So... yeah, this is the other story we did some work on.
Only one chapter sadly, because it's a LOT harder to plan this one out than the others.
We DO have some plans for the future though, big ones, and I promise we'll try to get another chapter out as soon as we can, for now though, enjoy this one.
"There really are a lot of different Riders, huh?" Yusuke couldn't help but say. It had been several days since the last incident, and currently he was paying Andrew and Co. a visit. Somewhere along the way, he'd gotten curious about the other Kamen Riders that Andrew knew of from other worlds, and the man was happy to oblige, bringing up some data on other Riders. At the moment they were looking through some of the 'Neo Heisei' Riders, specifically Fourze. "Though an astronaut Kamen Rider seems pretty cool," he chuckled.
"Actually Gentaro is a High Schooler, but yes, he draws his power from cosmic energy," Andrew said with a light chuckle.
"A high schooler? Really?" Yusuke asked in surprise.
"If you think that's weird, you should see some of the others. A cook, a journalist, a vagabond, the other riders do just about everything in their everyday lives." Alicia noted.
"Gonna be a JOY to meet the physicist." Andrew said sarcastically.
"Oooh, Sento, yeah, huge ego." Alicia winced "You kind of grate with people like that."
"I like them in fiction, but in real life… yeah." Andrew grimaced "I'm not looking forward to meeting him."
"How bad of an ego does this Sento guy have?" Yusuke asked with a raised eyebrow.
Instead of answering, they played a clip… specifically of Sento praising his own genius after a successful experiment.
"Ah… that bad." Yusuke blinked, not sure what else to say to that.
"Well, all things considered, his world isn't so bad," Andrew sighed.
"Which one is a problem?" Yusuke blinked.
"If I had to pick? I'd have a toss up between Faiz and Kabuto's worlds," Andrew sighed. "The first one is basically the kind of world that might make you wonder if people are STILL worth saving with how every human other than the main group were basically assholes most of the time, while the second one has us dealing with shapeshifting aliens who can basically mimic anyone perfectly so paranoia fuel to the max there."
"So yeah...not going to be fun when we go to those worlds," Alicia groaned.
Yusuke winced at that one. After travelling the world he was well aware that some people were very much grade A assholes, but a world that seemed to have so many of them to that degree? He felt sorry for the Riders of that world having to deal with that. The paranoia one was also really bad, but from the way it was said at least it wouldn't make someone question what they were fighting for…
"Thanks for listing out the places I'm not going to enjoy visiting," Michael said dryly.
"You're welcome to stay back when we reach those places," Alicia snorted.
"... I'll think about it." Michael sighed. "Come to think of it, what's our next plan actually?"
"We don't have one," Andrew shrugged. "I mean, we came here chasing after Dai-Shocker, but so far nothing's been happening. We'll probably keep an eye out for them for a while longer and if no signs, guess we'll have to move on."
Right as he said that, as if Murphy wanted to get him for that one, Michael felt his spider sense tingling, especially when he was near Yusuke, and seeing as he knew by now the man was harmless to anything other than Gurongi, that likely meant… "GET DOWN!" he shouted, pushing Yusuke to the ground...right as a bullet went through the open window, and put a hole into the floor...and from the angle would have put a hole in his head if Michael hadn't pushed him out of the way.
Acting quickly, Andrew went to the window and closed it, Alicia doing the same to any and all openings. Good thing too as another bullet came flying through...and was stopped short by the windows of their indestructible house.
"I think it's safe to say that we might have just found Dai-Shocker's plan," Alicia said after a moment.
"Right, so we got a sniper." Andrew said, before tapping his ear piece "Hey, Tony, which sniper villains were locked up at the Raft?"
"Not many actually." he heard Tony's voice "Most of them were left there, but… looks like one was taken. No known surname, but he's called Lester, AKA…"
"Bullseye." Andrew sighed "Of course it's him. So we got a cyborg enhanced master marksman trying to put a bullet into Godai's head, just great."
"Why am I not surprised?" Michael groaned.
"You're sure about this?" Ichijo asked at the station.
"Positive, he would have put a bullet between Godai's head if it wasn't for Michael's danger sense." Andrew said with a sigh "As it is, we're making sure Michael sticks close to him so he can cover him from any more attacks. Peter's already swinging through the skys of the city to try and find where Bullseye might be hiding, while Cap is doing the same from ground level."
"But it's just the two of them." Alicia added.
"So we'd need to fan out and cover more ground to try and find this Bullseye character then." Ichijo nodded, seeing where they were going with this.
"Just don't engage him if you find him, he's been upgraded into a cyborg by now, and if he's working for Dai-Shocker, chances are good he has some soldiers with him." Andrew added seriously.
"What kind of soldiers?" Ichijo asked.
Alicia frowned "Well… normally I would think some silly looking men… but… Dai-Shocker is being a LOT more efficient than they have been in the past, so probably some serious and actually well trained troops."
"In short, expect military grade fighters." Andrew summed up with a scowl "Which makes our job all the harder."
"Noted," Ichijo frowned. He'd make sure everyone was properly informed, because he could tell if they didn't it could cost many men their lives. "We'll be sure to keep you updated the moment we get any information."
"Watch yourself too, as well as everyone on the team researching the Gurongi and the like. I don't THINK Dai-Shocker has a hit on anyone other than Yusuke, but believe me when I say that ALL of you will be key to stopping the Gurongi," Andrew cautioned.
"All of us?" Ichijo asked in surprise.
"You especially, trust me on that." Andrew said with a smirk, remembering a certain scene from the last few episodes of Kuuga.
"Okay, if I were a villain turned cyborg trying to murder this world's only hero...where would I be?" Spider-Man mused as he was currently swinging from building to building. "...oh wow, that made this feel even more urgent than it already is…" he said to himself dryly.
At the moment he was swinging through the highest buildings in Tokyo, which while there wasn't as much as New York, there was still enough for him to be high in the air and out of sight of almost everyone.
Keyword being almost.
"Hey there!" he said, a grin beneath his mask as he swung past a window cleaner, who stared dumbly after him, unable to believe the sight.
He had to admit, Japan was pretty nice...whenever one of the psychotic monsters wasn't out killing people for fun. According to Andrew, assuming things continued as per the 'intended' story, Godai would be able to defeat all of them eventually, so there was no way he was going to let Dai-Shocker ruin that for their ambitions.
His attention was caught when he heard something within his range. A gunshot. Acting quickly, he moved towards the source of the sound and found a rather odd sight. It was a Gurongi that well...honestly a lot of them kinda looked alike to him minus the parts where they have obvious animal traits...and the trait he was seeing were the two long ears that made it clear this one was a rabbit of all things. The Gurongi though wasn't looming menacingly searching for a kill. Oh no, it was fighting someone, specifically it was fighting a group of people, most of them looking identical with black suits that had skeleton motifs, and it looked almost military grade, while the leader was what caught his attention.
There were more than a few changes, but there was no doubt that was Bullseye's costume...and he'd definitely been upgraded. He now had a visor across his eyes, armored gauntlets with guns on them over his arms as well as dark body armor over his base suit which he noted seemed more robust than before, and topping it off was the belt that held Shocker's emblem on it.
No doubt about it, he'd been turned into a cyborg… question was if he still had his free will though?
Well, he'd find out soon enough, but for now, he would settle with just watching the fight while remaining out of the way.
"Discretion IS the better part of valor after all." he mused to himself as he watched the battle.
The fight was actually pretty even. Even though the Shocker forces had the advantage in numbers, the Gurongi was keeping them at bay with what appeared to be powerful kicks that could send them flying, and in a few cases, caved in parts of the armor of any of the soldiers it hit. Bullseye however was hanging back, but from the posture he had, Spider-Man bet that Bullseye was studying the Gurongi.
After a few moments, Bullseye shifted...and opened fire using the guns he had on his arms. The force seemed more like small handheld cannons judging by how strong the recoil seemed to be, and the impact actually caused the Gurongi to spin in mid-air when it was hit during a leap towards another of the soldiers. The Gurongi wasn't down for long though, as they quickly got to their feet, and started fighting back again, but now that Bullseye was actively fighting...the fight was much less in their favor. The soldiers kept the Gurongi's attention, while Bullseye's shots were clearly dealing sizable damage whenever they hit, causing the Gurongi to slowly but surely slow down from the injuries.
Once the Gurongi was...tenderized enough... Bullseye brought both arms together, and the guns seemed to connect energy to each other...before firing what could best be described as a double shot where the bullets seemed to connect and start to spiral together, hitting the Gurongi in the chest, and blew a hole right through its chest, causing it to fall over and explode.
"Bullseye would never have been able to beat something like that before." Spider-man mused to himself "He was just a regular human that had scary good aim. Now he'd probably be able to give Matt a run for his money." he said, before tapping his earpiece "I've found Bullseye everyone. Follow my signal, I'll tail him for a bit, see if they have a hideout of some kind."
"Alright, we'll do that but be careful. Dai-Shocker aims for nothing less than Multiverse Domination. They won't hesitate to silence anyone who gets in their way," Andrew cautioned.
"So basically the normal fair," Spider-Man chuckled lightly.
"...more or less yes," Andrew sighed.
With that done, Spider-Man started tailing after Bullseye and the Combatmen, though he made sure to keep a good distance away from them. After what he saw, he wasn't planning on risking being spotted as much as he could. Not without backup anyway.
He followed them all the way into Shibuya City, where they made their way into Yoyogi Park "Hiding in there huh? Alright, let's see if I can't find anything interesting." he said as he made sure to stay high in the trees, and when he got the chance, he fired a spider tracker at one of the combatmen, making it stick to the soldier's heel, just to make sure he didn't lose them.
With the tracker in place, he felt himself relax just a little, seeing as it would be harder to lose them now. They continued going deeper into the park, and eventually reached a small clearing. Going over to a tree, one of the Combatmen gripped a branch of a particular tree and pulled down, revealing it to be a lever, which opened a door in the ground, allowing them to walk inside, the entrance closing behind them.
"...not gonna question how a hidden underground base is here," Spider-Man said dryly as he tapped his comm. "Okay, I found where they're going. It's an underground base in Yoyogi Park. I'll keep an eye to see if anything happens but I won't go in until everyone is here."
"Good to know it got narrowed down that much, it'll take us a bit to get there though considering that it's in Shibuya." Andrew's voice came on the other end.
"Got it. I'll lay low then, or I guess high in this case." Spider-Man replied with a slight smirk, before letting go of his earpiece.
It wasn't long before the rest of the group had arrived. Not just them too, but a few SAT squads. Of course, among that was Godai as well. "Uh...not that I'm complaining for all the extra help, but shouldn't we be trying to AVOID having Mr. Godai meet Bullseye?" Spider-Man couldn't help but ask.
"That WOULD have been ideal, but he didn't want to run away from this," Andrew sighed. "He insisted on coming along."
"Right." Spider-Man sighed a bit at that "Guess we can't stop him." he said, before turning to his son "Stay close to him until we're sure Bullseye won't try to snipe him again."
"You got it." Night Spider nodded.
"So… the guy that tried to kill me is here then?" Yusuke asked as he approached.
"Yeah, managed to track him over to a hidden trap door hidden among the trees of the park. Be careful, because even before his upgrade, he was a high tier assassin." Spider-Man warned him.
"Right." Yusuke nodded, before looking at Andrew "Maybe… we should transform first?"
"Good call." Andrew nodded as he pulled out the Decadriver while Yusuke summoned the Arcle around his waist, the two going through their usual motions slowly, before they spoke together.
"Henshin!"
"KAMEN RIDE: DECADE!"
One quick lightshow later, and the two were donned in their respective armors, with the SATs looking at them in a bit of awe.
"Alright, everyone get into position," Captain America said. "We'll move in first, but in the event any of them escape, we'll need all of you to be ready to stop them," he said, earning several salutes as the SATs got into position, forming barriers and having their weapons ready.
With everyone in position, Spider-Man went over to the same branch he saw before and pulled it down, opening the hideout entrance. "Alright, let's go," he said, albeit not sounding too enthused, not that anyone could blame him as the group of heroes soon descended into the belly of the beast.
Inside the hideout, it proved to be pretty well lit so that was convenient, even if the halls were mainly just corridors of metal. "Metal corridors. It's always metal corridors," Night Spider couldn't help but say.
"Not good for us because this gives Bullseye an advantage if he sees us coming," Decade frowned.
"He could make his bullets ricochet off the wall to try and hit us." Captain America said with a nod.
"Let's hope we can find them in a more open space then," Kuuga frowned under his helmet as the group continued onward. So far it didn't seem like anyone was around, but eventually they reached an area that branched into several other areas.
"...I think we're better off not questioning how they got all this down here so quickly without anyone noticing," Decade said dryly.
"Probably a smart idea yeah," Night Spider nodded. "Now, which way do we go?"
The group was about to try and figure that out...when they heard the sound of gunfire from one of the paths. "...I think this way is a good bet," Captain America frowned.
"I hope we're not about to come up on a firing squad." Decade muttered.
"Why would we be finding that?" Kuuga asked in concern.
"Oh, right, forgot to mention that one, Shocker is basically a bunch of neo-nazis." Decade shot back.
Everyone paused at that, before Spider-Man turned to Captain America "Well… looks like you STILL get to punch some naizs even in the modern day."
"Of course I do." Cap said, shaking his head with a sigh.
"Huh, honestly didn't think of that one," Decade mused. "Well, not important. What's more important is that we have an idea where they are...and we know they got guns so be ready to get out of the way...or put up a shield or something…" he sighed as they went down the hallway, slowing down as the sound got louder. However, as it turned out they didn't need to worry as much as it turns out the room where the sound was coming from had a lower level immediately after they exited the tunnel...and apparently contained a shooting range.
"...their security is terrible," Kuuga couldn't help but comment seeing as they saw all the Combatmen and even Bullseye, all too busy on the range, or in Bullseye's case, talking to someone on a console it seemed. The moment the person on the other end was patched through, all the /combatmen stopped, their focus now fully on the console.
"You incompetent RETARDS!" the person, whose voice was distorted, shouted "I should have been easy to kill a single Kamen Rider, especially a greenhorn like Kuuga in his early days. He doesn't even have a secondary to pick up the slack! But no! Somehow you managed to fail that as well! You didn't even notice that heroes from your old world somehow managed to make it into this one! Several surveillance drones have spotted both Captain America and Spider-Man moving around through Tokyo, no doubt looking for you!"
"It would have been a simple kill, but I was not informed that the house They're using as a base was completely impervious to damage," Bullseye shot back. "Besides, it's not like we're out of chances. I'll make sure to put a hole in that overgrown beetle's skull the next time I see him."
"I'll show him who's an overgrown beetle." Kuuga muttered in slight annoyance.
"Let's see if we can find out anything else first," Spider-Man said, earning a nod from him.
"Make sure you do so," the voice said. "As you know our plans hinge on removing every Rider from the worlds we find them, but for some bizarre reason we can't freely enter as we'd like."
"I know I know, that's why you had to use us," Bullseye snorted, acting like he had the high ground. "Don't worry, I'm a professional. Even if you only got me on this world, I'll get the job done."
"...well, that just gave us even more reason to deal with him," Decade mused.
"You'd better. Don't forget, your only option is to complete the mission," the figure said, the threat clear, right before ending the call.
"Sheesh, way to not win Best Boss of the Year award," Bullseye snorted.
"Okay, so we know their plan and the fact that somehow they can only send one guy in. What's the plan now?" Spider-Man asked.
Decade thought about it. "Normally this is the part where the plot kicks in and we're setting up for a climactic battle against them with the fate of the world hanging in the balance," he said. "Buuut I don't believe in such excessive drama, especially since they're literally down there and have no idea we're here."
There was a pause before Night Spider spoke up. "So...kick their butts right now?"
"Smart boy," Decade said cheerfully...before pulling out the Ride Booker in gun mode, and getting out of their cover, he started opening fire. "Kamen Riders forever!" he shouted as a war cry as he charged in.
"Oh great." Spider-Man sighed with a hung head before zipping himself forward, his son following forth with a wordless shout.
"Well... this is certainly new." Kuuga said, before looking to Captain America "Shall we?"
"Let's." Cap nodded with a slight smirk, cracking his knuckles before grabbing his shield and rushing in with Kuuga.
"What?! How'd you get in here?!" Bullseye gasped as the Combatmen took several shots, falling over, while everyone else joined in, Spider-Man and Night Spider webbing up any of the Combatmen they could, while Captain America took them out with his shield. Kuuga also hit one with his Mighty Kick, knocking them into another Combatmen...before the explosion that followed took both out.
"Don't think I'll ever get used to seeing them explode like that…" Night Spider winced.
"Rider villains tend to explode when we beat them, so I wouldn't say that too soon," Decade shrugged.
"How the hell did you find this hideout?!" Bullseye demanded as he returned fire, forcing the group to scatter a bit.
"Yeah no, you get to figure that out for yourself," Decade smirked a bit as he grabbed a card and slotted it in.
"ATTACK RIDE: BLAST!"
Bullseye soon found himself firing like crazy as the now multiple shots were fired rapidly, and to his credit he actually was able to keep up somewhat. However that also left him wide open to attacks from other directions.
Night Spider saw the opening and took it, shooting a web ball which hit Bullseye, and wrapped him up in webs...which also meant he was now wide open as Decade hammered him with shots, knocking him back against a wall and sticking him to the wall. "And that's that," Night Spider sighed even as Bullseye struggled to get free, but the webs held.
"Looks like your jobs over," Captain America said. "We're taking you back to the Raft where you belong."
"You really think it's gonna be that easy?" Bullseye snarled, still struggling.
"Unless you WANT us to make it harder for you," Decade said in annoyance. "Just give it up already and go back to jail."
"No way in hell! The boss is paying me big time for this job, more than anything the Kingpin's ever promised to give me to take down some of you costume freaks." he said, glaring at Spider-Man "Not only that, he said that on top of the money, I'll be able to ask for anything I want! Why would I ever give that kind of deal up?!"
Decade sighed, shaking his head "You really ARE an idiot."
"What was that you pink jackass?!" Bullseye snarled at him.
"First of all, magenta, not pink. Secondly, your boss is lying to you. Dai-Shocker's Great Leader is and always has been a bastard in some way, shape or form. I guarantee this time is no exception." Decade said, crossing his arms.
"So? Even if you're telling the truth, you'd have to be stupid to go against these guys," Bullseye snorted. "I know the winning team when I see it."
"So you'd sell out entire worlds just to save your own hide?!" Night Spider growled.
"Got a problem with that?" Bullseye smirked. "But whatever, since you got everyone together, you just made my job easier."
"You're completely webbed up. You're not going anywhere," Spider-Man said, frowning under his mask.
"If it was the old me sure, but this is the new me!" Bullseye laughed, before his body started growing and changing form.
Short fur grew on his skin while his muscles bulged, his body even growing a few feet as he broke free of the webbing, a tail sprouting from behind him, while his head took on a bovine shape, with horns coming out the side of his head… though rather than ending in sharp points, they ended in gun barrels.
"Huh… this… this is new." Decade admitted even as he slowly backed up.
"Him turning into a monster?" Kuuga asked as the new Bullseye quickly set his sights on the two Riders, snorting.
"More like the way it happened." Decade specified. "This one is more...shall we say biological than what they usually churn out."
"You mean like that squid monster from the Raft?" Night Spider asked.
"Basically yes," Decade nodded. "Doesn't change much though, get ready everyone. We're in for a fight."
The transformed Bullseye let out a sharp snort as he charged forward, aiming to ram into one of them but everyone quickly got out of the way. Bullseye skidded to a halt, before aiming the gun barrels on his head as well as the gauntlets on his arms and started opening fire.
Captain America was the first to get in front, holding up his shield, while Kuuga quickly transformed into Titan Form. At the same time Decade activated 'Blast' again, quickly shooting down several of the shots.
"Tch! You heroes are always so stubborn!" Bullseye growled. "Just die already!"
"No thanks, we've got better things to do. Like kicking you to the curb!" Decade growled as he kept up the rate of fire. While that was happening, Spider-Man and Night Spider took advantage of a lul in the rate of fire to get out of the way...and quickly looked for openings to fire webbing at the gun barrels. It was easier said than done, but with the others keeping Bullseye's attention, they were eventually able to target and jam the barrels that came out of his horns.
"What?!" Bullseye gasped, and stopped his shooting. Big mistake.
"Now!" Captain America shouted as he and Decade aimed for the gauntlets, the shield and gunshots damaging them and causing them to malfunction, the shield in question cutting off a bit of the gun barrel...which Kuuga quickly moved forward as fast as Titan form allowed, grabbing the fallen piece and turning it into the Titan Sword, and slashing Bullseye in the chest.
Bullseye gasped as the sparks flew from the hit, knocking him back, his weapons malfunctioning or jammed up. "D-dammit…" he groaned.
"I'd give up by now if I were you. Maybe if you decide to play nice Fury will turn you back into a nice and not dangerous person… probably get rid of the bull head too, at least, I hope he will, because that's even uglier than how you usually look." Night Spider taunted.
"Really funny," Bullseye snarled. "Well I got something even funnier!" he roared as he grabbed at his own chest...and actually pulled it open, revealing that Shocker had installed a weapon inside there...and it was already charging up.
"I've seen something like that, and we don't wanna get hit!" Decade gasped in alarm, to which everyone wisely listened, as Bullseye fired a massive beam of energy, just narrowly missing them...and blowing a hole through several walls where the attack missed.
"Hey… wasn't that from that ONE show…?" Spider-Man started slowly as he looked at the many holes.
"I don't even WANT to know how Shocker got their hands on that or something similar," Decade growled. "BLOCK THAT MEGA SMASHER!"
"On it!" Spider-Man and Night Spider said, quickly using their webs to try and bind Bullseye, but the supervillain turned Kaijin wasn't about to sit still this time and quickly evaded, energy charging up again, and soon fired another shot, forcing them to evade.
"This is getting annoying. Anyone got any ideas?" Decade growled.
Everyone wasn't sure what to say...until Kuuga spoke up. "Right before he fires, he has to open his chest fully. It's a small opening, but that weapon is exposed whenever he does that," he said.
"Are you sure we can shoot something in that small an opening?" Night Spider asked.
"Actually...he can," Decade said in realization. "Quick, grab a gun, any gun!"
Kuuga dove for one of the fallen rifles from the Combatmen, before moving his arms "Chou Henshin!" and the Titan Armor was replaced with the green of Pegasus, while the rifle turned into the Pegasus Bowgun.
"You'll probably want more than one shot to be safe, and thankfully I know a little trick that might help," Decade said, drawing out the Stronger card. "Henshin," he said, inserting it. "KAMEN RIDE: STRONGER!"
His belt flashed brightly several times, while his body was covered in sparks, before his standard armor was replaced for the Stronger suit.
Holding up a hand that sparked with electricity, he went over to Kuuga "This might tingle for a bit, so bear with me." he warned him, earning a nod, before he grabbed onto the Arcle and discharged as strong a volt as he could into it.
Kuuga jerked in surprise at the sudden jolt going through him, flowing around his body, and then flowing back into the belt… with the sparks going over him starting to take on a gold color the more they moved around him with Decade stepping back as his armor returned to normal, the Arcle choosing that moment to spark wildly before gaining a golden plate over the middle part, the rest of his armor gaining golden highlights, while the Pegasus Bowgun gained two long prongs of some kind going down the length, making the barrel look even longer.
"What the-?!" Kuuga gasped in surprise at the change to his armor.
"Like it? It's called the Golden Power, or 'Rising'. That makes your current form 'Rising Pegasus'," Decade explained. "And to put a long story short, you've got the firepower you need now to win."
"I don't know what you're all blabbering about but if you think some shiny new armor is gonna help, you're out of your minds!" Bullseye laughed, as the conversation had given him time to recharge his energy to full. "This time you're FINISHED!" he roared as his chest started to glow, and he grabbed his chest. However as he did, the world immediately started to slow down around Kuuga, who didn't hesitate to ready his weapon, and right as Bullseye started to open his chest...Kuuga aimed and fired, and from the Pegasus Bowgun, not one but three arrows flew, and with the timing perfect, they impacted Bullseye RIGHT as he'd opened his chest, severely damaging the weapon and causing it to malfunction as well.
"Impossible!" Bullseye gasped as he staggered back, sparks flying from his now useless weapon.
"Man, could you spout any more cliches?" Decade said, shaking his head, while Kuuga reverted back to Mighty form before he timed out… and lost the Rising power at the same time, making him blink in confusion before shaking it off. "Kamen Riders pull off the impossible every day of the week after all." he said, before looking down as his Rider Booker suddenly snapped open and three cards flew out, which he caught in the air… before they filled in to become the Kamen Ride, Final Form Ride, and Final Attack Ride for Kuuga. "Perfect timing." he chuckled.
"New cards?" Spider-Man guessed.
"Yep, and they're about to give us the win," Decade nodded, before opening up his Driver again and inserting one of the cards. "FINAL FORM RIDE: KU-KU-KU-KUUGA!"
"This might tickle a bit...and try not to think too hard about anything," Decade warned as he got behind Kuuga.
"That...doesn't really help," Kuuga said dryly but didn't resist as Decade pressed his fingers against Kuuga's back and well...stuff happened.
As Decade moved his hands away, a shell appeared on Kuuga's back, before his legs seemed to gain metal edge along them… and then his head rolled backwards and hid under the shell while his body floated up, his arms turning into back legs as a pair of metallic legs came out of his waist, and his legs acted like giant beetle pincers.
"This is… Gouram?" Kuuga said in a mixture of surprise and confusion as he felt his transformed body… while everyone but Decade stared at him in some slight horror.
"That's temporary. Trust me when I say you probably shouldn't think about this too much. I sure don't," Decade said, inwardly thinking that was worse in real life than in the show.
"...I'll take that advice," Kuuga said after a moment, before flying right at Bullseye who tried to swat at him...only to end up between his pincers, and brought flying, before being tossed into a wall. "Still, this form is actually quite useful," he couldn't help but chuckle.
"Don't get too comfortable. We're ending this right now," Decade said, drawing the Final Attack Ride card.
"Wait, but we're supposed to capture him," Captain America said.
"I don't think we can bring him back like that. Sides...not the first Kaijin a Rider has destroyed without harming the person inside. Mostly anyway," Decade said as he inserted the card. "FINAL ATTACK RIDE: KU-KU-KU-KUUGA!"
Kuuga Gouram's eyes flashed before he jetted towards Bullseye who was still reeling before getting taken flying again. At the same time Decade ran up a nearby wall and soon flipped off of it and pulled into a kick, Kuuga flying straight at him with Bullseye firmly in his grasp before the two collided, Bullseye covered in flames before Kuuga flew to the ground and let go, causing him to smash into the ground and roll before stopping and exploding.
"Are you SURE he'll survive that?!" Spider-Man gasped.
"Wait for it," Decade said from atop Kuuga's back...before the fires died down and there was Bullseye, back to his previous form...and a little extra crispy, but looking great for a guy who just got exploded. "There it is."
"I… what?" Night Spider blinked, his mouth clearly agape beneath his mask.
"That's usually how our attacks go against transformed humans." Decade said with a shrug as he and Kuuga landed.
"...all in favor of not thinking about this too hard?" Night Spider asked, raising his hand. Spider-Man and Captain America soon did the same in agreement.
Decade just chuckled at that while Kuuga soon returned to his normal Mighty Form, before the group rounded up Bullseye and dragged him out of the secret base.
"This'll probably make things go a bit screwy, but considering how the Gurongi operate...I'm pretty sure it should tip things a bit more to your advantage," Andrew said, as currently several teams were combing the base now that it had been emptied of personnel (however few that number was).
"Yes… I'm sure Sonada will like to study their technology, it looks a few decades advanced from our own." Ichijo nodded as he looked at the officers bringing out several advanced weapons.
"Yeah… I can confirm some of this stuff is standard fare for 2018, so you got a bit of an advance on the rest of the world now… try to keep that under wraps, we all know how Americans can get." Andrew said in a lower tone, one that was clearly joking, making Ichijo chuckle a bit.
"Right, I'll make it express that we keep this technology as hidden as we can. We wouldn't want anybody asking the wrong questions." Ichijo said.
Andrew nodded… before he paused as he realised something "Uh, hey, by the way, if you can, a year from now, something's gonna happen in America in September, I'll write the details down, try to see if you can stop it… it's pretty… horrible." he said with a grimace.
"I'll try to see what I can do." Ichijo nodded seriously.
"Good… if we can avoid that in at least ONE world I'll be happy." Andrew said with a sigh "By the way, about Godai's upgrade, he might need to get some more electric shocks going through his body to make it more stable, as it is, it's pretty random if he can even call on it."
"We'll keep that in mind, but we can't just electrocute someone just like that," Ichijo frowned.
"Oh don't worry," Andrew sighed. "You'll be getting a chance soon enough."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Ichijo looked at him strangely.
"You'll know when you get there," Andrew sighed not liking it all that much, and the tone he had made that much clear to Ichijo who didn't question further. "As for Bullseye, we'll be sending him back to his world of origin. After that I think we can move on to the next World."
"Because you got the card of Godai's transformed state right? He mentioned that earlier." Ichijo asked.
Andrew nodded "Whenever I get the Kamen Ride card, it means my work in this world is done, and it's time for me to move onto the next. It's not exactly clear what the intention is supposed to be, but I know that my own end goal is to bring down Dai-Shocker and stop whatever plans they have for the alternate worlds."
"Well, I hope you'll succeed in stopping them then." Ichijo said with a nod.
"Thanks," Andrew nodded as he soon went to another section of the park where they'd set up the device Tony had made to allow them to send the villains back to the Marvel World after they captured them. Bullseye was already loaded into the device and to the side Spider-Man was busy keying in the controls.
"Everything okay here?" Andrew asked.
"Yep, nothing wrong as far as I can tell. We're ready to transfer in 3...2...1…" Spider-Man said, hitting the switch. The machine started glowing and inside Bullseye was enveloped in a familiar silver veil which passed through him and when it was over he was gone.
Andrew snapped his fingers and a much smaller one appeared in front of him, letting him peer through it, before he nodded in approval and dismissed it "It worked, get the Combatmen in there too, we'll dump them in other cells since chances are good they are some of the more minor villains that got broken out of the prison."
Captain America flashed him a thumbs up as he and Night Spider loaded up the Combatmen one by one, the machine soon sending them as well. "And now this world is Shocker Free," Night Spider chuckled.
"Though how can we be sure they won't just come back?" Captain America frowned.
"Call it a...feeling," Andrew said. "That and with how much they wanted Bullseye to succeed here and now, I get the feeling they can't send anyone else."
"Here's hoping that feeling is right, cause we can't be everywhere at the same time," Night Spider said.
"That makes two of us," Andrew agreed.
And there's the chapter!
Yeah, we finished up World of Kuuga already, and Andrew MIGHT have changed up the timeline of the... eh, whole damn world a bit with his warning to Ichijo... but we can all agree it would have been better had THAT never happened
As for just the timeline of Kuuga, Yuusuke now has a chance to summon up the power of Rising earlier than he did in canon... he also now knows the proper terms for his forms and knows about Rider history.
Now, Timeless and I won't do anything from that... but you all are welcome to grab up these shifted timeline and try to run with them to see how you can envision them.
So, yeah, once Andrew clears a world, it becomes an open invite to other writers to write a continuation of the events following Andrew's departure from the world.
This is actually an idea I just got on the spot believe it or not.
Can't wait to see if anybody will go for it, let me know if you do so I can give it a look.
