20 years after the Axiom landed, the intro shows Wall-E and Eve cleaning up the earth, EVEs #2 and 3 digging wells, EVE #4 operating the incinerator, and EVE #5 gathering seeds and plants. All other robots do work as in the epilogue of Wall-E 1. The humans start working out and exit obesity. Eve touched her chest and inadvertently discovered an audio recorder with glowing rec/play buttons which she presses again to stop. Eve's storm detection/alert was automatically enabled after the return to Earth. The other probes were unloaded and reprogrammed to have a unique personality and have storm detection/alerts. Her buzzer sounds in time with the blinking red light at the same speed as Wall-E's alert.
The next day, Wall-E goes out for a recharge, with Eve following him. She accidentally harms the cockroach, then she looks down at the cockroach, and tells it to go inside the truck. Wall-E finds a tower PC, a PC power supply, an SSD, a plasma gun, ammunition, and a map during his work. After work, he brings all his findings to his truck.
After a long workday, Wall-E starts the PC for the first time, connects himself to the PC, and makes a backup of his personality using an app called "Wall-E Configuration Tools". Eve also makes her backup of her personality on the PC. Eve records "It Only Takes A Moment" on her audio recorder.
Finally, Wall-E and Eve fulfill the directive of cleaning the earth. Eve finds the nearest beach on the PC in Wall-E's truck.
Eve carries Wall-E while flying towards the beach. She hovers on the beach until her thrust runs low, in which the couple hold hands with Eve's recorder playing her recording of "It Only Takes A Moment".
One day, during a rest, Eve notices a red dot. She flies towards its trajectory then backs away when she sees a landing ship.
She realizes it's a probe ship from another starliner. After the probe's startup, the couple tries to get the EVE probe's attention, but the probe doesn't seem to recognize Eve nor Wall-E, unlike the Axiom's other probes.
Wall-E and Eve continue their hover on the beach until nightfall, in which the couple stargaze while holding hands, then sleep an hour later.
The next day, Wall-E takes Eve on dates-Wall-E and Eve go on a boat, play Pong, etc. After the dates, they see the probe from the ship and the couple hides behind pipes. The probe blasts her gun then says "Who are you?" at the couple. Eve tries to introduce herself to the probe but to no avail.

AUTO is turned on by an unsuspecting child (accidentally, because he was curious) in the Axiom. He is furious that he fails his directive and attempts to destroy Earth. EVE #3, 4, and 5 are chosen to defeat the rogue Axiom.

Once the robots arrive on the Axiom, they see the kid and EVE #5 gets mad at him because she thought he intentionally activated AUTO.
She tries to go after the kid but is stopped by EVE #3. She tells EVE #5 that there is no way a kid could have intentionally activated AUTO. Then AUTO appears and zaps EVE #5. She starts to shut down and lose power. EVE #3 and #4 and Wall-E shoot the ray gun at AUTO and it shoots off AUTO's arm.
Meanwhile, Eve is tired of waiting. She redecorated Wall-E's truck and reorganized Wall-E's trinkets by weight instead of type. She finds a VR headset in the dump and plays a game. After the storm goes away, she also finds a trumpet, drums, and a piano in the dump, working fine, then brings it to Wall-E's truck. She also finds an electric car and its key, and goes on a joyride, jumping over ramps, racing down hills, etc at full speed before parking it next to Wall-E's truck. (If it were a movie, Eve morphs her fingers, presses the car's POW-R button, shifts to Drive, grabs the wheel then slams her thruster on the gas pedal. She has happy eyes during the ride.)
After parking, Eve wants to join the battle against AUTO, but she has no idea where the Axiom is.
EVE #4 tries to save EVE #5 but is chased by renegade Wall-As, but EVE #5 rammed herself to the neck of AUTO, damaging her even more. AUTO, in revenge, summoned multiple GO-4s to fight off the EVEs, Wall-E, and the Captain.

McCrea brings EVE #5 down to his quarters to repair him; the fight takes place in the control room. After EVE #5 is repaired, Wall-E introduces himself to EVE #5.

The rogue AUTO is now destroyed.
After EVE #3, 4, and 2, Wall-E, and McCrea come out of the immobilized Axiom, they come out and the rejected robots celebrate them. When Wall-E returns to his truck, Eve plays her recording of "It Only Takes A Moment" and hugs and kisses him happily.
Former Captain McCrea finds Shelby Forthright's broadcaster and calls all BnL Starliners to Earth.

Credits-Wall-E and Eve marry each other. The couple flies while EVE #2 drives herself, EVE #3, and 6 reject bots to the wedding (to celebrate it) using Eve's salvaged car. "Define Dancing" is played during the wedding, by EVE #3. After the wedding, they all go back to Wall-E's truck, with EVE #3 behind the wheel this time. A "Just Married" sign is posted on the car.
