On Today's Episode: The search for Dizzy continues as the spies investigate a Tachikawa landmark, the Skywhirl Tower, in hopes of stopping Felicia from taking even more hostages for whatever hairy scheme she's got in the wings. But when more of the citizens of Tachikawa begin to fall victim to brainwashing via strange strands of hair, can the spies contain the problem before it spreads across the city?
Act 2: Getting Wiggy With It
7:40 P.M. – The Skywhirl Tower
The spy group observed the tower they got to.
"Okay, this tower place is pretty cool, not gonna lie," Britney admitted.
"I don't think we've got time to stand around and gawk," Melissa quipped.
"Mission now, take in the sights later," Bridget proclaimed.
"Yeah, we've got a crazy wig lady to take down!" April exclaimed.
"And a good friend to save on top of that," Mira added, referring to Dizzy.
"Totally!" Clover proclaimed.
"Man, you guys have some strange villains, don't you?" Fena commented.
"Oh, tell me about it," Sam chastised. "We could go on and on about the things our rogues' gallery has done..."
"But now's not the best time," Nozomi remarked.
"Hey, there she is!" May proclaimed and pointed directly at Felicia Mane, who had two new hostages with her and no intentions of letting them go at all.
"All right, Felicia, drop those two right now!" Nick demanded. "We've got you cornered!"
"Oh, do you, now? We'll see about that soon enough," Felicia sneered.
"You'd REALLY do whatevers in front of us?" Mat taunted at her.
"Um, what is she doing and why should we move away from it?!" Alex chastised.
"I don't think I wanna find out," Sam quipped.
"Neither do I," Blaine replied with a shudder.
"Are you willing to take your chances then?" Felicia sneered at the spies.
Melissa then tilted her head at Mat, Sam, and Britney as if to say "Team up with me, guys."
The four spies split from the group and started moving around Felicia, looking for an angle to attack from. However, when Melissa was the first to lunge forward and strike, Felicia used her living hair to move one of her hostages into the line of fire.
"What did I say about taking chances?" Felicia cackled.
While all of this was happening, though, Nick took to the sky with Sortiliena holding onto him as he did so.
"Just gotta get a good shot," Nick quipped as he aimed his hand for what he hoped was a blind spot in Felicia's living wig.
"All right-y then, what did you want me to do?" Sortiliena asked.
"When I blast her, you're gonna jump off and pounce on her so I can free her hostages," Nick explained.
"Roger that!" Sortiliena proclaimed.
While Melissa and Mat continued to shuffle around and try to get to Felicia without hurting her hostages, Nick moved around to behind Felicia and fired off a Final Shine Attack into her back, and the instant that Felicia stumbled forward, Sortiliena jumped off of Nick and pounced hard on Felicia, wrestling with her long enough to allow Nick to sever the hair strands holding Felicia's hostages.
"Nice teamwork, buddy!" Sortiliena laughed as she high-fived Nick.
Felicia took a few steps back before grinning wickedly.
"Do not think you have ruined my plans yet, spies," Felicia cackled. "After all, this is only the beginning."
And with that, Felicia swung away by using her living wig, with Haruka once again snapping a tracker on her before she could get away.
"That's not disturbing at all," May quipped as the spies regrouped.
"Should we still check out the tower?" Nozomi asked.
Nick, however, sensed something off nearby.
"Uh-oh, that usually means trouble," Alex stated.
And Alex had no idea how right she was, because Felicia's hostages were slowly getting back on their feet and advancing menacingly on the spies.
"This is one of those times I hate being right," Nick proclaimed as he jumped over one of the hostages aiming a flying kick towards him.
"Okay, so, why are those two attacking us?!" April exclaimed as she slid under the other hostage trying to pounce on her.
After blasting the two hostages backwards with a psychic pulse, Nick did a quick scan of their thoughts.
"Yup, just as I thought," Nick stated once he found what he was looking for. "They're being brainwashed by something."
"Wait, by what?" Souji asked.
"I just noticed a strand of Felicia's crazy mane stuck to their heads," Nick replied. "That must be what's controlling them."
"Jeez, now we have mind-controlling hair?!" Mira proclaimed. "This chick's going way too overboard."
"I see what you mean," Fena admitted as she jumped away from the hostages.
"Sonic Mode, online!" Bridget shouted, transforming into Sonic Mode before lunging forward to send the hostages stumbling and allowing Nick to ensnare both of them in his psychic grip.
Both Sam and Mat moved in to find the strand of hair that didn't belong and pluck it out, breaking the mind control and leaving the hostages confused.
"Hold on, Nick, don't blast the crazy hair just yet, 'kay?" Sam quipped when she saw Nick raise his hand. "I'm gonna send these off to Jerry for analysis, see if we can figure out how she's doing this."
"And back to what I asked before, should we still head inside the tower and investigate?" Nozomi asked.
"I think that's a good idea," Sortiliena answered. "Because now that we know she's using hair strands that can brainwash people, who knows how many people she might have gotten to in the tower before we got here?"
"Sortiliena's got a point," Nick responded. "I did a quick radar scan, and I can sense Dizzy's thoughts somewhere in the tower."
"That's all the convincing we need!" Mira proclaimed. "Let's set sail, Jellyfish Pirates!"
"Ah, that never gets old," May giggled as the group walked into the Skywhirl Tower.
"DIZZY?! ARE YOU IN HERE?!" Akira called out.
Everybody looked in all directions.
"I just hope we're not too late on Felicia Mane executing her master plan on her," April stated.
"If my guess is right, Dizzy's safe for the time being," Sam deduced. "I just hope she doesn't do the same as before with me and Alex..."
Alex nodded, remembering Sam had her hair in solution once they were captured.
The team continued on until Mira decided to release some tension.
"By the way, Mat," Mira told him. "We finally got to go to Hawaii ourselves like Dizzy did, and we totally loved our stay there."
"Oh, you did?" Mat asked.
"Totally," Akira replied. "We had a good time educating ourselves in Hawaii lifestyle."
"Great to hear," Mat quipped. "My lifestyle can certainly grow on you like it did with me."
"If I can say this..." Mira added. "I can't remember having that much fun in a swimsuit... ever."
"And I can personally guarantee that Dizzy loved her time there," May quipped.
"Now I can see why it means so much to ya, Mat," Souji stated.
"I didn't get to go myself," Fena replied. "But they said I'm definitely coming the next trip."
"Well, you won't be disappointed then," Mat laughed.
"We weren't," Alex quipped.
Nick and May nodded in agreement. Britney and Sam were no different since they were seeing Mat themselves.
Just after that, the spies heard an X-Powder chirp; Sam knew that was hers and that could only be one person...
"Hello, spies," Jerry greeted.
"Of course," Clover teased.
"Whaddya got, Jer?" Sam wondered.
"I have the results of the hair you sent me, Sam," Jerry quipped. "As well as RiCO."
"Well, let's hear it," Bridget remarked.
"From what we gathered, the mind-controlling aspect of Felicia's disgusting wig seems to have similarities to the SUDS," Jerry explained.
"SUDS?" Fena wondered.
"Simple-minded Users Destroy Spies," Sam answered. "It's a spray of soap suds that can mind control people, which means that can only be one person."
"If it's the Inventor, then ooh, boy, do I have a bone to pick with that jerk," Nozomi proclaimed.
"Right on the money, Nozomi," RiCO answered. "The Inventor is currently on the lamb, so keep an eye out for him, 'kay?"
Bridget hummed at that.
"I'm guessing Dizzy dodged a major bullet there," Haruka deduced.
"Yes," RiCO stated. "But she may not be very lucky the second time around..."
"We better hurry then," Nozomi emphasized.
The spy team started running to wherever Dizzy was being held captive. During that time, May and Alex released some more tension by quietly discussing their summer car wash plans while Nick used his psychic radar to pinpoint where Dizzy might be.
"I'm really looking forward to this, you know," Alex quipped. "You still gonna keep it a secret from Nick?"
"Yeah, I think we can do that," May responded. "It'll be so much more fun that way."
Fortunately, Nick didn't hear a word said between May or Alex, focused as he was on trying to find Dizzy.
That was when Sortiliena got another call from... "him," but Blaine and Britney happened to notice that.
"Who's calling you, Sortiliena?" Blaine asked first.
"Eh, just a spam caller," Sortiliena answered, hoping they'd buy it. "Even W.O.O.H.P. gets them all the time. They're always things like 'your rent is due, need some assistance?', or even some way out-here things like 'CONGRATULATIONS, YOU'VE WON A FREE ATOMIC DEATH LASER!'..."
"Oh, please, those things are never legit," May proclaimed. "There's always a catch to those 'free giveaway' calls."
"Someone really needs to do something about that, methinks," Sam quipped.
"My email account's no different," Nick laughed. "Thank goodness for spam filters that slip the nonsense out of the mails I am looking for."
Everyone had a good laugh at that, even Sortiliena, who was thankful that they didn't question any further. She knew she was walking a very thin line concerning what Terrence was making her do, especially considering that Nick was psychic. She really didn't want to do this, but she knew that if she didn't...
I'm sorry, Ronye... I didn't mean for you to get involved in any of this... Sortiliena thought.
Nick glanced upwards when he sensed a set of very familiar thoughts.
"Did you find her, Nick?" Mira asked.
"That's Dizzy, all right," Nick responded. "She's only a couple floors above us, which means we'd probably better get moving."
Thankfully, no more brainwashed people accosted them on the way up, and the spies were able to follow Nick's psychic radar to an out-of-the-way room where Dizzy was being restrained in one of the same chairs that was holding Fena, with a large vacuum machine above her ready to suck all of her hair out.
"Not this time, suck boy!" Nick exclaimed, firing a Final Shine Attack into the machine to destroy it before it could so much as touch Dizzy's hair. Alex fired a few Laser Lipstick shots to break Dizzy's restraints, then moved her away so that May could smash the chair with her anchor.
"...Nick, that pun sucked," Nozomi giggled.
"Hey, I workshop thousands of these things a year, and they can't all be gold," Nick admitted. "...wait."
"Looks like I got out of that mess with my hair intact," Dizzy quipped, checking her hair to make sure nothing was out of place. "Thanks for coming to my rescue, guys."
"Us Jellyfish Pirates always help out their fellow crewmembers, no matter what!" May proclaimed. "That was Johnny's personal vow when we founded the group, right?"
It was then that Dizzy noticed the newest addition to the group. "H-Hold on, Fena?!" Dizzy gasped.
"Yeah, I got sucked into this madness, too," Fena admitted. "May and her boyfriend found me, but I lost some of my hair in the process. Though, gotta be honest, I kinda like the short-haired look."
"So, is Fena actually part of the Jellyfish Pirates now?" Bridget asked. "We kinda forgot to ask that earlier, considering we were focused on finding Dizzy."
"Yup! Fena's our newest member!" Dizzy giggled. "We recruited her right after Spring Break when we noticed someone giving her crap about her long hair, and she actually whipped him in the face with it!"
"Wow, she pulled a Shantae on him," Haruka laughed.
"So, what does the crazy wig lady want with my hair?" Dizzy wondered.
"Let's get out of here first," Sam replied. "Because we may have another villain to deal with now."
8:31 P.M. – Somewhere in Tachikawa
"So now we've got a mad scientist who uses soap suds to brainwash people?" Dizzy quipped after the spies had finished their explanations of what had been happening. "Jeez, your rogues' gallery really does have some crazies in it, huh?"
"Isn't that the truth," Melissa laughed.
"We should probably start looking for those two before we run into anymore..." May stated, only to trail off when she looked ahead and saw a horde of people all slowly approaching them with glazed-over expressions. Naturally, Felicia and the Inventor were leading the pack.
"...trouble," May groaned.
"Well, well, spies, it has been a while, hasn't it?" the Inventor laughed.
"Not long enough, you nutball," Nozomi proclaimed, shifting into a fighting stance. "I've got half a mind to thump you sideways for what you and Edison did to my parents, you know."
"Ah, a story for another time, though," Felicia laughed. "We have other things to do for the moment, spies, so how about you play with our friends? Ta-ta for now."
And with that, Felicia and the Inventor retreated as the brainwashed citizens advanced on them.
"Oh, this is definitely not good," Haruka stated.
"Focus on finding the crazy hairs and plucking them out!" Sam exclaimed. "Nick, you wake up any of them that got affected by the SUDS!"
"Roger that, Sammy," Nick proclaimed. "All right, you peeps, time to wake up!"
Everyone equipped their Cyberjacker Sunglasses to find the crazy hairs; as for the Jellyfish Pirates, they made due haste with what they had to distract the people.
April let one of the people approach her before bum-rushing him, shoulder-tackling him into a bunch of other people.
"Ah, the patented April Shove," Yuki giggled as she twirled around someone trying to grab her.
"...why are you still calling it that?" April groaned as she shoulder-tackled a person that was trying to go after Mat.
"Thanks, Mira," Mat quipped as he used the Wind Tunnel 9000 in an attempt to find the crazy hair, then grab it and pluck it off the person's head.
"'Preciate that, Mira," Clover remarked when Mira managed to ascertain another person and pin him on his back.
Clover then blew in his hair to snake out the crazy hair; plucking it out was no problem. That was when Clover used the Wind Tunnel 9000 on the said hair.
"This is gonna take forever!" Bridget proclaimed after using Sonic Mode to wear out a third person.
Unfortunately for Clover and Mat, the hairs managed to get back on the people they had saved.
"There's gotta be a faster way!" Souji exclaimed. "We're gonna tire out faster than we think!"
"Allow me," Alex quipped as she pulled out the 24 Hour Extra Power All Day Adhesive Hair Pomade. (A/N: Remember S2's I Dude?)
"That works," Sam happily stated as she got hers out as well.
Clover did so as well.
"Allow me to give you the perfect opportunity then," Nick replied as he used his psychic powers to form a big bubble.
"Good move, Nick!" Haruka commented.
"Let the cowgirl come back, too!" Clover proclaimed.
She used the cord of her Expandable Cable Bungee Belt to get some of the people captured; everyone else did the same with their own ECBB cords.
"Let's get 'em, Sammy," Alex quipped.
She, Sam, and Britney used their 24 Hour Extra Power All Day Adhesive Hair Pomade to capture the brainwashed people right where they were.
"Works every time," Britney stated proudly.
The people were gagging at the fluid at their feet.
"We gotta remind Jerry we need a solution to undo the glue," Sam quipped.
"Totally," Clover remarked, remembering the first time she used the said gadget.
With that, Alex and Britney used their Wind Tunnel 9000s to blow big air at the hairs on everybody's heads.
"We gotta pluck 'em, remember?" Nick reminded.
"Of course," Nozomi quipped.
"Or we could cut 'em out ourselves," Bridget replied.
"Well, let's just get 'em off," April told the others.
Everybody took a person one by one; despite a lot of "OW"s from people, they started to regain their bearings and catch up to reality.
"Next time, use a good shampoo in the shower," Clover commented.
"I wonder how plain water would've done," Blaine stated.
"It probably might've done the same," Mat guessed.
"In the meantime, hopefully Jerry might have a solution to free the people from the 24 Hour Extra Power All Day Adhesive Air Pomade," Sam quipped as she got to calling Jerry.
In the meantime, Haruka and Bridget were still suspicious of Sortiliena telling them she had a "spam call." The two shared a nod before Melissa spoke up.
"Now, we got two people to stop," Melissa told the group.
"And Jerry just said he'll send some people to free the people we trapped," Sam added.
Haruka and Bridget knew whatever it was about Sortiliena had to wait.
"Something bothering you two?" Dawn wondered, noticing their body language.
Melissa listened in, too.
"Well, Sortiliena said something about a spam caller," Haruka replied. "But I'm not entirely sure that's what it was."
"You think she's hiding something from us?" Bridget wondered.
"Maybe it's just something that's her business," Melissa quipped.
"Does Nick know anything about what it might be?" Dawn wondered. "I mean, he can read minds, after all..."
"Nah, Nick wouldn't do that just willy-nilly," Melissa proclaimed. "He probably knows that it's probably something that's personal to her, and Nick would never read someone's mind unless he absolutely needed to."
"Guess all we can do for the moment is hope that Sortiliena can tell us what's really going on sometime soon," Bridget replied.
"Any sign of our targets, Nick?" May asked.
"I'm sensing some dangerous thoughts somewhere that-a-way," Nick replied. "Let's move."
"Does this happen a lot for you guys?" Fena asked.
"Oh, you have no idea, Fena," Sam laughed.
"Trust me, Fena, when you've worked for W.O.O.H.P. as long as we have, you really just get used to the number of crazies and crackpots we have to deal with on what seems like a weekly basis," Nick stated.
"Sometimes I wonder how we survived high school with all of the nuts we had to deal with," Alex admitted. "I'm still shocked that none of our teachers ever really gave us heck about all the times we were out on missions..."
"Well, what about our very first mission when we had that really annoying teacher?" Clover replied. "When we got back, we had a new, much nicer teacher."
"I'm pretty sure that was Jerry covering our keesters," Alex chuckled. "You know, that would make sense if it really was Jerry covering for us this whole time..."
"No kidding," May laughed, walking over to pat Sortiliena on the shoulder. "How about you, Liena? You ever had something like that happen to you?"
To May's shock, Sortiliena seemed to take offense to that, lashing out to slap May's hand away from her.
"Only one person can call me that!" Sortiliena growled, surprising everyone. However, Sortiliena's anger quickly faded, replaced with panic and sadness when she realized what she'd just done.
She took a few steps back, scared to even respond, before she turned around and activated her Jetpack Backpack.
"I-I'm so sorry!" Sortiliena cried as she took off before anyone could stop her.
Naturally, the spies were incredibly confused as to what had just happened.
"Um... did I say something wrong?" May asked. "I just thought it was a cute nickname..."
"She said 'only one person can call me that' before she took off," Alex quipped. "I wonder who she was talking about..."
Haruka and Bridget both glanced at each other, wondering if that had something to do with the supposed "spam caller".
"Is... is she going to be okay?" Melissa wondered.
Before Nick could decide whether or not to go after Sortiliena, a long whip made of Felicia's hair flew in and struck him in the back, sending him tumbling.
Nick went into a roll before jumping back to his feet and spinning around to face his attackers.
"All right, that was low, even for you," Nick growled. "Especially when we've got another problem to deal with."
"You'd best focus on me right now, little boy," Felicia cackled as she advanced towards the spies, her gigantic wig actually moving her around for her.
"Okay, this is creeping me out!" Alex exclaimed. "That wig is really starting to make me wanna ralph!"
"Then how about we start pruning?" Melissa stated as she and Dawn threw a pair of Boomerang Buzzsaw Barrettes to slice off tendrils of Felicia's wig.
Nick moved in, slicing off more tendrils with a psychic blade, followed by Sam and Mat firing Laser Lipstick (Chapstick in Mat's case) shots to sever even more tendrils.
However, all of the severed tendrils of hair quickly regenerated.
"How sad that all your efforts amounted to nothing," Felicia cackled.
"Then we'll just have to keep cutting so fast that you can't regenerate!" Nick shouted, snapping his fingers and causing a bubble of golden light to expand outwards and cover the immediate area, freezing time for everything within the bubble but himself.
Nick quickly moved in to start slashing at as many tendrils as he could while time was still frozen inside the bubble. Despite getting much better with his psychic powers, performing a time freeze was still the most draining trick in his arsenal, which meant he couldn't keep it going for very long.
On his way around, Nick noticed a certain part of the wig acting strange, and decided it would be worth his time to cut that part, moving in to do just that before jumping back and snapping his fingers to cancel the time freeze.
Once the bubble dissipated, all of the tendrils that Nick had cut fell off...
...and then Felicia's entire wig split in half, falling off of her head in pieces and leaving her bald once again.
"Y-You... you little wretch!" Felicia exclaimed. "D-Don't think this is over!"
With no other option at the moment, Felicia retreated, though not before Haruka snapped a tracker on her back.
"Okay, so... what just happened?!" Fena exclaimed. "Was Nick moving at, like, the speed of light or something?!"
"Not quite," Nick replied, realizing that Fena had never seen him do that before. "Basically, I channeled some of my psychic powers into a short-range bubble that froze everything inside the bubble for a little bit, and that gave me time to cut her wig up."
"You're a psychic?!" Fena gasped. "THAT'S SO COOL!"
"We'll explain the full story later," Nozomi quipped. "Right now, we'd better follow Felicia to make sure she doesn't have anything worse waiting in her hideout."
But as the entire group set off to find Felicia's secret lair, only one other thought was going through Nick's mind.
What's going on with you, Sortiliena?
"I probably would've said the same thing to shorten her name, honestly," Mat stated to May.
"I think the real question is WHO can only call her Liena?" Melissa commented.
"Ideas, anyone?" Bridget wondered.
Nobody had an idea, especially Nick and Sam. Fortunately, Sortiliena was long gone and didn't hear the "Liena" nickname again.
"This could be weirder than what we're facing now," Mat commented.
"What IS she up to anyway?" Dawn wondered.
"Is Sortiliena friend or foe?" Melissa added.
"It appears she must be a friend," May deduced. "She's been with us the past few missions, after all..."
"That would be my guess, too," Blaine commented.
"She's gotta be a friend, after all," Nick remarked, immediately suspecting something on Sortiliena's "spam call" she spoke of.
The time for theories was interrupted when Haruka's X-Powder sounded from the tracker she threw on Felicia.
"If one of our rogues' gallery is behind Sortiliena's strange behavior, I'd bet money that it's Tim Scam," Sam told the others.
"Not a bad guess," Haruka commented. "I probably would put my money on him, too."
"But anyway, that was pretty weird if we do say so ourselves," Dizzy commented about what happened with Sortiliena.
"Whatever happened to 'see something – say something' anyway?" Mira wondered.
"Unfortunately, it looks like that's starting to become a thing of the past little by little," Nozomi chastised.
"We'll worry about that later," Haruka remarked. "I got a reading now."
"Where'd they get to?" Mat wondered.
Souji glanced at the map on Haruka's X-Powder and immediately recognized the location.
"That's near Ami's gravesite," Souji told everyone. "From when she died the first time."
"Who's this Ami?" Fena wondered.
Obviously, the Jellyfish Pirates realized that Fena was new and she had no clue whom Ami was. When Fena was told, she was completely stunned at hearing Ami had died TWICE – once before, and the other after she was "resurrected" courtesy of Professor Genesis and Macker the Safecracker.
"Yikes, and I thought the bad guys you all fight were crazy before," Fena quipped.
"Trust me, Fena, Genesis is a special kind of sick in the head," Nick answered.
"Needless to say, those were two missions I'd like to forget," May emphasized.
"Well, we got two villains to stop," Britney remarked. "so, let's hit it!"
With that, everybody followed Haruka and listened to her X-Powder pinging rapidly as they got to where Ami's gravesite was.
When the group got there, Felicia and the Inventor were certainly prepared for the spies' arrival.
"WATCH OUT!" Clover screamed as everybody ducked in all directions to avoid the long tendrils of hair that shot towards them.
"Let me guess, you've got another new wig?" Nick proclaimed, and sure enough, Felicia had another living wig adorning her head.
"Rule twenty-four, am I right?" Felicia laughed.
"And it seems like one of your posse is conspicuously absent," the Inventor laughed.
"How about you stop sticking your nose into our business?!" May shouted, spinning around before throwing her anchor towards Felicia. Even if she raised parts of her wig to form a shield, the anchor still struck her with enough force to push her backwards, and this allowed Nick to slip in and blast her with a Final Shine Attack.
The Inventor, knowing he didn't really have any combat prowess, stood on the sidelines and started taking potshots at the other spies with his Laser Vision Spy-bulb laser sunglasses.
Nick responded by catching the Inventor in his psychic grip and yanking the sunglasses off of his head, then tossing the Inventor into the nearby fountain.
"Okay, so how do we stop this thing if it just keeps growing back?!" Nozomi shouted as she ducked under another tendril strike from Felicia. "How did you take it apart, Nick?"
"There should be a part of the wig that sticks out," Nick answered. "Find that and cut it up, and the whole thing should fall apart!"
"Pity that you won't get that chance this time!" Felicia proclaimed, whipping multiple tendrils out at once to scatter the spies. "I know you can't pull your freezing bubble trick for a while, after all."
"Who said I need to freeze time to stop you?" Nick taunted.
Thankfully, Felicia took the bait and started marching towards him while Sam, Mat, and Britney all moved to behind Felicia.
While they charged for Felicia, May went after the Inventor to keep him from using any of his strange gadgets.
"You just can't beat the awesomeness of the anchor," May giggled as she knocked the Inventor down with a flying kick.
The Inventor then glanced towards Ami's gravestone and raised his laser gun towards it, only for Alex to cartwheel in and kick the laser gun out of his hands so May could smash it with her anchor.
"Don't even think about it," Alex proclaimed.
"Thanks for the assist," May quipped. "Now watch as I make this punk eat anchor."
Nick backflipped over Felicia to dodge another tendril lash, then knocked her to her knees with a psychic pulse.
"I see the weak point!" Nick exclaimed, raising his hands to snatch Felicia in his psychic hold.
"All over it!" Sam exclaimed as she, Mat, and Britney all struck with whatever cutting gadgets they had towards the wig's weak spot. A few slashes later, and once again Felicia's wig fell apart at the seams while the rest of the spies moved to destroy the remaining tendrils.
"That's two wigs down," Melissa proclaimed. "You wanna push your luck and make it three?!"
Felicia and the Inventor took a few steps backwards as the spies advanced on them, but a rapid beeping from one of the Inventor's devices made them smile wickedly.
"And what's with the creepy smiles, buddy?" Clover taunted.
"Oh, just the fact that our secret weapon is finished and ready to unleash on your pathetic little city," the Inventor laughed.
"So, while we would love to keep playing with all of you, we must bid you farewell for now," Felicia cackled. "Come and stop us if you dare!"
Just to make sure the spies couldn't follow them, the Inventor aimed his rocket launcher, the Spy-Raser, at the ground and fired, the explosion forcing the spies to stay back even as Nick moved to clear the smoke away with a psychic pulse, but both of the villains had already retreated.
"Well, that was a thing," Akira sighed.
"Why do they always do that?!" Yuki shouted.
"Well, I've still got a tracker on them," Haruka proclaimed as she opened her X-Powder to track where the villains were heading. "And it looks like they're heading back to the salon where Dizzy first got kidnapped for some reason."
"Sounds perfect to me," Dizzy laughed. "I've got some beef with those two, and what better place to finally stomp them than at the place where they nabbed me?"
"Well, sounds like it's game time," Mat stated. "Let's get back to that salon and end this once and for good!"
The spies and the Jellyfish Pirates, after stopping briefly to say their prayers for Ami, set out back into the city to put an end to Felicia's crazy scheme.
To be concluded...
On the next episode...
Sam: All right, Felicia, you might as well just give it up right now!
May: Yeah, there's nowhere left for you to run!
Felicia: Oh, I wouldn't be so sure if I were you.
Dizzy: H-Hey, what the heck is that thing?!
Alex: Um, why is the salon shaking?
Clover: Why do I get the feeling that I'm not gonna like what's about to pop out of that building?
Nick: Yeah, I'm getting the same feeling here. Let's trash whatever this is real quick-like, then, next time on the final act of Totally Spies: Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow, "Splitting Hairs"!
Fena: I see your scriptwriter really likes puns, doesn't he?
May: At least he's keeping them in the episode titles instead of tangling some into our... OH, ARE YOU FOR FREAKIN' REAL?!
Fena: Um, May, why did you get your anchor out?!
