After their less than graceful split, Kurt and Blaine go their own ways and develop their own lives. Blaine is a single dad working 3 jobs to pay the bills. Kurt is on the brink of breaking into the fashion industry and on the rocks with his fiance. A wedding of an old friend brings them to the same room for the first time in 8 years, and it may just become more permanent reunion

15. A little note

To my dearest readers,

I first want to apologize for my most recent prolonged absence. I am not one to make excuses, and I'm not usually one to blame anyone but myself for things. I'm also not one to open up, but I felt it necessary to share. Along with other difficulties in my life that I've mentioned in the past, I have been fighting an illness that had had me in and out of hospitals for the past few months. I will not go into detail, but the process has been draining and has left virtually no time or energy to write. I hate using my illness as an excuse for anything, but in this case it really is the only thing to blame.

That being said, I've been in remission for about a month now, and when I promised I'd continue this story, I meant it. No matter what I have every intention of continuing this story, I just ask for your patience. I really appreciate those of you who have stuck with me and my story through this time, and I promise updates are being finalized for release very very soon.

I can't promise an exact schedule, but I am going to aim for at least one chapter a month for now - if not two. I just ask for patience and understanding and I do hope you stick around to see it through with my boys and Mackenzie.

This note will be replaced by a real chapter within the week!! I am back and raring to go! Thanks for all the support.
