ROLL TITLES

Scene 1: Totter's Junkyard
1963. 21st November. A lone policeman patrols his beat through the empty streets of London. Nearby a clock chimes 8pm. The policeman walks up to a pair of shabby wooden gates on which is painted:
I.M. Foreman
Scrap Merchant
Totters Lane

The policeman shines his torch onto the gates then proceeds into the night. Behind him, one of the gates creaks open revealing that hidden within the scrap and junkyard is the incongruous shape of a London police box. An old gentleman hobbles towards the box, when a clatter catches his attention. His eyes dart across the junkyard, when another elderly man approaches him. This first gentleman steps into the moonlight. It's the First Doctor.

FIRST DOCTOR: What are you doing here?

The other man steps forward. It's Charles Dance's incarnation of the Master.

MASTER: I'm sorry to have disturbed you at this time, sir.

FIRST DOCTOR: What do you want?

MASTER: Oh, Doctor Foreman. Don't you recognise your best friend?

FIRST DOCTOR: Who…

The Doctor gasps. The Master grabs him.

MASTER: I apologise for this. I've signed the Contract.

The Doctor disappears in a flash of light. The Master grins and walks away.

SUSAN (oc): What are you doing out there? Grandfather?

Scene 2: TARDIS
The Eleventh Doctor quietly pulls a lever, and the orange console breathes out as the time rotor stops.

DOCTOR: Where next?

The Doctor turns on the scanner. Outside, a street is empty. It is dark - clearly night.

DOCTOR: Come on, give me a date.

A date appears on the screen: 03/04/1996

DOCTOR: 3rd April, 1996… Oh. Why here?

The Doctor walks around the console.

DOCTOR: What do you expect me to do, huh? They died. Both of them. Sent back in time, and what, you expect me to go talk to them? Their past selves? Even you know that's wrong. I will never see them again.

The Doctor tries to pull a lever, but it doesn't budge.

DOCTOR: We are taking off!

[Track 1: Wimps/Doctor #7 is shot 0:44 - 1:41] The TARDIS beeps.

DOCTOR: Ooh, spatial interference alarm?

The Doctor runs over to the scanner. He steps back.

DOCTOR: No! No, no, no, no! You're not getting me this way!

The Doctor simply presses a button, then groans.

DOCTOR: Oh, only three streets away… Fine, ten minutes!

The Doctor starts typing into the console.

DOCTOR: About… two miles from Peterborough City Centre. Let's hack into the CCTV.

Camera footage of the street appears on the scanner.

Scene 3: Street
A laser blast zooms across the street. An Ogron is being chased down the street by an army jeep. Someone fires a revolver at the Ogron, but its military tactics work to its advantage, as it dodges the bullets easily.

Scene 4: TARDIS
The Doctor runs out.

Scene 5: Street
The Doctor looks about, then runs down an alley.

DOCTOR: Come on, come on, come on.

The Ogron runs down the street on the other side of the alley.

DOCTOR: Stop!

The Ogron turns around. The Doctor points the sonic at it.

DOCTOR: Recognise this. It's sonic technology. Far superior than anything currently on Earth. So you know I can help you get away from here.

The Ogron grunts and aims it's blaster at the Doctor. The Doctor runs to the side, and the Ogron fires the blaster, hitting a red telephone box.

DOCTOR: Okay, sorry! Was it something I said-?

A bright white light shines behind the Ogron. The Doctor dives for cover. The light engulfs the Ogron, shooting it into the sky. The Doctor looks at who saved him. [Track 1 ends]

DOCTOR: No…

The Doctor grins. An aged Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart walks forwards, with a few soldiers. [Track 2: Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart]

BRIGADIER: Doctor! Where on Earth did you come from?

DOCTOR: Brigadier! You recognise me?

BRIGADIER: Ridiculous clothes, getting into trouble - of course it's you!

The Doctor laughs. The Brigadier extends his hand.

DOCTOR: Come on, Brigadier. We're past handshakes! Come here!

The Doctor hugs him.

BRIGADIER: Doctor, I'm already having trouble fitting into this old uniform as it is, I don't need you squeezing me anymore!

The Doctor lets go.

DOCTOR: Sorry.

He's still wearing the grin on his face.

BRIGADIER: Are you alright?

DOCTOR: Sure I am! 1996… of course you're here… Hang on, aren't you retired?

BRIGADIER: I'm supposed to be. But, aside from you, I'm probably the only person on Earth who has the right qualifications to deal with all this space thuggery. So I'm often called out on duty.

DOCTOR: Heh… yeah...

The Doctor starts to tear up.

BRIGADIER: What's wrong?

DOCTOR: It's… it's been so long.

BRIGADIER: How long?

DOCTOR: Rose and Jack long.

BRIGADIER: That was 20 years ago! I've met you since then!

DOCTOR: Nevermind that. Come with me.

BRIGADIER: What? Where?

DOCTOR: The TARDIS. Time to give you something you deserved.

BRIGADIER: I've got a job to do. What about this Ogron? There's so much paperwork-

DOCTOR: Time machine, Brigadier. Come on, live a little.

The Brigadier hesitates.

BRIGADIER: Go on, then.

DOCTOR: Haha! Yes!

He straightens his bow tie.

DOCTOR: What are we waiting for? This way!

He darts off giddily.

BRIGADIER: I have a bad feeling about this. Wait up, Doctor.

The Brigadier follows the Doctor and eventually catches up to him.

BRIGADIER: So, who are you travelling with now, and where are they?

DOCTOR: Uh… no-one. I was travelling with this couple, Amy and Rory, but… they died. I didn't even mean to come here. The TARDIS tried to make me feel better by bringing me to their childhood. The navigation is a bit off, though. Strayed a bit far from Leadworth. Opposite side of the country. Oh, well. Lucky me, cos I get to see you.

They walk towards the police box.

BRIGADIER: You never could get this infernal machine working, could you?

DOCTOR: That's the best part about it. Are you ready?

BRIGADIER: For?

The Doctor clicks his fingers, beaming away, and the doors swing open revealing the bright orange interior inside.

Scene 6: TARDIS
They walk inside. The Doctor runs to the console and starts messing with the different buttons and levers on the console.

BRIGADIER: You've redecorated.

DOCTOR: What do you think, do you like it?

BRIGADIER: ...No. Too busy.

DOCTOR: Better than having random circles on the walls. Now, come here.

The Doctor leads the Brigadier up to the scanner, closing the doors behind them. A map of the galaxy shows up.

DOCTOR: Tap the screen anywhere. Go on.

The Brigadier hesitantly touches the scanner, and a green dot shows up.

DOCTOR: The Isep Galaxy. Nice choice! Been to a few of its neighbours in my early years, but never there. Plotting co-ordinates, synchronising gears, and off we go!

The Doctor throws a lever and the TARDIS launches into action. The Brigadier falls back onto the seat.

BRIGADIER: I would've thought it would be a lot more stable!

DOCTOR: This is designed for six pilots, I do it all myself!

BRIGADIER: No wonder it's so big…

The Brigadier looks around the room, while the Doctor stares at him. [Track 2 ends]

Scene 7: Space
[Track 3: Antarctica - The First Pod] A large space cruiser drifts through the vacuum of space.

Scene 8: Cargo Hold
The TARDIS materialises - but it is far smaller and battered than the Eleventh Doctor's. The windows are stained red and yellow, and the lamp on top is blue.

Scene 9: Fourth Doctor's TARDIS
The Fourth Doctor throws his scarf back over his shoulder to stop it covering up the controls on the pristine white, hexagonal console. Pale yellow roundles are engraved into the walls. The Doctor's big brown trenchcoat hangs on the stand, along with his hat. K-9 wags his tail.

K-9: We have arrived, Master.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Yes, K-9. Now why have the Time Lords brought me here? Isn't it enough that I already saved them from those Sontarans? What do you want now?!

K-9: Correction, Master. The Time Lords have not brought us here.

FOURTH DOCTOR: What? Pish-posh! Of course they have! Look at those energy readings. Only Time Lords could do that.

K-9: The Time Lords' remote control originates from Gallifrey. The point of origin is not Gallifrey.

The Doctor runs over to the screen built into the console.

FOURTH DOCTOR: You're right. Where is it coming from?

K-9: Calculating…

The Doctor turns on the scanner.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Looks like a space station. I hope I'm not on Nerva again after what happened last time…

K-9: Point of origin determined. 0.4 kilometres away.

FOURTH DOCTOR: 0.4? You mean it's on the ship? Who would bring me here?

The Doctor opens the door and walks out, grabbing his coat and putting it on. K-9 follows him.

Scene 10: Cargo Hold
The Doctor looks around.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Seems clear. Who would go to all this trouble to replicate the Time Lords' energy signature? I sense this is a trap.

An alarm blares.

INTERFACE: Warning. Mass change in the cargo hold. Possible breach. Review immediately.

FOURTH DOCTOR: That'll be us. I wonder why it took so long to set off the alarm. Something's not right here.

Three astronauts run in, armed with blasters.

ZAYRE: Who are you? How did you get here?

FOURTH DOCTOR: I'm the Doctor, this is my dog K-9, and someone brought me here. Do you know who?

DARIEN: What do you mean, "brought" you here?

FOURTH DOCTOR: My ship was travelling in space. It locked onto an energy signature and I arrived here.

DARIEN: What energy signature?

FOURTH DOCTOR: That's what I'm going to find out.

ZAYRE: Hang on a second. No-one can do anything without me knowing.

FOURTH DOCTOR: My ship was on this station for a solid 54 seconds before your alarm went off. Can you explain that?

ZAYRE: Well…

FOURTH DOCTOR: I expect whoever wanted me here needed time to confirm it was me who arrived before they set off the alarm. K-9, any other guesses?

K-9: Negative, Master. It is not in my programming to "guess".

FOURTH DOCTOR: I thought not. What about you three? Who are you?

ZAYRE: Zayre, captain of the-

FOURTH DOCTOR: Adrastea.

ZAYRE: Yes! H-how did you know?

FOURTH DOCTOR: It's right there on the wall.

The Doctor gestures to a sign on the wall.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Tell me, Captain. If you're the Captain, why have you left your post, Captain? Who's in charge, Captain?

ZAYRE: My deputy. Lieutenant Kýrios.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Now, it's funny. I don't know why, but that name is giving me the tingles. Why don't we go talk to this Kýrios fellow?

ZAYRE: Follow me.

ELLEN: Zayre, you can't be serious. We don't know him! He's a stowaway, he has to be! Him and his dumb dog.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Don't call K-9 dumb!

ZAYRE: How do you think he got his ship here? We'll check the security feed, to see if his story has any credibility. As I said, follow me.

They walk off.

FOURTH DOCTOR: K-9, keep tracking that signal.

K-9: Affirmative, Master.

K-9 nods.

Scene 11: Security Office
Someone watches the CCTV. They chuckle. It is the Master again.

MASTER: Right into my trap, Doctor. Right where I want you to be.

The Master takes out a device in his pocket, and pushes the joystick on it forward.

MASTER: Up the strength. They won't be able to escape until it's far, far too late!

The Master flees into the shadows. [Track 3 ends]

Scene 12: Bedroom
[Track 4: All in the Mind] The sun shines through the window. A woman sits up, with big hair. It's River Song. She looks around, confused.

RIVER SONG: What…?

She checks her wrist. No prison tag, no vortex manipulator.

RIVER SONG: I…

A tall man walks in, wearing a suit.

ROBBIE: Morning. Rough night?

RIVER SONG: Who are you?

ROBBIE: ...Your husband? Melody, are you alright?

RIVER SONG: Doctor?

ROBBIE: Are you ill?

RIVER SONG: What? No.

ROBBIE: Then why do you want a Doctor?

River climbs out of bed. She notices she's wearing a nightie.

RIVER SONG: Huh…? Hang on, I know this place. It's…

River runs out.

Scene 13: Landing
River runs across the landing into a different bedroom.

Scene 14: Bedroom
River runs in.

RIVER SONG: Oh, my god.

Amy Pond is in bed - yet she is far older. Her face is wrinkled, and her hair is greying.

AMY: Oh, Melody. Don't go barging in places like that.

RIVER SONG: Amy?

AMY: It's Mum.

RIVER SONG: Where's the Doctor?

RORY (oc): Here I am!

Rory walks in, also aged.

RORY: Sorry, I was on the emergency night shift.

RIVER SONG: You're- you're a Doctor? Not a nurse? What's happened to you both?

Robbie walks in.

ROBBIE: Are you alright, sweetheart?

River pulls away.

RIVER SONG: Don't call me that! You're not the Doctor! And this isn't you! You should be travelling with the Doctor, and I… I should be in Stormcage!

She rushes off.

ROBBIE: I should go talk to her-

AMY: No, let me.

Amy gets up.

Scene 15: Bathroom
River washes her face, now changed into her normal clothes. Amy walks in.

AMY: What's wrong?

RIVER SONG: You are. Both of you, all of you. Don't you remember America, or Darwin or the Pandorica?

AMY: The Pandorica? That was my favourite book as a kid.

RIVER SONG: We went to see it, with the Doctor!

AMY: It's not real, Melody.

RIVER SONG: Yes, it is! Something's happened to the Doctor, and I'm going to find out what. Are you with me?

AMY: No. I don't understand. What are you talking about?

River sighs, and shakes her head.

RIVER SONG: It must be one of his previous incarnations. Before he met you, or Rory. What about that raggedy man who crashed into your garden one night?

AMY: What raggedy man?

RIVER SONG: This is all wrong.

She shakes her head. [Track 4 ends]

Scene 16: Living Room
River Song uses the computer.

RIVER SONG: No UNIT, no Torchwood, no Area 51… Sarah Jane's still a journalist… A world without the Doctor, and the Earth is defenceless. Who would do that? Someone wanting to invade, obviously. What about the Atraxi? Where did that go? And the Daleks? If the Doctor never existed, who's been stopping the invasions?

River thinks.

RIVER SONG: How am I going to find the Doctor? ...Mother!

CUT TO:

Amy sits down.

RIVER SONG: I need you to tell me something. Why did you call me Melody?

AMY: I…

She hesitates.

AMY: I don't… Just liked it?

RIVER SONG: You named me after Mels, your friend.

AMY: Who's Mels?

RIVER SONG: You grew up together. It's me.

Realisation starts to dawn on Amy.

AMY: Mels… How did I forget Mels?

RIVER SONG: And remember when you went to kill Hitler?

AMY: Wh...Wait…

Amy stands up, stumbling back.

RIVER SONG: You brought the Doctor back before, you can do it again.

[Track 5: My Husband's Home 0:00 - 0:48]

AMY: Rory? Rory!

Rory runs in.

RORY: What's wrong?

AMY: We forgot the Doctor.

RORY: Who?

Amy holds Rory's hands. His eyes widen, as images of the Doctor flash through his mind.

RORY: Oh, my g- The Doctor!

RIVER SONG: We're the only three who can remember him. Stand here.

They form a circle, holding hands. A bright, blue glow forms in the centre.

AMY: What's happening?

Thunder claps, and papers fly about.

RIVER SONG: We're making a gateway, to let the Doctor through! The only area where the Doctor exists!

River and Rory's hand reach into the portal, and the blue light surrounds them. They all scream as they transform - River changes into her normal clothes, with the Stormcage prison tag and vortex manipulator. Amy and Rory start to de-age, and then slowly wither away.

RORY: I don't like this!

RIVER SONG: Keep holding on! Don't let the circle break! Just keep thinking about the Doctor!

Robbie runs in.

ROBBIE: What the hell is that?!

He starts to wisp away.

ROBBIE: Melody!

River looks at Robbie.

RIVER SONG: I'm sorry. Father!

Rory presses a button on the vortex manipulator and River is sucked into the vortex. It disappears and they all collapse onto the floor.

Scene 17: Swamp
The TARDIS materialises in a swampy lake. The Brigadier steps out.

BRIGADIER: Oh. Perhaps we should try somewhere else?

The Doctor walks out carrying a picnic basket.

DOCTOR: Nonsense! This is perfect!

BRIGADIER: You can't be serious, can you?

DOCTOR: Just got to find a dry spot. Might have to walk a bit.

The Doctor wanders off.

BRIGADIER: I don't understand you, Doctor. Some days you can't wait to rush off into space and fight monsters, and now you want to go for a picnic!

DOCTOR: Time we took a break!

They climb onto the lake bank and walk through a forest. [Track 5 ends] He rubs his head.

DOCTOR: Ooh.

BRIGADIER: You okay, there?

DOCTOR: Yes, just a bit of…cosmic angst. Aah!

He stumbles, and the First Doctor's face flashes across his own.

BRIGADIER: Who… was that?

DOCTOR: ...Me.

BRIGADIER: I'm sure we're coming up to that hour now, Doctor.

DOCTOR: Oh, come on, Lethbridge-Stewart! Don't you want to spend some time with me?

BRIGADIER: Are you okay? You're not usually acting like this.

DOCTOR: We have such limited time together.

BRIGADIER: What's that supposed to mean? What's going on with you?

DOCTOR: I'll explain later. Now, what's that?

The Doctor points to a large hive over the hill. They hear a faint clicking.

BRIGADIER: That looks like some sort of giant wasps' hive.

DOCTOR: Or another giant insect… insect.

The Doctor pauses. The clicking starts to get louder.

DOCTOR: Oh, no. Brigadier, do you remember the way back to the TARDIS?

BRIGADIER: I think so. What's that sound?

DOCTOR: When I say run, run.

The Doctor spins round.

DOCTOR: Run-!

[Track 6: Into The Asylum 1:51-2:25] A group of Zarbi approach them. The Doctor drops the picnic basket.

DOCTOR: Zarbi!

BRIGADIER: Giant ants! Now I have seen everything!

DOCTOR: Run, Brigadier, run!

BRIGADIER: But-

DOCTOR: This is an uninhabited planet, and these Zarbi must have not eaten for days - so we're a feast! Run!

They dash down the hill. The Brigadier fires his pistol.

DOCTOR: That won't work against them!

The Brigadier puts his gun away and they keep running.

BRIGADIER: Really, though? Ants?

DOCTOR: That's my life, Brigadier! Just have to deal with it!

BRIGADIER: There's more of them in the direction of the TARDIS!

DOCTOR: That's the only place we can go!

The Zarbis click and rub their feet. They cower as laser blasts fire at them. They all collapse to the floor. The Doctor and Brigadier both fall to the floor. They turn around and look up to the person who fired the lasers. [Track 6 ends]

DOCTOR: Oh.

The Doctor groans.

Scene 18: Spaceship Deck
[Track 7: The Sea Devils 0:00-1:42] The door opens, and the Fourth Doctor walks in. An older gentleman turns to greet the Doctor.

KÝRIOS: This is the intruder?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Hello, I'm the Doctor. Now who are you? You must be "Lieutenant Kýrios".

KÝRIOS: Is something wrong?

FOURTH DOCTOR: I don't believe you. Kýrios, I know that name.

KÝRIOS: Sir, I should really get down to maintenance and adjust-

ZAYRE: Quiet, Lieutenant. You can be dismissed once the Doctor has started talking.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Exactly, Kýrios. Who wants me here?

Kýrios squints.

K-9: Master!

They all turn to K-9.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Have you found that signal?

K-9: Affirmative, Master. It is-

The ship rumbles, and all power switches off - including K-9.

FOURTH DOCTOR: K-9, can you hear me? K-9!

ZAYRE: Total blackout. Only the oxygen reserves are going. And not for long.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Normally power cuts aren't picky, so someone's done this on purpose. They want us alive. And they waited until the right time to turn K-9 off too…

DARIEN: What is that?!

The crew mutters, and one of the women scream as they all look through the windows to a stormy kaleidoscope of colours across space.

ZAYRE: Is that a storm? I-In space?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Time Winds. Are you scared, Captain?

ZAYRE: A little bit.

FOURTH DOCTOR: You shouldn't be. How many ships have you commanded?

ZAYRE: One - this one… For two weeks.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Well, now's the time to show your stripes. Someone's caught me in a trap. We're heading straight for those time winds, and we've got to restore the power before we end up God knows where.

The ship starts to creak.

FOURTH DOCTOR: What's that?

ZAYRE: It's the added weight of your ship and you two.

FOURTH DOCTOR: We're not that heavy…

ZAYRE: The ship is designed to carry a certain load, but… we're… exceeding the cargo we're meant to have.

FOURTH DOCTOR: This ship is at its breaking point. Then we've no time to lose. To the generator!

The Doctor, Zayre and Ellen hurry out.

Scene 19: Corridor
The corridor is narrow, and have exposed pipes on the copper walls. Ellen catches up to the Doctor and Zayre.

ELLEN: Wait a moment! This all started when you came on board, so I'm not letting you out of my sight!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Your ship was already on the brink of disintegration before I came along. Now we've got even less time before everyone is reduced to atoms. Hurry up.

ZAYRE: Ellen, try and set up comms again, get a suit on and hurry to the tower.

ELLEN: But-

ZAYRE: Quickly!

ELLEN: ...Yes, sir.

Ellen runs off.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Comms tower? Suit? Don't tell me she's going outside.

ZAYRE: If there's someone here sabotaging our ship as you say, we're going to need to keep in contact. Surely it'd be better for Ellen to sort out the comms tower sooner rather than later, otherwise that storm could eat her up.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Or worse.

He grimaces.

Scene 20: Locker Room
Ellen is wearing a spacesuit. She grumbles as she puts on the final pieces of the ensemble, before turning around and gasping. [Track 7 ends]

ELLEN: Oh! Lieutenant!

Kýrios steps forward. [Track 8: Hypnosis Music]

ELLEN: Didn't realise you were here, begging your pardon, sir. If you don't mind me saying, aren't you meant to be on deck if Captain Zayre isn't? Who's in charge?

Kýrios takes off a mask. It's the Master.

MASTER: I'm in charge. I am the Master. I am the Master, and you will obey me.

ELLEN: I will… no. No!

MASTER: You will obey me!

ELLEN: I won't… I will… obey you...

MASTER: Thank you, Ellen. I have a very simple task for you.

He chuckles. [Track 8 ends]

Scene 21: Generator Room
[Track 9: Get Dunbar!/Krynoid on the Loose 0:00 - 2:21] The Doctor and Zayre walk in.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Fascinating.

ZAYRE: What is it?

FOURTH DOCTOR: This is a Hyperwave Engine. Even on standby, it should be making some sound. But it's silent. So let's find out what's interfering with it.

The Doctor opens a panel. The wires have been sliced.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Now that's even more fascinating. No power whatsoever. Then-

ZAYRE: Where's the oxygen coming from?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Exactly! Do we have any replacements for these wires?

ZAYRE: I don't know, I can check.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Go on. Hurry!

Zayre rushes out. The Doctor inspects the rest of the circuit.

Scene 22: Corridor
Zayre runs through the corridor, still creaking. He slows down, his limbs tensing as the pipes look like they're about to burst.

ZAYRE: Don't break the ship. Good plan. Ellen should've set up the comms tower by now. Ellen? Ellen!

Ellen screams. Zayre dashes down after her.

Scene 23: Generator Room
The Doctor hears the scream over the loudspeaker, and hurries out.

Scene 24: Spaceship Deck
The Doctor runs in. Zayre is already checking the computers.

FOURTH DOCTOR: That was Ellen. Was it the time winds?

ZAYRE: No, the airlock hasn't opened.

FOURTH DOCTOR: How odd. So she hasn't repaired the comms tower?

TRIXIE: Not yet. I'm tracing her heat signal. If this damned computer worked! What number is she? 331?

DARIEN: Yes. Hurry!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Then how did her scream come over the loudspeaker?

They all turn to the Doctor, confused. Then it hits them. Anxiety wipes over their faces suddenly.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Yes. They wanted us all in here. We're idiots, it's been one trap after another. And who's the one person who's meant to be on deck who isn't now?

DARIEN: Lieutenant… Kýrios.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I just remembered. Kýrios. Greek for-

The doors shut. They rush to the door to open it.

CLINT: The door mechanism's jammed!

FOURTH DOCTOR: The Master.

MASTER (oc): I apologise for the deception. The comms tower was never damaged. I just blocked it for a while. I have one job today, and I need to do it as quick as possible. Stop your future from ever coming.

The ship shakes.

SIREP: They're jettisoning the deck!

FOURTH DOCTOR: We're going to head straight into those time winds!

MASTER (oc): Goodbye!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Master!

The room detaches from the rest of the spaceship.

TRIXIE: What's in there?

FOURTH DOCTOR: I'd be more worried about the spaceship losing integrity first!

The ship starts to fall apart. With a flash of light, River Song teleports in.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Who are you?!

RIVER SONG: Doctor?

FOURTH DOCTOR: No, I'm the Doctor!

RIVER SONG: I'm from your future! I'm here to save you!

The Doctor looks at the time winds.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I think it's a bit late for that, we're all about to fall into some time winds!

River's vortex manipulator fizzes.

RIVER SONG: And it's damaging my vortex manipulator!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Vortex manipulators? Can't stand the stuff!

RIVER SONG: You don't have much of a say!

FOURTH DOCTOR: I'm not leaving these people behind! It's the Master, he's trying to destroy my future! Find that future and tell him what the Master's doing and stop him!

RIVER SONG: I'm not leaving you!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh, yes you are!

The Doctor takes out his sonic and uses it on her vortex manipulator.

RIVER SONG: I hate you-!

She disappears.

FOURTH DOCTOR: No you don't! I'm finding more and more uses for this thing every day!

Another judder throws them all onto the floor.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Brace yourselves!

The room is shrouded in darkness. [Track 9 ends]

Scene 25: Swamp
The Doctor and Brigadier both fall to the floor. They turn around and look up to the person who fired the lasers.

DOCTOR: Oh.

He groans. [Track 10: The Pandorica]

RIVER SONG: Hello, sweetie.

DOCTOR: What are you doing here?

The Doctor stands up, before helping the Brigadier up.

RIVER SONG: Apart from saving you?

DOCTOR: Yes.

BRIGADIER: Who's this?

DOCTOR: Oh, sorry. Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, Professor River Song. My… wife.

BRIGADIER: Your wife?

RIVER SONG: Pleasure to meet you. I've heard so much about you.

BRIGADIER: Good things, I hope.

DOCTOR: River, what are you doing here?

RIVER SONG: You needed help.

DOCTOR: No, I didn't.

RIVER SONG: Yes, you did. A long time ago. I've spoken to your past self, he's told us what's going on. Let's head back to the TARDIS.

BRIGADIER: I think that day trip is over now.

DOCTOR: Sorry, River, but I can't be there for your adventures with my other selves.

RIVER SONG: Your past has just been wiped from the Universe.

DOCTOR: What?

RIVER SONG: It's the Master.

BRIGADIER: Not him again!

DOCTOR: Why didn't you say so before?

RIVER SONG: I'm telling you now!

DOCTOR: Come on!

The Doctor speeds off. River and the Brigadier glance at each other, before catching up with him.

Scene 26: TARDIS
They approach the console. Suddenly, the Doctor staggers and topples over. River helps him back up.

BRIGADIER: Are you quite alright?

DOCTOR: I tell you, Brigadier, there's nothing to worry about. The brontosaurus is large and placid. Agh!

He groans, kicking the console.

DOCTOR: Augh! I don't know why I did that!

RIVER SONG: Side effects of your past self being trapped in your alternate universe?

DOCTOR: Yeah. Aagh! My hearts are slowing down. There's only one thing I can do. One thing- Aaarrghh!

He hyperventilates, gritting his teeth, similar to the Tenth Doctor.

DOCTOR: I can feel it. The Master's done this… at least three times.

BRIGADIER: Three?

DOCTOR: Totters Lane, 1963! And-ow, ow, ow!

RIVER SONG: And?!

DOCTOR: The Adrastea… You were there. I shouldn't be able to remember THAT!

He hyperventilates again.

DOCTOR: In the TARDIS, with… Ace… What's he done to her-!

He collapses.

DOCTOR: River… you can fly… fly… only one choice.

RIVER SONG: Fly where?

DOCTOR: After my past.

He falls unconscious. The TARDIS starts to warp.

BRIGADIER: That doesn't sound healthy.

RIVER SONG: The altered timelines are catching up!

The large, orange console room starts to morph.

BRIGADIER: Stand back!

The Brigadier gets out his pistol, defending River. She takes out her gun, and he glares at it, then at her.

BRIGADIER: ...I say.

Scene 27: First Doctor's TARDIS
They realise the room around them has changed into a different console room. It is larger, and brilliantly lit with whites. The walls are covered with circular, indentations. A hexagonal-shaped control console with a cylindrical tube inset in the centre with machinery visible inside. Various antiques decorate the place. A monitor is set into the upper wall. A young girl, shocked, walks towards them from behind the console. It's Susan.

SUSAN: Who are you?

BRIGADIER: Brigadier Alastair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart of UNIT. Now you, girl, tell us where we are and-

RIVER SONG: Brigadier, don't you see?

River smiles.

RIVER SONG: Are you Susan?

SUSAN: Who's asking?

RIVER SONG: I'm from your grandfather's future.

SUSAN: Are you a Time Lord?

RIVER SONG: In a way, but not the ones after you. Where's your grandfather?

SUSAN: Just outside… I think. He's not responding. I was about to check the scanner.

RIVER SONG: This switch?

River turns on the scanner, and they see an older man, with white hair, walking away from the police box, chuckling. White specks of light surround it. [Track 10 ends]

SUSAN: That's not my grandfather.

River goes to open the TARDIS doors, but the Brig holds her back and runs out himself.

Scene 28: Totter's Junkyard
[Track 11: Onwards] The Brigadier points his gun at the Master.

BRIGADIER: Just you stop there.

The Master turns around.

MASTER: Am I supposed to be impressed?

BRIGADIER: You're supposed to put your hands up.

MASTER: And if I don't?

BRIGADIER: Then you won't make it home for dinner.

The Time Lord sneers.

MASTER: Whoever you are, your faith in the Doctor is misplaced. He's been keeping secrets from you. He knows about your future. Do you want to save your "friend" now? Even if you do, it's too late. He's doomed.

BRIGADIER: He never tells me anything anyway.

The Brigadier shoots the Master's foot.

BRIGADIER: Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart. Remember me now?

He walks back into the dematerialising TARDIS.

Scene 29: First Doctor's TARDIS
River Song is messing about with the controls.

RIVER SONG: Heading straight for the Time Winds. The Doctor's right. If we go to the past, it'll equal out the instability and he'll be okay for the moment.

SUSAN: Will my Grandfather be there?

RIVER SONG: Let's hope so.

Scene 30: Space
The TARDIS zooms past constellations and stars towards the Time Winds.

Scene 31: First Doctor's TARDIS
The Brigadier sits on the chair.

BRIGADIER: Your flying's worse than the Doctor's!

RIVER SONG: I'm a bit out of practice! I've been in Stormcage Prison for thousands of years!

BRIGADIER: You've been where?!

SUSAN: Hold on!

The TARDIS crashes through the winds, the controls going haywire. The doors spring open and the TARDIS hurls everyone out of the room. [Track 11 ends]

Scene 32: Garden
[Track 12: TARDIS] The Brigadier falls flat on his face, scuffing the grass. River lands on her back, groaning. Susan tumbles into a bush.

BRIGADIER: Are you okay?

RIVER SONG: A few bruises, what about you?

BRIGADIER: I've been through worse.

SUSAN: Help!

River helps Susan out of the bush.

RIVER SONG: I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.

They look around. They see a police box standing in the middle of the garden.

RIVER SONG: Let's hope the Doctor's still-

An old eccentric man bursts out of the house, armed with a pipe.

DR WHO: You three! What do you think you're doing in my garden?

BRIGADIER: Oh, is this your garden? We're ever so sorry, we thought this was…

RIVER SONG: Uh, our garden!

SUSAN: Yes, I'm sorry.

DR WHO: You were trying to get into Tardis, weren't you?

BRIGADIER: TARDIS? Are you the Doctor?

DR WHO: Indeed.

The man steps out of the shadows. It's Peter Cushing's Dr Who.

DR WHO: Dr Who. So you do know of me and my work.

SUSAN: Uh...

RIVER SONG: We're… fans!

DR WHO: Fans?

BRIGADIER: Come on, Doctor! Don't you recognise us?

DR WHO: I'm sorry, I don't quite follow.

RIVER SONG: What species are you?

DR WHO: Human, obviously.

They look at each other, then back to Dr Who.

RIVER SONG: Not our Doctor. And you invented Tardis yourself?

DR WHO: Indeed I did.

SUSAN: May we see?

DR WHO: Well… You seem harmless enough. I don't see why not. But don't touch anything!

BRIGADIER: Oh, I dare not!

Dr Who takes out his key and walks towards the box. [Track 12 ends]

Scene 33: Dr Who's TARDIS
Dr Who ushers his guests inside to a large laboratory.

SUSAN: This is Tardis?

She giggles.

SUSAN: It's so… busy!

DR WHO: Well, do you expect a space-time machine to be all clean and white? Don't be absurd.

SUSAN: That's what it should be!

DR WHO: And what's your name?

SUSAN: It's… Susan.

DR WHO: Susie? How amusing. That's my granddaughter's name.

He chuckles.

SUSAN: No, it's-

River holds her back.

SUSAN: I don't understand.

RIVER SONG: He may be a doctor, but he's not our doctor. We can't get attached.

SUSAN: Speaking of…

The Eleventh Doctor reappears on the floor.

DR WHO: Who is that?

RIVER SONG: Our friend.

BRIGADIER: That means his past is somewhere here?

RIVER SONG: Yep.

He wakes up.

DOCTOR: Augh, what was…

He sees Susan.

DOCTOR: Susan?

SUSAN: G...Grandfather?

The Doctor stands up.

DOCTOR: It's… been so long. What are you doing here?

SUSAN: Looking for you. Well, a past you.

The Doctor hugs Susan fondly.

DOCTOR: Now, would someone like to explain what's going on?

RIVER SONG: We made it to the other side.

DOCTOR: That's not my past, though.

RIVER SONG: He's this Universe's Doctor.

DR WHO: What on Earth are you talking-

Tardis suddenly shakes. [Track 13: The Jump]

DR WHO: What- Did you touch something?!

RIVER SONG: No! Woah!

River falls over.

RIVER SONG: Doesn't this place have seats or something to hold onto?! That's just poor design!

SUSAN: We need to stabilise it!

DR WHO: There's nothing to stabilise! We're not in flight!

The rumble stops.

RIVER SONG: Where are we?

DR WHO: We've moved! Someone's moved us! Oh! I've left Susie at home!

The Doctor walks over to a panel and starts rewiring.

DR WHO: What are you doing? Step away from there!

SUSAN: I think he's diverting power to this computer so we can make a rudimentary scanner.

DOCTOR: You're right - I taught you well!

She smiles.

SUSAN: Well, it's you and those teachers on Earth. Don't forget them!

DR WHO: Don't touch that!

RIVER SONG: He knows what he's doing… most of the time.

DOCTOR: Aha!

The computer turns off.

DOCTOR: River, hold onto that lever there!

DR WHO: Stop this!

River holds a lever.

DOCTOR: Now!

River pulls the lever, and a view of the environment around them shows up on the scanner. The three all gasp.

DR WHO: No…

DOCTOR: You have problems with them too?

RIVER SONG: It can't be…

SUSAN: W...what are they?!

DALEK: Doctor! You cannot escape us now!

Dozens of Daleks are waiting outside the police box. [Track 13 ends]

Scene 34: Library
The Fourth Doctor wakes up, dazed and confused. He notices a glass of brandy on the table next to him. A bearded man with greying hair approaches him.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Who are you?

SHALKA MASTER: I'm the Master.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Of course you are. Where have you taken me?

SHALKA MASTER: I'm not the Master you think I am.

His face shifts to reveal a metal skeleton.

FOURTH DOCTOR: An android?

SHALKA MASTER: The Doctor downloaded my personality into this form to save me. In return, I'm stuck with him. It's not the best of arrangements, but it is better than death.

FOURTH DOCTOR: ...The Doctor?

SHALKA MASTER: Follow me.

The Doctor stands up, groaning.

FOURTH DOCTOR: What happened to me? The Adrastea?

SHALKA MASTER: Yes, that. We saw your ship in distress and rescued you. It was when we brought you on board that we found out who you were.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh, you know me?

SHALKA MASTER: It's impossible not to know a fellow Time Lord.

They walk on.

Scene 35: Shalka TARDIS
[Track 14: Seeking The Doctor] The Shalka Doctor (Played by Richard E. Grant) is working at the console. He turns to see the Fourth Doctor and the Master enter.

SHALKA DOCTOR: You're here at last. Good, I was worried you'd gotten lost.

The Fourth Doctor looks at him, hesitantly.

FOURTH DOCTOR: ...Snap.

SHALKA DOCTOR: What?

FOURTH DOCTOR: What incarnation are you supposed to be?

SHALKA DOCTOR: Ninth. But not your ninth.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I don't follow.

SHALKA MASTER: It's fairly simple, my dear Doctor. You're in a different universe.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I am? Then… how will I get back?

NINTH DOCTOR: That's rather out of my area of expertise.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh, no. My Master - he's free! God knows what chaos he'll wreak.

SHALKA MASTER: Oh, how I wish to be free.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Shut yourself down for a while, Master.

SHALKA MASTER: Of course, "Master".

The Shalka Master sits on a chair, then is unresponsive.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Master… Master! What about K-9?

SHALKA DOCTOR: The metal dog thing?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Yes, the metal dog thing! Where is he?

SHALKA DOCTOR: Just charging up.

The Doctor unplugs K-9 from underneath the console.

K-9: M-M-Mast...Master!

FOURTH DOCTOR: What's wrong, K-9?

K-9: Interspacial travel has corroded my circuits.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh, poor dog…

[Track 14 ends]

SHALKA DOCTOR: If we could focus!

FOURTH DOCTOR: You're right.

The TARDIS vworps uneasily. [Track 15: Voyage of the Damned Suite 0:00 - 1:16]

SHALKA DOCTOR: Something else is coming through the winds!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Keep the controls stabilised!

SHALKA DOCTOR: What do you think I'm doing?

The Doctor hooks up a rope to the console.

FOURTH DOCTOR: What do you think I'm doing?

SHALKA DOCTOR: What are you doing?

The Doctor hooks a rope up to the console, then wraps it around himself.

FOURTH DOCTOR: No idea.

The Doctor flicks a switch and the doors open.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Tell me you're not.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Geronimo!

He jumps out.

Scene 36: Space
The Doctor reaches out from the TARDIS towards another object - another TARDIS. He kicks through the doors.

Scene 37: Unbound TARDIS
The Doctor slams onto the floor. Smoke and mist floods a dark, steampunk TARDIS console room. A red console is on a large metal platform surrounded by a small moat. An elderly man huddles over the controls, messing with them quick. He flicks back his black velvet cape and throws a lever, as sparks fly from the bright blue time rotor onto the pipes and different circuitry on the walls made from a fusion of metal and stone. Steam hisses from the top of the rotor, connected onto the ceiling. With one final crash, he steadies himself on the console as the lights smash.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Hello. I'm the Doctor.

The elderly man turns around. It's the Unbound Doctor (Played by David Warner).

UNBOUND DOCTOR: No - I am!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh - Gotta bounce! Follow me.

The Fourth Doctor is pulled back.

Scene 38: Shalka TARDIS
The Shalka Doctor brings the Fourth Doctor back.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Incoming!

The Unbound Doctor's TARDIS lands inside the Shalka Doctor's TARDIS.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Are you mad?

The Unbound Doctor pokes his head out.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Usually. I suppose you're the Doctor, too?

SHALKA DOCTOR: Indeed.

FOURTH DOCTOR: And so am I.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: So you're…

FOURTH DOCTOR: Fourth.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Ninth.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Third - but I suppose you knew that already.

FOURTH DOCTOR: No, I didn't.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: W-what?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Something's going on here, Doctors. I think we all fell through these time winds. The Master's got us all - and if we don't get back to our own Universes, we're all in big trouble. Who knows what he's got planned? So - who's with me?

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Like you even have to ask!

SHALKA DOCTOR: What are we waiting for? Let's get to work!

The Doctors run to the console.

SHALKA DOCTOR: These Time Winds are too erratic, we'd have to work out a way to navigate it.

FOURTH DOCTOR: And find out who else is here.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: What?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Do you think we're the only three the Master has tricked? I very strongly doubt it.

SHALKA DOCTOR: If we've all fallen through the Time Winds, there's got to be a Doctor from this universe too.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Very strong possibility. Let's track him down.

He throws a lever.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Love the TARDIS, by the way!

He chuckles. [Track 15 ends]

Scene 39: Dalek Control Room
[Track 16: A Pressing Need To Save The World] Tardis is on a plinth, surrounded by dozens of Daleks.

DALEK SUPREME: Exit the box and submit to our supremacy!

DALEKS: Daleks are supreme! Daleks are supreme!

They continue to chant.

Scene 40: Dr Who's TARDIS
The Brigadier runs to the door, once again getting his pistol out.

DOCTOR: You know that won't work against them.

BRIGADIER: What sort of soldier would I be if I didn't go out, guns blazing?

DOCTOR: One who accepts defeat gracefully.

SUSAN: Defeat? You're giving up?

DOCTOR: Not just yet.

DR WHO: Who are you?! How do you know so much about Tardis' controls?

DOCTOR: It's complicated - wibbly wobbly, timey wimey.

DR WHO: Tell me!

DOCTOR: It doesn't matter now - there are Daleks outside and are about to blast those doors down unless we can work something out.

SUSAN: I've got it!

Susan starts pressing buttons.

DOCTOR: What is it?

SUSAN: My Grandfather's in this Universe too, isn't he?

DOCTOR: Oh! That's good, yes!

RIVER SONG: Send a distress call to him!

DOCTOR: Exactly! But, I couldn't pilot the TARDIS, then, could I?

BRIGADIER: What do you mean, "then"?

SUSAN: If he has something to lock onto, he might.

DR WHO: But the Daleks will be blocking transmissions!

DOCTOR: They'll be blocking human signals because that's all they're expecting, but we're Time Lords!

DR WHO: Time whats?

DOCTOR: We can make a signal on a frequency far more powerful than the average human's!

BRIGADIER: We can use the Space-Time telegraph!

SUSAN: What's that?

DOCTOR: Something I gave him to message me in an emergency, but this is far earlier than when I originally gave it to him…

RIVER SONG: And we don't have it.

DOCTOR: Yes. So - we need to send a message to my earlier self, but we don't have the means to.

RIVER SONG: Oh, yes we do!

River takes off her vortex manipulator.

DOCTOR: River, I could kiss you! In fact!

The Doctor kisses her, before connecting the device up to Tardis.

DR WHO: What's that?

DOCTOR: Vortex manipulator. Like the TARDIS, except… cheaper.

RIVER SONG: Hey!

The Doctor types some digits into the keyboard.

DR WHO: Picking up the signal now.

BRIGADIER: The Daleks will be monitoring this ship. If we're receiving it, so are they.

DR WHO: This is more than just a ship, young man!

RIVER SONG: He's right, though.

DOCTOR: We need a distraction.

DR WHO: I'll do it. It's me they want.

SUSAN: Don't!

BRIGADIER: I'll come with you.

DR WHO: That's quite alright, young man, but I'm not overly fond of soldiers.

BRIGADIER: Some things never change. You don't have a choice, Doctor.

The Brigadier opens the door and walks out. Dr Who hurries after him.

Scene 41: Dalek Control Room
Dr Who and the Brigadier walk out.

DALEK SUPREME: Doctor! We have you at last!

DR WHO: Indeed you do. But whatever for, may I ask?

DALEK SUPREME: Your ship must be ours.

DR WHO: Excuse me?! How dare you! This is my life's work!

He grumbles.

Scene 42: Dr Who's TARDIS
The Doctor grins.

DOCTOR: Signal sent.

RIVER SONG: Where to?

DOCTOR: His TARDIS.

SUSAN: He's not in the TARDIS! The TARDIS threw us out!

DOCTOR: What? No, no, no, no, no! That can't be right. Look here, message received and translated. He's read it.

RIVER SONG: He can't have done.

DOCTOR: Then… who's read it? This Universe's Doctor?

RIVER SONG: That's the one outside.

He frowns.

Scene 43: Shalka TARDIS
The Doctors read the scanner.

FOURTH DOCTOR: "Doctor, I'm with Susan, captured by Daleks. Help - The Doctor."

SHALKA DOCTOR: Susan? Who is Susan?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Our granddaughter.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: There's a list of co-ordinates with the message. I've faced off against Daleks before. They're bad news.

FOURTH DOCTOR: We all have.

K-9: Scan indicates that there are also two Doctors at point of origin, Master. One of them is from our Universe.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Good dog. If we rescue them, we'll be going into the heart of their empire.

SHALKA DOCTOR: How do you know?

FOURTH DOCTOR: If I'm asking for help from my own self, they can't be defeated on their own. We don't have a choice, we've got to go. Ready?

K-9: Affirmative, Master.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Better wake him up, actu- Woaaah!

The Doctor throws a lever, and the flight spins them around the console.

Scene 44: Dalek Corridor
The TARDIS materialises. The Doctors, along with the Shalka Master and K-9, exit the box.

FOURTH DOCTOR: K-9, where's the Doctors?

K-9: Tracking… tracking…

SHALKA MASTER: Your dog's going to get us caught if he's that loud.

K-9: Doctors located.

FOURTH DOCTOR: K-9, lead the way. You three, shut off the power! Leave without me, we have other plans!

They split up.

Scene 45: Dalek Control Room
Dr Who shakes his head.

DR WHO: No!

DALEK SUPREME: Dalek technology plus time travel will be unbeatable! We will be the Masters of Earth, and no-one can stop us! Exterminate!

The power shuts off, and the pair run back into Tardis. K-9 and the Doctor burst through the doors, firing at the Daleks - to no effect. They follow them into the box.

Scene 46: Dr Who's TARDIS
Dr Who turns to the Eleventh Doctor.

DR WHO: Did you get it working?

FOURTH DOCTOR: If he didn't, we wouldn't be here. Hello, everyone!

DOCTOR: Oh, it was you!

FOURTH DOCTOR: What incarnation?

DOCTOR: Eleventh.

FOURTH DOCTOR: And you?

DOCTOR: Human.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh my word.

BRIGADIER: Doctor!

DOCTOR: Brigadier! I haven't seen you since that nasty ordeal with the Zygons! And Susan too! My, isn't this a reunion?

RIVER SONG: The power is going to come back soon!

FOURTH DOCTOR: You're right, let's get going. We've got to talk to some other friends, too.

He looks about.

FOURTH DOCTOR: You should clean up in here.

Scene 46: Shalka TARDIS
The TARDIS starts to take off.

SHALKA DOCTOR: I still don't like the fact we left him there.

SHALKA MASTER: He told us to.

The screen turns on.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Doctors? Are you reading me?

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Are you okay?

Scene 47: Dr Who's TARDIS
The Fourth Doctor nods.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Yes, we managed to escape. With me, I have my eleventh incarnation, my granddaughter, Brigadier Alastair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, a woman from my future with big hair who seems nice, and the Doctor from this universe who's human.

DR WHO: What did you say? Am I… or are you me?

DOCTOR: I told you, wibbly wobbly.

Scene 49: Shalka TARDIS
The Unbound Doctor grins.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Lethbridge-Stewart! Nice to see you again!

SHALKA MASTER: What did he say?

SHALKA DOCTOR: Now I know we all want to get excited-

SHALKA MASTER: What does wibbly wobbly mean?

SHALKA DOCTOR: But we've got to stop the Master.

Scene 50: Dr Who's TARDIS
The Doctor snarls.

DOCTOR: The Master's up to this?

FOURTH DOCTOR: Presumably your one.

SUSAN: But if there's lots of you here, shouldn't this mean that other Masters are doing the same thing?

SHALKA DOCTOR: My Master is my companion.

SHALKA MASTER: More like prisoner!

SHALKA DOCTOR: I think we just ended up in this by accident.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: You're not wrong though, my dear. How lovely it is to see you again.

Scene 51: Shalka TARDIS
The Master clears his throat.

SHALKA MASTER: It's not your Susan.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: I know.

DR WHO: Hang on - are you an alternate version of my granddaughter?

UNBOUND DOCTOR: As I was saying, I expect my master to be up to no good, too. Perhaps they've allied.

DOCTOR: They'll be in our universe. Back through the Time Winds, quickly!

Both TARDISes fly towards the time winds crazily.

Scene 52: Dr Who's TARDIS
They all try to regain balance.

DOCTOR: Arh! It's the Master, he's closed off the door to our universe. We can't get back!

SUSAN: There must be something!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Oh, but there is! Doctor, what happened to the Adrastea when you rescued me?

SHALKA DOCTOR: Still in the storm.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Then so's the TARDIS. It'll be keeping the door ever so slightly open, acting as a bridgeheadbetween our universe and this one!

SUSAN: Same with mine!

DOCTOR: I think that's a big enough gap for us to get through, don't you?

UNBOUND DOCTOR: It'll be hard to maneuver through.

DR WHO: But not impossible!

SHALKA DOCTOR: Not for all of us together!

DOCTOR: There's the gap. Follow us! Geronimo!

The TARDIS rattles about.

RIVER SONG: This is never going to work!

DR WHO: Have some faith!

SUSAN: Wait! What about my grandfather?! He's still stuck here!

DOCTOR: If we don't stop the Master now, we won't be able to bring your grandfather back at all - cos there will be nothing to bring him back to!

SHALKA DOCTOR: Everyone hold on!

They scream as they travel through the storm. [Track 16 ends]

Scene 53: The Gate
[Track 17: Never Tell Me The Rules] The Master stands triumphant, looking up at the storm. Another man walks forward - the Unbound Master - played by Mark Gattiss.

UNBOUND MASTER: I think you're too comfortable with your victory.

MASTER: Unlike you, I've managed to secure that the Doctor does not return. I've wiped him from this universe four times.

UNBOUND MASTER: Too complacent, too complacent. I thought ahead, trapped one Doctor. You think your four won't find out about each other? Now, test your device.

The Master takes out the device from his pocket, and pushes the joystick forward. The storm starts to coalesce into a sphere, with a narrow hole running through it.

MASTER: Walls unlocked…

He pulls the joystick back, and the storm reverts to its normal shape and size.

MASTER: And walls locked again.

He pushes it forward.

MASTER: Unlocked… and-!

He notices a small object flying out of the sphere towards them.

MASTER: Oh, no.

UNBOUND MASTER: ...You were saying?

As the object gets closer, the shape starts to come into focus. A box. Getting closer, the colour is realised - a blue box.

MASTER: No, no, no, no, no, no!

The TARDIS smashes into the ground. The Unbound Doctor walks out.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Masters.

UNBOUND MASTER: Doctor. Long time since Tokyo.

MASTER: I must say, this is rather unexpected.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Are you scared yet? You should be.

UNBOUND MASTER: We control the walls of the void. All of matter belongs to us. You should be the one who's scared. All alone.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Alone? Who said I was alone? Made you look.

Another object breaks through the storm - the Adrastea, along with the Fourth Doctor's and Dr Who's TARDISes. The Masters look baffled, before turning back to the Doctor. The Shalka Doctor emerges, as does the Eleventh Doctor, K-9, the Shalka Master and the Brigadier.

MASTER: I don't… I don't…

DOCTOR: I've missed that expression on your face.

The other TARDISes land, the doors opening to reveal the Fourth Doctor, Dr Who, River Song and Susan.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: That controls the breach into the void.

SHALKA DOCTOR: Whoopsy-daisy!

The Doctor knocks the controller out of the Master's hands and Susan catches it, passing it to the Shalka Master.

SHALKA MASTER: I hate it when you make me do this.

The Master takes off his faceplate and plugs some wires into it.

UNBOUND MASTER: Give that back!

The Masters charge at them, but River Song, K-9 and the Brigadier both aim their weapons.

BRIGADIER: I've already shot you in the foot once - I can just as easily move the next bullet up a bit to your head.

UNBOUND MASTER: You're repulsive even in this Universe, Lethbridge-Stewart.

DOCTOR: You thought you outnumbered us? You thought wrong.

UNBOUND MASTER: Do you think you can control that?

A large bottle flies out of the storm.

DR WHO: Watch out!

The Master pulls his android counterpart out of the way as all of the Doctors are encased in the bottle.

MASTER: How quaint.

The Master yanks the controller out of its face, and laughs. Suddenly, the bottle smashes, and all the Doctors walk out, clutching their sonic screwdrivers.

MASTER: You might have volume, but we have power!

The Master turns up the dial on the device to full. The planet begins to shake.

MASTER: Welcome to the Gate, Doctors! The doorway between every Universe possible! And they're all coming through!

DR WHO: If the Daleks are right on our tails, that means-

The giant Dalek mothership looms overhead.

SUSAN: Everyone get down!

They all drop to the floor as huge laser blasts unsettle the surface, rocks and debris exploding all around them. The Master loses grip of the controller and it goes flying. The Doctors and the companions all make their way into a crater, briefly safe from the barrage.

RIVER SONG: The Master dropped that controller, I saw him!

DOCTOR: We've got to make sure that he doesn't get it back, and then we need to destroy it!

DR WHO: But we're still in your Universe! We're not meant to be here!

They think for a moment, before all yelling:

DOCTORS: Reverse the polarity!

SHALKA DOCTOR: Pulling them all in…

DOCTOR: And everything goes back to their proper home!

FOURTH DOCTOR: K-9, distance them!

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Susan, catch!

The Unbound Doctor tosses her the sonic screwdriver.

UNBOUND DOCTOR: Short bursts of helicon energy should give them a migraine, but point it at them only!

DOCTOR: Be careful, though! River, Alastair, don't shoot anyone!

SHALKA DOCTOR: You have to tell them that?

DOCTOR: Go, go, go!

They all crawl back onto the surface, heading towards the controller - but so are the Masters. The Eleventh Doctor grabs it, and goes to reverse it.

MASTER: Doctor, don't! This Universe is better under my control! I can bring Amy and Rory back! I can bring them all back!

DOCTOR: What...?

The Doctor looks at River Song, then Susan, then the Brigadier.

DOCTOR: We all go some day.

He pulls the switch, and everything is sucked back in.

MASTER: Noooo!

DR WHO: Farewell, Doctors!

The alternate Doctors all fall into the storm, and Susan and River Song disappear - leaving the Doctor, the Brigadier, K-9 and the Fourth Doctor - and the Master. The Master tries to wrestle the device out of the Doctor's hands, but it too slips out of his grasp and starts to be sucked into the storm. The Master grabs it, pulling him in too.

FOURTH DOCTOR: It's too strong for you!

DOCTOR: Let it go!

MASTER: Never! You cannot survive this! I can't let you get to Trenzalore!

The Master is pulled towards the Time Winds, and with a great flash, everything begins to calm down. [Track 16 ends] They fall to the floor, breathing heavily.

BRIGADIER: Is that it?

DOCTOR: Yes… that's it.

[Track 17: Mad Man With a Box] As the Time Winds start to disperse, one more object starts to form.

DOCTOR: Here she is! I wondered where you got to!

The Eleventh Doctor's TARDIS lands, in a new coat of its dark blue paint.

DOCTOR: You've done yourself up - I can't wait to see the inside.

He looks back to the Fourth Doctor.

DOCTOR: Nice to see me again.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Likewise. I just have one question - Trenzalore. What's that?

DOCTOR: Spoilers.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I won't remember, so you may as well tell me.

DOCTOR: Even if you don't… you don't want to know. It's… a dark day in our lives. So dark that… there are people who don't want us there. I don't know what that day will bring, yet. But I will, soon.

FOURTH DOCTOR: That's always something to look forward to.

DOCTOR: Yeah… "look forward to"... Ah, well. You've still got a while to go yet.

FOURTH DOCTOR: I'm getting older, same as you. I'm over middle aged now.

They laugh.

DOCTOR: You're really not, you know.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Was that a spoiler?

DOCTOR: Oh, go away!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Alright. Brigadier?

DOCTOR: I can drop him off. I brought him here.

BRIGADIER: On a short day trip!

DOCTOR: Sorry about that. Goodbye!

FOURTH DOCTOR: Goodbye! Oh! Here!

The Fourth Doctor chucks a bag of jelly babies to his future self.

FOURTH DOCTOR: Keep them, I have another bag in the TARDIS. Come on, K-9!

K-9: Goodbye, Master!

DOCTOR: Goodbye, K-9!

BRIGADIER: Until the next time, Doctor!

The Fourth Doctor and K-9 enter their TARDIS, shortly before it disappears.

DOCTOR: You can admit it now. I'm your favourite, aren't I?

BRIGADER: Jury's still out on that - depends on whether you can get me home or not!

They approach the TARDIS, and swing open the doors.

Scene 54: TARDIS
They walk in. The lights switch on, revealing a brand new console room. The hexagonal console, with Gallifreyan symbols atop the time rotor, stands on a large, circular platform, with a bluey green tint, same as the walls, all different designs - the lower half has green hexagons, whereas the top is grey and metallic, with round lights. More lights spin around at the top of the walls, as they both look on in awe.

BRIGADIER: Does this room change every time?

DOCTOR: I like it! Now, let's get you home! Run in these systems!

The Doctor slams the doors shut behind him and dashes to the console, eager to try out the new controls. He inputs the temporal spatial co-ordinates to the computer, before switching to the controls on the side.

DOCTOR: Woohoo! Whoo!

He beams. The TARDIS takes off, and the scanner turns to the vortex.

Scene 55: Vortex
The TARDIS spins through.

Scene 56: Living Room
Dr Who sees Susie and picks her up, cuddling her, beaming away.

Scene 57: Shalka TARDIS
The Doctor is repairing the Master. He puts on his faceplate.

Scene 58: Unbound TARDIS
The Doctor checks the scanner, with a picture of the Unbound Master. A caption types: Negative. He frowns.

Scene 59: Fourth Doctor's TARDIS
The Doctor reads the scanner, before smiling at K-9, who is wagging his tail.

Scene 60: TARDIS
The Doctor thrusts the lever forward once more. [Track 17 ends]
