It was Friday afternoon and Zuma had just come home after getting her nails done.
She was cleaning her room when she found Chase's watch from the previous day in her bag.
- I'll just call him and tell him. she thought.
She grabbed her phone and called her boyfriend ...
Chase was on Skye's doorstep when his phone started vibrating in his pocket.
He pulled it out and saw a picture of zuma.
His finger hovered over the answer button, but as soon as he was about to press it, the door swung open.
His finger quickly hit the end button as he looked up to see Skye at the door.
- Hey Chase! I'm so glad you are here! Come on in! She told him excitedly.
- Thanks ... oh, and it's for you ... Happy birthday. he said awkwardly, handing her a pink and blue bag with the words "Happy Birthday."
- Thanks Chase…. It means a lot. Skye said with a smile and invited him inside.
There were a few girls and a few guys in the lounge, but it looked crowded.
He felt very uncomfortable and regretted his decision.
- Hey Skye, I think I'll go now… thanks for the invitation and all the best… chase said, and without even waiting for her reply, he turned on his heel and walked to the door.
- One more thing before you go. Skye called after him.
- Yes? tired chase asked.
Skye looked at one of her friends who was sitting on the couch, phone in hand, and nodded her head.
She nodded and picked up the phone as if she were going to take a picture.
Before the chase could ask what she meant, Skye grabbed the collar of Chase's shirt and pulled him into a deep kiss.
Chase froze in shock and was confused by what was happening.
Then he heard clicking in the distance and saw the flashes of phones.
