Chapter 64 is here guys and I hope everyone is ready for the new chapter. I was planning to wait till tomorrow to upload this. Mostly to see how much of a mood I was going to be after the mid-term elections. So, Democrats took back the house but not the senate...eh.
At least they will make sure the fatass doesn't get his way, which is fine with me. Now they have the power though restore net neutrality! You have more seats now so do it! Do it you wimps!

Anyways, yeah I hope everyone is ready for this chapter. I'm very excited for it, especially what I have in store for everyone. So, I hope everyone feels the same. But will things turn better for the Power Rangers after you all figured it out that Anakin is the Cerberus Ranger?
What is in store for everyone with the fighting on Coruscant. How will the Rangers protect the city and stop Damien's army? Will they be able to figure out what is going on? And will they stop Anakin who is the Cerberus Ranger?
Read on to find out how things will go for our heroes. Also, yep you all figured it out. Anakin is the Cerberus Ranger. I gave hints though from the beginning when Zane explained how the half of the coin Damien has is fueled by rage and hatred.
Hmm gee who do we know in the Star Wars universe who has more anger, rage, and hatred than Darth Maul and Assajj Ventress? Maybe the guy who wiped out an entire village of Tusken Raiders, who has a temper problem, and gets super jealous? Honestly, we all saw it coming. But glad to know you all caught on quickly on who it is.

The Cerberus Knight Part XI
Coruscant
The Clone army continued fighting against the Droid army across the city. The Jedi joined in the fight as they lead their army to push the enemy back. In the air the Republic Starfleet engaged against the Separatist ships. Their fighters flying around and shooting each other down. Of course the Republic ships order their fighters to keep the enemy away from the city.
To avoid innocent people getting hurt. One of these fighters is actually the Pink Ranger in her Pterodactyl Zord. She flies around as she opens fire at the Separatist fighters. Shooting them down and going after the Separatist ships.
The Separatist ships opened fire trying to shoot her down, but Rachel managed to avoid the turrets and fired missiles at them. This allowed the Clone bomber ships to fly behind her and drop their bombs severely damaging their ship. Rachel hears a loud caw and sees Ahsoka's Falconzord flying passed as it opened fire hitting the bridge of the ship causing it to explode taking the rest of the ship out. Rachel was glad to see her friend's Zord joining her as she flew to join the other fighters.
"Rick, I just took care of an enemy ship," she began contacting the others to give them an update. "I also see the Separatist fighters losing their numbers. How's it going on your end?"
Meanwhile, on the ground Rick is in his Triceratops Zord as he crushes the Separatist tanks as they continued opening fire at him. Even some Spider Droids tried firing their missiles at him. But their weapons are no match for his Zord. Lux appears with his Mastodon Zord as it uses its trunk to fire ice blast to freeze the Spider Droids allowing Rick to break through them.
"So far we're doing good down here," Rick replied as he sees Barriss and her Zord leading the Clone soldiers on the other side. "Lux and Barriss managed to finish their sector. We're now meeting up and once we finish off enough of these droids we'll take off."
"Not before we make sure there aren't any civilians in those damaged buildings," said Rachel as her Pterodactyl Zord flew through the landing bay of a Separatist ship, drop some bombs, and took off before they detonated. "Once we do that then we should stick around for the cleanup."
"Sounds good to me," said Rick as he begins joining up with the others. "Guys, you copied that?"
"We got it," said Lux who heard what Rachel said. "Just make sure to be careful. We don't know what they are planning and can't lower our guard."
"Agreed," said Barriss as she leads the Clone soldiers. "Once we finish we'll also need to make sure everything is okay at the Jedi Temple and the Senate."
"We definitely need to make sure everything is okay since this feels like…" suddenly Rick stops his Zord when an explosion erupted where the Droid army is retreating. "Something is going to happen."
Suddenly Torus emerged already grown tall as he roared loudly. The Power Rangers begin backing up as they see Torus turn his attention to them.
"Power Rangers! Prepared to be destroyed!" Torus begins approaching the three Power Rangers.
"Barriss! Get the Clones away! We'll take this guy on," said Lux as he uses his Mastodon to use its ice attack to freeze Torus's feet.
Barriss begins ordering the Clones to fall back, while Rick drives the Triceratops to ram into Torus. Torus felt the Zord crashing into him and breaks him away from the ice. He stops himself from being pushed back and lifts the Zord up before tossing it towards the Mastodon. The two Zords crashed into each other as Torus begins charging at them.
However, Rachel came flying in and opened fire. Hitting the back of the head of Torus, which caught his attention. He roared loudly and tried to swing his hand to hit the Pterodactyl Zord. Rachel managed to avoid being hit and this allowed the Sabertooth-Tiger Zord to leap up from behind and bite into his neck.
Torus roared in pain as he grabs the Zord to try getting it off his neck. This allowed the Triceratops and Mastodon to recover as they charge in to crash into Torus knocking him down. The Power Rangers soon begin firing at Torus. The monster general tried to get up, but got hit by the attacks knocking him back down.
The Rangers soon begin to regroup as the Falconzord came flying towards them. It flew past the group and opened fire with its missiles hitting the Torus as he roared loudly.
"Think we did some damage?" Barriss asked as they wait for the smoke to clear.
Torus emerged from the smoke and his eyes begin to glow red. "Is that all you've got?"
"Oh boy that's not good. So um anyone mind calling Jake or Ahsoka to get a little help?" said Rick knowing they'll need more help.
Torus begins getting ready to charge until the Rangers see a glowing green light nearby. The Rangers look over to see it is Nathan in his Green Ranger form. "Dragonzord Power!"
Nathan moves the hilt of the dagger against his mouth and begins using it as a flute. The sound of the flute echoes across the sky. The sounds soon arrives to the planet of Almora where deep in the ocean of the planet two red eyes begin to glow. Suddenly a large bright green light blasts from the ocean, heads to Coruscant, and soon the Dragonzord arrives as it lets out a loud roar.
"All right! Dad is here!" said Rachel who is happy to see her dad is joining the fight.
"Nathan leaps up into the air and goes inside his Zord. "All right, Rangers. Are you ready?"
"Yes sir, but are you sure you'll be okay to fight? I thought you were still injured," said Lux who recalls Nathan still recovering.
"I'll be fine. Let's just end this quickly," said Nathan who knew he can handle this as long as he can.
"Green Ranger! I am so glad you decided to show up," said Torus as he turns his anger towards the Green Ranger. "Don't think I forgot what you and that bitch did to me on Geonosis and on Almora!"
"Aww poor baby. You still mad we kicked your ass?" Nathan mocked as he has his Dragonzord join the Rangers. "Well don't worry. We'll end this quickly. All right, we need Mega Dragonzord power!"
The Dragonzord let out a growl of power as its body was being spilt into different pieces.
The Pterodactyl came off the Megazord's front and was replaced with the Dragonzord's body shield. The Mastodon's hands inserted inside its arms as the arms moved higher on the shoulders to a point where they looked like two canons. The Triceratops and Sabertooth Tiger came off from the bottom of the Megazord and went higher their heads moved down and their body's attached to the Mastodon's canon's taking the place of the Megazord's arms. The Dragonzord's legs went underneath the Megazord taking the place of the legs for the Megazord. The Dragonzord's reaming body open-ended up wide and laid itself on the Megazord's head while the green body went on the back covering it completely but having some added laser with the Mastodon's cannon's. The Dragonzord's arms went to the back and attacked to the back while the Peradactyl came onto the back and attached itself to the arms making a set of wings. The Mastadon's head attached itself to the Megazords head white the Dragonzord's head was at the top making a black and green metal head.
"Mega Dragonzord power up!" the five Ranger said in unison as Nathan joins the Rangers in the cockpit.
Meanwhile
Ahsoka has finished getting the Younglings to safety as she begins going around making sure the temple is ready for any incoming attack. She wanted to go out to help her friends knowing they'll need her, but she knew she had to stay. If this was an attack from Damien then they will try to capture Anakin again. Something she won't let happen.
Most of the Council has taken off except for Master Shaak Ti, Master Ki-Adi-Mundi, Eeth Koth, and Master Depa Billaba. Ahsoka went to go meet with Master Billab who is with her apprentice. Master Cin Drallig and his apprentice Serra Keto are with Master Jocasta Nu protecting the Jedi archives. Master Tera Sinube is with the Younglings looking out for them in case the enemy breaks in.
Ahsoka is confident the Separatist or Damien's army won't be able to break in. Not with the device Zane placed to keep Damien from teleporting in. She arrives to the security room where she finds Master Billaba and her apprentice Caleb Dume waiting for her.
"Master Billaba. Sorry I'm late. I had to make sure the entrances were all guarded," Ahsoka lied since she was busy speaking with Zane on what is happening.
"It's all right," Master Billaba replied. "Just as long as you are here…" she begins showing her a hologram of the temple. "So far, Master Yoda has reported the enemy is being pushed back. Thanks to the Power Rangers we've managed to drive the enemy towards this area."
She shows it is where most of the Droid army had landed and began their attack. She also explains that the many of the enemy ships have been destroyed.
"If this keeps up the fighting will end soon," Master Billaba finished explaining. "And afterwards we'll figure out a way to prevent this from happening again."
"Any casualties?" Ahsoka asked hoping to get some updates about how many lives have been lost in this attack.
"So far we lost about 100 soldiers. As far as civilians the number of deaths is rather low. At least from the bodies we can find," said Master Billaba knowing until they clean up the mess they won't know the total number of deaths.
"I don't get though they haven't launched an attack at the temple or the senate," said Caleb Dume who noticed the oddness of this attack. "You would think Count Dooku would launch an attack this big towards the temple or where the chancellor is at."
"Hmm you're not wrong Caleb," said Ahsoka who agrees with the Padawan. "If Damien was behind this too he would do the same thing. That's why Zane believes or at least what he told Master Yoda that this might be to regain Master Skywalker."
"Well, I doubt he can teleport inside thanks to the device Zane gave us and if this was to capture him then Masters Tiin and Kolar would let us…" suddenly the alarm begins going off as they see what is happening where Skywalker is kept at.
The Jedi begin using the security footage and found it was the Cerberus Ranger. He is seen attacking the Temple Guards as they try to stop him.
"How did he get in here?" Caleb asked shocked to see the Cerberus Ranger is here.
"I don't know," said Ahsoka who too was shocked by seeing this. "Master Billaba, order the guards to stand back. Let the Council know what is happening. I'm going to engage the enemy."
"Ahsoka come back!" Master Billaba called out, but it was too late Ahsoka was already out of the room as she heads towards where the Cerberus Ranger is at.
"It's Morphin' Time!" Ahsoka took out her morpher and morphed. "Tigerzord!" she transformed into her White Ranger form as she uses her powers to help get her to where the Cerberus Ranger is at.
She arrives to find Master Shaak Ti engaging the Cerberus Ranger. She was holding her own, but the Cerberus Ranger pushed her lightsaber away and drives his knee into her gut. He then brings the back handle of his sword down hitting the Jedi in the back of the head. He goes to finish her off, but Ahsoka blocks the attack with her own sword.
"I don't think so!" Ahsoka pushes the Cerberus Ranger back and slashes him across the chest, but it didn't do much damage to him.
The Cerberus Ranger began to laugh as he brushed off the attack like it was nothing. "You made a big mistake coming here alone, White Ranger. Now, I'm going to kill you and the rest of the Jedi in the temple."
"We'll see about that," Ahsoka summons a second sword as she uses her lightsaber fighting style.
"Hmm this stance looks familiar," said the Cerberus Ranger who felt this form was familiar to him. He brushed it off though and got into position. "Very well. If you wish to die then you'll die!"
The Cerberus Ranger and Ahsoka charge in as the two begin engaging in their fight. Ahsoka leaps over and goes for a kick. She misses and the Cerberus Ranger swings at her. She ducks and swings her swords as the Cerberus Ranger blocked them. Ahsoka uses her speed to dodge and block the attacks of the Cerberus Ranger who was as quick as her.
The Cerberus Ranger swings his weapon, but Ahsoka ducked and swings her weapons. However, the Cerberus Ranger took the hit so he can grab her wrist and drive his knee to her face. He then slashes her across the chest and then to her back sending pain through her body. He then grabs her and throws her towards a nearby statue.
The Cerberus Ranger charges at her, but on instinct Ahsoka uses the Force to send his opponent down the hallway.
The Cerberus Ranger was surprised that the White Ranger did that. Until he realized that she must be a Jedi. Yes, that explains how she's able to handle her weapons and her fighting style. He knows she is without question a Jedi.
But who? He knows this style she is using is familiar, but for some reason he can't figure out who it is.
Ahsoka knew that was a stupid move for her to do. She knew now he'll figure out she is a Jedi. If he tells his master then Damien will figure out who she is. Screw it she had to do it in order to stay in this fight.
Ahsoka sees he appears to be distracted and leaps over to bring her weapons down. The Cerberus Ranger blocks them as Ahsoka leaps over behind him. He swing his weapon, but Ahsoka ducked again. The Cerberus Ranger brings down his sword down and begins pushing it down to her as Ahsoka blocks it with her swords.
She pushes him back and backflips as he tries slashing at her. She lands on her feet and the two clash with their weapons as they begin heading outside. All while Master Shaak Ti begins to recover. In time to see the fighting and what is happening.
As she prepares to join the White Ranger she hears someone groaning nearby. She looks over and finds Master Agen Kolar leaning against the wall. Struggling to walk towards her, while bleeding from his gut. He appears to be holding his hand against his wound trying not to bleed to death.
Master Shaak Ti rushes over to him as he fell into her arms. She helps him down and tries to help with his wound.
"Shh it's okay. Help is on its way," said Master Shaak Ti as she spots some nearby Temple Guards and orders them to bring medical help.
"T-he C-Ce-Cebe-rus R-ranger…" Master Kolar tries to peak despite blood coming out of his mouth.
"Rest. The White Ranger is fighting against him," Master Shaak Ti replied.
"I-I kn-ow w-who h-e is," Master Kolar leans up to tell her as she leans down to hear it.
He struggled to say the name, but he managed to get it out. Master Shaak Ti's eyes widen in shock when she heard the name until she heard Master Kolar's final breath. She leans back to find his eyes closed and he has passed away. Master Shaak Ti sets him down just as Master Kenobi, Master Billaba and her apprentice Caleb Dume arrived.
"Master Shaak Ti, where is…" Master Billaba stopped when she saw what happened. "Master Kolar, is he?"
Master Shaak Ti turns to Master Billaba and nods in response. "The Cerberus Ranger is here. He attacked the Temple Guards and almost killed me until the White Ranger arrived. They are fighting outside into the gardens."
Obi Wan knew this was all a distraction. The attack in the city was just to keep their focus off the Jedi Temple.
"But how did he get in here? I thought Zane set up a device to keep any of his followers from getting in?" Caleb Dume asked.
"I don't know," said Obi Wan who isn't sure himself. "However, right now we need to find the White Ranger and help her against the Cerberus Ranger."
"And Ahsoka? What about her?" Master Billaba asked.
"That's right," said Caleb Dume as he turns to Master Shaak Ti. "Master, did you see Ahsoka come by here?"
"A-Ahsoka?" Master Shaak Ti asked confused by what she said. "I haven't seen her since she went to meet with you."
"But we saw her heading towards here," said Caleb Dume. "I doubt she got lost on her way over here."
Master Shaak Ti doubts someone like Ahsoka would get lost around the Jedi Temple. That was until she realized something. She remembers what the White Ranger looks like, noticed her fighting style, and heard her voice. Soon she realized who the White Ranger is.
Obi Wan could tell Shaak Ti has figured it out. He wasn't surprised though and didn't bother trying to lie about it. Since he knew eventually the Council will need to know the truth, especially if they start to notice two of their own keep disappearing during these fights. So, why not let them know now?
"Ahsoka, she's the…" Master Shaak Ti also realized something else. "We have to go help her. I know who the Cerberus Ranger is."
"You do? Who?" Obi Wan asked wondering who Damien has chosen to be his servant.
Master Shaak Ti turns to Obi Wan with a concerned look. "I'm sorry, Master Kenobi. But…it's Skywalker. Anakin is the Cerberus Ranger."
Outside
Jake dodged another attack from the Warrior as he sees his foe charging at him. Jake grabs his Power Sword and blocks the attacks as the Warrior showed he wasn't holding back. Jake knew he wanted to show how serious he is about this. But it didn't mean he wanted to fight him.
Not with what is happening right now.
Both their swords collided with each other and Jake began pushing his foe back. But the Warrior kept his footing and refused to go back too much. He even tried pushing the Red Ranger back, but Jake was prepared for this. He grabs his opponent's wrist and falls backwards.
He flips his opponent over, but the Warrior landed on his feet. Jake though flips backwards and kicks his opponent in the back sending him towards the nearby wall. The Warrior swings his weapon, but Jake leaps up towards the wall and leaps up to near one of the statues. Jake stood up and looks down as the Warrior leaps up to join him.
Jake stood back as his enemy approached him. "Warrior, enough! Why do you want to do this? You told me you hate your master and you disobeyed him before. So, why don't you stop?"
"Don't you think I want to?" the Warrior replied as he swings his weapon, but Jake blocks it and is pushed against the statue. "I hate obeying him. I hate what he has made me do, but I don't have a choice. That's why I need you to defeat me. Finally end me so I can be free!"
Jake drives his head against the Warrior's head and slashed across his chest causing him to back away. Jake then took out his blaster and opened fire hitting his opponent. The Warrior falls to one knee as he uses his sword to keep himself from falling. Jake kept his weapon aimed at him trying to be careful.
"So you want me to kill you? Is that it? You want me to end your life? No…I won't do it," said Jake who refused to take the life of someone who isn't evil. "I won't take your life, Warrior."
"Then…." The Warrior grips his weapon tightly as he looks up at his foe. "You will die!" he swings his weapon, but Jake leaps out of the way as the Warrior unleashed an attack from his sword. The attack cuts down the statues along the entrance to the Jedi temple.
Jake sees the Warrior jumping down towards him and begins going in for aggressive attacks. Every swing he could feel were more vicious and were hard. So hard he almost lost his grip to his sword. However, they were also wild and easy to read.
Jake remembers Ahsoka teaching him how an opponent who loses their focus and let their anger control themselves will be easy to defeat. They'll be blind with hate and anger that they won't be able to focus. Waste a lot of energy in their attacks and allow the opponent to see an opening. An opening that will allow their opponent to take them down.
Jake waits for his chance as the Warrior continued pushing Jake back as they get closer to the entrance. The Warrior continued his attack, until Jake noticed his swings were slowing down. This is what he needed as the Warrior swings his weapon. Jake leaps back and swings his weapon slashing across the arms of the Warrior.
Jake kicks him in the face knocking him back. Jake grabs the Warrior's weapon and slashes across his opponent's chest. The Warrior screams in pain and falls on his back. Jake stood over his opponent and moves both weapons near his foe's neck.
The Warrior could feel the blades and knew this was the end. "Yes…do it. End it all now."
Jake yells as he brings his weapons up and then brings them back down. However, he didn't cut his opponent's head off. Instead he drove the blades into the ground. Just inches from the Warrior's neck.
Jake begins backing away as he took his sword, but leaves the Warrior's where it is standing. Jake moves his sword down and sits down on the ground.
"I don't know why you want to die and I wish you would just tell me. Whatever it is you can tell me, especially how you proved to me you aren't like the other monsters. You have shown mercy, respect, and honour during our fights. Something that I have come to respect," said Jake as he spoke to his opponent who looks up at him. "But if you won't tell me why you want me to end your life…why you are doing all of this then I won't fight you. I know you won't attack me while I am like this. So, unless you tell me I won't move."
The Warrior stares at the Red Ranger knowing he is serious. He won't fight him and he won't strike him down. He knew he couldn't attack him like this. Not if he wants his freedom.
The Warrior grips his weapon and decides to tell him the truth. "I was not created by Damien. I was once a man."
Jake kept silent as he listens to his story. Finally getting some answers of what he is.
"Long ago, I used to live in the same universe where Zane and Damien came from. I lived peacefully with my people. I was a husband, a father, and a grandfather. I was also a proud warrior who fought alongside my fellow brothers and sisters from any enemies that threatened our home."
"Our enemies were fueled to try taking our home due to a powerful crystal that we possessed. I believe you are aware what this crystal is," said the Warrior.
Jake took a moment to think of what this crystal could be, until he remembered what Zane told him before. "A Zeo crystal."
The Warrior nods in response. "My father, his father, and his father all used this power to protect our world. I was given this power so that I would do the same."
"Until one day, Damien arrived. He came seeking allies to join him in his final battle against Zane. We heard of this conflict and declined to join him. He gave us one more chance to join him or the final battle would result in our world being caught in the crossfire."
"We again declined and so he left. We thought that was the end of it until…" the Warrior hesitated to continue as he heard screams of women, children, and men echoing around him. "Until Damien's monster arrived with her army. They attacked our world and our people. So I lead my brothers and sisters into combat to fight off our enemy. Despite our best efforts we were no match for the enemy."
"They were too strong and many of my people died during the fighting. Until it was down to me and that monster. I used the power of the Zeo crystal to help me in my fight. I came close to defeating her until she used my grandchildren as a human shield."
"I hesitated and because of that she was able to defeat me. But, she did not kill me. Instead she poisoned me and left me paralyzed while forcing me to watch as she burns my home to the ground."
"Killing my wife, my children, and my grandchildren. When she came over to me she decided to place a curse on me. A curse transforming me into a monster that would serve Damien. To do his bidding even if it is against my code as a warrior."
"The only way to break the curse is for me to fall in combat against a great warrior. I almost gained my freedom when I fought the original Red Ranger, but he left our battle to help save Damien. But he promised one day I would gained my freedom. That is why I have come to you."
"Now you know and now you understand why I must fight you," said the Warrior as bows his head to the Red Ranger. "Please. Fight me and help me gain my freedom. My faith is at your mercy."
Jake couldn't help but grip his weapon tightly with what he heard. He knew Damien was a bastard, but to do this just because he was turned away. There is no excuse for it. He knows he should help the others and fight to protect the city, but he knows if he doesn't do this now the Warrior will never have his freedom.
Jake stood up and gets into a fighting stance. "Prepare yourself, Warrior."
The Warrior sees Jake standing and soon stood as well. "At last. My freedom has finally come."
Jake and the Warrior charged at each other as their swords collided against one another. Both struggle to push the other back as their weapons refuse to budge. The Warrior moves his weapon up and then goes to swing at the Red Ranger. Jake ducks and slashes against the side of the Warrior.
The Warrior screams in pain, but then swings his weapon and slashes it to the back of Red Ranger. Jake yells in pain, but managed to roll over and get up. He charges again at the Warrior swinging his weapon, but the Warrior swings his and managed to block the attack. He then kicks the Red Ranger in the chest sending him to the wall causing it to crack.
The Warrior charges at the Red Ranger and swings his weapon. Jake leaps out of the way as the sword cuts the wall and statue down causing them to crumble. Jake charges again, but this time leaps over the Warrior. The Warrior blocks his mid-air attack and goes for another kick, but Jake grabs his leg and as the statue is crumbling down he throws the Warrior into the rubble.
Jake stood back knowing the Warrior isn't dead yet. He soon emerged as he leaps into the air and brings his weapon down. Jake leaps out of the way as the Warrior unleashed his attack, which went right between the steps that lead up to the Jedi Temple. Jake swings his weapon, but the Warrior blocks it and pushes his foe back.
Jake begins charging his sword for one more attack as he charges at his enemy. The Warrior charges his weapon as well and begins charging at the Red Ranger. The two warriors continued their charge as the Warrior swings his weapon. Jake however, falls backwards and dodges the attack before getting up. The Warrior spins to attack, but Jake was faster and managed to slash his opponent across the abdomen causing him to yell in pain.
Jake then pulls his weapon back and thrusts it into the chest of the Warrior causing him to yell in pain. Jake pulls his weapon back as the Warrior falls on his knees. He begins breathing heavily as he begins laughing. He falls over, but Jake catches him and helps him down.
"A-at lo-long last…my f-re-edom has come," soon the Warrior's body begins to crumble away. "T-thank y-you, R-Red R-anger."
Jake moves one hand behind his helmet then begins removing it to show his face. "Jake…my name is Jake. I thought…maybe you should know who I am before…"
The Warrior sees the face of the Red Ranger and begins smiling. "I am…Gabriel," said the Warrior or rather Gabriel revealing his name.
Soon Gabriel's body begins to glow until his real form is revealed. He appears with long grey hair, blue eyes, tan skin, and wearing an old armoured uniform. Gabriel moves his hand up to see it is his real hand. He couldn't help but feel tears flowing down his eyes.
Gabriel grabs his sword and moves the handle up to where he is. He begins opening it to reveal a crystal inside. Jake sees it and sees it is glowing brightly. Gabriel moves the crystal to Jake wanting him to have it.
"Th-is i-is the l-last of the Z-Zeo cry-stal from my world. U-use it t-to h-help yo-u. Y-ou w-will n-need it," said Gabriel as Jake hesitates, but soon takes the crystal as it begins to glow even more. "T-thank y-you J-Jake. Th-ank you f-or s-et-ting m-me free. M-may t-the power p-protect you…always…"
Soon Gabriel took his last breath and closed his eyes as he was gone. Jake sets him down gently and bows his head out of respect. Suddenly Gabriel's body begins to glow and begins to disappear. Once the light was gone Jake sees Gabriel has disappeared.
Jake though knew he has moved on and has found his peace. He looks down at the Zeo crystal before smiling a little.
"Thank you, Gabriel," he said until he hears the fighting inside the Jedi Temple.
Jake knew Ahsoka is in trouble and puts on his helmet as he takes off to fight. The crystal begins glowing even brighter than before as it begins emerging around Jake's body. He didn't know what it was doing, but if Gabriel gave it to him to help him then he will trust in it. He just hope he will make it in time to save Ahsoka and his friends.
The Senate
The Chancellor Palpatine is seen resting in his seat in his office. He is seen drinking his tea as he watches the fighting going on. He knows Damien is behind this attack. He knew Dooku would never unleash an attack like this without his permission.
He doesn't know what Damien is trying to prove, but once this is over he'll make sure he pays for what he did. As he takes a sip of his drink the door opened and in came Mas Amedda with a group of Clone soldiers.
"My Lord, forgive me for interrupting, but the fighting is now coming close to the building. We must get you to your shelter," Mas Amedda explains.
Palpatine stood up from his seat and turns to Mas Amedda. "Do not worry. If Damien wanted me dead he would have sent that hideous monster here instead of fighting the Power Rangers."
"Be that as it may it would be wise to get somewhere safe. There is not telling what that monster and his minions are up to," said Mas Amedda who keeps on insisting they leave.
"I will not coward from this treacherous attack," Palpatine replied refusing to hide while Damien attacks his world. "If Damien has something to say then he can…" suddenly a loud thud noise can be heard echoing on the roof of the building. "W-what is that?"
The Clones and the Republic guards hear the noise as they look around wondering where it is coming from. It got closer and closer until suddenly it just stopped.
"Hmm you see? It was nothing," said Palpatine until he sensed something is wrong and moves back as a loud explosion erupted over the Clones and guards.
They are soon crushed by a large figure before it took out the ones that weren't crushed. Four long spider legs appeared on the back of the figure as it used them to lift itself up. Mas Amedda tries to move out of the way, but she grabs him with one arm and throws him towards the wall knocking him out. The figure enters the room revealing to be General Arachnia as she uses her spider legs to enter the room.
She begins approaching Palpatine until she was in front of him. "Chancellor Palpatine I presume?" she asked until she began lowering herself as her spider legs retreat in her back. "Or do you prefer Darth Sidious?"
Palpatine wasn't surprised that this monster knew who he is and didn't seem concerned either that he is alone with it. "If you are here because of your master I assume he has a message for me?"
"Indeed he does," General Archania took out a device and placed it on the table to reveal a hologram of Damien. "A recorded message for you."
Palpatine turns to the message and begins listening to it. "Darth Sidious, when we first met I thought of you as someone who would be a worthy ally. Someone who planned this entire war from the very beginning and has manipulated everyone to achieve your goal. I do admire someone who is able to do that and is able to do it while having all this power. And the final endgame you have is one I would have done myself."
"However, it seems you no longer see me as an ally. Instead you see me as one of your pawns. Ordering me to follow your command and to attack all those who you consider a threat. Like a dog obeying its master, which I do not appreciate."
"The only reason I tolerated it before is because I have my own goals in mind and I wanted to show this partnership could still work. But no longer. If we cannot coexist as allies then you will exist to serve me," Damien's hologram then points to the outside. "As you can see this is just a preview of what I have in store for the galaxy. With my magic I can unleash my army on any world and anytime I want. Hell, I could unleash my entire army and wipe out Coruscant. But…I won't."
"Instead, I will let you and your world continue to exist. However, if you try to betray me or reveal anything to the Power Rangers then I will destroy everything. Coruscant, Kamino, and the Death Star," the moment Damien mentioned Palpatine's secret project the Sith Lord's anger grew. "Now, to show you I hold no ill will towards you…"
Damien begins chanting a spell that begins causing Palpatine to groan in pain as he felt his body beginning to change. He falls on his knees and uses one hand to hold himself against the table. The pain lasted for about a minute until he felt it beginning to subside. He soon begins getting up and looks around to see nothing appears to have changed."
"As promised your body has regained its youth. You even aged back 30 years so you are young again. However, to keep the illusion up your physical appearance remains the same. So, consider this the last gift I give you and remember if you double-cross me I will take it all back and leave you nothing more than an old immobile man."
"General Arachnia, once you are done here return to the ship and make sure to give Torus's orders to retreat," said Damien before the message ends.
General Arachnia takes the device and crushes it. "So, you understand the position you are in?"
Palpatine…no Darth Sidious turns to General Arachnia with a stern look. "Oh I do indeed. Now I want you to give your master a message as well. If he thinks for one second I will obey him as one of his servants think again. I will not allow him to get away with this."
"Hmm, interesting," General Arachnia turns her back to Palpatine who begins going for his lightsabers. "Well, too bad he is aware you are up to something and has ordered me to find it. In fact…" she shows what she found to the old man who stops from attacking her. "It is a nice project you are working on. However, if you want my opinion. It isn't enough. If you want to truly kill him then I have a much better idea of how to do it."
Darth Sidious' expression changed to a confused one as he keeps his weapons in check. "Is that so? You want to give me ideas of how to kill your master?"
General Arachnia begins laughing as she turns to the Sith Lord. "Oh I don't just want to give you ideas on how to kill him. But I want to give you ideas of how to get rid of that pathetic weakling and the Power Rangers."
Darth Sidious isn't sure if this is some sort of trick from the spider or if she is serious. She isn't like Vampira who wouldn't even allow him or any of his subordinates to speak ill of her master. So, perhaps she is serious about what she is saying. If she is then…then maybe she might be useful to him.
He begins walking around his desk and sits down in his seat before looking up at the spider monster. "You have my curiosity. So, tell me. How would you destroy your master and the Power Rangers?"
Okay, here! Here is where I got emotional people. I'm not going to lie. This was a challenge for me to write since I wanted to make it good.
Make it good for a character once seen as a villain to an honourable warrior. So, I hope everyone liked it. Also, yes I got the idea thanks to Samurai Jack in the episode where he fought the Lava Monster who turned out to be a cursed warrior by Aku. Until Jack set him free and he was able to move on.
So, I got the idea from it and I hope everyone liked it. I was originally gonna make him a former Power Ranger, but then I decided no that would be too obvious. So, I went with this direction instead. Still, with the Jedi now knowing who the Cerberus Ranger how is that going to go?
Will they be able to stop the Cerberus Ranger? Will they reveal to Ahsoka who it is? Will Anakin reveal to Damien who Ahsoka is? Or will his love for his former apprentice keep him from revealing it?
