Ello, ello, ello. Welcome back to another chapter of the Quirkless Arm. So I'm still deciding on who to pair Izuku with, but this is only the second chapter, so there's no rush. That's basically all I got to say(I really need to figure out how much to say) so without further ado, Enjoy!

QUIRKLESS ARM
CHAPTER 2
In the present, Izuku Midoriya, age 14, has stopped moving due to the commotion in front of him. He walked through the crowd to see a giant person causing a disturbance. Then the pro heroes came.
One stopped the civilians from advancing further, one caught a piece of a building before it fell on anyone else. That scene brought some unwanted memories for Izuku. Then one pro hero, Kamui Woods, showed up much to the happiness of his fans. He was about to use his special attack.
CANYON CANNON
All of the sudden, another pro hero, Mt Lady, came in with a devastating kick to the man's face, which knocked him down.
"Make way for the new hero. I'm Mt Lady, pleased to meet you all." She said as she posed for the cameras taking her photos before shrinking down with the villain. Midoriya decided to write in his notebook, until someone called for his attention.
"Come on Deku, we're about to be late."
That person that grabbed Midoriya's attention was Katsuki Bakugo. After Midoriya grew a new arm and showed Bakugo, they started hanging out more and became friends or for better terms, rivals. Bakugo then started to run.
Midoriya looked at his Quirk Arm. His arm was covered with an black arm wrap, reaching from the elbow to the hand, with the fingers and thumb showing. He then squeezed his hand with determination before putting his notebook after and running to catch up with Bakugo.
At school, Midoriya and Bakugo was sitting in class as the teacher was talking.
"Alright now, today we're going to talk about your futures. I have handouts for career choices, but why bother..." He said with a grin on his face.
"You all want to go to the hero course, huh?" The teacher threw the papers as students used their quirks out of excitement, except for Midoriya and Bakugo.
"Yeah, Yeah, you have some amazing quirks, but no using your quirks in class." The teacher said.
"Yo teacher, don't lump me with these clowns." Bakugo said. "Some of them would be lucky enough to be some D-lister's sidekick."
'Wow Kacchan' Midoriya thought as the classmates yelled at Bakugo.
The teacher then talked about how Bakugo was going to apply for the Hero Course. But he then mentioned Midoriya's name, which made Midoriya flinch. The classmates then just laugh.
"Really, Midoriya?" said the guy could inflate his face.
"There's no way Izuku will pass." Said the guy who can pull his eyes out his socket.
Midoriya looked down in embarrassment. Bakugo then spoke back.
"And what? The guy that can inflate his face and the guy who can pull his eye out their sockets has a better chance? Get real." Bakugo said, which insulted the two students.
"Hey!" the two students yelled back. "What can Deku really do?" The eye socket guy said.
"What Deku can do with his quirk makes your quirk look like dog shit. Not that it wasn't already shit." Bakugo said, which made Midoriya blushed. Before they can retaliate…
The bell ranged and the students ran out of the class for the day.
Some students tried to mess with Midoriya but were stopped by Bakugo.
"You better watch yourself, Bakugo!" One student said.
"Or what?" Bakugo retaliated while creating mini explosions in his hand. The student walked away and Midoriya and Bakugo walked out of school grounds.
They decided to got to the store for some drinks. They went down a alleyway for a shortcut.
"Hey, thanks for backing me up back there." Midoriya thanked Bakugo.
"Hey, all I did was spoke some truth, their quirks are useless." Bakugo responded.
"Aren't you being a bit harsh?" Midoriya Asked.
"Hey, if you can convince me that their quirks are more useful then ours, I'll call you a fucking madman."
They both then burst out laughing. But then they notice something coming right in front of them. It was a strange Sludge Monster.
"Look at this, Two bodies! Can't decide which to choose!" The monster said it charged at the two boys.
Bakugo thought fast and created an explosion with his hands. The explosion stunned the monster as he unleashed a big attack on the monster.
Quirk: Explosion
Bakugo's quirk allows him to excrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command to create explosions.
The monster then surrounded the two. "You two are MINE!"
Midoriya and Bakugo looked at each other, gave a simple nod before Midoriya removed his arm wraps and Bakugo put his hand on Midoriya's shoulder.
The two are engulfed in the monster's sludge. Then the monster fell apart and fell to the ground in a liquid state.
"WHAT, why did my body do that?" The monster then looked at the two boys. Midoriya had his Left Arm fully showing, with the light green energy coming from it. The energy from the streak surrounded the body of the two boys. When the monster gained back control, he made some distance between them.
Quirk: Quirkless
Midoriya's quirk allows his Quirk Arm to turn his stamina into energy that can nullify quirks.
Midoriya's quirk shut off as he used up a lot of energy.
"You Little BASTARDS!" The monster said as he tried to attack them but Bakugo grabbed Midoriya and avoided the attack. Then someone jumped down.
"WORRY NOT," The mysterious man said. "BECAUSE I AM HERE!"
One person can to Midoriya and Bakugo's mind, it was the number one hero, All Might.
"STAY BACK, I GOT THIS!" All Might shouted as he charged for an attack.
TEXAS SMASH
With one hit, the sludge monster fell to pieces and passed out. All MIght then found 2 empty bottles and collected the monster in it.
He then turned to the 2 boys. "HELLO THERE, YOUNG CIVILIANS! YOU TWO WERE EXTREMELY BRAVE DURING THIS!"
Midoriya and Bakugo were in awe about who was standing right in front of them.
The number one hero. The strongest hero. And he had just save them from a villain.
"Holy Shit." Bakugo said.
"YOU'RE ALL MIGHT!" Midoriya shouted.
