Kirishima did not have much time to decide whether he should go with Bakugou or not. There was one thing he was most grateful about. He was able to meet Bakugou again, and it was him coming to Kirishima instead of the other way around. He would however never expect to get an offer to go abroad, away just like that for a month.
After the get-together at lunch, Kirishima and Jirou sat down in a park nearby and he told her about Bakugou's offer.
"Whoa, going to the USA for one whole month? All while paying everything for you and even give you a 20 million for coming with him? That's one hell of an offer. Question is...do you want to go, Eiji?"
"I...kinda want to go? However, I can't imagine being away for an entire month…what about my performances?"
"Oh please Eiji, the crowd can live one month without Red Riot, it's not like they would lose interest when you come back. Besides, one month is not as long as it seems. If Bakugou is really giving you some fun plans, believe me, that will be over quite quickly."
"I am still not sure...besides, what should I tell Shinso and Ojiro?"
"Just tell them the truth without telling who Bakugou really is."
"Are you crazy?? Shinso is not going to like it, especially for what happened back there between them."
"What else can you do? Shinso would tell whether you are lying or not."
"...You're right. I don't know. I don't know what to do."
"Think about it then today. Whatever you decide on, please do so without any regrets."
Jirou then left for home. Kirishima was contemplating there at the park still and thinking about Bakugou. He will be seeing him again today, which he was excited about. Who would have thought that out of all people in the world, the one that he met was possibly one of the richest men in Japan? Not that it mattered to Kirishima that much though. He was just happy to see that man again later.
He then forgot to give Bakugou the money that was given to him on Thursday. At least he did make a point to him that he has no interest in his riches. Bakugou's reaction however concerned him a bit. It seemed like whatever deal was agreed upon, it would always include money. Sure, he is a businessman, but money does not have to be involved between them. At least to Kirishima. A passionate night with him, even a possible hangout would have been lovely with him. Though that's probably not in Bakugou's intention? Maybe all Bakugou wants is just sex and nothing else. He did however tell that Bakugou wants him to come to meetings and celebrations, or he would take him out to some good food.
Maybe today's reunion might answer some of his questions. Maybe this time, it won't be awkward like last time. He really couldn't wait, he has been patiently waiting for Bakugou's messages to come to his room again. He just returned back to the club, asking Shinso if he could train on the pole a bit (he did not have one at his home, but he plans on buying one soon), to which he just told Kirishima to help himself. After a bunch of training, he went to a gyudon restaurant for dinner to fill himself up. Just as he was about to pay for his food, he received a message from Bakugou that he will be back in his room in about 15-20 minutes. Perfect, he wasn't far from the Peninsula, so he was on his way.
The lovemaking has been incredible, it was fun to agitate Bakugou a bit, only to be asked for more. He really could get used to this. If he comes to the trip with Bakugou, they would have more moments like this.
However, just like the first time, Bakugou had no intention of making Kirishima stay a bit more, which saddened Kirishima greatly. Maybe as they would be together for longer and more times, Bakugou would let him. Yes, Bakugou surely needed a good rest for another hard working day, but all Kirishima wanted was to hold him, caress him and comfort him until he soundly fell asleep.
Only then Bakugou promised him to take him out each time he is free to show him around all the places and take him out for his favorite places to eat. This excited Kirishima beyond belief. Will Bakugou take him out on dates? At least Bakugou didn't seem to dislike the idea when he said "fine". This at least convinced Kirishima that he would like to go on the trip with him. There would be more chances to get to know Bakugou better, and maybe, just maybe, there would be something more happening between them. When Jirou asked him if he had feelings for Bakugou, he wasn't sure at first, but after their second time together and wanting there to be more, Bakugou wanting him to come to the USA with him, he'd be lying now if he said he didn't. Pretty sure most people would believe that there is no way a relationship would work out considering their statuses, but to Kirishima, the feeling of deeply caring about and loving somebody has no boundaries.
He truly made his final decision wanting to go. Now the hour of truth of having to ask Shinso and Ojiro. He asked on Monday when he helped out carrying new boxes of alcohol for the bar.
"If it's with the guy from yesterday, absolutely not. I have no problem giving you one month of vacation, but going with him seems fishy." answered Shinso.
"Hun is still upset about his Ground Zero." whispered Ojiro to Kirishima, though it wasn't as much so of a whisper when Shinso heard that.
"Hey, you have no idea what it took me to get that car. Bakuhatsu's cars have risen in popularity very quickly, so much so that they went for quality over quantity, making only a certain number of each model. Never mind that, I don't trust this guy, why the hell would you want to go with him?"
"Well…"
Kirishima wanted to tell something before Shinso just looked at him and just went with an "Oh...that's why. I still don't trust this guy."
"Oh hey, I know of one guy that has acted this way back then in high school, dozing off, not concentrating in classes or his homework, acting like a hardass with his group of friends, but secretly only eyeing a guy he had a crush on." Ojiro looked at Shinso with a smirk.
"Hey, stop embarrassing me like that." Shinso's face went a bit red with slight annoyance, to which Ojiro chuckled from amusement, only to wrap his arms around Shinso's hips, giving him a sweet kiss on the cheek. Shinso couldn't help but chuckle too, only for them both looking at each other and smiling. Just like mentioned before, Kirishima was quite jealous of their relationship, it seemed perfect despite some difficulties they both have to face. He couldn't help but imagine wishing he and Bakugou would be like this too. A loving relationship, where they would help each other in times of need, being there for each other.
Shinso then only sighed in worry, asking Kirishima: "Are you really sure about this?"
Kirishima only nodded. His face must be all red already from smiling and thinking about Bakugou.
"Do what you want, but should anything happen, contact us. Make sure you won't regret it. When are you leaving?"
"This Wednesday.."
"Already? What are you doing here then, go and get ready, you must be full of things you need to take care of before going."
Kirishima thanked them, being on his way home. Ever since Kirishima was alone since he was seventeen years old, Shinso and Ojiro have been like parents, being concerned about him and making sure that he would be taken care of. Ever since Kirishima accidentally came across the small alleyway when he was nineteen, no future for him in sight, his world turned completely upside down, meeting both Shinso and Ojiro there was a blessing, where he was given another chance at life. If it wasn't for them, Kirishima would have been homeless and he had no one else to turn to back then. Not even Sero or Kaminari, Kirishima was lucky to meet Sero randomly at a metro station years after, where all three reunited and hanged out a lot since then.
He wrote a message to Bakugou immediately as he left the club that he is going with him, only to receive a message from him later in the evening that Momo will contact him regarding the passport he doesn't have and everything for Wednesday. Good, he can't wait to meet Bakugou again and just spend time with him. He was sad to hear that today and tomorrow, Bakugou had no time whatsoever and that he is busy until very late. Only thing he could do is jerk off by himself. It sucks, but when they get to Hawaii first, he will make sure to catch up.
After that, he sent another text to Jirou, telling her she talked to Shinso and Ojiro, them giving him permission to go, asked her if she can help him with packing and if she could borrow him one of her parents' giant suitcases, since Jirou has been abroad a few times with her parents before. She said of course and that she will come over on Tuesday afternoon to pack up everything.
After Jirou, he typed in the club's group chat that he will be gone for four weeks, to which Ashido was nosy as she always is whenever there is another partner involved.
" Oh, is it about that guy from yesterday? He kept looking at your ass. Oh, and he was quite arrogant, I hope you taught him a lesson when you fucked him."
Ashido really notices the smallest things. Jirou just typed "MINA!!" in caps lock, as if to show frustration. Kirishima tried not to laugh when he was riding the metro home to not disturb other passengers. Then the others chimed in on the conversation - "yeah, he was kind of an asshole to Shinso", "well, he was quite hot", "meh, not my type, he looked too prideful and his jewelry was super tacky imo", "Yaoyorozu-san was super pretty though" , and so on. The others only wished him safe travels and to share some nice pictures whenever he can.
Mina then wrote in a separate message away from group chat to him. "Hey big boy, I expect some nice gift when you come back, since you are cancelling our shopping spree this weekend" adding an emoji with the smoke going out of nose, showing dissatisfaction.
Kirishima smiled and typed back to her: "Sorry about that, I promise to bring you something nice".
"You like that guy?"
"I think I do. I want to get to know him better and see if something works out between us."
"Huh, I see. Good luck then. He didn't make a good first impression though."
"I know, but he isn't as bad as it seems."
"I hope so."
He then received a message from an unknown number, which was Momo. She told him to meet up with her to take care of the passport duties and fill out some forms, so he is allowed entrance into the USA and everything is ready before they leave on Wednesday.
Kirishima and Momo met up very early the following morning, Momo telling him all the plans for the next day. A limo would pick him up at his home and drive him to the airport. Their flight was at five in the afternoon, the flight itself will take almost nine hours, and given the different time zones, Honolulu is nineteen hours behind from where they are, so they would arrive sometime before seven in the morning there.
Goodness, almost nine hours in a plane? What the hell is he supposed to do there? He has his Switch he can bring and play with, and the flight will have some movies to watch and some other forms of entertainment, but doing that for nine hours? He wonders if he can just fall asleep in the plane and make the time go by fast. But then...Bakugou will be there too.
"So glad to have you, Kirishima-san! Bakugou-san never brings anybody along, so I was a bit surprised to take you with us. I hope you will like the hotels we will stay at."
"Of course, thank you for having me. Though no need to be polite with me, please just call me by my first name. Most friends just call me Eiji."
"Oh, I am not so sure…that would be rude of me to do..."
"No really, I insist! Of course, I can't force you into it if you don't want to…"
"Oh...Jirou-san told me a few things about you...uhm...is it alright I call you Eiji-san then?"
"Absolutely! Do you mind me calling you Momo-san?"
"Not at all! So nice to meet you, Eiji-san."
"The same goes for you, Momo-san."
Both got along pretty quickly. She was a very kind person and Kirishima hoped they would talk more during the trip and get to know each other.
Jirou recommended Kirishima to check with his bank whether it would be fine to use his credit card overseas from Japan and check with his mobile phone operator whether he can take calls or text messages and use the Internet on his phone. He took care of that after, very grateful for all the advice Jirou gave him.
He then returned sometime before 1PM, making himself some nice lunch and starting to choose whatever he needed for the four-week trip, putting it all on his queen-sized bed. Clothing for both warmer and colder weather, extra shoes, cosmetics, hair brushes, other hair related items like hair color, shampoo, conditioner, after-shower hair cream, some notebooks and pens, his Switch, chargers for electronics, all kinds of stuff. Then he realizes he has so much stuff that there is no way all that stuff would fit into one big suitcase. He thought he could bring his big duffel bag too, since there is no limit to how much luggage he can bring with him, but even with that he has more than what could fit. He was at a complete loss what to do.
Jirou then came to him not long after with her parents' suitcase and Kiki too.
"Jirou, please help me, I am stuck on what to do."
"Alright big guy, show me what you got."
He showed Jirou the giant pile on his bed that was completely filled up and some parts of the bed had bigger chunks of mountains, and Jirou pointing at it and looking at Kirishima in complete disbelief.
"Seriously, Eiji?"
"Um...I do need this…"
"No, you don't!"
She started to take out a few things from the piles.
"You don't need any towels, every hotel will offer you fresh ones. No need to take your hair dryer, bath robe, or house slippers with you, every good hotel has one for you. And for goodness sake, you don't need to bring so many clothes or underwear with you. Every hotel has a laundry service and they will take care of that for you. If you are missing any, you can always go and buy some. You are going to the USA, where you have so many places for branded clothing that you can buy. So just choose about ten, no more than thirteen shirts, and about three to five pants. Oh and the cosmetics...do you really need them all? If you do, then can you at least put them in smaller bottles or something? Some have so much of it there is no way you would use them for all four weeks. Best way is to put as much as you need, so you can just throw them away before you come back and no need to drag them back."
Kirishima listened closely to all her advice and he already learned something new. You could tell Jirou really knows her stuff around travelling. Once they both went through all the stuff, they were left with about one third of the stuff, which all fit into the big suitcase.
"Definitely take your big duffel bag with you, you will surely end up with more stuff if you go shopping and the like."
He then got all the stuff ready within his suitcase and a bigger backpack to keep his most important things or things he will use the most inside the plane, like his electronics, documents, a few important cosmetics and others. It took them about two to three hours to be done.
"Seriously, thank you so much for helping me out."
"Of course, anything for you Eiji."
They grinned at each other and hugged tenderly.
"Eiji, have tons of fun, keep me updated and take tons of pictures! I hope it will go well for you."
"Thank you, I hope so too."
With that, Jirou waved him goodbye and left his home. Kiki got some sweet pets from Kirishima too, to which she whined and wanted to stay with him a bit more.
He had enough time then to make himself some nice dinner, exercise a bit, take a nice shower and then go to sleep. Though he could not fall asleep much from excitement. The last six days have been one hell of an adventure, and it won't stop. He is going to unknown places he has never even dreamed of, and most of all, he will spend them with Bakugou.
