Hello readers, thanks for reading and reviewing the previous chapters and for birthday wishes. Here, i present the next chapter.

It had been a week since the bladebreakers fought and won against the raven-haired beyblader. The bladebreakers have started their intensive training. For this new training program, they have to wake up at six in the morning and start the day with warm-ups and jogging. Hilary and Kenny always join them. Then, they train after completing their studies, taking small breaks in between. Hilary and Kenny also make sure that they don't eat unhealthy food specially Tyson and Daichi. Ray makes sure that Max doesn't goes sugar high. And they are allowed to eat junk food only on sundays.

And today was sunday. The bladebreakers were in an ice-cream parlour, choosing what they would eat today.

'I would like to have mint chocolate chip, please.' Max said.

'I would have vanilla.'

'I would have the chocolate flavor.'

Kenny and Ray placed their order.Then it was Tyson and Daichi's turn to order,

'We will have two vanilla, two chocolate, two buttered pecan, and two of strawberry flavor.' they both grinned.

'Umm, sure, we will have your order ready in a few. What would you two like to order, ma'am and sir?'

'I would have moose tracks.' Hilary answered.

'I would like to have the same as hers.' Kai replied.

'Okay, please wait for a few minutes.'

'I never thought Kai likes this flavor too!' Hilary thought.

'So, she likes moose tracks, i would order the same when we go on our first date_? as if she would accept my proposal, will she?*sighs*' Kai thought as he sat in front of Ray.

'These two like each other so much but still won't confess their feelings , looks like i have to help them. But what could i do? Kai would give me his famous death glare and i don't have that confidence to ask and help him directly without sweating and Hilary would get embarrassed and ignore me if i talk about this to her. Guess, i have to do it secretly! But i have to take someone's help, maybe Dizzi? nah, she would tell the others and then i have to run extra laps, then who? Maybe her? Yes, but i why do i feel warm everytime we both start a conversation? I am in no better situation than Kai's...' Ray thought as he eyed their brunette manager and slate-haired captain.

Soon the waiter came and served their respective icecreams. They completed their sundaes in silence and then went to the park. This was the only day in a week, they could easily relax without any nagging or lecture as Kai, Kenny and Hilary were really very strict when they trained.

'Man!!! I am bored.' Daichi whined for the n number of times.

'Then let's train.'

'No way Kai!!!' everyone screamed together.

'They are right Kai. Let's do something fun, Ok?' It was as if the heavens have blessed him! Hilary's soft smile was more than enough to melt Kai's heart. Her smile always made his heart flutter.

'How about Studing???' Kenny asked with hopeful eyes.

'No way!!!' Tyson and Daichi shouted.

'Not academic study guys! Let's research about the history of bit-beasts and beyblades.'

'It's a great idea! let's do it then!!' Hilary said excitedly.

'I am in.'

'If Kai and Hilary agree then I am in too.' Ray said.

'It's a good idea Ty and Daichi, what do you both say.' Max asked.

'All right we are in. But grandpa has some guests at the dojo. His old-friends, I don't want to disturb him.'

'It's okay. Mom and Dad are not home. We can do the research at my house. Besides Mom is a bit-beasts archaeologist like your dad Tyson, we have a lot of books and some ancient maps and stuff at home and I am allowed to touch them or show them to you guys.'

'Are you sure, your Mom won't mind if we touch her books and all, Hilary? Kenny asked the brunette.

'Ofcourse! Mom knows that you guys are my friends. She once told me that you all can come and read her stuff if you want to.'

'Okay then. Let's go!!'

With this, the bladebreakers left for the Tachibana residence without noticing three well-known beybladers watching their every move secretly.

'Everything looks fine Ozuma.'

'It is. Now. But don't know how much time it is left for things to go out of our hands.'

'So what are we doing here? We should go and warn them that their lives are in danger, they are our friends for god's sake!!'

'Calm down Joseph, they are our friends too, Hilary is like a sister to me but I am still following the elder's rule, am I not? Just wait for the right time and Ozuma is our leader so we should wait for his orders.' Mariam replied looking at Ozuma who was still watching the spot the bladebreakers left.

'Where are Dunga and Gordo?' he asked the other two.

'They both are at Tyson's dojo to make sure his grandpa is alright.'

'Ask them to be at Tachibana residence as soon as possible.' he commanded them.

'Okay.'

With that the saint shields headed for Hilary's house.

The bladebreakers entered Hilary's home. Hilary excused herself to bring some drinks for them while the boys waited for her in the library. It was big with different types of books, magazines and other files of all genres.

They took their seats around the round table and left a seat for Hilary between Tyson and Kai. They placed Dizzi at a position from where they all can see the screen if needed. Hilary entered the library, gave the boys their drinks and started searching for books of their interest with Kenny and Ray.

After about 15 minutes of searching, the trio returned with some books, Ray set them on the table and spoke,'Alright I think we should start with this one.' he said showing a book to his friends. Max who sat on his right took the book from him and read the title, 'HISTORY OF BEYBLADES, hey guys I have got an idea. Let's read each book one by one so that everyone can listen at once. Can I start with this one?'

'Sure Max, but I don't think we can read each and every line, let's read all the catchy topics.' Kenny suggested.

'Okay then, start Max!!!' Tyson said excitedly.

There was silence for some minutes then Tyson shouted,' Hey, beyblades were developed in Japan!!!' With that the american's, the chinese's and the russian's eyebrows twitched.

'I was born in Japan '

'Woah!!! is the great Kai Hiwatari offended by my comment?'

Kai was about to reply but Hilary stopped him and said,'Stop it Tyson. Max continue reading please.'

Kai, an expert at hiding emotions, was having difficulty in hiding a small tinge of pink on his cheeks as Hilary had still not removed her hand from Kai's mouth which she used to stop him from replying to Tyson. He was both happy and uncomfortable. Happy because his crush's soft hand was placed on his mouth and uncomfortable because their friends were still there with them. 'Damn! if they were not here, i would have confessed to Hilary. I don't know why but i feel so comfortable when she is touching me and smiling at me, well it's a love thing i guess.' Kai thought.

Sensing his friends discomfort Ray signalled her to remove her hand but our bossy-cheery brunette was naive at times, so she asked Ray,'What?'

'Hilary, your ... left hand.' he pointed where her hand was.

Hilary immediately removed her hand from Kai's mouth and muttered a shy sorry but she didn't had any face paint on like Kai, so the boys were able to see her blush clearly. Daichi was about to tease her but Kai glared at him, so he gulped and said, 'Max why dont you continue?'

'Umm, sure. So what should we read? Rules of the first champion or Mr. David Dickenson?'

'Mr. David Dickenson.'

'Alright " Mr. David Dickenson ( August 16, 1968 - April 19, 2005) was the founder/leader of the Beyblade Battle Association simply the BBA. He was also the elder brother of the longest running BBA leader Mr. Stanley Dickenson. David was a good friend of Takara and thus wanted to expand the popularity of the sport. He also formed the first research team who studied and researched the first bit-beasts seen in the world. The team consisted of notable scientists and archaeologists-- Mr. Hitoshi Tachibana, Mr. Leo Kon, Mrs. Nayomi Granger, Mrs. Mita Hiwatari, Mr. Naku Sumeragi, Mr. Ken, Mrs. Myra Tate and Mr. Vladimir Lenin."'

Their body froze after hearing the names of the scientists and archaeologists. They had only one question in their mind that how were they unaware of the fact that their grandparents were involved in the research of the first bit-beasts? but didn't question themselves about Vladimir Lenin, the one who might bring darkness in their peaceful lives...

Beyblade was really developed in Japan by Takara. All the characters birth years are given on the site but I am not using them. In their world, covid-19 never existed. I have also introduced a lot of Ocs here. Characters birth years according to this fic are: Kai and Ray - 2003; Tyson, Hilary, Kenny, Max - 2004 and Daichi - 2006. I started writing this fanfiction in November 2020 and stated that the next world championships would be in 8 months in november.

So basically this chapter is set in April 2021 (in the second week) of their world. I guess I will show a time skip soon.
