Its been a while

so this might be a bit confusing but again all you need to do is ask in the review and I'll be sure to clear it up at some point whether it be in another chapter to edit in a clear explanation.

No one was prepared to see her. The hospital knew exactly who she was, the moment the nurses saw her they cried at the heart break the would feel once she woke up. A call to the girls Mother and Father was all it took for the both of them to drop everything and rush to the ER. Luck would have it that no one died in the accident but major surgeries had to take place to keep it that way. The driver his legs no ammount of surgery could salvage what was left of them. Vivian needed no amputations, but the possibility of her being a dancer were next to none. Two cracked ribbs, concussion, left ulna broken in two places, two broken fibulas, cracked lilium and tibias. No bone in her body was left un injured. No one was expecting her to continue dancing after the accident. Hell walking was a long term goal.

Then a miracle happened she woke up and was fully aware of her surroundings. Her parents soon pulled her out for specialized care at a privet hospital. Everyone was glad Vivian was gonna get all the care she was going to need. At least that what her parents told them.

He was not expecting a letter that day, his relatively new pen pal was usually puctual in his schedule for sending mail to him. In fact he made it a point to send letters only on Mondays and Thursdays. So a letter on this late on a Friday was exreamly out of the ordanary for the resercher. Upon opening the letter the senders message came through clearly. His daughter was involved in a car accident leaving her severely injured, a seperate pice of paper detailing her injuries further explained the gravity of the situation. With a wave of his wand a putronus was sent to poppy the matron of hogwarts and flury of action was set into motion as potion vials were put into a pouch. The fire place lit up as poppy stepped through a bag in hand.

"Severus," Poppy confused at his sudden message couldnt help but ask, "what is going on."

"No time poppy we must get going." Exdending his arm to to healer, who held on perplexed at what could've caused his stoic nature to crumble at the seams. They appeared in a an office of sorts and met a man and woman who then rushed out of the room, Severus not far behind dragging the woman along. upon entering the room poppy understood the rush. On a bed layed a young girl no older than 17 covered in bandages and casts of all sizes. Poppy took out her wand as soon as she saw no one put her and Severus in the room(not including who she assumed were the parents of the girl.) and began to run every diegnosis charm she knew. She first attened to the girls head, then giving her potion after potion to help her heal. Skele-gro would be nessessary but all the minor potions would cause a reacton they could not risk so administration would have to wait till the next day.

Severus knew that even if they fully heal the girl explaining it to the muggles would be difficult since the diver was still unconscious. A plan formed in his mind, but first, they have to heal her to the best of their ability. It was going to be a long night.

2 DAYS LATER

Severus looked over the young girl in front of him and waited she should wake up soon. Becuse of the extent of her injuries Poppy thought it best to put her in a temporary coma to allow her to recover faster. He knew without a doubt she would be absolutely heart broken once she did wake, as she would not be able to return to the muggle world for at least a year because the extent of her injuries were already public knowledge. Her parents were already taking steps to insure no one will ask question into her recovery. Her parents were unlike any two people he has ever met, on one hand they are both individuals deserving of respect and prestige, on the other they could be the best parents a child could ask for. No one can say they are undeserving people no one can say they don't love their daughter, because they have a love that is clearly visible to the naked eye. Nothing like his own parents.

Having gotten to know Geoffrey Peirce, he knew that the man was as ruthless as any successful person he also knew that he had strong morals and had firm lines he was unwilling to cross. Anything that compromised his relationship with his family was quickly put at the bottom of the list and only chosen if no other option was available and even then his wife and daughter were made aware of the situation and lists were made. Severus only knew this because he reseaved the Pro's and Con's lists on more than one ocation and asked wich was better, some had him question his life choices more that one ocation. Through that he made contact with Serena Peirce, the woman quite frankly terrified him.

Serena Peirce is a woman who knows what she wants. Once she decides on a course of action very little can persuade her otherwise. As a business woman her assent in the ranks was met met with much resistance, many thinking she didnt have 'the right equipment' to be successful. well she proved everyone wrong and then some when she became the inspiration for many of the new up and coming women in the business. One might think, 'with all her success she can't possibly be a good mother,' untrue. much like her husbant she has strong morals and firm lines she wont cross and creating List's has become a norm for the family, she has done the best she can to be there for her husband and daughter. Bringing him to his current position.

Vivian Peirce is a combination of her parents and then some. When he first met her a month after Sprout told him of her situation, he needed to gage whether or not she was worth the extra effort. At eleven she was an intelligent young girl curious about the world but unwilling to give up her dream. He sent lesson plans through Hogins, a bit on the harder side but he knew if anyone can deal with it she would, not thay he'd tellnthat to anyone. Now she layed in a bed with an uncertain future ahead of her.

When Vivian woke up she knew something was wrong One, she could have sworn that she was atbyhe hostpital and now she was in her room and Two the dark figure of none other than severus snape was sitting at her bedside. She knew she was in an accident, she remembered feeling the seatbelt burning her shoulder as she was shoved foward, the sound of paul shouting before he grew silent, the smell of burning rubber and the tast of metal all before succumbing to her injuries passing out. She remembered waking up her mum and dad at her side both with tears in their eyes, telling her that paul lost his legs and that he'd never walk again.

"Professor Snape, what are you doing here?"

He looked at her for a few seconda befor answering. "Your father sent me a letter, he wanted to know if we could do anything to help you."

"We?"

"The Matron at Hogwarts and I. We were lucky enough to compleatly heal you."

"Thank you. Where's mum and dad." she asked looking around.

"They're making arrangements for you, you see because of your accident and the extent of your injuries becoming public knowledge you cant go back into the muggle world. They are making it seem as if you are going to a rehabilitation center for an extended period of time in order to recover. I know its not ideal but at least you can still dance and you van go back to the Acadamy in a year or two." Severus waves his wand and cast all the basic diegnostic charms he knows on Vivian.

"Where will I go then if I can't stay here where will I go" she whispered tears gathering in her eyes as her shoulders start to shake. In that moment her Mother and Father enter the room.

"Oh sweet heart we were so worried about you, luckily your father had the thought to call for severus or else everything could have been so, so much worse." serena hugged her daughter close Geoffrey not one to be left out enveloped them both into his harms and whispered reassurances in Vivians ears.

"Everything will be ok we'll work it out, we'll make it work."
