something.

DOCTOR: Why don't we destroy it?

HARKNESS: How?

DOCTOR: If we come at it from different angles, the Daleks can't take us all.

TIME TYRANT: Yes they can. They've got about 50 and we're 10 people. I have a better idea.

The Time Tyrant runs off.

HARKNESS: Hey, get back here.

DOCTOR: No, let him run.

He groans.

Scene 34: Security Controls
Two Daleks watch cameras. The Time Tyrant sneaks up behind one, throws a round metallic object on as it is electrified, then hides behind it as the Dalek next to it tries to fire. He then rips off the gadget and throws it onto the other Dalek.

TIME TYRANT: Easy.

The Time Tyrant looks at the cameras and works at the controls.

TIME TYRANT: Redirecting ventilation…Come on, come on, come on.

Scene 35: Spacestation Central Chamber
The Doctor turns to the rest of the group.

DOCTOR: Okay, fan out, we spread their forces, weaken their defence. Run in and out, back to the TARDIS, no hassle. Got it? Okay, go, go.

A few Resistance soldiers run through, but then the Doctor holds the rest back.

DOCTOR: Wait, stop!

The chemicals start to rain on them. The Daleks all look up and open their casing. The Resistance soldiers all watch as the men in the chamber start to shrivel and shrink, tendrils extending until it has become a Kaled. The Daleks all scream.

HARKNESS: Oh, my god.

DOCTOR: What are we supposed to do now? We can't get to the unit.

HARKNESS: I might be able to.

DOCTOR: You're immortal, not immune to drugs!

HARKNESS: Yeah, but I've got a stronger resistance to them. I can last longer in there.

DOCTOR: Alright, fine. Hurry up.

HARKNESS: Gotcha.

Harkness speeds through, diving towards the sphere and yanking it out. He spins round and runs back.

DOCTOR: Well done. Now what is this?

The Time Tyrant walks towards them.

TIME TYRANT: That's a remote motion sensor.

DOCTOR: You're right, it is. That can't be right, what do the Daleks need with those? Those plates on its armour, they allow the Dalek to move off anything metal. So why do they need this? Unless…Oh! Oh, this is brilliant! This might just work!

Scene 36: Emperor's Chambers
Amy stares at the Emperor.

AMY: I know the Daleks. Even if I tell you, you'll kill them all, so what's the point?

EMPEROR: We shall not kill them if you do not tell us. They shall become like us.

AMY: What do you mean?

EMPEROR: The Resistance will be destroyed, and those who partake in it shall receive the same fate as our prisoners. They shall mutate into this form we are in now.

RORY: You're turning humans into Daleks?

AMY: Don't you dare! Don't you dare!

EMPEROR: Tell us now or-

An alarm goes off. [Track 7: This Time There's Three of Us 5:30 – 7:03]

STRATEGIST: Shields offline!

EMPEROR: Impossible! How did this happen?!

The screen of the Resistance disappears.

STRATEGIST: Camera feeds offline!

EMPEROR: Fix the issue!

The Resistance run in with the strike team. Amy and Rory are dropped, but the Resistance catches them.

AMY: Hey, thanks!

SCIENTIST: Incoming reinforcements from Spacestation!

EMPEROR: Exterminate them all!

A bright light engulfs the chamber as the Doctor and his group.

DOCTOR: Right on schedule! Well done, Ponds!

AMY: We had a bit of help.

DOCTOR: Hello! Brian, nice to see you! Ian, Barbara, Jo, good to see you're okay! Martha, you alright? I'm getting distracted. Now, do you know what is in my hand, Emperor? Of course you do, it's your technology. But do you guys know?

He looks to the Time War Daleks in the chamber.

DOCTOR: It's a failsafe. Of course, you had that big civil war, didn't you? And you allied up, allowed the Paradigm to take the officer classes. But what if you mutinied? This disables all movement in your Daleks, am I right? Of course I am, I'm always right. What if I destroyed this failsafe?

The Doctor smashes it onto the floor.

DOCTOR: I think the word you're looking for is…run.

The Doctor and the Resistance all run.

EMPEROR: Stop them! Destroy them!

DALEK: You tried to betray us!

EMPEROR: No!

DALEK: All Daleks! Exterminate the Paradigm!

Scene 37: Southbank
The humans watch the Paradigm and Time War Daleks shoot at each other.

Scene 38: Trafalgar Square
The Resistance dash across the square.

DOCTOR: Everyone down!

Scene 39: Emperor's Chambers
The Time War Daleks have been defeated.

EMPEROR: We must regroup! Order the retreat of all Paradigm Daleks!

The Paradigm all prepare.

Scene 40: Trafalgar Square
The Dalek Ship launches in the sky. In the horizon, thousands of other ships do the same.

RORY: We did it! They're gone.

They all cheer. [Track 7 ends]

TIME TYRANT: Thank God. I'm off, now. Bye!

The Time Tyrant runs off.

DOCTOR: I don't think so!

Resistance soldiers chase after him.

DOCTOR: Ah, well. We'll see him soon, I guess. Goodbye, Daleks. Hope we never meet again.

AMY: Hope? That's the last of them, isn't it?

DOCTOR: You never know. But for now, we've won. Earth is free again.

[Track 8: Never Alone At Christmas]

RORY: Yeah. We're free. Thank you.

They hug. The Resistance whoops, clapping the Doctor. He looks embarrassed, but still beaming away.

Scene 41: London
Humans all run out to celebrate. Fireworks go off. They all embrace each other, crying.

Scene 42: Dubai
People parade excitedly through the streets.

Scene 43: San Francisco
They push dead Dalek shells off the Golden Gate Bridge.

Scene 44: Trafalgar Square
Amy looks at the Doctor.

AMY: Hang on, where's the TARDIS? Isn't it still on the spacestation?

DOCTOR: Ah. That's not good.

JO: Oh, hang on.

Jo takes a watch out of her pocket.

JO: TARDIS homing beacon. From your UNIT days.

DOCTOR: Oh…Jo! I can't believe you've done this!

He kisses her on the cheek. He presses it and the TARDIS materialises quickly.

JO: Oh, my! You've been doing this up a bit, haven't you?

IAN: Off for more adventures, then?

DOCTOR: You betcha. Wanna come?

IAN: No, thanks. I'm too old for that.

KATE: Thank you for everything, Doctor.

DOCTOR: Anytime. Coming, Ponds?

AMY: Obviously. Husband?

RORY: I guess.

DOCTOR: Bye, everyone!

They step inside the box. It dematerialises.

Scene 45: TARDIS
The Doctor looks at the scanner.

DOCTOR: Looks like there might be some Daleks still in New York. Picking up some residual artron energy. Even if it's not Daleks, still something to explore. Want to go check it out?

AMY: Go on, then.

He smiles, and pulls the lever. They all look up to the moving time rotor. The three friends hold on excitedly. [Track 8 ends]

THE DOCTOR WILL RETURN: 23rd NOVEMBER
