It's been a week now since I've been deakumatized and I've started taking therapy and counseling sessions just so that what happened the month prior would not repeat itself. Currently I'm on my 4th appointment.

"Do I seriously have to go, Chief?"

"Yes. It was bad enough when you got akumatized in your Miraculous form. I don't know if I can make a second believable cover story."

Cover story… it happened shortly after I had been deakumatized and Mia had fled the scene. Reports were going about how my akumatized form, The Red Fox was actually Yeou Lujeu gone bad. When I asked the Chief why the media was reporting it like this as opposed to a random stranger, he replied by stating that the people of Yabaize had long concluded that the Red Fox and Yeou Lujeu were one and the same and as a result- that means I could no longer be Yeou Lujeu.

"if you must transform, keep a low profile." The Chief said.

Yes, I'm still Yeou Lujeu, only difference is that this time I cannot freely operate in the open any more. All my missions as my Miraculous superhero self must now be done covertly. I still have the Fox Miraculous and now it is time.

"Since we now know for certain those pink butterflies are actually akumas sent by the holder of the Butterfly Miraculous we can therefore conclude this Udaspes Folus person must be the current Butterfly Miraculous holder. Furthermore, based off of your accounts of this man, he does not appear to have the most kind intentions."

I nodded.

"That man is a major threat. Just one of his akumas is enough to cause a keter-class end of the world situation." The Chief cracked his knuckles. "Chijinda You, Narue Oriku. As your employer and as the owner of the Agency I am personally tasking the both of you with this mission. Find where this man is hiding and retrieve his Miraculous from him. In addition, Chijinda,"

"Yes?"

"I want you to start taking therapy and counseling sessions."

"What?! But why?"

"Because I don't want a repeat of what happened last month. Your akumatized form nearly destroyed all of Japan. The only reason why it didn't was because your akumatized form had accidentally locked itself to only one spot. It could've been a catastrophe!"

"Pfft. You worry too much, Chief. I can totally handle myself."

"Ahem." Narue interrupted.

"I take it both of you understand your current objectives?"

We nodded.

"Then let us go about our ways. Dismissed!"

This blows! Why do I have keep going to this therapy seminars? Does he not think I can't handle my emotions?

"Cheer up, Chijinda."

"Yeah, I know."

It's nice having Narue around to support me. Her encouragement helps me to move forward. As for Mia and Erika,

"Yes. I want you to expunged all their criminal backgrounds."

"Reason? Their help was crucial in stopping that mad fox."

"Thank you very much." The Chief hung up.

For better or for worse our boss is a man of his words. No doubt Mia and Erika are peached. They must think their so high and mighty now. What a bunch of clowns. Mia's still a criminal. I don't trust her. I wanted to object but the deed was already done.

"This isn't right."

My kwami looked at me in bewilderment.

"Miawa Totsetemo has been a major thorn in our side and has constantly threatened to take over the world." I was getting agitated. "She's still a terrorist no matter what the papers now say. I can't trust her. She has to be plotting something, but what?"

"She's probably just trying to get by right now."

"Huh?"

I looked at my kwami.

"Trixx. You can't possibly be suggesting-"

"All I'm saying is, the Chief feels indebted to her and I get the feeling she's changed. Besides, if she was still a villain, why did she not accept the akuma?"

"She doesn't like being ordered by others."

"Akumas never give orders, only suggestions."

I stood.

"Every time an akuma enters an object of personal value to its target, the akuma will always heighten the emotion that drew it in."

"Yeah, but-"

"Let's not forget Mia hates you. Had she accepted that akuma she would've had enough power to kill you. But she didn't."

I hate to admit it, but Trixx sort of has a point. Still-

"I- I don't know."

This is still hard for me to take in. I'm confident she's still a villainess… but maybe… just maybe things will change. At the very least she isn't actively going about her villainy any longer and within the next 2 weeks I had heard of a mysterious mercenary like superheroine, one with a polka-dotted black and red jumpsuit.

Mia… just what are you planning?

In order to find Udaspes Folus, we'll have to compile all we know. First, he is the current holder of the Butterfly Miraculous. The superpower granted by the Butterfly Miraculous is akumatization, which is a process that infuses ordinary butterflies with magic. Butterflies which have been charged up this way are known as akumas. Akumas seek out those with a strong emotion and once they connect, if the holder of the Butterfly Miraculous is within range, a deal can be made. Once the deal is accepted, the akuma will then disperse its energy into that person granting them superpowers. The only way to reliably remove the akuma from a person is to find the object where the akuma is hiding and destroy it. Afterwards the akuma must be caught with the yo-yo provided by the Ladybug Miraculous in order to purify it and turn it back into an ordinary butterfly. Attempting to attack the akuma before it has been purified runs the risk of the attacker becoming akumatized as well. It is also possible for someone who's been akumatized to flat out reject it as was reported with the first akumatization case here. With that said however, I don't find it likely any more victims are going to find it within themselves to reject the help offered by the akumas and moreover the one who controls and directs them, though control may not be the most accurate word. Lastly the owner of the Butterfly Miraculous may at any time temporary take control of those they have akumatized or revoke their powers, i.e. they can purify their own akumas and in addition, unless they renounce the Butterfly Miraculous, they cannot akumatize themselves.

With all this said, it must be emphasised all this is in accordance to the normal Butterfly Miraculous holder and seeing how this loser is far from normal, I say it's best we approached the matter deducing how exactly his powers deviate from the norm. Let us go over the following:

For some reason all his akumas are pink. I've yet to see a normal akuma.

For whatever reason, he appears to be immune to the power of the Black Cat Miraculous.

He's able to send multiple akumas at once

If an akumatized person decides to use the powers granted to them by that lowlife against him, they instead will feel the pain and suffer for it. I'm not sure if this is always the case, but my hunch is telling me it is, which means even Medea the witch of Treachery will feel the pain if she were to get akumatized and used said powers against that clown.

He can levitate.

Size altering technology does not work on him.

Either he can turn invisible or

He can teleport

Of course I hardly doubt he's anything special. Most likely he just found some helpless lad or tricked a girl into helping him. After all, while the holder of the Butterfly Miraculous cannot akumatize themselves, this does not mean they can't akumatize someone to give them superpowers. Still, if this person turns out to be an accomplice, rest assure they will be going beyond bars as well. I don't know when we're going to catch him, but one thing's for sure. He's a coward.

Location: Somewhere in Japan

An abandoned apartment building on a street few dare venture on. There are rumors this street is cursed and vengeful spirits roam about. Inside a masked man with pink hair down to his waist is trashing the place

"Those damn- gaahh! I tried my best but you know what? You call me a coward? A Clown? Check your privileges? I am right! I have always been right. You're just a bunch of idiots."

The door is locked, every possible exit sealed off.

"They were ones who messed it up, not me!"

A butterfly is gently resting in his open hand.

"Don't blame others? Stop pitying yourself?"

Udaspes Folus stomped the ground as if throwing a temper tantrum.

"Don't tell me what to do! I've about had it! Aaaugh!"

Immediately energy pulsed from his hands into the butterfly transforming it into an akuma.

"Nooroo. Dark Wings, Fall!"

Now the supervillain Udaspes Folus was back to his regular civilian self. Nooroo flew about confused.

"My friend, we are in a grave situation. But don't you worry. I will get us out, heheheh. That's right Nooroo. My deepest apologies, but in order to save us both from that which plagues us I must do one thing. Nooroo. I renounce you."

Nooroo's eyes opened with shock as he sucked back into the Butterfly Miraculous. Taking the Miraculous off of him, the man shoved it into his personal hammerspace.

"Now- Come to me my pretty akuma and akumatize me! Ahahahahaha!"

The akuma floated about and soon another supermonster would appear except this time this supermonster would turn out to be the owner of the Butterfly Miraculous, or rather ex-owner since he's rejected it for now.

You see, what that man did earlier was deliberate. By locking himself inside a room completely sealed off save for a door, he can limit where the akuma will go and just as Hawkmoth did, so did this Miraculous holder.

Yes, stroking my anger has made even me susceptible to akumatization and because I've renounced the Butterfly Miraculous that means I can now be akumatized. It's unlikely Chijinda would expect me as the current holder and besides, even if he does, my friends can provide the perfect alibi. It's perfect!

Hm. I also wonder what my akumatized form would be.

Um… Is it just me or is this taking a really long time?

That akuma is just ignoring me!

Oh...oh.

Taking his hand back into his personal hammerspace the man retrieved the Butterfly Miraculous. By now half an hour had passed. With a deadpanned face he reequipped the Butterfly Miraculous.

"Nooroo. Dark Wings, Rise."

The little kwami looked confused.

"Well that's something… didn't expect that." the man said.

"Didn't expect what?" Nooroo asked.

"I apparently can't be akumatized, even if I renounce the Butterfly Miraculous."

Nooroo looked upon with curiosity. Someone who can't be akumatized? This was a first.

"That didn't turn out how I expected but you know what?"

Nooroo floated closer.

"This may be a sign. Yes, since I can't be affected by the Butterfly Miraculous I could give you a hand."

"A hand to what?"

The man smiled as he whispered to his kwami and outside an unsettling air wisped about.

"Don't you worry about it. It won't fail and it will be a masterpiece. Heheheh. It will simply be, Miraculous."
