"I thought you would be surprised to hear that," said Milton with a smile.

"When I came back from searching for you I decided to prove if the stupid story that my father told me was true or not so I asked a senior who didn't want to sign if you would mind helping me," said Milton.

"What happened?" asked Elenor as she poured a cup of tea for him.

"I had the senior stay in a cabin for a year after not signing and then revealed him at the following graduation and told everyone that it was no longer needed to sign the Storybook," said Milton.

"It was also a relief to learn this, as it gave me a resurgence of hope that you were still alive but at the same time it worried me because I had no clue if you had moved on or not," said Milton.

"I could never move on, Milton, you were my one true love," said Elenor as she smiled at him.

"Do… do you think we could give it another try?" asked Milton as his hand flinched to reach out for her hand, but he stopped as he didn't want to overstep.

"I've loved and missed you for a long time, Milton, so I think we can try," said Elenor as she reached over and took the hand that had flinched. The two then leaned in and kissed. It was at this point that Headmaster Grimm woke up in his office to find that the sun was setting.

"Must have fallen asleep while thinking back," he said while sitting up and stretching. A few minutes later he was walking down the hall ready to head home.

"I didn't know you were still here sir," said Professor Badwolf who was with his family.

"Just finished all of my paperwork, have a fun break," said Headmaster Grimm.

"You too, Headmaster Grimm," said Cerise who was wearing her cloak, but had the hood down which revealed her ears. An hour later, Headmaster Grimm was entering his house.

"I'm home," he said with a smile.

"Welcome home," said Elenor as she came over to kiss him.

"How was your day?" she asked.

"It was great," said Milton as he smiled at his wife. The two then went to the kitchen to have dinner and talk about their day.
