"I do apologize for teleporting you here without having Barriss warn you of its affect for first timers," said Zane apologizing to Ahsoka. "Teleportation is not supposed to do that, but I guess it is different when you are teleporting someone from across the galaxy. Back home it was just from one part of the planet, to the other."
"It's okay. Alpha gave me something to help with the headache," Ahsoka replied. "So, you're the one who made my friends the Power Rangers?"
"Actually, your friends chose to become the Power Rangers. I didn't make anyone choose," Zane corrected. "I'm glad they did chose to become the Power Rangers. They have done a lot of good and have saved a lot of lives."
"I know," Ahsoka replied turning towards her friend smiling at her. "So, Barriss told me you wanted to see me?"
Zane nods in response and leads Ahsoka out of the room, alone. "First of all I assume one of the many questions you have is why I didn't ask you to become a Power Ranger, correct?"
Ahsoka looks a little surprise Zane knew what she was thinking. "How did you know?"
"Just a guess," said Zane as they enter into another room, which appears to be empty. "I was considering asking you, but I had another idea. Tell me, how much did Barriss tell you about us? At least about the Power Rangers."
"Well, she told me how your father gave the past Rangers a power to help them fight off evil," said Ahsoka recalling parts of the story her friend told her.
"Correct, in fact one of those powers are the old Power Coins that your friends now have," Zane uses his staff to reveal six gold coins with symbols on them to Ahsoka. "They were created long ago to help the original Power Rangers defeat past enemies that once served Damien's father. However, one of these pat enemies destroyed my father's old base and damaged the Power Coins."
Ahsoka took a look at the coins and recognized each of them. They were on the belt buckles of their friends, each with the same symbols as the ones she is seeing now.
"So, how did you fix them?" she asked.
"I was able to use my power to restore them enough to help the original Rangers help a new group of Power Rangers during an invasion," Zane explained showing now images of every past Power Rangers joining together to fight an invasion of robot soldiers. "However, when I decided to come here to this world I needed to give the Power Coins a new power that would restore them and the Zords."
"Zords?" Ahsoka asked confused.
Zane showed another images of the Dino and Dragonzord. "They are the ultimate weapon of the Power Rangers. Whenever an enemy uses their powers to grow their followers into large monsters, the Rangers can summon their Zords to help them. They can even combined them to form what we call the Megazord."
Ahsoka soon recalls hearing he names before and what Torus was doing on Geonosis. "So that's what Vindi meant when he said what he was doing to the Geonosian worms."
"Exactly," Zane replied. "If you and Nathan hadn't stop the worms then the Rangers would have been destroyed by their own Zords. So thank you for doing that."
Ahsoka begins to smile. "I was just doing what they would have done if I was in their position. So, you were saying about the Power Coins?"
Zane nods and continues with his story. "Someone close to me helped give me what I needed to restore the Power Coins and Zords. I noticed though it gave them a power boost, which is good because of how powerful Damien's monsters are. However, I underestimated how powerful Vampira was."
"You mean what she did to Nathan?" Ahsoka remembers how she saw Nathan got hurt during his fight with Vampira. He claimed he was fine, but she knew otherwise. "How is he?"
"He is fine," Zane replied and placed his hand on her shoulder to reassure her. "He just needs some time to rest. This is bad because now the Power Rangers don't have the Green Ranger to help them. However, there is some good though because I was able to help Nathan transfer his power to Jake, temporarily."
"That's possible?" Ahsoka asked curious on how that can work.
Zane nods and begins to explain. "Long ago, one of the past enemies of the Rangers was called Rita Repulsa. She had in her possession the Dragon Coin, which Nathan has with him."
"How did she get it?" Ahsoka asked.
"I don't know," Zane replied as he continue with his story. "She used her powers to turn a human named Tommy under her spell and used him to become the Green Ranger. With his power he was able to defeat the Power Rangers time and again until they were able to free him from her spell. However, Rita used a green candle that drained Tommy's power. The Power Rangers tried to stop her, but was too late and the candle went out."
"Tommy lost his powers then," said Ahsoka surprised that despite being able to save their friend, he still lost his powers.
"Not exactly. To keep her from using the Green Ranger's power, Tommy gave up his power coin to his friend the Red Ranger to prevent Rita from completing her plan. This means the Red Ranger could use the Dragon armor and dagger to summon the Dragonzord," Zane finished explaining. "Nathan gave his son the power feeling he is ready to lead and can help the others until their father gets better."
Ahsoka begins feeling happy for her friend and how he is given the opportunity he has now. "So, why am I here then?"
Zane walks towards a nearby wall and activates a light revealing seven podiums, each with a different color. Red, yellow, blue, pink, black, green, and white. All but the seventh have nothing on them, while the seventh has what appears to be a morpher with a gold coin inside.
"After Tommy lost his power completely, my father created a new power for him to have. That power that he gave him is the White Ranger, and the White Tigerzord. It was destroyed along with the original Dino Zords. But after years of hard work I was able to restore both the Power Coin and the Tigerzord. I was going to give this to you when I summoned the others, but I needed to check on something."
"Which is what?" Ahsoka asked while drawn to the focus on the morpher as if it is calling out to her.
Zane noticed this and begins to smile. "To see if it sees you are ready."
Ahsoka stares at Zane confused for a moment, before realizing who he is talking about. "The morpher?"
"It seems the power I found gave the Zords a mind of their own," Zane replied and continued explaining. "It senses and choose whoever they feel can use their power. Once it chooses they become one and the Zords become loyal to whoever uses their powers knowing it will be done for good."
"So, how does it know I'm worthy of its power?" Ahsoka asked curious to hear the answer.
Zane begins to explain. "When you risked your life to help save that Clone from the Wampa, or when you risked your life to help save Nathan from Torus and Vampira. It could sense how you are loyal, courageous, and fearless no matter what you went up against. That's how it knew you were the one to use its power. And that's why it wants you to become the new White Ranger."
Ahsoka began thinking back about all those times that she did risk her life, even if it almost cost her life. She even recalls how despite fighting against Mace Windu, she wasn't afraid. She kept calm and fought on to save him. Then she recalls how when she grabbed Nathan's dagger it began to glow.
At first she didn't think much of it, but after what Zane said maybe it showed that there is something in her that the Zords could sense that she didn't know about.
"But again, this is your choice," said Zane interrupting Ahsoka's thoughts. "If you want to become a Power Ranger it is your choice. I know you are busy being a Jedi Padawan and I don't want to take away any responsibilities you have now."
Ahsoka thought back about what Barriss said about her being a Power Rangers has allowed her to do more good than she did as a Jedi. That's something what Ahsoka wants to do, but there's one problem. Her master, who she doesn't want to lie to him about her becoming a Power Ranger. She does trust him, but she knew he would tell the Chancellor about her and the power would end up in the hands of the Republic.
"I appreciate the offer, but for now I have to decline," Ahsoka replied sadly.
Zane nods his head understanding Ahsoka's decision. "Very well, but if you ever change your mind then you can contact us." Zane pulls out what appears to be a watch and hands it to her. "This will allow you to communicate with us whenever you want and it can be used to teleport you here."
"What if someone finds it?" Ahsoka asked concerned someone like her master might find it.
"It will only be used by you and no one else," Zane replied as they begin to leave the room.
"Zane," Ahsoka began getting Zane's attention. "Thank you for the offer and I'm sorry that I turned it down. I want to help my friends, but…"
Zane moves his hand up interrupting her. "It's okay. I understand your decision and do not worry. Your friends will be okay and if they need any help I'll assist them."
"Really?" Ahsoka asked surprised. "Well, okay and thank you again."
"Any time," Zane and Ahsoka bow in respect before she heads off to meet up with Barriss.
Alpha walks by and approaches his friend. "Did she say yes?"
Zane shook his head. "One day perhaps, but for now I'll need get the morpher ready."
"But Zane, what if something happens to you?" Alpha asked worried for his friend's safety.
"I'll be fine," Zane replied. "Now, let's go finish up fixing the Zords and check on them."
Coruscant
Obi Wan is with Anakin finishing telling him what happened during the meeting. He explained that the Power Rangers are their allies, but they won't be getting involved in the war. It didn't make Anakin happy since he thought if they were on their side they would help them end this war. However, after his friend explained the reason why he decides to let this go, for now.
What got him interested was finding out the name of Vampira's master, Damien. They didn't have an idea of what he looks like, but from what Zane explained to the Council he appears to be human. But underneath his appearance lies a monster full of darkness and evil. He hopes he can find this Damien and bring him in, except the Council believes to leave him to the Power Rangers to deal with.
"I still think we can bring him in if we come across him," said Anakin as they continued walking down the halls.
"Anakin, you've seen what Vampira is capable of. If she is that strong, imagine how strong her master is," Obi Wan argued back.
This was part of the topic the Council was finishing going over. They knew that if Vampira is powerful enough to defeat a skilled Jedi Master and even brainwash them, then how powerful her master can be. They knew if they did confront Damien they would have to leave it to the Power Rangers to deal with him. It was better this way and would prevent any casualties.
"I know you trust them, but if they aren't willing to show themselves in person to talk to us then can we really trust them?" Anakin asked.
"I think all the good they have done since they showed up should answer your question," Obi Wan replied back as they stop outside the training room where they see some Younglings training with Master Tera Sinube as the instructor. "Anyways, let's discuss about this later. Right now there's something else you should know about Ahsoka."
Anakin knew what Obi Wan meant and figured this topic was coming up. "What did they decide?"
"They agreed that she is ready," Obi Wan replied smiling as he pads his friend on the shoulder. "Congratulations. Your first student is going to become a Knight."
Anakin should be happy, but he was still sad that she is no longer going to be his student anymore. They have bonded for so many years and he knew one day she would become a Knight. He just didn't think it would be so soon. He still isn't sure if he is ready to let her go.
"Can I ask you something?" Anakin began. "When I was going to become a Knight, were you okay with it?"
Obi Wan knew where this is coming from and decides to be honest with his friend. "Not at first since I believed you still needed to learn some things. But, I knew you were ready to go off on your own and you have proven that to me every day. You are still a reckless and get yourself into trouble. Still, I was very happy and proud to be your teacher."
This made Anakin crack a smile knowing he felt the same way. "Thank you, Obi Wan. I admit when I was your student I did have some problems and was a little reckless. But I'm glad to know I have been able to make you proud."
Obi Wan begins to smile himself and nods his head. "I know you're worried about Ahsoka, but we both know she is ready. You have taught her well and she has proven herself every time. You two will not be on every mission you go out on, but it doesn't mean you won't see each other again. Just like us."
Anakin couldn't disagree with that and Obi Wan could be right. He and Ahsoka might even go out on missions together like he does with Obi Wan. So this isn't goodbye. This is just her going on a new path, where one day she'll have a student on her own and teach her Padawan like he did with her.
"When do you want me to tell her?" Anakin asked.
"Tomorrow, her trials will start soon," Obi Wan replied.
Rhen Var
Damien walks around the room with Torus standing nearby with a group of robot guards. They are currently holding electric staffs surrounding an electrical fence keeping what Damien released from escaping. Inside the humanoid snake monster or a Naga is swallowing a Tauntaun it just killed. The creature has a black and red scales, red eyes with yellow slit in the middle, and two arm with sharp claws.
As it finishes eating the animal it waits moment before opening its eyes and turning towards Damien. "Is this anyway of treating one of your loyal servants, master?" the female Naga asked.
"The last time you served our master you disobeyed him, which lead to our defeat," said Torus angrily at the Naga.
"I underestimated our enemies," the Naga explained before bowing her head before Damien. "I apologize master, and I wish to redeem myself by continuing to serve you. Give me any orders and I will obey it."
"I know you will," said Damien as he lifts his hand causing the fence to come down. "That is why I freed you. I freed you so you can continue to serve me, and if you complete the mission I have in store for you then you will be redeemed. Do you accept, Kobura?"
The Naga lifts her head and accepts the deal. "What is thy bidding, my master?"
One Week Later
The Power Rangers are sitting in Dex's Diner eating after their long week of training. After defeating Golem the Rangers went through some more training to get them ready in case they encountered Vampira or Torus. Now that they know how powerful Vampira is in her true form they have to be ready in case they come across her. Zane even upgraded their armor so it can be strong enough to resist heavy damages.
Jake received extra training from his father due to him having the Green Ranger power. He was glad that his dad trusted him with this power, but did wish he would spend some time with Ahsoka. They haven't seen her much since Ryloth and Jake is worried she is avoiding them. Barriss reassured them she is not and has been busy with what the Council has been discussing with her about.
They are sitting in the corner of the diner, even though there aren't a lot of people in today. This was good since this means they didn't have to keep their voices down to whispers like they do when they want to talk about something important.
"How is your father doing?" Barriss asked sitting next to Rick, while Jake, Rachel, and Lux are sitting across from them.
"He's doing fine," Rachel replied. "But he is getting to the point where he wants to get back to training, despite being hurt."
"Sounds like he is getting bored," said Lux as he takes sip of his tea. "I wish I could switch places with him though. I would take resting in bed, than training."
"I don't mind the training anymore," said Rick as he pours some more ketchup on his food. "I've gotten used to it and I feel good."
"That's because you're not a senator or a Jedi like us," said Lux pointing at Barriss and himself. "We have jobs of our own and it is not fun."
"Agreed," said Barriss as she pours more of her coffee showing how tired she is. "Master Yoda has agreed to let me get some rest, but even so the training takes any chance of that happening."
"Well put away your worries and your fifth cup of coffee of the day Barriss because Z said we got the week off," said Rachel using the nickname she came up for Zane. "I am so going to use this time to go to the spa and get pampered. Barriss, you want to come?"
"I'm not really into that kind of stuff," Barriss replied. "I am going to use my time off to mediate, relax, and get a goodnight's sleep."
"Well I'm going to take some of that spa and relaxation," said Jake as he begins stretching his arms. "Mom has these droids that not only know how to give a good massage, but will make your body feel brand new."
"Speaking of mothers, how is your mom doing with Numa?" Lux asked.
"They're both doing well. They have been bonding so much and she has helped with Numa's nightmares," Rachel replied recalling how her new adoptive sister has been waking up with bad dreams. "I'm there to comfort her, but when I was too tired to comfort her mom was there to help."
"Does she still have the same nightmares?" Barriss asked recalling what her friends told her.
Rick nods in response. "Poor kid. Seeing your parents die is bad enough, but to see the last member of your family go through the same thing."
"Well she's getting better and that's all that matters," said Jake.
"It really is," the group looks over and see Ahsoka walking towards them. "Hey guys, how are you?"
"Ahsoka!" Jake got up from his seat quickly excited to see his friend. "I'm so…I mean we're so glad to see you."
Ahsoka giggled when she noticed Jake's reaction. "It's good to see too, Jake. All of you, I missed you."
"We missed you too, snips," said Rick chuckling at the nickname he overheard Skywalker gave to Ahsoka.
Ahsoka rolled her eyes as she pulled up a seat. "Sorry I haven't talked to you guys in while. I've been very busy with some things."
"The Council aren't putting you through anything difficult, right?" Barriss asked when she noticed her friend's tired eyes. "You look like you haven't slept in a while."
"I could say the same to you," said Ahsoka pointing at her friend's coffee cup. "Been busy?"
Barriss nods in response as she moves the coffee cup away. "Ever since Ryloth we have been getting some extra training done."
"More than what we thought we would get," said Lux as he moves his head down exhausted.
"Well, at least it's good to know the trainings we gave you guys back home wasn't bad," said Ahsoka recalling the trainings her master, Obi Wan, and her gave to the rebels.
Lux couldn't help but chuckle and nod in agreement. "These are worst."
"So, where have you been?" Jake asked curious on what Ahsoka has been up to.
Ahsoka looks around and leans forward to her friends. "I'm not supposed to say anything yet, but the Council has been having me take the trials."
Barriss's expression turned to shock and joy when she heard those two last words. "That is great! I am so happy for you."
"What trials?" Rick asked confused.
"The trials a Padawan takes in order to become a Knight," Barriss explained and then turns her attention back to her friend. "How far have you gotten? Did you get through all of them or just a few?"
"All of them," Ahsoka replied as her friends all cheered happily. "But, they're still going over how I did. I think I did well, but still fingers cross."
"We all hope you pass, but yeah," Rachel shows her fingers crossed. "But if you become a Knight does this mean you will accept Z's offer?"
Ahsoka turns towards Barriss who shrugged her shoulders. "I didn't say a word. They all guessed why Z wanted to talk to you."
Ahsoka sighed. "I still don't know. I wouldn't mind working with you guys and kick some butt."
"Which is fun," said Rick with a chuckle. "At least when you kick the butts of the bad guys. Plus it always makes us feel good knowing we helped save a lot of innocent lives."
"Ain't that the truth," said Jake as he clears his throat when Ahsoka turns towards him. "But it's your choice and if you are not ready then we understand, right guys?"
Everyone nods in response making Ahsoka happy that her friends understand about her decision. "Thanks guys, I promise I will let you all know when I make my decision. By the way, Jake can I talk to you for a moment, alone?"
Jake nods and follows Ahsoka outside wondering why she wants to talk to him alone. As they leave the diner he waits to hear what Ahsoka has to say to him.
"Jake, I know you lied to me about being one of the Power Rangers and I understand why you did it. However, I want to know if you know if there is anything else you have been lying to me about right here right now," said Ahsoka with a serious tone.
Jake knew there was one thing he wanted to tell her, but he wasn't sure if he should or not. After seeing the seriousness in her eyes he knew he had to tell her even if she hates him.
"The medallion I had Barriss give you. We used it to help hear you guys talk on Ryloth. That's how we knew Vampira was on the planet," he replied waiting for her to either slap him in anger or say something.
Instead he heard her sigh and see her pull out the medallion from her pocket. "I figured as much. Alpha told me about this and how Zane asked you to give it to me."
Jake seeing the expression on her face began to get worried. "So you're mad then?"
"I was, until he told me you and Barriss were against this," she replied. "He told me you guys didn't want to lie to me and you felt I could be trusted with the truth. So I didn't like that you lied to me about this medallion, but I'm glad to know you guys had good intentions. And this came in handy during my fight with Master Windu."
Ahsoka and Jake began to laugh a little both happy with how things turned out in the end. For Jake it was a relief, especially how Ahsoka isn't mad at him for lying to her about the medallion.
"Anyways, I wanted to give this back so here," Ahsoka handed the medallion back as Jake puts it away.
"I'm sorry that it wasn't a good gift to give that turned out to be a lie, but maybe this will make up for it?" Jake pulls out a bracelet with a small medallion on it. "My mom made this for Rachel, Rick, and me. It is said to bring us good luck and will protect us. So, that is why I want to give you this. And don't worry it doesn't have any spy stuff this is legit."
"I can't accept this Jake," Ahsoka replied. "Your mother gave you this and it wouldn't be right for you to give it to me."
"Don't worry, she'll understand and besides if you are going to become a Knight you're going to need a lot of good luck," said Jake as he places the bracelet on Ahsoka's hand.
Ahsoka looks down at the bracelet and then back at Jake. She could tell he felt bad for lying to her and wants to make it up to her. So she places the bracelet around her wrist and notices the symbol on the medallion. It had some kind of word on it, but she couldn't read it.
"What does this say?" she asked.
Jake takes her wrist and replies in a language Ahsoka didn't recognize. "It means, 'Hope'. My mom says that as long as I have hope then we have a future."
Ahsoka smiled and leans forward to kiss him on the cheek. "Thank you."
Jake smiled back. "Anytime and if you become a Knight then we should go celebrate."
Ahsoka nods. "Okay," she then begin receiving a message from her com-link.
"Ahsoka, it's me," said Anakin. "Head back to the Jedi Temple. The Council wants to speak with you."
"I'll be right there," said Ahsoka before turning off her com-link and turns towards Jake. "I'll see you later then?"
Jake nods and returns the kiss as he kisses her on the cheek. "Good luck."
Jake walks back into the diner, while Ahsoka stands where she is surprised by what Jake did. She begins to smile happily and heads off to the Jedi Temple.
Jedi Temple
Anakin has been waiting outside the Council Chamber for an hour after they finished giving him the decision they made about Ahsoka. He is happy with what they told him and he hopes she is ready. As he waits he looks out the window and remembers the day he first came to the Jedi Order. Many of the Jedi felt he was too old and wouldn't become a Jedi.
Master Qui-Gon Jinn never gave up on him and fought to make him a Jedi. He eventually did become a Jedi and after years of training proved he belonged with the Order. He just hopes Ahsoka will be okay without him by her side. He also hopes if she ever gets a Padawan that he or she won't get her almost killed like she did to him years ago.
Anakin began to chuckle at how many times Ahsoka came close to killing him off. "I know she wanted to help, but her help almost crushed me."
"Are you talking about when we first met?" Ahsoka asked as she walks towards him. "If it is then for the last time I knew what I was doing."
"So you say," said Anakin happy to see his student. "So, did you talk to your friends?"
Ahsoka nods in response and then looks out the window. "They were wondering where I have been for this past week. I told them the truth. I hope you don't mind."
"Not at all," Anakin replied crossing his arms. "They made their decision."
Ahsoka knew who Anakin is talking about and nods her head. "Master, if they do decide to make me a Knight, we will still be able to have some missions together, right?"
Anakin could tell Ahsoka is going through the same thing he is. They both have been together for years and he can't blame her how she feels.
"I'm sure we will," Anakin replied trying to cheer her up. "Obi Wan and I are no longer teacher and student, but we still go on missions together. So the same can be said about us. But no matter what the Council's decision is I just want to say I am honored to have been your teacher. You were reckless when we first met, but you had a desire to prove yourself and you showed it every time."
Ahsoka couldn't help but smile at what her master said. "And I am honored to have been your student. Even if you were a little hot-headed and you kept some secrets from me like with Padme."
Anakin stares at Ahsoka shocked for a moment, before he cleared his throat and tried to act normal. "I don't know what you mean."
Ahsoka began to giggle. "It's okay, I know. It wasn't hard for me to figure it out."
"Wait, how did you figure it out?" Anakin asked wondering how someone else he knows figured it out. "Please tell me it wasn't obvious."
"Kind of," Ahsoka replied. "But I noticed something was off years ago when you were concerned for Padme's safety when she got captured by General Grievous. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but the more I saw you two interact the more I figured something was up. Then one day I was on my way to deliver a message to Padme, when I saw you two kissing in her apartment."
Anakin groaned softly. "When was this?"
"A year ago," she replied as her expression changed. "It's okay though. Padme explained to me why you didn't say anything. If the Council found out and they knew I knew about you two I would have gotten in trouble. Isn't that right?"
Anakin nods in response. "The rules state we can't form any attachments, and I understand, but when I'm with Padme I can't hide how I feel about her. We both know what we're doing is a risk, but we don't care. I did want to tell you, but I didn't want to risk you getting in trouble too. I doubt they would punish you, but it's better safe than sorry."
"I get it and I'm okay with it. Just like I hope you will be okay with what I tell you," she takes a deep breath and tells Anakin the truth. "I think I'm starting to fall in love with Jake."
"Alexis's kid?" Anakin asked not sounding surprise, but still reacted like he was. "How long have you been feeling this way?"
"Ever since we met," she replied as she sighed. "I thought these were feelings like the ones I had with Lux, which went away after I noticed him spending more time with Rachel. But the more time I was with Jake, the more they grew. I guess that's another reason I didn't want to see him this week."
This is what Anakin wanted his Padawan to avoid. Forming attachments, especially knowing how difficult it is to hide them from the Council and from everyone else.
"I talked to Padme about this, but I was wondering what you would also do in this kind of situation if you were me?" she asked.
Anakin wanted to tell Ahsoka to let go for these feelings and forget about them. But he knew he couldn't. If he did, especially after she knows the truth about him it would make him look like a hypocrite. He knew he had to tell her so she won't go through what he did, but no matter how much he tried he couldn't say it.
So he decided to tell her what he really thinks. "I think wait a while, until you are absolutely sure he feels the same way for you. If he does then tell him, but only if you are sure."
Ahsoka knew Jake does like her, but she decides to take her master's advice and wait. "I will and thank you."
"Anytime, snips," the door to the chamber begins to open and Anakin turns towards Ahsoka. "Ready?"
Ahsoka nods in response. "Ready."
As Ahsoka walks into the dark room the door behind her closed and soon 12 lightsabers ignite around her. She looks behind and sees her master standing by the door smiling and nods his head.
"Step forward, Padawan," said Master Yoda.
Ahsoka approaches the elder Jedi and kneels in front of him. As she does this the rest of the Jedi Council lower their lightsabers downward.
"Ahsoka Tano, by the right of the Council," Master Yoda begins moving his lightsaber over Ahsoka's right shoulder and then the other. "By the will of the Force. Dub three I do Jedi…" he then cuts her Padawan braid as it falls to the floor. "Knight of the Republic."
Meanwhile
Several ships began to land in the city of Coruscant. Some were ships that came to get away from the war, while others came on business. Out from the ships came a dark skin woman with green eyes and dark hair. She is wearing a dark cloak that covered her body and dark clothing. She heads away from the public and walks towards the city, not noticing several men following her.
She soon noticed them when she looked through a reflection of a store to see them following her. Spotting an alley nearby, she walks towards it as the men followed her. Once she was away from any people nearby she stops. The men soon stopped as well and one a Zygerrian wearing a cloak approached her.
"Hello dear, are you lost?" he asked while the men with him laughed.
The woman begins to smile as she turns around to face them. "I could say the same thing. I thought Zygerrians are not welcomed around here."
"We're not," the Zygerrian replied. "But my friends and I come here once in a while on business. If you want we can help each other out, for a price."
"No thanks," the woman replied. "I'm busy with my own business. So I strongly suggest you walk away."
The men begin to laugh as more appeared from the shadows. The Zygerrian motions for them to surround her so she doesn't try to escape.
"You're in no position to make demands, my dear," he said as he grabs her arm expecting her to put up a fight, but strangely enough she doesn't.
Instead the woman begins to laugh, which left the men confused. It wasn't until the woman grabs the Zygerrian's wrists and twists it enough to break the bone.
This caused the Zygerrian to scream in pain as he sees the woman's eyes begin to change. "I gave you a chance to live, now suffer the consequences."
She lunges at the men as their screams echoed across the alley, but the sounds of the vehicles and people drowned out the screams that soon died down moments later. The woman an hour later appeared from the alley licking her lips and letting out a small burp.
"Hmm that was good," she said as she pulls out a whip that she got from the Zygerrian. "This might come in handy for later." She then turns her attention to where the Republic ships are at and begins heading towards them.

Oh yeah this is a three-part arc that will lead to another that will reveal the home world of Alexis, Nathan, and the kids. I cannot wait to describe the world where they live and we hope you all will like it. Thank you to my friend again for his help on this and we hope you liked it too. Also yes the name of the Naga is in Japanese for Cobra.
