Chapter 61 is here guys and I hope everyone is ready for the new chapter. Here we are with the chapter I have been looking forward to doing. Mostly because it involves Zane and what I have in store for him. Got some suggestions on what his power could be and all will be revealed to today.
We also saw last time Obi Wan, Rex, and Cody got captured. Will Ahsoka be able to save them in time as the White Ranger? Will she run into some trouble? Or will she get some help?
Read on to find out how things will go for our heroes. Also again thanks guys for the reviews and support. I appreciate it and I am enjoying the comments you guys have left. Also thank you to my friend for his help as well and hope you are doing well my friend where are at.

The Cerberus Knight Part VIII
Citadel
Captain Rex begins to wake up as he feels his heard hurting from where he got hit. Earlier he remembers trying to defend their exit from the Separatist Droids. Until they threw a flash bomb. Next thing he knew the bird creatures from Almora appeared and attacked.
Despite feeling groggy Cody and Rex tried fighting back. But they were too strong for them. Last thing he remembers is getting hit in the back of the head before everything went dark. Now, he wakes up with his vision being blurry and a ringing noise going through his ears.
He soon looks around and sees he is in what appears to be a control room. With Battle Droids around. He tries to move his hands, but finds they are bound together from behind. He could feel they were cuffs and knew he wasn't going to get out of them anytime soon.
"Rex, you all right?" Rex turns to his right where he sees Obi Wan next to him also cuffed.
Rex managed to snap out of it and realized what is going on. "General Kenobi. You got captured too huh?"
Obi Wan sighed softly. "Unfortunately," Obi Wan then hears Cody waking up who is next to Rex. "Cody, you all right?"
"Other than my head pounding and my ears won't stop ringing I'm all right," said Commander Cody as he looks around to see where they are at. "I assume we're in the usual situation?"
"So it seems. It seems the warden was aware what we were planning," said Obi Wan as he begins using his head to motion to the Clones to something. "And you'll be surprise to see who it is."
Rex and Cody looks to where Obi Wan is motioning to. Both see the warden is a Clone speaking with some droids, while he has Obi Wan's lightsaber on his belt.
"A Clone? A Clone is the warden?" Captain Rex asked shocked to see one of their own is on the side of the enemy.
"Not just any Clone. I believe you remember Slick?" Obi Wan asked hoping the Clones remember the name.
Oh it didn't take long for the two Clones to remember. It was the same Clone who betrayed them on Christophsis to the Separatist. He betrayed them all because he wanted freedom and money. The last they heard he was sent to jail where he belong.
"Slick? It can't be. He was locked up," said Commander Cody who couldn't believe it.
"Got out early," they turn to Slick who overheard them talking. "You can thank my parole officer. I believe you met her. Tall, good figure, and loves biting his victims?"
It didn't take long for Rex to figure out who Slick is referring to. "Vampira. She broke you out? When? When did she…" it was then Rex remembered where Slick was locked up. "The first time she arrived on Coruscant. When she broke into the prison to free the Separatist leaders."
"Exactly," Slick replied as he leans against the control panel. "I was locked up in my cell when I heard all the commotion going on outside. My door opened and there she was standing there. It looked like she was going to kill me until she saw my prison uniform."
Oh Slick remembers that night like it was yesterday. He was transferred to a new cell when he kept causing trouble in the other one he was in. During the breakout Vampira found out what he did and seem to have taken a liking to him. Liking that he was willing to do what he did and wasn't a mindless Clone.
"So, once we broke out she convinced the Separatist leaders she freed to get me this nice easy job. I would get paid a lot of money to keep my mouth shut, keep things running smoothly, and I would use some of that money to get what I want," Slick sits down in his seat as he snaps his fingers and one of the droids goes over to him to be used as a footstool. "Best part is, no more fighting for me."
"Pathetic," said Captain Rex disgusted with what Slick has done. "We knew you were a traitor, but now you are willing to side with the same monsters who have killed off many of our brothers? You know all the terrible things they have done right? And for what? To be someone's puppet?"
Oh this ticked Slick off as he stood up and points to Rex angrily. "I am no one's puppet! I'm not the one going out into battles risking my life for a pointless cause! I'm not like you or Cody. Following orders blindly to be the puppets of the Jedi and the Republic!"
"So, you'd rather side with these monsters than with your own brothers?" Commander Cody asked as he scoffed in disgust. "You aren't just a traitor you are a coward. A coward who isn't even free. You are still a slave. A slave to Damien."
Slick began to calm down and laughs this off. "I'm more free than the rest of my so-called brothers. To be honest I don't care what Damien and his monsters did. To me all those Clones deserved it and all had a chance to follow what I did. Instead you all made your choices and so you all lay in it."
"It seems you haven't changed at all, Slick," said Obi Wan as he spoke up next. "It's quite a shame. I thought maybe you would reflect on your actions to better yourself. Instead you let your anger and hatred poison you. If you think Vampira or Damien care about you then you are sadly mistaken."
Slick scoffed as he turns to Obi Wan. "And I should be takin advice from you, Jedi? This is coming from the same Jedi Order who help create Count Dooku. The same one who went on to take over the Separatist and murder innocent people. Even murder many of us Clones, while you Jedi do nothing to stop him."
"So, you do care about your brothers then?" Obi Wan asked as he got a small reaction from Slick. "I understand why you hate us, Slick. I do, but we're not your enemies. You shouldn't let your hatred and anger cloud your judgement. You can't see that Damien and Vampira are manipulating you."
"He's right, Slick," said Captain Rex agreeing with Obi Wan. "They see you only as a pawn in their game. Once your usefulness is done they will kill you without blinking an eye."
"You can still do the right thing. Just let us go, Slick," said Obi Wan hoping he can try changing Slick's mind, but if not this can give them time to escape.
Slick closed his eyes and began chuckling as he turns away from Obi Wan. "Too bad that's not going to happen anytime soon. I am done with doing the right thing and doing what you all want. And I'm going to start by presenting you three to my master."
Slick goes to his seat and grabs his holopad. "I will be rewarded for delivering you three as a gift to Damien and he will also reward me for helping me destroy the Power Rangers. Just like he predicted."
"Wait. So, Damien knew we would be here?" Captain Rex asked while during their time talking to Slick he got a small tool to help slowly get him out of the cuffs. With Obi Wan and Cody doing the same. "So, this was all a trap then."
Slick turns to Rex and nods. "Oh yes. Even as we speak the Cerberus Ranger is destroying the Power Rangers, while I will deal with the White Ranger. In fact…" he shows a hologram of where the White Ranger is at and has her where he wants her. "Let's welcome her, shall we?"
Meanwhile, Ahsoka managed to break through the droids that were trying to stop her. She knew it was pointless to try sneaking around. She didn't have time for it, especially if she has to get her friends out before they run into any more trouble. As she turns the corner she realizes she is almost to the control room.
However, as she got close she sees a hologram of a Clone appear before her. She stops running and tries to hide her voice as best she can.
"What is this? Who are you?" although it wasn't a good fake voice, but it was the best she can come up with.
"I am the warden of the Citadel, White Ranger. You can call me, Slick," Slick introduced himself as he prepares his trap.
Slick? Ahsoka recognized the name, but from a long time ago. She remembers Rex telling her how there was a Clone who was stationed with them on Christophsis. This was before she arrived to become Anakin's apprentice.
He ended up betraying the Republic and was locked up. She doesn't know how he ended up here, but continued with the charade.
"Well then, Slick. I am here for Master Kenobi, Captain Rex, and Commander Cody. Hand them over and I promise no one will get hurt. If you don't then I will have to stop you."
"I'm afraid you are in no position to stop me, White Ranger," said Slick as he is told by one of his droids the trap is almost ready. "In fact. You won't be able to even save yourself."
Ahsoka soon realized she is falling into a trap and tries to escape. But it was too late as the floor, ceiling, and walls begin shooting electricity through her body. Ahsoka begins to scream as the electricity continued to be fired. Her suit managed to protect her from getting knocked out, but it didn't stop the pain from going through her body.
Ahsoka falls on her knees as she tries to get up. But she's in too much pain to break free.
Back in the control room Slick orders his droids to keep the juice going. Wanting to kill the Power Ranger knowing his master will be more pleased with this than keeping her alive. Obi Wan and the others tried to work hard on getting free so they can help the White Ranger. But they couldn't get free of the cuffs in time.
Suddenly the droids working the controls are knocked off their feet. This surprised Slick as suddenly the controls are shut down on their own.
"What just happened? Turn it back on!" Slick ordered.
Before the droids can turn the power on Katooni and Petro fell from the ceiling right on the droids. Earlier the two Younglings didn't exactly leave when they were told to. In fact, they decided to stay behind to help Ahsoka free the others. They snuck through the vent and found their way into the control room.
They saw the White Ranger was in trouble so they went to save her. Using the Force to knock the droids away from the controls and shut it down. This distraction allowed Ahsoka to break free and get away from the trap. Just before the droids could shoot at the Younglings, Obi Wan and the others broke free.
Rex and Cody grabs the blasters away from the droids and opened fire. Obi Wan uses the Force to grab his lightbsaber from Slick and leaps over to destroy the droids. The two Younglings spot their lightsabers in a nearby case and grab them. Activating their lightsabers as they join Obi Wan.
Rex and Cody shoot down the droids as they see Slick trying to escape. He opens the door, but the moment he did he gets punched right in the face by the White Ranger. Slick gets knocked towards the control panels and gets knocked out. Ahsoka enters the room and begins panting softly.
"Sorry. Did I miss the action?" she asked while doing little to change her voice.
"Nope. You made it right on time," said Captain Rex as he grabs the handcuffs and placed them on Slick. "This time we're going to make sure you get locked up somewhere your master won't get you out."
Obi Wan goes over to Ahsoka and checks on her. "Are you all right?"
Ahsoka nods in response. "A little hurt, but I'll be okay…" she then sees Petro and Katooni before she sighed. "And what are you two doing here?"
"Oh um sorry Ms. White Ranger ma'am. But we came to help Master Tano and we saw what happened so we had to do something," Petro explained as best he could with the White Ranger before him.
Katooni bows her head a little and apologizes. "We're sorry. But we wanted to help out in any way we can. We know Master Tano will not be happy, but we hope she understands. Um wherever she is."
Ahsoka knew she isn't happy that they disobeyed orders again. However, she isn't one to talk about following orders completely. Besides, if it wasn't for them she would be in worse condition than she is now. So, she is fine with this.
"Oh um well she is fine. In fact, I told her she should go join the others to help them fight against Damien's monsters," Ahsoka replied trying to again change her voice. "That way she can join the others to teleport off this planet once the jammers are taken out. So, I suggest we do that soon before we run into more trouble."
"Well, we don't want that do we?" said Commander Cody knowing there are probably more droids coming to stop them. "So, I suggest we get out of here before we run into more trouble."
"Agreed," said Obi Wan as he turns to the White Ranger with a detonator in his hand. "I placed an EMP bomb in the power room. We can set it off so we can teleport everyone out of here."
Ahsoka nods knowing this is going to work. "Then let's use it and get out of here."
They are about to leave until Petro noticed on one of the screens a message had just gotten through. He begins reading it while Rex noticed the kid not moving.
"Hey kid! Come on, we got to go," said Captain Rex.
"Wait!" Petro exclaimed getting the attention of the others. "Another Jedi is in the prison," he shows the other the message he found. "It says here Damien wants the warden to make sure all seven of the Jedi prisoners ready when Count Dooku picks them up. There's another Jedi in the facility."
"What? Are you sure?" Ahsoka asked shocked to hear this since she thought there were only six Jedi locked up in here and they didn't get any report of another missing in action.
Obi Wan looks over the information and seems just as confused as the others. "No. According to this there is another Jedi locked up in here. But there is no name. It could be a trap."
Ahsoka though didn't want to take that chance, but knew interrogating Slick is out of the question since she knocked him out.
"I'll go. I'll go check it out and make sure to bring the Jedi to you all," said Ahsoka as she volunteered to go.
Obi Wan nods in response as he hands the detonator to Ahsoka. "We'll see you and hopefully if you see Ahsoka before we do see her too when we get out."
Ahsoka nods as the others took off. She held the detonator and sighed knowing if there is a missing Jedi that is locked up she needs to save them. She knew her master would do the same if he was here. So, she detonates the bomb and soon the power goes out in the facility.
The com-links will not work thanks to the bomb, but she knew the communicator in her helmet will work. She begins letting the others know what is going on before she takes off to find the missing Jedi.
"All right. Time to go," said Ahsoka who is hoping to get everyone out and then return to help the others.
Outside
The Power Rangers were in a bad situation. Earlier they managed to turn the tide in their fight against the three Harpies. They managed to wound them enough for them to get the upperhand. Even with the Harpies having the Tenga Warriors by their side the Power Rangers still felt confident they could win. However, that all changed when the Cerberus Ranger arrived.
He ordered the monsters to stand down while he fights the Power Rangers. The Clones though refused to stand down and do nothing. So, they opened fire at the Cerberus Ranger. Despite their best efforts though they couldn't hurt him.
Jake managed to save the group from the Cerberus Ranger, but he knew he was still too strong for them. The Cerberus Ranger also appeared annoyed by the interference of the Clones. So, he decided to finish them off. Along with the Younglings so they won't get in his way.
"On second thought I don't have time to play these childish games with you Rangers and you're Clones. Tenga Warriors…kill the Clones and Jedi. But leave the Power Rangers to me."
"We won't let you do that," said Bail refusing to back down from the Cerberus Ranger.
"Fine, but be warned. These Tenga Warriors have been given special training thanks to Count Dooku," the Cerberus Ranger explained. "They are stronger than before and if you want to fight them then you will be weakened. To the point that it will make my job easier to kill you all. You and your friends who we captured inside."
"Not all of them," said Jake knowing Ahsoka is in her White Ranger form.
"Ah yes the White Ranger. I will kill her as soon as I am done with all of you," said the Cerberus Ranger as he moves his sword up. "Until then…KILL THEM ALL!"
The Tenga Warriors caw with joy as they begin charging at the enemy. The Power Rangers get ready to defend the Clones when suddenly a bright light appeared taking down the Tenga Warriors.
"What is that?!" the Cerberus Ranger shouted as he sees the bright light land on a nearby hill. "Who are you?!"
The Rangers turn to the light and are shocked to see who it is. "Z-Zane?"
Zane appeared on the hill as he looks down at the Cerberus Ranger and the Harpies. "I don't know what poor soul Damien found to use the Cerberus power. To manipulate and control, but in any case I won't let you harm my friends any longer. You want a real fight? You got it with me."
The Cerberus Ranger began to laugh evilly when he saw who has finally showed up. "Well, well. Finally, the great and powerful Zane has emerged. It also seems you finally grew a spine. Sending your Rangers out to fight while you hide in the shadows like a coward."
Zane gave a small smirk at the Cerberus Ranger. "I could say the same thing about your master. Hiding in the shadows like a real coward and refusing to come out to fight because he is afraid of me."
"Silence! My master fears no one, especially you!" said the Cerberus Ranger as his sword began to glow. "I will deal with you later. Right now I'm going to finish off your Rangers myself."
"Zane! We can handle this!" said Jake who didn't want to risk their friend getting hurt.
"No!" Zane replied to Jake. "I understand why you are doing this my friend. I thank you for all you and the others have done. Helping protect the innocent and risk your lives doing it. But now it's my turn to do the same and I'm going to start by kicking your ass, Cerberus Ranger."
"Oh? And is that so? Well, then what are you waiting for? Come down and fight me!" said the Cerberus Ranger as the Harpies stood behind him. "And if your friends interfere they will die."
"I won't need their help to defeat you all. In fact, this won't take me long," said Zane as he reveals a gold morpher on his left wrist. "It's Morphin' Time!" He does a series of arm movements before crossing his arms in an 'X' shape as the morpher activates. "Gold Ranger Power!"
Zane is engulfed in a bright gold light as he begins transforming. Once the light dies down he appears in his Ranger suit. He appears wearing a black armoured suit with gold armour around his chest, sleeve, wrists, belt, knees, and on the front part of his helmet in the form of a symbol.
"Gold Zeo Ranger!" Zane gets into a fighting pose as his allies and enemies look on shocked.
"Zane can morph too?!" Jake is shocked to see this since they never knew Zane could do this. "Did you guys know?"
"News to me," said Bail who didn't know this like Jake.
"This is a first, but hey not going to welcome it. He looks awesome in that suit," said Alexis who was impressed by what she is seeing.
The Cerberus Ranger though wasn't impressed. "It doesn't matter what form you take. I will destroy you. As for your Rangers…Harpies, kill them all."
"I don't think so," said Zane as he laps off the hill and lands between the Rangers and the Harpies.
*Go Gold Ranger theme*
Zane delivers a kick hitting the red haired Harpy square in the face sending her across the ground. The other two go to slash Zane, but he blocked their hits with both his arms. He kicks the blue haired Harpy away and pushed the green haired Harpy back. The green haired Harpy goes for a slash, but Zane caught her arm and kicks her in the stomach before delivering an uppercut knocking her away.
The blue haired Harpy goes to attack Zane, but he leaps up and delivers a roundhouse kick knocking her to the ground. He grabs her leg and begins swinging her around and around before noticing the red haired Harpy heading towards him. Zane sends the Harpy towards the other as the two crashed into each other. The green haired Harpy gets upset and goes to stab Zane from behind.
He moves his head to the side and catches her talon hand. He brings her arm down on his shoulder causing her to scream in pain. He then delivers a right elbow to the side of her head before tossing her over to the other Harpies. While he is distracted though the Cerberus Ranger rushes over to attack him from behind. Jake and the others warn him about this, but Zane moves his hand up near his face as his helmet begins to glow before a weapon emerged in his hand.
Zane turns around and blocks the Cerberus Ranger's attack with his Gold Power Staff. Zane pushes him back and kicks him right in the chest. This sends the Cerberus Ranger away, but not for long as he comes rushing at him. The Cerberus Ranger begins swinging his weapon, but Zane uses his speed to dodge the attacks before blocking his attack with his weapon.
Zane drives his elbow to the face of the Cerberus Ranger and then grabs his arm before arm dragging him across the ground. The Cerberus Ranger didn't let this stop him though as he goes for another attack as he swings his weapon to try slashing at his foe. Zane continued to dodge the attack and blocks the last hit with his staff. The Cerberus Ranger begins pushing Zane towards the lava, but Zane managed to flip over his foe before kicking him in the back.
The Cerberus Ranger fumbles to the ground, but stops himself from going into the lava. He growls in anger as he turns towards the Gold Zeo Ranger.
"This is impossible! I am faster and stronger than your Rangers! How is this happening?" the Cerberus Ranger shouted in anger.
"Simple. Centuries of experience," Zane replied before motioning to his enemy to come at him. (End of the song)
"Wow. I can't believe Zane is actually beating the Cerberus Ranger," said Alexis who is surprised with what they are seeing.
"He's holding back," said Senator Organa noticing Zane isn't giving it all he has. "I get the feeling he is doing this to buy time for the others in the prison to get out.
Jake figures as much as well as he begins receiving a message from Ahsoka. Just as she did the prison lights go out alerting them the prison's power is gone. Meaning they can now teleport everyone out from this distance. Jake turns to the Clones who see what happened and understand what this means.
"We need to get the others out of here," said Jake knowing now is their chance before they run into more trouble. "Pink Ranger and Black Ranger. Get them out of here. I'll hold stay here and wait for the Jedi to return."
Alexis knew she should stay with her son or at least have him come with them too. However, if Zane needs help then he should stay to help them.
"All right. Just be careful and…come back alive," said Alexis before she goes with Bail to the others then has them all hold hands before they teleport off the planet.
The Cerberus Ranger noticed the power is out and sees his enemy teleporting out of the facility. He lets an angry scream as his power begins to glow all around his body. All while the Harpies arrived to join him. They see what is going on and go in to attack the Gold Zeo Ranger to give their ally time to charge up his attack.
Zane sees this and knows what the Cerberus Ranger is doing. So, he uses his staff, which extends. He then uses his powers to increase his speed and attack the three Harpies at the same time taking them out with his staff. The Cerberus Ranger though used this distraction to unleash his attack towards the Gold Zeo Ranger. Zane though leaps out of the way as the attack hits the Harpies.
Zane flips over as the Harpies exploded behind him. He then lands on his feet as the Cerberus Ranger realized he missed.
"Nice move. But let me show you mine!" Zane powers up his Golden Power Staff, then presses the button on it as energy begins drawing into the staff. Zane lifts his weapon up before moving it down to fire energy blasts at the Cerberus Ranger causing him to yell in pain before falling to his knees.
"All right. Time to finish this," said Zane as he begins approaching his foe preparing to take his power away.
Just as he did a dark red portal emerged behind the Cerberus Ranger. Zane and Jake look on shocked when they see who is coming out of the portal.
"Damien," said Zane as he sees his former best friend now turned mortal enemy emerged from the portal.
"Zane," Damien spoke as he stood next to his Cerberus Ranger. "I see you finally decided to come out of hiding. And I see you using the Gold Zeo Power again…not bad. I haven't seen it since our last fight."
Jake rushes over to join Zane as he gets into a fighting stance. "Zane, is this?"
Zane nods in response. "Damien, the son of Dark Spectre. I also see you decided to finally come out of hiding. I take it now is the part where we finally fight or did you come to pick up your wounded?"
"M-master…" spoke the Cerberus Ranger as he placed his hand on his master's arm. "P-please. Let me finish this fight. I…I am not…done."
"You are done for now, my knight," said Damien as he looks down at his injured Ranger before turning back to Zane. "I am not disappointed that you couldn't beat Zane. You are not ready for him," he replied to his knight before he begins smiling. "And as tempting as it is to finish this off once and for all…I think I'll pass for now. I'll fight you when you are at 100%, but until then a little conciliation prize."
Damien moves his hand up and uses his magic to blast at the remains of his three Harpies. The Harpies soon were reborn and grew giants as they roared loudly.
"Have fun fighting them Zane. Call it a warm up before our final battle, which will be soon…" Damien looks over to see the Jedi and their Clones emerging from the tunnel where they finally get a look at the enemy they have been told about. "Very soon indeed."
Damien grabs his Cerberus Ranger before they disappear through the portal. As soon as they did the Harpies begin laughing evilly as they turn to the Rangers and their allies.
"Our master has given us a second chance! This must mean he believes we can destroy you all!" spoke the green haired Harpy.
"Of course he does. He knows the Zords of the Power Rangers are still damaged. They can't beat us!" spoke the blue haired Harpy.
"And without them we will destroy you all!" spoke the red haired Harpy before turning to the two Younglings. "Hmm and we'll devour these little brats up."
Jake summons his Dragon Dagger as he prepares to summon the Dragonzord, but Zane stops him. "No. This one is mine."
"Y-you sure?" Jake asked who seems surprised by this move.
Zane nods in response. "You heard what Damien said. This is a warm-up. So, I'll use it to see if I am ready for him. I call upon the power of Pyramidis!" Zane lifts his Golden Power Staff as a bright gold light is shot from the staff and into the sky.
*Power Rangers Zeo theme*
The sky grew darker as lightning crackled in the sky. Suddenly a large gold pyramid emerged out of nowhere.
"Your toast, Harpies!" Zane leaps into his Pyramid as he enters the cockpit before placing a golden key into the control panel. "Pyramidis! Power Up! All right, Harpies. Time to end this."
Pyramidis begins to activate as it starts to move on its own towards the Harpies. The three Harpies though don't look concerned as they begin laughing evilly.
"We'll trash your pyramid like the Cerberus Ranger trashed the Zords of the Power Rangers!" they spoke in unison.
"Give it your best shot! But if you fail then you are all done," said Zane who seems confident in his Zord.
The Harpies all took a deep breath and fired in unison their most powerful sonic blast at the pyramid Zord. However, the attack didn't seem to damage the Zord at all and it is still heading their way. So they took flight hoping to avoid getting hit by it. Figuring it is trying to ram into them.
"All right, Harpies. I'm tired of playing around with you three!" Zane unleashes his Zord's attack as a bright light is shot into the sky. The light summons an array of golden lightning blasts as they head towards the three Harpies. The lightning hits all three Harpies as they scream in pain before they explode leaving nothing left. (End of the song)
Once it was over Zane emerged from his Zord and soon Pyramidis was gone. Once Zane landed on the ground though he fell on one knee and begins panting. Jake rushes over to check on him to make sure he is all right.
"Hey. You all right?" Jake asked as he helps Zane up.
Zane nods as he has Jake help him. "Yeah. Just been so long since I've used this power that it is…a little too much for my body to handle," he turns to the Red Ranger and could tell he seems confused. "I'll explain everything later. For now, we should leave."
Jake nods knowing Zane will tell them everything. He turns to the others to see the two Younglings approach them looking happy to see them.
"Y-you're the Red Ranger," said Katooni who was a little nervous about meeting another Power Ranger. "Wow. We heard so much about you and the other Power Rangers. Thank you so much for coming to help us."
"Oh um no need to thank us," Jake replied trying to change his voice. "We're glad we came to help save you all."
Petro turns to the other Ranger and was the same as Katooni. "That was so cool what you did. What was that giant pyramid thing? Can you summon it again? And how come we never heard of you before?"
Zane began chuckling under his helmet as he managed to stand on his own power. "Well, in the order you asked: That was my Zord Pyramidis. No, I cannot summon it again unless it is to defeat more monsters. And I haven't appeared before because I wanted to see if my friends could handle Damien's monsters without my help," he then turns to Jake and pats his shoulder. "And they proved they can."
Jake was happy to hear that as he turns to Obi Wan. "Are you and your friends all right, Master Kenobi?"
"A little bruised here and there. But we're all right," said Obi Wan as he turns to the Gold Zeo Ranger. "The man from earlier…that was Damien, wasn't it?"
Zane nods in response. "Yes. That was him."
"Hard to imagine that guy is the leader of these monsters," said Commander Cody who still couldn't believe who they saw was the one responsible for all the problems in the galaxy.
"I actually thought he would appear you know, monstrous," said Captain Rex who didn't expect Damien to appear well normal.
"That was just his human form. His real form…is far more terrifying that the form you just saw," said Zane as he looks around noticing someone is missing. "Where is the wh…I mean Master Tano? Wasn't she with you all?"
Captain Rex nods in response. "Well, we thought she was, but the White Ranger said she took off to…" it was then the others heard someone emerging from the tunnel.
"Someone called for me?" they look over to see Ahsoka carrying someone. "A little help?"
Obi Wan and the Clones rush over while Jake keeps the Younglings back. Once they got to Ahsoka they noticed her carrying someone who was taller than her. Wearing raggedy clothes, no shoes, and an iron mask over his face.
"Welcome back, general," said Captain Rex as he helps set the prisoner down on the ground. "We were wondering where you went."
"Oh right. Sorry about that. I ran into the White Ranger who told me she would go help you guys," Ahsoka explained and even brought up how the White Ranger told her about the prisoner. "So, once I found the prisoner I got out of there and made my way here. All while the White Ranger set up some bombs to help blow up the prison so it can never be used again."
Obi Wan was glad to see the prison is destroyed and the Republic won't need to worry about it being used. He turns to the prisoner and finds a way to remove the mask.
"All right. Let's get this off and see who this Jedi is," said Obi Wan as he has the Clones remove the mask.
Rex and Cody begin removing the mask so they can see the person. As they do all four look on shocked when they see who it is.
"I-it can't be," said Obi Wan who couldn't believe who it is.
"I-it is," said Ahsoka as she was in disbelief as she moves her hand to her mouth. "It's Anakin…he's alive."
What a twist! Well, honestly not too much of a twist. I was never going to keep Anakin dead. So, surprise motherfuckers the Chosen One is alive!
Also, yeah Zane is the Gold Zeo Ranger! I have been looking forward to doing this and I couldn't help but add in the music during his fight. Let's be honest the Gold Ranger song, the White Ranger, and Green Ranger songs are awesome. Can't help but get excited when I listen to the songs.
So, I am so glad to have brought the Gold Zeo Ranger in. I'm sure many have questions about this too. Along with what happened to Anakin. And what Damien is up to when he finally fights Zane.
