Part two of the new arc and this is chapter 37. Thanks for being patient guys and also thanks to my friend again for his help. I appreciate it and we hope you all like this new chapter. So last time we saw Ahsoka trying to get passed all the people she has lost that she was unable to save. We also saw the Rangers trying to help get Onderon ready for war, which is coming to them with Vampira and Kobura leading the fight.
How will things go for our heroes when the fighting begins? Will Ahsoka become the White Ranger soon before it begins? What will happen with Saw and his new rebellion? And what is Rachel planning to help Lux with the people?

Heart of the Tiger part II
Inner Rim
Ahsoka doesn't know where they are going, but she could tell how far they have been walking. Two hours-and-a-half. It's not far from where they were at, but it was enough for anyone to believe they took them to any random place. For her she was taught better and knew in the direction they went so she can retrace her steps if they get out.
Earlier after the rebels found them, Ahsoka and Jake came down from the hill where they were confronted by Saw. He handed them both a blindfolds and told them to put it on. Ahsoka wanted to speak to him without them having any issues, but he threatened them if they didn't do as he tells them. She knew he was bluffing, but decided to play along.
At least until she could speak with Saw and try to get him to let them go. Hopefully it will be soon before their friends realize they are missing or if her friends will be forced to use their morphers.
She felt one of the soldiers take her to where the light got dimmer and began removing her blindfold. She takes a look around to see she is in some sort of tent. Her friends are not inside with her so she assumes they're placed somewhere else. As she was about to say something she sees Saw walking inside.
"Your friends are okay. I just wanted to speak to you alone."
"Is that why you took my weapon?" Ahsoka asked unsure if Saw is on their side or on his.
Saw pulls out Ahsoka's lightsabers and handed them back to you. "We just wanted to make sure you weren't under anyone's control when we found you. After what we heard on Ryloth we aren't taking any chances."
Ahsoka was relieved to hear that Saw didn't blindfold them because he was their enemy, he did it because he was being cautious. She couldn't blame him for being that way. After what happened on Ryloth the Clone soldiers were all tested to be sure they weren't under Vampira's control anymore. Even Master Secura and Windu were being watched just in case.
So she took back her lightsabers and thanks Saw. "Sorry, I just though when you saw me that you were still mad because of…well you know."
Saw knew what she was referring to and goes to sit down in his seat while sighing softly. "For a while I was, especially since there some men that talked about how you let her fall on purpose."
"I didn't," she replied. "I tried saving her, and I would have if I didn't get shot."
"I know," he replied reassuring her he believe her. "It still doesn't help make the pain of losing my sister go away. However, I have to put those feelings aside and focus on what is important."
"So you know then. Does this mean you are going to help us?" she asked hoping his answer is 'yes'.
Saw replied and gave her his answer. "I'm fighting to help protect the people of Onderon, but I won't fight with your Clone army."
"Why not?" she asked. "You can't hope to fight off against all the droid army on your own. Not to mention you any of the monsters that Damien might bring."
"We'll take that risk and we didn't need the help from the Clone army to win our freedom," said Saw refusing to change his answer.
"No, but you did need help from the Jedi to assist you," she replied as she tries finding another way to change his mind. "Look, I have seen what these monsters are capable of and how fighting them alone won't stop them. That's why we need to work together so we can stop them."
"I've heard how these monsters took down your soldiers and Jedi. If we can't stop, then what makes you believe working together will change anything?" Saw asked.
"Because of the Power Rangers," she replied seeing his expression changed by what she said.
"You know them?" he asked hoping her response is a good one.
Ahsoka wanted to tell him she does, but has to say it in a way that doesn't make it seem like she knows who they really are.
"I met them before and they helped us when we were liberating Ryloth. I also know they will come to help us against the monsters, but we need to move out of here. They plan to fight the monsters away from the cities and town so the people don't get hurt. If we're around we'll get caught in the crossfire."
Saw has heard about the Power Rangers and how the people look up to them. Even his soldiers who believe with their help they will be able to defeat the monsters and save their home.
"When will they appear?"
"Soon, but until Damien's forces appear," Ahsoka replied hoping she is getting through to him.
After a minute Saw makes up his mind. "All right, we'll move away from this area. However, we won't be working with your Clone soldiers."
She wanted to argue against that suggestion, but knew if she tried pushing this he might change his mind. "Fine. Once we start evacuating the people from the cities and towns we'll need help to keep them safe. Can we count on you to protect them?"
"Yes," Saw walks towards the exit of his tent and motions for Ahsoka to leave. "Contact us when you get the people to begin leaving and we'll take care of the rest."
"Saw, wait!" Ahsoka called out as she approaches him. "My friends, I want them back."
Saw opens the flap to the tent and shows Ahsoka's friends outside waiting for her, while they are being kept an eye on by some guards. "You can all go now."
Ahsoka nods and walks towards her friends glad to see they're okay. Jake notices her and smiles happy that she's okay. "Everything okay?"
"Yes, how about you two?" she asked.
"We're fine, just getting to know everyone," Rick replied as the rebels brought them a speeder to use. "So, the meeting go okay?"
Ahsoka nods in response and then looks back at Saw's tent. "I just hope he won't do anything crazy."
"Me too," said Jake as they get on the speeder. "So, what did you two talk about?"
Ahsoka lets out a small sigh and decides since getting back might take a while she decides to tell them everything.
Saw looked as the three friends were talking "I couldn't really stay mad at her. Not after she lost her brother. That's what made us equal."
Iziz
Back at the city, Lux is getting ready for his speech to speak to the people. Rachel left to try getting her part ready so when Lux spoke she would make her move. As he waits to give his speech he begins thinking back when his mother was preparing for her speech. She would look over what she wrote, memorized them, walked back and forth while practicing what she says, and then be alone with her thoughts before going out.
It always seemed to work so he tried it himself and it has worked. Right now though it is working only a little.
"You okay?" Lux looks over to see Barriss approaching him. "You look nervous. Everything okay?"
Lux makes a so-and-so hand motion. "I know what to say, but I'm worried it won't be enough to calm them down until Rachel comes in."
Barriss stares at her friend confused by what he meant. "What is she up to?"
"You'll see," Lux looks out and sees a lot of people have gathered as the king is speaking to them. "Did you come up with any battle plans?"
Barriss nods in response. "We decided to go with what I suggested by getting the people to safety, while also agreeing with the general to take the fighting outside of the city. Not too far out so we can deal with Damien's monster or monster."
"You think he might send more?" Lux asked concerned of the possibilities of them facing Vampira, Torus, or both.
"A little, especially with Vampira," Barriss lets out a small sigh. "I just hope the attacks won't happen at nighttime."
"Same here," said Lux when he heard his name being called out. "Well, here I go. Wish me luck."
"Good luck," Barriss replied as she watches her friend walk out to the balcony where the people await for him.
Lux as he got to the balcony is approached by the king, who leans forward to whisper to him. "I've got them settled down, but it won't be for long. I'll be here though if you need any help."
Lux nods and keeps going to where he can be seen by the people. He could tell the king is right, that they look calm. It won't be long and he can see it in their eyes. So he takes a nice calm deep breath and speaks to his people.
"Citizens of Onderon, my name is Lux Bonteri. I am the son of Mina Bonteri and I have come here to speak to you about the Separatist attack," he sees many people look concerned, but tries calm them down as he continues. "I understand you are afraid of what is coming to our home and how you are scared of the monsters our enemies will unleash on us. I am here to reassure you though that you should put your fear aside and do not give up hope. We will prevail and make it through this like we did before. We will not lose."
One of the people shouted back telling him he doesn't have to worry about the dangers since he is a senator and will be sendoff world before the fighting begins. This caused a few of the people to agree with him and shout back at Lux, who needed to calm them down again.
"I will not run from this fight, not after I helped free our world from the control of the Separatist the first time!" this got the people's attention as he continued now that he calmed them down a little. "When our home was taken over I joined the rebellion to help free it from the control the Separatist had over it. A task that cost the lives of a lot of good friends and people who inspired us."
Lux stopped for a moment when he remembered watching Steela inspire the soldiers with her speeches, with no fear. It reminded him a lot of his mother when she gave her speeches and how she showed no fear when she spoke as well.
Remembering all of this helped inspire Lux even more as he continued speaking to his people, without fear. "Even in death though their heroism continues to inspire us and even helped us overcome our fears to help fight for what we believed in. Now I'm asking you, the people of Onderon to please not give up what they sacrificed for to fear. Please trust in us, believe in us, and I promise you we will protect our home so it doesn't fall back into the darkness. We will fight to keep you safe and we will make sure the sacrifice those that passed on will not die in vain."
The people began to turn around as they begin cheering and applauding to Lux. He could see he helped quell the people's fear down, until one asked him about the monsters the Separatist will send and if they can stop them. This caused the people to become silence as they wait to hear Lux's respond. Before he could though two large holographic images appeared before the people.
The image showed a cloaked armored woman with a helmet that covered her face. For the people they were confused on who this was, but for Lux he knew who it was. Good time as always, Rachel.
"Citizens of Onderon, do not be afraid. I am the Pink Ranger and I have come here to speak to all of you," said Rachel as the people were surprised to see one of the Power Rangers has appeared before them. "My friends and I heard of the invasion that is coming to your home, along with monsters that are coming to bring harm to you all."
"How do you know we can trust you to get the job done?" One member said.
Rachel sighed "We won't lie, it won't be easy, we will come across enemies that will try to destroy us, and everything we care about. We are not almighty, underneath this helmet and suits we are just ordinary people like you. We can bleed, get hurt, and die like everyone does. I understand what I am saying sounds negative, but if you want protectors that can at least be truthful towards you it is us."
She then turns towards Lux. "Senator Bonteri is asking you not just to trust us, but to believe in him and your king that will make sure you stay safe. We will have dark days where we will fail, but we will also have good days where everyone will be here to live. I am asking you as one out of six Rangers to trust us and to know we will do everything we can to make sure all of you will be able to have a goodnight's sleep. Wake up tomorrow, have your freedom, and live."
This caused the people to begin cheering, while Lux on happy that the plan is working. He keeps up the appearance though by applauding with the people as Rachel continues speaking.
"So please listen to Senator Bonteri and to your king. They will help get you somewhere safe so when the fighting begins we will end it quickly so you can go home," she then turns towards Lux, who stands in attention. "I'll leave the rest to you, senator. Good luck to you."
Lux nods in response. "We will and thank you for your help."
Rachel nods in response as well before the hologram disappears. Lux turns towards the people seeing the plan worked and now they can move on to the next phase of the plan. Hopefully it will be before our enemies arrive.
Hyperspace
Vampira looked out through the viewport as they get closer and closer to their arrival to Onderon. Every minute that passes to get to the planet is every minute with her slashing at a nearby droid, which so far has been ten that she has destroyed. She can be patient, but being in the same room with idiotic droids that keep asking her stupid questions can cause her to snap. To make things even worse she is stuck in the same room with Kobura, who she wants to kill for what she did long ago.
She always wondered why her master kept her around despite what she did. Whatever the reason is she is keeping her eye on her to make sure she doesn't try anything.
"According to an informant on the planet, the people are evacuating the cities and towns," said Kobura as she approaches Vampira. "There's also word that the Pink Ranger has been spotted on the planet, helping Bonteri inspire the people. I say we kill the boy first and show shatter the people's hope."
"Sounds good, but knowing them the Power Rangers they'll focus on keeping us away from him. That is why you will fight them, while I deal with Bonteri," Vampira replied.
"No fair," Kobura replied pouting a little. "I want to kill Bonteri. I haven't eaten a human in a long time."
"I don't care. I'm in charge and you will do as I say," Vampira's eyes then began to glow red as she eyes at Kobura. "Unless you want to give me a reason to kill you now."
Kobura didn't seem worried and instead replied with a sly smile. "Maybe because if you kill me your precious master will punish you."
Vampira replied with a giggle showing she isn't worried either. "He could care less if you live or die. To him you are only useful to do one thing and if you fail at it you will cease to exist. As for me I am his most loyal soldier and will do whatever he wants, even accepting my punishments without any complain. So again, do you believe he'll care if I kill you?"
Kobura's smile disappeared and is replaced with a growl knowing she is right. Damien would punish Vampira, but never kill her since she is too loyal and would die for him, as would Torus.
So as much as she wanted to wipe the smirk off Vampira's face, she had to play along, for now. "Fine, you get Bonteri. I've been wanting some payback against the Power Rangers anyways."
Vampira nods as a droid approached them. "Ma'am, we're ten minutes away from arriving."
"Good, get the droids ready and let's have some fun," said Vampira as she grabs her cloak and makes her way towards the hanger.
Onderon
Ahsoka, Jake, and Rick returned to the palace where they informed the king about Saw. He is happy to hear he is going to help them with his troops, but did wish he returned with them. Still, just knowing he'll assist them in the fight is enough for him. Hopefully when the fighting is over he might have him stick around.
In the meantime the people have already evacuated the cities and towns heading to a safe location where they'll be safe. The king and his guests have left as well to a bunker where they'll stay until the fighting is over. Earlier they found out that the Separatist forces will be arriving to the planet sooner. The good news is the Republic have send reinforcements early, but the bad news is they won't be here for another hour and by then the Separatist will arrive.
For the time being they'll need to hold off the enemy until backup arrives. While that happens the Rangers will deal with whatever monsters that come to the planet to attack them. They just hope it isn't Vampira, especially after what she did to Nathan. They're sure it could be here and if it is they'll need to be on their guard.
"By now she is probably healed up, right?" Rick asked towards Ahsoka, who nods in response. "Great, so we have to deal with crazy bat lady and whatever kind of monster she brings with her."
"It could be Torus," said Barriss. "We haven't seen him since Geonosis, so he could be joining Vampira if she comes too."
"If she does and they both see me they'll try to kill me," said Ahsoka recalling how she helped Nathan injure Torus and Vampira.
"Don't worry, we'll keep them too focus on us, while you help the others," said Jake as he placed his hand on her shoulder to reassure her. "So, we got the plan down then?"
Lux nods. "The king will be taken to a safe location, while I am taken somewhere else. There I will sneak out to join you all and come back before they know I'm missing."
"What about you Barriss? How are you going to get out of fighting the droids to help us fight the monsters?" Rachel asked curious on how her friend will sneak out.
"Zane used his magic to create another me, who is like a clone. Only it will be around temporarily to help fight with the soldiers, while I help you all elsewhere," Barriss answered as she reveals a hologram of herself, who is on Endor ready to be summon. "Once the battle begins she will be transported here and once the fighting is over she will disappear."
"Zane's magic keeps surprising me with what he can do," said Rick who like the others is impressed by this plan. "I wonder if he can do the same for all of us."
"He can, but there's no need since all of us will be taken somewhere safe. Once we are in our room then we will get out and meet up when the fighting begins," Jake explained as he turns towards Ahsoka. "I take it you'll be joining Barriss's clone in the fight?"
"Yes, in another section where Saw will be at. Who I hope will follow the plan we made," said Ahsoka recalling how Saw was like during a fight and how he was hardheaded.
Lux sighed knowing that was true. "I wouldn't put it past him, but I think with how things are now he'll do the right thing. Just be careful Ahsoka. If you encounter Vampira, don't fight her."
Ahsoka understood and knew better than to go up against Vampira after seeing what she could do. "I'll be fine. Just be careful guys and don't do anything crazy."
Rick began to laugh softly. "Unfortunately, that is something we might do."
All six friends began to laugh as they agree with Rick. As the laughter died down the alarm begins to go off signaling the arrival of their enemies.
Ahsoka's com-link begins to go off as Rex begins contacting her. "General Tano, Separatist forces are leaving hyperspace. They'll be here soon."
"Understood, get everyone into position and order the ships to get ready," Ahsoka ordered as she turn to the others. "We better get moving. Barriss, go to your troops and get them ready. I'll take the others to their rooms and have the guards keep an eye on the door. But not to let anyone get in."
"Hopefully they won't be curious and try peaking in," said Barriss as she turns to her friends. "I'll see you all soon."
Barriss took off as Ahsoka begins leading the others to where they need to go. "Remember, the guards won't come into your room, but just in case lock the door so they don't go in."
"We know and be careful Ahsoka," said Lux wishing his friend luck.
"I will and you guys be careful too," Ahsoka helps each of them to their room before Jake stopped by the door.
"If you need help you know where to find us," said Jake as he gives her a small smile.
Ahsoka returned the smile and nods. "I know and thanks."
Jake goes into the room as Ahsoka closes it and hears the door locking. She looks over to see the guards approach her.
"Keep the doors closed and make sure no one comes in until the fighting is over," she ordered.
"Yes ma'am," the guards replied in unison.
"Good," she begins taking off as she contacts Rex. "Rex, I'm on my way. Is everyone in position?"
"Affirmative, General Tano. We're ready and just waiting for you to get here," Rex replied.
"Good to know," said Ahsoka as she makes it out of the bunker and gets on a speeder bike to make her way to the battle.
Meanwhile
The Separatist ships have left hyperspace and have begun their attack as they send their droid fighters and transport ships to the planet. Onboard the flag ship, Vampira ordered Kobura to the planet where she will get the attention of the Power Rangers. Once she does she'll make her move and go after Bonteri where she knows is hidden in a bunker. A place where they thought she would not be able to find.
"General Kalani," Vampira began as she speaks to the Super Tactical Droid that once tried to quell the rebellion on Onderon. "You will lead the ground troops and take care of any problems you may encounter. Kill everyone and everything you see. Just remember, if you fail I will make sure you and every droid that comes back ends up becoming tin cans. Understand?"
"I understand and I will make sure nothing stands in our way," Kalani replied.
"See to it then," Vampira walks away as she vanishes.
Kalani turns towards the battle droids and gives them their orders. "Wipe out anything and everything that gets in our way, but the Power Rangers must be captured."
"Uh sir didn't she say before to leave that to Kobura?" one of the droids asked.
"Our orders come from Count Dooku, who wants at least one of the Power Rangers captured. That way we can learn the secret of their power and use it," Kalani explained.
"So we don't tell Vampira about that then?" the droid asked again, receiving a shot in the head from Kalani.
"No, now go. You have your orders," Kalani replied not knowing that Vampira never left the room. In fact she hid up on the ceiling with an evil smirk across her face.
"Well, things are getting more interesting now," she said before she finally does disappear and head to the planet.
Highlands
Separatist ships have begun to enter the orbit as their droid fighters begin engaging the Republic Starfighters. As the fighting goes on the Power Rangers, after making their way out of their room head out away from the battle to find any of Damien's monsters. They came out wearing their cloaks so that they wouldn't be seen. Rick looked at his communicator waiting for any news of a monster attack, but so far nothing.
"Maybe Damien didn't send a monster this time?"
"Do you really believe that?" Rachel asked getting a 'no' head shook from Rick. "Exactly, so we should go find one in case Alpha can't find one."
"I think we should wait for Barriss to get here before we engage the enemy," Lux suggested.
"I agree, someone contact her and let her know where we are," said Jake as Rick begins contacting their friend.
As they wait Jake noticed something moving from a nearby hill. At first it didn't look like anything, but then he noticed movement again and this time he did see something. Whatever it is he could see it moving closer and closer. And it is heading their way.
"Move it!" Jake tackles Lux and Rachel out of the way as a long tail appeared slamming near where his friends were standing.
They got up and got into fighting position as the figure appeared. To their surprise it is the same monster Jake, Rick, and Rachel encountered on the Twilight ship.
"Kobura," said Jake in a low voice.
Kobura appeared laughing evilly as she noticed four cloaked hooded teenagers. She doesn't need to see their face to know who they are.
"So, the Power Rangers. We meet again. I knew Zane had recruited an old geezer to be a Power Ranger, but to see he is following in his father's footsteps and recruit teenagers to fight for him. Well, let's just say it makes me laugh at how stupid he is putting the fate of all good in the hands of children."
"Hey!" Jake shouted getting Kobura's attention. "We 'children' have beaten four of your buddies and we kicked your scaly butt."
Kobura hissed a bit in anger recalling how the Red Ranger did hurt her, but this time it is different. "I underestimated you boy, but this time I will kill you and your friends," she looks over and noticed only four of the six Rangers. "Awww I heard the old geezer got hurt, but I didn't know the other Ranger got too scared to show up. Tell me, where's the other one?"
She is suddenly hit by a nearby boulder knocking her across the field. The Rangers look over to see Barriss has arrived.
"Right here," she said as she joins up with her friends. "You guys weren't going to start without me, right?"
Rachel shook her head. "Not a chance, glad you made it."
"Yeah and nice shot," said Rick impressed with what she did.
They noticed Kobura slowly lifting the boulder off her as Jake turns to his friends and they all nod their heads.
"Let's do this, its morphing time!"
"Mastodon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Sabertooth-Tiger!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
Kobura removes the boulder and sees all five Power Rangers standing before her holding their weapons. She hissed angrily as she lifts the boulder and tosses it at them. Rachel blasts it away with her Power Bow. Kobura charges at the Rangers as they charged at her as well.
Rick trusts his lance at Kobura, who grabs it before it could hit her. Jake and Barriss jump over as they bring their weapons down, but Kobura uses her tail to hit both Rangers knocking them away. Lux goes to try cutting the tail off, but Kobura saw this and tosses Rick into his friend knocking them both down. Rachel hits Kobura from behind using her bow, but it only made her mad as she charges at her.
Rachel jumps over Kobura, but the tail catches her in mid-air and slams her to the ground. She begins to wrap herself around her, but before she could bite her Jake blocks her mouth with his sword. Kobura tries biting through, but the sword was too strong. Lux opened fire on Kobura hitting her from behind causing her to let go of Rachel.
Rick and Barriss jump over and slashed their weapons across Kobura's chest causing her to back away. Rachel uses her bow to fire arrows to pin Kobura's tail to the ground, allowing Jake to cut it off as the tail disintegrates. Kobura yells out in pain as she moves away from the Rangers hissing in anger. The Rangers regroup seeing the tide of the fight has turned to their favor.
"Not so tough are you?" said Jake keeping his guard up knowing the fight isn't over yet.
Kobura after a moment of catching her breath began to calm down and giggles softly. "I'll admit you kids have gotten stronger. Too bad though it isn't enough to defeat me. Just like it wasn't enough before when we fought onboard that ship and where that poor Jedi blew up. Tell me, how does it feel to know you failed to save that poor little Jedi?"
Jake's tightened his grip on his sword in anger, but Rachel placed her hand on his shoulder to help calm him down. "Don't let it get to you. We know it wasn't your fault and at least we can make up for this by defeating her."
"Your right were going to finish what I, Anakin and the Clones started." He then pointed to Kobura "To beat her and make sure she won't cause any more pain and suffering to people I care about."
Kobura overheard this and began laughing out loud. "Even if by some miracle you do defeat me I'm afraid it won't matter."
"Why is that?" Rick asked.
"Because even as we speak my friend is looking for that cute little senator the Republic send to help give the people here hope. But once my friends gets through with him the only thing they'll see is him hanging from the palace, gutted like a fish," said Kobura as she laughs evilly.
Lux leans towards Barriss and whispers to her. "But I'm here, so if she doesn't find me then she'll go for…the king."
Jake knew they had to get to the king, but they can't until they get rid of Kobura. Meaning they'll need some backup. "Barriss, contact Zane and let him know what is going on. Hopefully he has a backup plan in case Ahsoka didn't accept the offer."
"Got it," Barriss stayed behind as the four Rangers step forward.
"Let's skin this snake and then head back to save the king," said Jake as the four Rangers get ready to fight.
Kobura just continued having that evil smile as she surprised the rangers when she began to glow. Her body begins to change as she grew legs, her tail grew back, she is now wearing a loincloth with armor covering her chest, in her hands she had a sword, in the other hand a shield, and she grew a hood on the side of her head.
"Ready to continue playing, Rangers?" Kobura asked in her new form.
"Oh boy, this is going to be hard," said Rick knowing their fight has just begun.
Meanwhile
Ahsoka is with the 501st as the battle droids begin appearing out of the transport ships and began their attack. Ahsoka's troops are stationed not far from where the bunker is at so they can protect the king if the bunker is found out. She is told that Barriss is leading her troops against the droid army that landed outside of the city of Iziz. So far everything is going well, but she knew the fighting is far from over.
The starfighters are holding their own against the droid starfighters, but more battle droids keep showing up. The good thing is Ahsoka chose a good area to fight. Better defensive position, keeps them out of range from the tanks, and gives their tanks a good range to hit the enemy. She knew though it won't last long once the Separatist Starships get past the Republic's ships.
"General, we've spotted a group of militia heading this way. They said you know their leader, Saw," said Fives reporting what is going on.
Ahsoka began to smile when she heard Saw has arrived. "Let them through. They're backup."
"Yes ma'am," Fives contacts the others to let the soldiers in, as Rex continues opening fire.
"So far so good general. I'm sure if General Skywalker was here he would be proud," said Rex as he took cover from some sniper droids.
Ahsoka saw them and deflected the attacks back at them, while also trying not to let what happened to Anakin get to her. "Thanks Rex, but save the compliments after we make it out of this."
"Yes ma'am," said Rex as he returns fire and takes down several droids.
Ahsoka sees Saw and his men arrived as they begin assisting the Clone Army. "How's it looking?" Saw asked.
"So far we're holding our own. General Tandin reported no signs of Separatist movement where they are at with the people, but it doesn't mean we're out of the woods just yet," right on cue Ahsoka sees Damien's robots appeared and begin charging at them.
The blasters managed to damage them, but they kept coming until they got close to the soldiers. The Clones managed to destroy a few, but more kept coming and it caused them to fall back.
Ahsoka charges in and uses the Force to send the robots in front of her flying. This allowed Rex, Saw, and Fives to open fire shooting the robots that landed on their feet. Ahsoka kept using this as a repeated attack form. Deflect blasters, use the Force, and had her soldiers open fire. It was working and it helped turn the tide back to their favor, for now.
"Looking good general. We just might end this before backup arrives," said Fives as he continued opening fire.
Saw however knew something was off. "Something doesn't feel right. The last time we fought these droids they had more to throw at us, but it feels like they aren't even trying. Like they are up to something."
Ahsoka like Saw noticed this too. "But what?"
Just then Rex begins receiving a transmission from the bunker. "General, Vampira has been spotted in the bunker. She's gotten passed half of the guards."
It was a distraction. The Separatist were distracting them while Vampira got into the bunker to probably kill the king.
"Rex, you're in charge. I'm going in to stop Vampira," said Ahsoka as she takes off, with Saw following her. "You need to stay with the others. They'll need you."
"I'm not going to let this monster get away with harming my home. If you're going to fight her, I'm in," said Saw refusing to leave.
Ahsoka sighed knowing she doesn't have time to argue with him. "All right, but once we find Vampira, I'll handle her."
She sees him give him a nod as they get on a speeder and head to the bunker, where they hope they are not too late.
Onderon Highlands
Kobura swings her tail slashing Rachel and Jake tossing them away. She catches Rick and Lux when they tried attacking her from behind. She slams them down to the ground as Barriss uses the Force to lift up some rock nearby and tosses them at Kobura hitting her. However, she sees Kobura recovered quickly after getting hit and tosses the boulder back at Barriss.
She dodges the attack, but is slashed across the chest by Kobura's sword and then hit in the back with the shield. She tried to cut Barriss's head off, but Rick comes in to block the attack with his Power Lance. Jake, Lux, and Rachel opened fire with their Blade Blasters backing her away. They regrouped, then opened fire again, but Kobura blocks the attacks with her blaster deflecting it back at them.
The Rangers are all knocked to the ground, but they slowly made their way back up as Kobura began laughing. "Oh please tell me this isn't all you've got, right? I thought you five were going to beat me so I wouldn't hurt more people."
Jake helped his friends up as they drew their weapons again refusing to back down. "She's a lot tougher then when we fought last time. We'll need to disarm her weapon and shield if we are to hit her with any of our attacks."
"Easier said than done," said Lux groaning a little in pain from being slammed to the ground earlier. "She's faster than before and even if we can disarm her she'll probably just dodge any of our attacks."
"He's right, bro. We'll need to weaken her first before we hit her with any of our best attacks," said Rachel agreeing with Lux. "B, what did Zane say?"
Barriss knew Rachel is calling her by the codename her friend came up with to help keep the enemies from knowing who they are. "Zane said he is working on that, but until then we have to stand our ground and try to stop Kobura."
"Well, that shouldn't be too hard," Rick replied sarcastically. "She's too fast, how are we supposed to stop her if she keeps blocking our best shots?"
"We'll need to outsmart her if we're to weaken her. Anybody got any ideas?" Jake asked.
Rick looks around and begins formulating a plan using the area around them. "I think I got something, but it won't be easy."
"At this point, we'll take anything," said Jake as he pulls out the Dragon Dagger. "So, what's the plan?"
Rick goes over his plan with his friends quietly so that Kobura won't know what they are up to. Once he finishes the Rangers all share their opinion on it.
"Now that's a plan," said Barriss impressed by the idea.
"But for it to work we'll need to keep her distracted," said Lux who was unsure about the plan.
"And what if I miss?" Rachel asked concerned she might mess up on the plan.
"Like I said before, at this point we'll take anything to try stopping her," Jake turns to his friend and lets him know he is onboard with the plan. "Get Rachel to where she needs to go and we'll hold her off."
Rick nods and leads Rachel off as the two Rangers turn their attention back to Kobura who begins laughing. "I see your friends are running off. What? Are they too scared to keep fighting me?"
"Don't worry about them. Right now you need to worry about us. Dragonzord Power!" The gold Dragon Armor appeared over Jake's chest as he feels his strength returning. "Okay guys, let's go kick her scaly butt."
The fight for Onderon has begun as the Power Rangers fight against Kobura who looks ready for round two against them. Will they be able to beat her and go help stop Vampira? What will happen when Ahsoka and Saw come across her? And will she find out who is one of the Power Rangers?
