A twenty-year-old woman with long brown hair with red and black highlights, bright green eyes was in a town called Lakewood in New Orleans. She was in Lakewood to find her biological mother, but also to find a woman who she once met and who also found out her biological parents and their past. She had heard that this girl was in Lakewood as well. She wanted to learn all about her and her youngest half-sister, before going to her adopted family's manor here in Lakewood. Which is why she was at Grindhouse Café.

She also made eye contact with the woman, who didn't seem so happy to find out that she was here in Lakewood. She sat down and watches as the woman pick up her laptop in a hurry and left. She almost feels sorry for the woman

"Hello, can I get you anything?" she looks toward the sixteen-year-old

"Two hot teas please Emma." A voice said from behind them, but she didn't need to see who it was

Hermione Jean Granger walks toward them and sat down across her. She looks at Emma who turned around to get their order, before turning toward Hermione. Hermione handed her some files, but she kept one file to herself.

"One file is all your mother needs to know you're the real deal. The rest is about Piper, she seemed to have researched you even after you stopped being her friend after finding out her secret obsession. She's a Journalist and I found out that she became a Journalist, a day after finding that you once wanted to be one. Piper also seems to be obsessed with Brandon James, Daisy Anderson, and Emma Duval. More reason you couldn't be here; this all about you." Hermione told her

"Hermione, I need to know my biological mother and my sister despise Piper being here. I can handle myself and you know it, so can you- "She stopped talking as Emma came back with two cups of tea

Once Emma left their table, she turned back to Hermione who explained the history of Lakewood and what had been going on in the present. She learned about the murders of Nina Patterson, Rachel Murray, and just yesterday Riley Marra. Hermione then told her that where her mother lived, and she decided that after she gets everything set up with her manor then she would go over and confront her mother about who she is.

"Hermione, does she know about our gift?" she asks her friend who nodded her head

"Yes, she's a squib in a long line of squibs and yet they all seemed to keep in touch with our world. They also never keep it from their own flesh and blood, so yes your mother most likely knows." Hermione answered her question

She and Hermione finished their tea and then got up, they paid for their drinks and left to go to her manor. Her manor in New Orleans was one her adoptive family had kept in top shape as for some reason they stayed here as a getaway. Her late adoptive parents had been asked to be moved here by many people, but a certain old man had always seemed to find a way for them to stay in England. Then that's Halloween came, and everything changes for her. She remembers that when she was eleven, she would wish the events would happen differently.

When they made it to the manor, they went in and many of the house-elves greeted her as their mistress. She smiled at them and let them handle her suitcases and walked into the living room with Hermione,

"So, what did you keep from me? Hermione" she asks her friend

"What?" Hermione asks her in a tone that says she hasn't had any clue what you are talking about

"You're hiding something from me what is it?" she asks her friend

Hermione sighed and told her to wait as she wanted to research it some more. She didn't like it, but she would let Hermione have her way for now. She decided to take the one file for her mother with her and went back out to her car. But before she was fully out of the manor, she had asks for Hermione to stay until Andromeda Tonks with her grandson arrived through the floo. When Hermione agreed, she went to her car and started to drive off.

She drove her car to the home of her biological mother who should be home as Hermione had informed her of that. When she got to the right house, she found a parking spot and parked her car. She just sat there and stared at the house for a moment, before getting out of the car and shutting the driver's door behind her. She with the file in hand slowly walked up to the house and once she was up there, she knocked on the door. When it was opened, she saw blond hair that reaches down to her shoulders and a blue-eyed woman.

"Can I help you?" the woman asks her

"Are you Maggie Duval?" she asks, but she knew the answer already

"Yes, I'm and you are?" Maggie asks her, but she handed her the file

She saw Maggie open the file that she gave her, the file holds the DNA test that she had requested that proves who she was. She saw Maggie's eyes widen and slowly looked up from the file and just stared at her in shock.

"My name Rebekah Lily-Daisy Potter, the adopted daughter of the late Lord James Fleamont Potter and the late Lily Jasmine Potter. The biological daughter of Brandon James and Daisy Anderson. I'm the daughter you gave up." Rebekah finally told her

Rebekah then watches as her mother fainted, but she caught her just before she hit the floor. She does wonder if she could have asked to come in and sit down first?

Meanwhile back in the Manor of the Potter family, Hermione had to connect the floo for Andromeda to come through and once she did, she asks her if she needed Hermione's help with anything. Andromeda decline her help as she had her grandson and the house-elves. When she has her answers, she told Andromeda she had somewhere to be and with that, she walked to a cabin that wasn't too far and was owned by the Potter family. The cabin was on the land that belongs only to the Potters and so if anyone lives there is wanted by many people; they're protected.

Rebekah is still new to being an heiress and still learning about everything that Dumbledore kept from her, but she is a fast learner. But she doesn't know about this cabin and who lives in it. The only one who knew was the late Potters and she only found out about it and in turn him by accident. She walked toward the cabin's front door and knock before she waited. When the door opened, she was met with a blond-haired man who was about thirty-five-year-old.

"Is she here?" the man asks, turning around and walking to a chair that was next to a table of potions

"Yes, she's here in Lakewood and so is Piper Shaw. She's right now visiting her mother, she saw Emma at the café." Hermione answered the man

"She's beautiful just like her mother. She's inherited her grandmother's brown hair, but it being messy with the highlights due to the blood adoption. Does she know about me?" The man asks

"No, she doesn't. Have you been taking the potions at the right time and day?" Hermione answered, before asking the question to him

"Yes, are you sure it's will be permanent after?" the man answered/asked Hermione

"Of course, after you finished all the potions; the change will be permanent. Then you will be able to walk around, free as a bird." Hermione answered and the man just nodded

"What do we do about Piper?" Hermione asks the man who turned to look at her straight in the eyes

"Let her handle Piper, if Piper dare harm her then I will deal with her myself," the man said and Hermione doesn't doubt it one bit

Hermione almost feels bad about keeping secrets from her friend, but she also knows her friend is keeping something from her as well. She has a feeling it's something about Piper. After she and the man were done talking, she must return to the Potter Manor, before Rebekah returns. But she had to wonder if all this would end in an almost happy way or should she regret telling her friend about Lakewood?
