Kai walked amongst the crowds trying to blend in. He had taken off his mask so that he wouldn't be noticed, however, a man that stood above the crowds and had red skin would stick out like an elephant in a field of cows. Most people could sense that he was a truegold so they would move out of the way for him but also it seemed that some of the people in Sacred Valley had come to shop in the Blackflame Empire. Suddenly Kai heard a scream from a distance. He immediately took off to where he heard it.

Kai had pushed his way through two rows of tents when he found the area that he was looking for a massive crowd had gathered and as he pushed his way to the front he could hear people talking.

"That Truegold girl is going to get hurt. Where are the Skysworn?" Seemed there was a fight. From looking over the heads of people he could see four guys facing two girls. In the guy group, there were three truegolds and a highgold in the other group as mentioned there was a truegold girl and a lowgold girl. As he made it to the front he could get a clearer view of the two groups and he immediately sighed. The male group was the people that had been kicked out of Cassius's bar and the other group was Akura Joy and some random girl Kai had never seen.

"You again, well it seems like you went to go against me, Shelton Watt." A few people murmured from the crowd. One thing Kai picked up was the number one hundred and thirty-two. Joy had been crouched down consulting the Lowgold when she finally stood up her staff that she carried changing into a bow. These people had to be the dumbest in the whole empire. Kai walked up behind them placing a hand on the man named Shelton Watts shoulder.

"Excuse me, Sir, do you happen to know who that is."

"No, and why should I care. Rank is everything in the Empire. I'm almost ranked in the top 100." The man shouted.

"Kai move over." He had only heard Joy's voice like this a couple of times but she was mad. As Joy turned around it seemed as if her purple eyes glowed.

"Wha- Your…" Shelton stumbled over his words. Suddenly an Underlords presence filled the air. Joy had dropped her veil. All of her presence was focused on the people in front of her. They were suddenly dropping to their knees gasping for any air they could.

"Don't kill them and I'm off," Kai said, waving a half-wave. Everyone around them had started to bow since they were in the presence of an Underlord however when Kai hadn't many people gasped. Kai just ignored them and walked off.

Wei Shi Asuna was sitting at the front entrance to the Blackflame Empire's camp. She had taken this job since it was the easiest. She would just have to stop people from coming in and stop some people from leaving. She yawned as she went to close her eyes but she had sensed some people on the edge of the forest. 'Come on can't I just sleep.'

Asuna stood up before she took off towards the presences that had just veiled. As she ran she felt her bloodshadow itching at something. It could also sense something. She stood behind a tree before she peeked around the corner. There were four people gathered around in a circle. She inspected them to see who they were when she saw on each one a golden badge.

The first had a dark golden badge with a sword in the middle, someone from the sword school. The second had a lighter colour of gold that had a cloud in the middle, someone from the dream school or Wei Clan. The third had a dark golden badge that had a hammer in the middle, from the Dawn school and potentially the Kazan clan. The final one had a light golden badge as well in the middle of that one rested another sword.

Asuna didn't know any of them but there were two truegolds and two high gold but why would they veil. So she decided to stop hiding and go have a chat with them to find out what was happening. "I see you're all from this valley so what brings you to the Blackflame Empire?" Asuna asked.

"Who are you? How did you find us?" The man with the dark gold hammer badge had fully turned around and Asuna recognized the face; it was the grandson of the current leader of the Kazan clan although she couldn't remember his name.

"Don't you recognize me? I'm sure I haven't changed that much."

"Lady Asuna." The man screeched, pressing his fists together and bowing the others after hearing her name bowed as well.

"Now I want you to answer my questions," Asuna told them. They all looked between each other before the one Kazan man nodded.

"What is it that you would like to know?"

"What exactly are you here to do?"

"Oh we are here to challenge your adopted bro-" Before the Kazan man could finish his sentence there was a blade at his neck. Red eyes were staring at him as the man flinched backward.

"You wish to challenge my younger brother. Well, I will call him here for you." They looked on as there was an underlord now flexing their spirit in front of them. "So which one is going to challenge him?"

"We were going to have this man here challenge him. He is currently in the top ten for the sword school. The others are here to witness the battle." The Kazan man said nervously. Whilst Asuna pulled her sword away she had also received a message from Skye saying she was on her way.

"My final question before Kai arrives is why would you veil."

"That was only so we could get in without being noticed. We are sorry Lady Asuna." The one with the cloud had responded this time but something didn't sit right with Asuna they would have no reason to veil. She also didn't happen to know the times that the border shut for the Blackflame Empire.

Asuna could now sense Kai who had rushed over thinking there was a fight. It seemed he hadn't even bothered to scan but he didn't seem to be out of stamina. "You called me over for this, can't you deal with it yourself."

"No, these guys were going to come here to challenge you so I thought I would bring you to them." Asuna then walked up to Kai before whispering something into his ear. "They don't know you're an Underlord, it's going to be the sword guy. One other thing they were disrespecting you to me."

Asuna watched as Kai sighed, stepping forward he was almost a foot taller than the Kazan man, and the others around probably only went up to his shoulder. "Since you came out here to fight me I won't disappoint you." Asuna could now see the fear in the high golds eyes and the Kazan man was showing it slightly however the swordsman was impassive. Asuna then noticed that Keya had finally arrived. The others noticed as well and there were even more screeches.

"Lady Keya!"

"You called me here for a bunch of golds. Have your skills rusted that much Asuna."

"Shut up Idiot, I didn't even want to call you but now you get to watch Kai fight."

[Oooo, This will be fun. We get to make a more accurate model of Kai because at the moment you're not winning and that's just based on your memories of him.]

'What do you mean?' Keya asked Skye in her head.

[Let me give you an example. I can't create it realistically in your head so you will just have to take my word. You use Hollow Domain which means you have the power of shock since all their Madra is wiped clean. Some information I got from Dross on you siblings Kai has trained without his Madra before so he knows what it feels like so now you have to deal with a large hulking man with nothing but your strength and let me just say you need to be feasting on large Sacred beast meat and nothing else every day six meals a day for a whole month before you can only match his strength.]

'Wait is Kai that strong.'

[That was a bit of an exaggeration but I can probably tell you his strength in this fight as long as it's not the swordsman because then I will just have to tell you his swordsmanship skills.]

"So you're telling me I ran over here to watch Kai beat on some random golds."

There were now two sides that had formed the three golds had stepped back leaving the swordsman in the middle facing off against Kai who had his sisters behind him. "Let's have Asuna be the judge so she can stop the match."

Everyone watched as a sword was pulled from Kai's opponent's sheath. The man stood there staring at Kai. "Please, I will destroy you in seconds. You have been training in the Blackflame Empire whilst I have had the best sword trainers in the sword school." The man was bragging in front of three children raised by two monarchs. Kai had to hold in his laughter.

"Don't laugh at me you adop-" The man couldn't finish his sentence. Kai's veil had not only dropped but he held the man's sword in his hand, his enforcer technique only covering his hand. The man was trying and struggling to pull it out of Kai's grip but it didn't work. Everyone looked on in shock as the blade was snapped in half from his grip.

"I have had it with the adopted bullshit. I ignored it the first time that it was mentioned but if I ever hear those words again I'm punching them on the spot." Pure rage-filled Kai's voice. There was fear from everyone there even Asuna felt a little scared. The air around them was being choked out that Keya had to even drop her veil.

"Kai, let's stop this now you have proven your point." Kai veiled himself before he pulled up his mask and walked off back to the camp. "Now the rest of you let me explain something to you. Firstly if it gets said that he is adopted in front of him again, we will not hold him back. Secondly, if it gets said behind his back I will personally come and kill that person."

"We will warn them if we hear it." Three of them pressed their heads against the floor bowing whilst the swordsman was on his knees staring at the ground looking at his broken sword. Keya walked up to the hilt of the broken sword picking it up. She examined it before she dropped it.

"Asuna let's go." Keya had turned around now walking off. Asuna was intrigued at why she had picked up the sword so she followed along. When they were out of earshot of the golds that still sat there she asked the question.

"Why did you pick up the sword?"

"I had Skye scan it to see how he broke it so easily."

"And?"

[From looking at the sword it's hard to tell if it had a binding but it would have only been gold at best considering how easily Kai snapped it.]

"So he got stronger since becoming an Underlord. Why does that matter?"

[Keya wanted me to make a model of Kai to see how strong he is. Like I told Keya before, I have some information on you siblings and the best I can do at the moment is break Kai's path down.]

Asuna and Keya both looked at each other and nodded to each other. "Hey Skye, can you break down Kai's path for me and Asuna? You don't have to give us models, just tell us what you know about his techniques." Keya asked.

[Very well.]

Skye, the greatest mind spirit compared to all the others analysis of Wei Shi Kai.

"Others? Why not just say Dross."

Skye however ignored Keya's question and carried on with her analysis of Kai. [Wei Shi Kai. Age: 18, Height: 192cm, Weight: Unknown, Iron body: Forger's Iron Body, Cycling Technique: Heaven and Earth Purification Wheel modified to allow for fire and force aura, Path: Path of the Blazing Soulsmith, Skills: One-handed Swordsmanship, Leadership and Bloodline ability of unknown origin and finally Weapons: sword and fists.]

"Yeah we know most of that just tell us about his Path and I guess knowing about his Iron body wouldn't hurt."

[Fine.] Skye sighed before she carried on. [His Iron body the Forgers Iron body is an ancient iron body that not many knew about. It has a unique feature of making the person not be able to be burned whilst also having the ability to heal wounds using the user's madra similar to the Bloodforged Iron body. To obtain this Iron body you must sit within a large fire and advance to Iron. This resulted in Kai developing a burn scar over his right eye which even after advancing to Underlord recently has changed very little, only shrinking in size.]

"Now break down his path."

[Jesus just stop being so bossy.] Skye complained but Keya didn't care; she just wanted to know more about Kai's path.

[As you both probably know, Kai's path was made by the Monarch Wei Shi Lindon along with Dross. It uses a mix of Fire and Force Madra also known as Blazing Madra. The first technique Kai learned was his Full Body Enforcer technique known as Blazing Armour. The enforcer technique is similar to both the soul cloak and the burning cloak in that it increases the user's strength and speed however unlike the soul cloak and burning cloak it seems that when Kai reaches Archlord it will resemble armour more than a shroud. His second technique is known as Forgers' fist it's his main striker technique; his fist lights on fire he can then expel the madra from his fist. It seems like he has adapted this technique in some ways such as landing a punch first before expelling the madra but I need to duel him or observe him more. His third technique is known as Blazing Weapon he can create weapons out of his forced madra although from what I've seen they look more like sticks from when he was Truegold. Finally his ruler technique he gained from his remnant that he absorbed. The remnant that he absorbed was from the village that he was rescued from. It was an Archlord-level remnant; it is unknown how strong the previous Archlord was as not much is known about her but she was able to fight the blood sage. His ruler technique has been named Blazing storm similar to Void Dragon's Dance. It uses the fire aura to manipulate it to create a storm to burn targets.]

"Hmm, How good is your model of Kai," Keya asked. She was interested in knowing how well she would match up against Kai in a real fight.

[I haven't seen much since he advanced to Underlord. I would give it maybe a 15% accuracy with me scaling up his techniques and if you want to know how well you would do you would lose nine out of ten times. This is due to Kai having overwhelming strength even without madra since from what information I've found he isn't going to get hit by the shock that most people have with losing their madra. Oh I almost forgot his bloodline ability that allows him to see into the future.]

"WHAT!" Asuna shouted. "I knew he had a bloodline but he can see the future."

[From what I know it seems that he can see what the person is going to do but it's not exactly what fate wants to happen, it's as if fate wants him to dodge. I'm not sure how to explain it but it's said that if you intervene with fate then the Abidan come but they also haven't even contacted any monarchs since the ascension of Akura Fury. So the next time we will hear from them would be when the next ascension happens which would be when Akura Charity ascends. Oops I wasn't supposed to tell you that.]

"Okay we will pretend we didn't hear that last bit for now but why don't you rank us siblings on who would win in a fight," Keya asked. She mostly wanted to see who Skye thought was the strongest sibling, information from a mind spirit was never wrong according to Dross.

[First place I would have Kou since he is an Archlord and will probably reach Herald at some point. Second place is hard to choose between Kai and Asuna.] Keya frowned so she was ranked last. [Kai would be smart enough to not use his sword but that would also put him at a disadvantage since he would have to go headfirst into the path of Endless Sword which I would not recommend not only that but it would be a 2vs1 due to Rose. However, if Kai is much faster and stronger and adding in his bloodline he can probably put up a decent fight but I would give it to Asuna.]

"Yes!" Asuna cheered.

"What about me vs Kai," Keya asked.

[I'm sorry but even with me we are going to need to practice a lot, maybe if we get some dream madra that would do it.]

"If I get the chance I'll ask my Father or Aunt Kelsa," Keya replied. Maybe that was the gift that she was going to give them. Asuna and Keya had made it back to the Blackflame Empire camp and went to continue their patrol.

1 Week Later somewhere on the Ashwind Continent.

Mizu Evi had been sent on a mission by her great-great-uncle the Monarch Mizu Hebi. She was currently known as the Water sage and was the sage of the Kaiyo faction. Her mission on the Ashwind continent was to investigate a cave that the Monarch Wei Shi Lindon had recently visited. It was unknown why but he had visited it five times in the last two weeks. He had come at the same time each time and it was three days apart so since he visited it yesterday it should be easy for her to sneak into the cave.

Evi reached the entrance of the cave deep within the southern jungle as she walked closer she noticed a lot of scripts at the entrance. She wasn't an expert on scripts but this was most likely to stop people from scanning inwards. She stepped across the scripts hoping nothing would happen and nothing did so she carried on down the cave. It wasn't too big of a cave Evi thought. as she was walking down a long corridor with a door at the end. This must be a secret room the Monarch had just made, maybe it led to his infamous pocket world of Blackwater. Evi reached forward, grabbing the door handle and opening the door.

"HOLD!" A voice echoed through the cave from behind her. She couldn't focus on the voice but what was in front of her.
