Chapter 73 is here guys and I hope everyone is ready for the new chapter. Oh boy I am so looking forward to this chapter. I hope everyone is looking forward to this one too. This is going to be fun.
Okay, so last time we saw the fighting for Almora continues on. The Rangers fighting against Astronema and her army. Nathan against Tiberous. Alexis, Padme, and now Ventress fighting against Vampira or what is left of her.
Obi Wan and Ahsoka against the Cerberus Ranger. And the main event with Damien against Zane. Oh so many fights, but sadly some of them will soon end and save the rest for the finale. So, who is going to survive and who will die?

Fight for Almora Part III
Almora
The fighting in Almora continues as for the soldiers of Almora continued to push the enemy back. Slowly but surely the soldiers were making ground. Their ships even began making progress on taking down more of the enemy ships. However, they were starting to get hit hard as well.
The enemy fighters managed to damage many of their ships and some of the enemy ships even crashed into the damaged ships. Trying to take down as many of them as possible. At the rate this is going it won't be long before they lose all their ships. And with much of their fleet in orbit they have no way of contacting them for help.
That was until somehow their luck began to change. Somehow they got their communications back. They don't know how they got them back since they couldn't reach the communication station since the fight began. But thankfully the communications came back and they contacted the fleet in orbit.
It will take time, but the soldiers had to hold on until them.
At the palace gardens though the fighting there was just getting started. Nathan and Tiberous continued their fight as the two Rangers were now fighting with all they have. Nathan's new transformation though caught Tiberous off-guard and was not forcing him on defense. Nathan used his powers to help him take the fight towards his brother-in-law who struggled to find an opening.
Nathan's Dragon Dagger had transformed into a long curved sword as his weapon collided with Tiberous' Quantum Defender blade. The two weapons couldn't cut through the other as both weapon glowed. Nathan kept his swings fast and quick, but made sure they weren't too hard. He didn't want to tire himself out, but wanted to tire out Tiberous.
Tiberous didn't like being on defense as he tries to find a way to fight back. Both weapons collided once more and Tiberous used this chance to push off Nathan. He then leaps back and then fires with his blaster. Nathan though easily blocks the blasters despite how fast they were going.
Nathan redirected the blasts back at Tiberous. Tiberous leaps out of the way and then charges at Nathan as he charges his weapon for Freeze Strike. Nathan however, charges his weapon and the two weapons collided once more. This time sending a small shockwave across the gardens knocking the flowers away.
The two warriors however appeared to be at a stalemate. At least that's what Tiberous thought. However, Nathan pushes him off and charges at him. Tiberous runs over and slides to avoid a strike from Nathan.
Tiberous gets up and goes to open fire. Nathan though saw this coming and leaps forward to dodge the blasts. Nathan lands on the ground and fires a green energy blast from his sword. Tiberous moves out of the way to avoid the hit, but this allows Nathan to run over with his weapon glowing and brings it down.
Nathan unleashes a green shockwave to the ground as it goes towards Tiberous. The blast hits Tiberous and send him across the garden towards one of the trees and breaking through it. Nathan lets out a small sigh of relief as he begins approaching Tiberous. He knew his brother-in-law is still alive, but he's not defeated yet.
Tiberous begins slowly getting back on his feet. His suit appeared damaged from the attack as the visor on his helmet appears damaged. Nathan sees this and stops approaching Tiberous. Nathan knew this fight needs to end soon and hopefully this will help end it.
"You had enough now? I hope you say yes since I don't want to have to continue fighting you," said Nathan knowing this fight has gone too far now, especially with the others fighting to save their people. "I know you hate me for what you believe happened to Alphonse. I also know nothing I say will ever change your mind and you will never forgive me. At this point I don't care if you do or not. What we need to focus on is protecting our people and make sure they live."
Tiberous grips his weapon angrily as he slowly stood up. "I don't need you…telling me what I need…to focus on. I am this world's…protector. Not you or your brats."
"You say that and yet my children along with their friends are the ones fighting our enemy together. Like we used to do," said Nathan as he sees Tiberous's gaze now turning away from his. "They were a lot like us when we were young. They want to help protect the innocent, fight against bad guys, and keep the peace. Sure, they became a better team than we did at a fast rate, but that's because of everything that has happened. Despite our flaws though we worked well together and we saved so many lives."
Tiberous remained silent. He continued to refuse to look at Nathan, but listened to what he is saying.
"I know you hate me and you would rather see me die, but you need to put your anger aside for the sake of your people," said Nathan as he tries to get through to Tiberous once more. "You say our people deserve a strong leader who will lead our people to victory. Yet all you are doing is fighting me and helping our enemy destroy our home. If you want to lead the people then let's fight Damien together. And let's finish this afterwards, but only after we save our home."
Tiberous looks over to where the fighting is going on. He can see his ships fighting against the enemy, while some are getting destroyed. A part of him knew he needs to be there to lead his army, but he knew even if he did and they did save the day it wouldn't matter. His father will remain in charge, they will never take out Dooku, and if his sister takes over their world will become weaker.
He begins to get up and shook his head. "I say we finish this now. Once I take you out I will finish Damien off and I will lead my people to victory!"
Nathan sighed in disappointment hoping his brother-in-law would see the light, but it seems it was a waste of time once more.
"Fine. I'll finish this now, knock your ass out, and then go save everyone," said Nathan as he begins charging his weapon. "After this is over I will make sure you get at least a fair trial."
Tiberous scoffed at what Nathan said. "You won't be alive long enough to tell anyone. If I can't beat you like this then I have something that can…" Tiberous moves his right hand up and begins speaking through his morpher. "Q-Rex! Arise!"
Outside of the city deep in the forest a loud roar can be heard. It appeared to come from the ground as it begins to shake. Suddenly something emerged from the ground causing the animals to flee in fear. The first to appear is a large silver spike tail before the rest of the body appeared.
Out from the ground emerged the Quantasaurus Rex or Q-Rex as it lets out a loud roar. Soon the Q-Rex Zord turns towards the source of its master before it begins running towards the palace.
Nathan could feel the ground shake and looks over to see a large Zord that looks a little like his son's Zord. Only this one appeared bulkier and has two cannons on its back. Nathan sighed in anger figuring Tiberous must have had a Zord ready to use in case things go wrong. But he didn't think he would try using it while the fighting is going on.
"You really want to do this? Fine, time for Dragonzord Power!" Nathan moves the handle of his sword up to the lips of his helmet and begins calling for his Dragonzord.
Outside of the city there is the ocean. Deep beneath the water two glowing red eyes appeared as the Dragonzord begins emerging from the water. The Dragonzord lets out a loud roar before making its way to land. Nathan leaps into the air as he teleports into the cockpit of his Zord.
"Get ready, Tiberous. As powerful as your Zord looks it won't beat my Dragonzord," said Nathan confident in his Dragonzord.
"Don't be too sure about that," said Tiberous as he prepares his Q-Rex to fight from the ground. "My Zord's abilities surpass your Zord and once I am done here your team are next."
They take the fight near the forest where the Dragonzord and Q-Rex Zords begin fighting against one another. The two Zords soon charged at each other. The Q-Rex goes to bite the Dragonzord, but the Dragonzord uses its hand to hit the Q-Rex's mouth. The Dragonzord then begins hitting the Q-Rex over, until the Q-Rex dodges its last attack and fires from its turrets.
The blasts hit the Dragonzord causing it to back away. But not enough to cause serious damage to the Zord.
The Q-Rex then charges at the Dragonzord as it drives its head into the chest of the enemy Zord. The Dragonzord though grabs the Q-Rex and begins swinging it around and around until it throws it across the forest. Tiberous grew angry when he saw his Zord was unable to defeat the Dragonzord like this. He remembers the Dragonzord being powerful, but he thought his Zord should have been more powerful.
Well, it is time for him to make sure his Zord finishes this fight. He lifts his right hand up and presses a button on the morpher. "Quantasaurus, Megazord-mode, now!"
The Q-Rex begins to stand up straight as the back of the turrets begin moving forward. Soon, the Q-Rex transformed into its Megazord mode. Sporting two green colored shoulder cryo-units, on its right hand a missile gauntlet that has six missiles on it, while the other hand appears normal. It stood a few inches taller than the Dragonzord as it begins charging at the enemy.
The Dragonzord and the Q-Rex collide, but the Q-Rex took the advantage as it begins using its new form to overpower its enemy. The Q-Rex punches the Dragonzord in the face and even uses its tail to knock its enemy back. The Dragonzord roared as it swings its tail at the Q-Rex.
The Q-Rex grabs the tail and keeps the Dragonzord from moving. However, the chest red lights on the golden chest of the Dragonzord begin glowing. The drill at the end of the tail begins to spin as it slashes the chest of the Q-Rex. The Dragonzord soon turns around just as the Q-Rex recovered.
"Fire missiles!" Tiberous ordered from the ground.
"Dragonzord, fire missiles!" Nathan ordered when he sees the Q-Rex moving its left hand up to fire its missiles.
The Dragonzord lifts hands up and fires ten smaller missiles at the Q-Rex. The missiles soon collided with each other as only four managed to hit the Q-Rex. But they weren't enough to weaken it. The Q-Rex charges at the Dragonzord and begins punching its enemy before kicking the Dragonzord away.
"Max Blizzard now!" Tiberous ordered as he presses another button on his morpher.
The Q-Rex begins charging its attack, but Nathan sees this and thanks to the distance they have he has his Zord move out of the way just as the attack was launched. The Max Blizzard hits a nearby mountain and destroys part of it.
"Fire missiles again!" Tiberous ordered his Zord to attack.
The Q-Rex fires more missiles this time hitting their mark as the Dragonzord falls to the ground. Nathan held on in his cockpit as his Zord couldn't get up. Tiberous sees this fight is over and decides to end this.
"Time to finish him off. Q-Rex, Max Blizzard and full power!" Tiberous ordered as his Q-Rex begins charging its attack.
"Tiberous, don't do this!" Nathan shouted not wanting his Zord to get hurt.
"Too late! Now finish them off!" Tiberous ordered.
The Dragonzord lets out a loud roar as if it is trying to speak to the Q-Rex. The Q-Rex stares at the Dragonzord for a moment before it begins powering down its Max Blizzard.
"W-what is this? I order you to attack! Attack now!" Tiberous ordered once more trying to get his Zord to finish this fight.
The Q-Rex soon begins struggling as its Max Blizzard begins charging, but then powers down. It powers back up, but then it loses its power. This left Tiberous confused on what is happening and why his Zord is disobeying him. It shouldn't since he has control over it.
Nathan didn't know what just happened, but figured that his Dragonzord got through to the Q-Rex somehow. Zane is right these Zords aren't just mindless machines. They are alive somehow. Well, if they are and the Q-Rex is struggling then they have to act now.
"Dragonzord, sorry buddy but we need to incapacitate the Q-Rex. For its sake and ours, okay?" Nathan asked as his Dragonzord begins to get up and roars. "All right. Time to try that little trick. It worked once so let's try it again."
The Dragonzord roars as it begins charging at the Q-Rex. It jumps up, uses its tail to push itself off, and hit surprisingly a dropkick towards the chest of the Q-Rex. A hard one that knocks the Megazord back into its first form as the Q-Rex falls to the ground. The Dragonzord roared loudly before Nathan leaps out of his Zord and lands on the ground across from Tiberous who is shocked with what happened.
"I…I don't understand," said Tiberous who is confused by what just transpired. "Why didn't it obey? It's just a machine. A mindless machine that has to do whatever it is told. That's why I chose it so it wouldn't disobey me."
Nathan shook his head in response as he approached his brother-in-law. "You completely forgot didn't you? You forgot the bond you used to have for your Zord back when you were the Red Ranger. You forgot the bond we all shared in our Zords and how we fought together side-by-side."
Tiberous looks up at Nathan, but not in anger, but rather in understanding. Yes, he does remember his bond with the T-Rex Zord. The same Zord his nephew is using. He remembers how well he fought with his Zord and how there was a connection.
That all changed though after what happened to…ever since then he had his power taken from him and he never said goodbye to his Zord. Though it seems his Zord is doing fine with its new owner.
"I don't care about that anymore," said Tiberous as he stood up ready to fight. "All I care about is making you pay for what you did to Alphonse. All I care about is making sure our people have a better future. No matter what."
"No, you won't," said Nathan as he got ready to fight. "And I am tired of you blaming me for what happened to Alphonse. I didn't kill him."
"Lies! You are a liar! If you didn't kill him then why don't you tell me who did? You can't because you know you killed him yourself!" Tiberous shouted back.
"No, because I made him swear not to tell," the two Rangers turn to the source of the voice and are shocked to see it is Tiberous's father, King Ronin. "Hello my son. I see you've been causing a lot of trouble."
Ronin is seen wearing his gold armor with silver lining, helmet, cape, and a long hammer. His signature weapon, which is made of a powerful steel. Strong enough to break apart any machine. Even Damien's robots stood no chance against it.
"F-father?" Tiberous is shocked to see not only his father is here, but knows it is him.
Ronin turns towards Nathan and sighed. "Hello Nathan. I wish you called me to let me know what is going on. I would have come sooner to we could have settled this."
Nathan moves his sword away and bows his head. "I apologize, my king. I was hoping to convince Tiberous to stop this without bringing up the truth…even though you did make me swear not to say anything."
Tiberous turns to his father looking confused. "W-what is he talking about?"
Ronin sighed as he walks over to a nearby stump and sits down on it. "I swore to your brother I wouldn't tell you what happened. Alexis doesn't know either, but she knows Nathan is innocent. But I suppose for the second time in my life I'll break another promise. One I wish I didn't have to do after your mother's death…"
Tiberous stood by in silent wanting to know what his father is referring. All while Nathan stood by with his head turned away.
Ronin turns to his son and explains everything. "As you remember, your brother was very ill. He couldn't do much without his treatment and he needed to be care for until the medicine we were developing was ready."
Tiberous remembers this. His little brother had an illness that prevented him from going out to play, explore, or even hang out with friends…or make friends. Alexis and Tiberous were the only ones who spend time with their brother. They kept him company, made him happy, and played games with him.
Even after becoming Power Rangers they still found the time to be with him. Eventually the other Rangers became his friends as well. He was a big fan of the Power Rangers and wanted to become one when he felt better. So he can help people and keep them safe.
"I remember…" Tiberous replied as he balls his fists. "I remember him always smiling despite how sick he was. He never let it get to him. He was a lot like mother. Always smiling and trying to cheer everyone up even when he was the one we wanted to make feel better."
Ronin nods remembering how Alphonse was so much like his mother. She wanted to keep their people safe, she wanted to make them happy, and she wanted to find peaceful solutions without fighting. She would even go to help the sick and needy. Not to look good, but because she wanted to help people.
It made Ronin happy to know their son was a lot like his mother. Ronin wipes away a small tear before he continued.
"Then you remember the pirates attacking our home world. They tried robbing from our people, but this was a distraction. They were actually kidnapping children who were Force-sensitive. They somehow got the list that we had of children who could use the Force."
Tiberous remembered this. The Rangers arrived to fight against the pirates, but were distracted from them actually kidnapping the kids. When they found out what happened they tried tracking them down. That's when they separated to cover more ground and that's when he got a call from Nathan that…
Tiberous then turns towards Nathan with his gaze turning to anger. "That's also the same night Nathan was standing over the body of Alphonse!"
"Because Alphonse snuck out to save the kids," said Ronin surprising Tiberous who turned to his father shocked. "Alphonse somehow found out where the kids were taken and tried to inform us. But the pirates had damaged our communicators and couldn't warn us. So, he went to free the children himself and managed to save them all. I know this because I was there my son…"
Ronin began flashing back to that night. He received word from one of his scouts that they spotted a fire breaking out near the cove and suspect the pirates are there. Ronin led his team and they arrived to find the children all running away with Alphonse helping lead them away. Ronin immediately spring into action when he saw his son and send his army to save the kids while fighting the pirates.
However, during the fighting one of the pirates shot the machine that Alphonse was using to keep himself safe from his illness. Until he could return home and connect with his machines. The pirate was taken out by the Green Ranger who tried save Alphonse…but it was too late. Without the machine the illness spread through his body until there was nothing they could do to save him.
Ronin became furious and had his men round up all the pirates to kill them all. However, Alphonse begged his father to stop. To not kill the pirates…to spare their lives. He dint want any more people to die. He wanted them all to be spared.
Despite how he felt and how much he wanted the pirates to suffer he gave in to his son's request. He had the pirates all taken away and held his son. Alphonse asked his father not to tell Alexis and Tiberous what happened. Since he didn't want to disappoint them for not staying in bed like he promised he would.
Nathan wanted to remove his helmet, but Alphonse asked him not to. He didn't care who was under the helmet or not. All that mattered is he is thankful to have gotten the chance to meet one of his heroes. And he wanted him to promise to keep their world safe no matter what.
Nathan swore to do this before Alphonse passed away. Ronin stood by with his son for a few minutes before he went to go speak with his men to get a ship. That's when Tiberous arrived and took his brother's body back home. Hoping to save him, while Nathan was sworn by Ronin not to tell the others what happened.
Once the king finished telling his story he turns to his son. Tiberous fell to his knees and powers down as he felt tears forming in his eyes. All this time…he thought all this time the cause for his brother's death was the man he was fighting against. Only to find out his brother's death wasn't his fault and he made his father swear not to say anything because he was afraid his siblings would be mad at him.
Tiberous soon feels his tears flowing down his eyes angry at himself for letting his anger and rage consume him. While angry at himself for ever making it seem like he would have been mad at Alphonse for trying to help their people. His people who are right now in trouble and are suffering. Suffering because of his selfishness and stupidity.
Nathan walks over to Tiberous and kneels down next to him before placing his hand on his shoulder. "Tiberous, I'm sorry for not telling you the truth. For not telling you what happened that night. But I hope now that you know the truth that you realize you can still do the right thing. You can still make this right?"
"H-how? How can I make this right?" Tiberous asked shocked that Nathan even said that to him. "I betrayed my people to help Damien, I tried to kill you, Alexis, your family, and most of our people…" Tiberous then turns to his father. "I even conspired to take over the kingdom by any means necessary. How can I make any of this right?! How can you ask me I can still do the right thing after I just tried killing you? How?!"
"Because, it's what Alphonse would have believed in you," said Nathan, which caused Tiberous to fall silent. "He knows you weren't yourself, that you were angry, you didn't know the truth, and that you were angry. But now that you know he would want you to now go to help our people. To lead them and to keep them safe. And be the hero he believed you to be."
Ronin nods in response as he sat up from his seat. "He's not wrong. Alphonse always looked up to you because you are a great leader, because of how much our people look up to you, and how you put the safety of our people ahead of your own. You inspire our soldiers to fight. And it's because of that inspiration that has our people fighting back."
Ronin turns to the city and tells his son how he heard reports of how their people are fighting together. How they are fighting alongside the Power Rangers and are winning. They are beating Damien's army and how they are winning. They are beating the enemy back and they will become victorious.
"You can still do the right thing. Go help lead our people to victory and make your brother proud," said Ronin as he approached his son and place his hand on his shoulder. "Make us all proud."
Tiberous looks down from his father before looking up to the city. He then looks up at the sky where he sees his fleet actually defeating the enemy. He then turns to his father and then to Nathan before he slowly nods his head.
"You do realize even if we do this I'll still need to turn myself in," said Tiberous who knows despite what he does now he will need to pay for his crimes. "I don't want a pardon or for the people to be lied to. I want them to know the truth. Know what I did and that I will accept any punishment you give me."
Ronin nods in response. "If that is what you wish then so be it."
Nathan nods in agreement as he hands Tiberous his weapon. "Like old time's sake?"
Tiberous gives a small smile and nods. "Let's have some fun then."
The ground began to shake as they turn around to see the Q-Rex beginning to stand up and stand next to the Dragonzord as both Zords roar loudly.
"Definitely like old time's sake," said Tiberous as he sees his Zord appearing now to be obeying him again. "Let's get going. But we'll need to get there quickly. You think you can keep up?"
Nathan began chuckling softly. "I'm pretty sure the Dragonzord and I can get to the city faster than you two."
Meanwhile
Inside the palace, Alexis managed to lead the others towards the library where she knew there is a safe room inside. She has Padme hold Numa in her arms, while Ventress keeps an eye out. Alexis begins moving to the bookshelves as she looks for the secret book to help them open the door. She knew the book is her mother's favorite and once she finds it she can pull it, which will have the entrance to the safe room open.
"You better hurry up," said Ventress as she sensed something is coming towards them. "I sense a dark presence heading our way and I don't think its friendly."
"Almost there," said Alexis as she continues looking for the book. "Once we're inside we'll be safe. Even if its one of Damien's monsters they won't be able to break in."
"I hope you are right, but I still think I should be out there to help save Anakin," said Padme who didn't want to run and hide. She wanted to go save her husband.
"Skywalker?" Ventress asked as she turns towards the senator of Naboo. "Why are you worried about him? It's not like you are together."
Padme didn't try replying to that since she didn't want her to know about her and Anakin. "That is not any of your business."
"Like I care about your business," said Ventress who didn't care if Skywalker and the senator were dating since she would get nothing out of it anyway.
"Padme I promise you that the others will save him, but for right now…" Alexis smiles when she found the book. "Pay dirt."
She pulls the book and the bookshelf begins to open. Revealing the safe room and showing no one is inside.
"All right. Everyone inside now and let's..." suddenly Ventress sees the doors being blown open as they head towards her.
She slashes at them before Vampira emerged grabbing her by the neck. She slams the former Sith against the wall before throwing her across the room towards the wall. Numa began to scream as Alexis and Padme look on shocked. It was Vampira all right, but she changed.
She transformed into her true form as she turns towards her victims. Alexis took out her blaster and turns on the UV light. This caused Vampira to shield her eyes with her wings as she backed away a little.
"Padme, run!" Alexis knew even if they went inside the room the door won't close fast enough. "I'll hold her off!"
"I'm not leaving you be…" Padme is interrupted when Alexis pushed her out of the way from Vampira's wing trying to pierce her.
"Don't fucking argue with me and go!" Alexis shouted as she continues to use the UV light to keep Vampira away. "Get my daughter safe and don't turn back!"
Padme knew she shouldn't leave, especially when Alexis needed her. But the crying girl in her arms made her realize Alexis is right. She has to protect Numa and hopefully find backup. She begins to try running away with Numa in her arms calling out for her mother.
Vampira however, refused to let her victims escape. She grabs a chair and tosses it hitting Alexis. Padme got distracted by this as it allows Vampira to rush over and tackle her to the wall. She grabs Numa and tosses her across the room before holding Padme up by her neck.
Vampira begins giggling evilly as she sees Padme struggling to breath. She placed her hand on the senator's belly and can feel the life growing inside of her.
She looks up at Padme who struggled to get freed. "Aww don't worry. I'm not going to kill you. But I am going to make you watch as I devour your little friends. Won't that be nice?"
Suddenly Vampira roared when she felt two lightsabers stabbing her from behind. Vampira tosses Padme away near the door before her the tips of her wings stabbed both of Ventress' shoulders. She screams in pain when the wings pierced her and threw her to the window. The windows are reinforced so they cracked by the force of the toss and Ventress appeared knocked out.
Alexis recovered from the chair and goes over to check on Ventress until she sees Vampira approach her. Alexis took out a small blaster and goes to open fire, but Vampira knocks it away as it lands near Numa. Vampira grabs Alexis by the neck and lifts her up. Preparing to finish this.
"Well, I can't say this wasn't fun, but playtime is over," said Vampira as she show her sharp fangs.
Numa began to recover from being tossed and sees the blaster near her. She looks up to see her mother in trouble and soon flashbacks begin coming back to her. How Vampira killed many of her people, killed her uncle, and now is preparing to kill her new mother. She begins feeling her eyes get watery as she felt completely helpless again.
She didn't want to lose her family again. Not again! Not while everyone is fighting! Not while she can still do something.
She grabs the blaster and aims it at the monster. Vampira hears the blaster charging and turns to face Numa before she begins laughing.
"Aww. The little brat wants to try being a hero now? How pathetic," said Vampira as she begins mocking her. "Go ahead and fire little girl. It won't do you any good. All it will do is make me laugh. In fact I'll prove it. I'll bite off your mother's head off while you shoot at me and then toss her head to you."
Alexis struggled to speak as she tries to get her daughter away. She wanted to tell her to run. To get away and find the others. She didn't want her to die and she didn't want her to see what is going to happen to her.
But each time she tries to speak she is cut off by Vampira tightening her grip on her neck. Vampira knew she tried to speak, but kept her silent wanting to traumatize the poor girl some more.
"Go ahead, kid. Open fire. Your friends have all fallen, the Power Rangers will soon fall, and my master will take this world like we did with Ryloth. Face it little girl…" Vampira continued to mock the girl as she moves Alexis near her to rip her head off. "You are all alone."
Suddenly they hear what sounds like a gun charging. "She's not alone," Vampira turns around and is shot in the chest by Alpha.
Alpha shot her with a large spear that pierced through the monster's chest and pins her to the wall. Vampira dropped Alexis as she began coughing loudly. Numa rushed over and checks on her mother just as Padme began to recover. Padme helps Alexis up before she turns to Ventress' unconscious body.
Padme goes over to help drag her away just as Vampira recovered and goes to slash Padme. However, Alpha fires another spear at Vampira's arm and then another to her other arm. He then fires four more pinning her legs and wings to keep her from moving. This caused Vampira to roar in pain as she struggled to break free. The women all soon moved towards Alpha who is standing in front of a large machine that is behind him.
"You! I know you!" Vampira shouted recognizing the machine. "You are that Alpha robot! You think these things will hold me?! Think again! When I break free I am going to kill you and your little friends!"
"No you won't," said Alpha as he took out a device. "You have done a lot of terrible things Vampira. You killed too many innocent people, you manipulated them to fight against their loved ones, you brought nothing but pain, and suffering to all those you encounter. You must be stopped and today is that day. And I will help stop you."
Vampira begins laughing evilly as she stopped struggling. "Oh? And how are you going to do that? All you Alpha units have done nothing to help stop any bad guy and instead you let the Rangers stop them. So, what makes you any different?"
"Because I finished making the device that will help finish you off, but instead of me pulling the trigger…" Alpha hands the device to Numa. "I believe she deserves the honor."
Alpha leans down and whispers to Numa what the device does. Numa turns to her mother who overheard everything and she gives her daughter a small nod. Numa looks down at the device before looking at the monster who caused her nothing but harm. Numa's expression turned to one of seriousness, but also one of bravery as she lifts the device.
"For my uncle…my people…" Numa then turns to her mother held her hand. "And my mother."
She presses the button causing the machine behind her to turn on as a bright powerful light emerged. Vampira's eyes widen in shock as the light hits her body. She begins screaming loudly in pain as the light felt a lot like sunlight. Her body begins to break apart as she tries to escape from her bounds.
However, she couldn't break free as her body is set on fire and soon she begins disintegrating as she lets out one last scream before she turned to dust. Alpha soon turns off the machine and sees there is nothing left of Vampira. Nothing but dust and smoke. Numa soon fell to her knees and begins crying.
But these were tears of joy. Joy knowing that she got justice for her people and her uncle. Alexis kneels down and hugs her daughter. Keeping her close as she felt relief knowing it's over.
They killed Vampira and she is gone. Alpha goes to check on Alexis to make sure both her and her daughter are okay.
"Alexis, do you two require any medical assistance?"
Alexis shook her head in response. "We'll be okay. But I believe Ventress needs it."
Alpha nods as he goes to check on Ventress. "Senator Amidala do you…" Alpha looks over to find the senator is gone. "Um Alexis…where is your friend?"
Alexis looks over to find Padme is gone. She tries to get up, but feels her body is in too much pain to get up.
"S-shit! She must have gone to find the others," said Alexis figuring now with Vampira gone Padme can go find her husband. "We need to let the others know she is gone. And that she might be after Anakin."
"If she is…she is in great danger," said Alpha knowing where Anakin is at and what is going on.
Meanwhile
Ahsoka is in the cockpit of her Tigerzord as she fights against the Cerberus Zord. The two Zords soon transformed into their Megazord mode as the two begin fighting. Even without Anakin inside his Zord the Cerberus Zord was holding its own. Fighting like how Anakin would fight, which was a struggle for Ahsoka.
Her Zord isn't as fast as she was, but then again neither is the Cerberus Zord. But it was a little faster in its reaction time, which is bad for her. However, Ahsoka knew Anakin's moves. So, she can use them against him.
The only problem is her own moves aren't working against the Cerberus Ranger. It's like Anakin told it how she fights too.
Ahsoka tries to use her sword to try pushing the Cerberus Zord back so she can duck its swing then slash against it. However, when she tried to duck the Cerberus Zord drives its knee into the face of her Zord. This then gave the Cerberus Zord an opening as it slashes across the chest of her Zord.
"Damn. No matter what moves I use this thing will keep on countering them," said Ahsoka as her Zord backs away just as the Cerberus Zord begins charging its middle head. "Oh no!"
She grabs one of the orbs behind her and places it into the slot before firing thunderbolts to collide with the energy blast from the Cebrerus Zord. The blasts from both attacks collided, but the Cerberus Zord hardly moved. The Tigerzord though was pushed back and almost fell over. Ahsoka though manged to keep her Zord from falling to the ground as the Cerberus Zord looks ready for more.
"If this keeps up I'll never take it down. Come on, Ahsoka. Think! How can I beat something that knows all my moves?" Ahsoka tries to figure out a way for her to beat the Cerberus Zord by doing something it…it won't see coming. "Like some new moves I learned from the others that my master never saw me use."
It was her best shot as she begins charging her Zord towards the Cerberus Zord. The Cerberus Zord begins charging its next attack, but Ahsoka made sure to be ready if it fired anything. The Cerberus Zord soon fires another energy attack, but Ahsoka has her Zord move to the right to dodge the attack. She then has her Zord charge at the Cerberus Zord once more.
The Cerberus Zord goes to swing its sword, which it knew the Tigerzord will either leap over or duck to avoid being hit. However, Ahsoka has her Zord fall back and begins sliding across the ground to trip the Cerberus Zord forward. The Cerberus Zord managed to used its sword to keep itself from hitting the ground. This gave Ahsoka though an opening as her Zord got behind the Cerberus Zord.
The Tigerzord took its sword and slashes the back of the Cerberus Zord three times causing it to fall to the ground. The Cerberus Zord managed to get up and begins charging in anger at the Tigerzord. Ahsoka has her Tigerzord throw its sword at the Cerberus Zord. The Cerberus Zord dodged and then goes to slash at the Tigerzord.
However, since Ahsoka is in control over her Zord's movement she moves forward, gets on one knee, and lifts the Cerberus Zord over her Zord when it came charging at her. The Cerberus Zord is sent flying towards the ground, while Ahsoka grabs her weapon and before the Cerberus Zord could recover she slashes it across the chest three times. The Cerberus Zord blocks the last slash and pushes the Tigerzord back before going to slash back.
Ahsoka has her Tigerzord grab the sword with its free hand, but before the Cerberus Zord could pull its sword back Ahsoka makes another surprising move. She swings her weapon to slash at the Cerberus Zord, but it blocks her weapon with its hand. She knew it would do this so she has her Zord leap up and hit a dropkick knocking the Cerberus Zord backwards to the ground.
Ahsoka grabs one of the orbs behind her and fires the thunderbolts at the Cerberus Zord. The Cerberus Zord gets hit with the energy balls and falls on one knee. Ahsoka knew she has it on the ropes and now it is time to finish this.
"All right, buddy. Let's end this now and go help Master Kenobi," said Ahsoka towards her Tigerzord.
The Cerberus Zord's body begins to glow as it begins charging for one more powerful blast. Ahsoka sees this and knows if she dodges the attack then the blast could hit close to the city. She also knows if she tries blocking it her Zord will get damaged or worse. Unless she moves the blast out of the way.
She looks over to the ocean and comes up with an idea. She begins running towards the cliff as the Cerberus Zord begins moving to follow its target. Just like Ahsoka hoped it would do. Ahsoka runs to the edge of the cliff and knew she has to time this just right.
If Rick is right about how strong the ground is then it should support her weight. She hopes. The Cerberus Zord soon turns to her and fires a large dark red energy blast. The Tigerzord leaps off the cliff just as the blast was inches from hitting it. The blast took off half of the cliff as the Cerberus Zord hears a loud splash assuming its foe has fallen to the water.
The Cerberus Zord walks over to the ledge and looks down to see where its foe fell. The Cerberus Zord knew the Tigerzord isn't destroyed. Most likely it will try to escape through the water. So, it begins charging another attack to force it to the surface.
As it finishes charging the Tigerzord emerged from under the cliff and thrusts its sword into the chest of the Tigerzord. The Cerberus Zord stood there not moving for a moment until it looks down to see the sword piercing through the mouth of the middle head of the Cerberus. Soon the Cerberus Zord begins backing away until it fell over and transforms back into its first form.
The two other heads let out a loud howl while the middle head whimpers. The Tigerzord stood over the defeated Zord before it begins putting its sword away. Ahsoka saw no need to finish the Zord. It wasn't evil.
It was just being controlled by the hatred within Anakin. She felt bad for what she had to do, but she knew she had to incapacitate the Zord. She won't finish it off. She'll help save Anakin and hopefully it will purify the Zord.
"All right. Tigerzord keep an eye on the Cerberus Zord. I need to go back and see how Obi Wan is doing," said Ahsoka as she turns towards the city. "I just hope the others are doing okay.
Meanwhile
The Rangers are seen continuing their fight against Damien's army after they fought against his wife. Earlier they encountered Astronema and began fighting against her. At first it seems the fight was even with the Rangers against Astronema. They even felt confident they could defeat her.
That is what they believed. Until Astronema summoned her own army. Astronema had her robots attack the five Power Rangers, while she watches the whole fight. She decided to stop wasting her time fighting these children and have her robots weaken them so she can finish them off.
At first the five Rangers held their own. Barriss and Rick work together to fight off much of the army near some of the abandoned vehicles. All while Lux and Rachel fought the enemy on higher ground. With Rachel firing her arrows at the robots, while Lux defends her.
Thanks to Jake's Battlizer form he is able to hold his own alone. Jake uses his wings to help slash the robots and defend himself from the blasters. All while using his sword to slowly take down the robots. It seems things were going their way, but Astronema continued summoning more robots to engage against the Rangers.
It got to the point that they needed to regroup in order to hold them back. Barriss even had to use her lightsaber, which she retrieved before joining the others to fight. She puts away one of her Power Daggers and merges the other with the bottom of her lightsaber. Helping her hold her own against the robots.
Rachel and Lux leaps off the building they were on to join the others as Rachel fires her arrows at the robots to create an opening. Lux drops some detonators and blew up part of a building to cause the debris to fall on the robots. Rick meanwhile tricks some of the robots near an empty building and uses his Power Lance to slash through the support beams and leap out of the building. Without the beams the building soon came down destroying the robots.
Astronema soon began getting bored by this fight. She knew this is taking too long and she needs to check on Damien soon to make sure he is all right. Since she got his full power back he has been slowly trying to use it. Mostly because his body has not been used to that much power after being locked away for thousands of years.
So, she took her staff and begins charging it to attack the Rangers. Jake saw this and flies over to his friends to shield them from the attack. The blast is shot and Jake uses his wings to block the attack. However, the force of the blast knocked the five Rangers back as they fell to the ground.
The Rangers begin to slowly recover as the robots begin surrounding them once more. They look around to see the robots all ready to attack, but they appear to be waiting.
"Guys…you okay?" Jake asked as his left wing appeared damaged.
"We'll live," said Rick as he looks around to see how many robots are left. "Well, at least for now it seems."
Barriss stood next to Rick as she begins panting under her helmet. "Giving up already Rick? That is not like you."
"I didn't say that," said Rick as he began trying to catch his breath. "Unless you guys are already getting too tired to continue fighting."
Rachel begins chuckling under her helmet despite being in pain around her body. "I haven't even broken a sweat. I can go all day with this."
Lux chuckled as well while feeling himself getting tired. "You're not the only one. This is a piece of cake."
Jake began smiling under his helmet knowing his friends are already getting tired and are hurting. But none of them will admit it. Hell he won't admit it either. And that's fine with him since they still have a job to do.
"Are you ready to give up, Power Rangers?" Astronema asked in a mocking tone. "You might as well surrender. You can't defeat us. My army outnumbers you all. And once we are finish here we will finish off the rest of the soldiers of Almora."
The Power Rangers grip their weapons and face Astronema. "We'll never surrender to you or your husband, Astronema," said Jake.
"He's right. We have been in tougher situations than this and we always find a way to win," said Rachel as she spoke up next.
"We don't care how many robots you've got. We'll kick all their tin butts and then kick yours next!" said Rick as he spoke up next while aiming his weapon at Astronema.
"We will protect the people of this world and all other worlds from people like you Astronema," said Barriss as she spoke up next while gripping her weapon. "No matter the cost."
"Even if we give up our lives here we will take you and your army down if it means keeping everyone safe," said Lux as he finished speaking last.
"That can be arranged," said Astronema as she snaps her fingers as her robots begin charging their weapons. "You all are very brave, but foolish. Now you will all die and soon the helpless people of this world will be…
Suddenly a rock hit the side of the head Astronema causing the robots and the Power Rangers to turn to who threw it. Astronema turns in anger to who threw it as well and appears more angry than shock like the Rangers are.
Standing across from the robots there is Paul Bulkmeier and Jason Skullovitch, with both hving rocks in their hands. Behind them the people of Almora all armed with weapons.
"Listen up, lady! You say the people of Almora are helpless?" Bulk began speaking. "Well, here we are. Ready to fight you and your little army."
"That's right! We aren't afraid of you or your tin cans!" Skull spoke up next as the people cheered behind them. "If you want to fight the Power Rangers you'll need to fight us too!"
"This is our home and we won't let you or your master take it from us!" said Bulk as he took out a metal bat.
The Power Rangers look on shocked that the two men they met earlier who they thought were just a bunch of bullies, are actually helping them. Not only that, it looks like they rallied the people to fight beside them too. This was something they didn't expect. The people are here to fight with them.
"Power Rangers, you have done a lot for us and you saved our home many times," said Bulk as he turns to his friend and both nod their heads. "Well now, let us help you all fight too."
Astronema stares at the people of Almora who have come to help their little heroes. Yes, she was pissed these two punks actually hit her and for some reason they seemed familiar to her. She ignored this though and begins laughing as she brings her staff down. This caused her robots to charge their weapons and turn their attention to the civilians.
"If you all want to die that is fine with me. I am looking forward to killing you all and making sure the Power Rangers look on," said Astronema as she turns to the Power Rangers. "And how it will be all their fault that they couldn't save everyone on their own."
"Good thing they aren't the only ones fighting," said a familiar voice as Astronema looks behind her to see who is there.
Barriss looks over and is shocked to see it is Captain Rex along with the other Clones. "T-they're alive. They are all alive."
"But how?" Rick asked who is shocked to see they are okay. "I thought they blew up with the ship."
Next to Captain Rex stood a woman with long black hair, fair skin, white eyes, and wearing a maiden uniform that appeared to have had its sleeves torn off.
Rachel recognized her as one of her maids. "Isabella? She's alive too! I can't believe it."
"She must have saved them," said Jake figuring she had a hand in the Clones being alive. "I remember Rachel and mom suggested she try getting the Clones to go out to have a good time."
"If she got them out before the explosion then that explains how they are here," said Lux who is just glad the Clones are okay.
Astronema though didn't look amused to see the 'Clones' her husband mentioned are alive. "I thought you were all killed. That's the last time we leave a weakling to handle something as simple as killing a bunch of mindless drones."
Captain Rex lifts his weapon as his brothers did the same. "So, you had a hand in trying to kill us then? Good. Because my men and I have some business with you, lady. You and your mindless drones."
Astronema though begins laughing at the comment from the Clone. "Even with this little reinforcement you are all still outnumbered. You are all alone."
"Then it is a good thing they aren't alone," said another voice as the Rangers, civilians, and Clones look over on the other side to see something emerging from the smoke.
They look over to see it was a young teenage girl with short black hair with a bow behind her head, green eyes, freckles on her cheek, fair skin, wearing glasses, and wearing a pink dress.
"Sarah?" Jake looks on surprised to see it was their friend.
"W-wait what? Sarah? What is she doing here?" Rachel asked shocked as well that the girl is here.
"I thought she was supposed to be somewhere far from the fighting?" Rick asked wondering what is going on.
Astronema sees the girl and laughs. "What? You here as backup too, little girl?"
Sarah nods in response. "I came after I helped fix the communications for our army. Soon the rest of the fleet will arrive to help us wipe out the rest of your army, which only has 300,721 out of 1,304,920 chance of defeating them."
Astronema became annoyed by this girl as she begins charging her staff. She knew Tiberous made sure the communications were jammed to prevent any reinforcements from coming. She also made sure to send some of her robots to make sure to destroy the facility. So, how did this brat get the communications back?"
"I don't know who you are, but you are all still outnumbered and your friends the Power Rangers can't protect everyone," said Astronema who is still confident she can win this.
"You are right. The odds of defending all the civilians is very slim," Sarah admits until a large group of figures begin emerging behind her. "That was until I met this group who say they were sent by Zane. They call themselves the iron legion, but I think the people have a different name for them…"
Behind her soon emerged what appears to be over a hundred armored figures. What surprised everyone, including the Power Rangers themselves is the fact these armored figures are all other Power Rangers. The Rangers recognized them from the suits they wore and recognized each of the teams. Thanks to all the lessons Zane had taught them about the past Rangers.
Lux though heard Sarah mention something about the iron legion and recognized the name. "G-guys those Rangers. They are all Zane's robots. The ones he made to help protect the Command Center in case of an invasion. You don't think he used the morphers that he kept locked up to merge with them do you?"
"If he did then I believe we caught a lucky break," said Barriss as she looks over to the citizens who begin cheering when they saw more Power Rangers appeared. "And it seems we have what we need to protect the people."
Jake nods in agreement as he looks over to see Astronema looking pissed off. "And it looks like Astronema knows she is in trouble. All right guys. Let's do this!"
The Power Rangers and their cybernetic counterparts all charged at the robot army, which began charging at them. Astronema orders her robots to attack and leave no one alive. The army of Power Rangers soon begin fighting against the robot army as the people look on. Unsure what to do, until Bulk and Skull look around realizing they can't sit around doing nothing.
"Well? What are we all waiting for? Let's get in there!" Bulk shouted as the people all cheered on. Bulk and Skull shook hands before they charge at the robots.
The people soon joined in the fighting as they begin using their weapons to help them fight against the robot army. Bulk rushes over and pulls off one of the robots off the Blue Ranger before hitting the robot with his bat. The Blue Ranger soon recovered and thrusts his lance through the head of the robot before helping Bulk against the other robots.
Skull meanwhile pulls one of the robots off the Red Ranger and uses his knife to stab it in the neck. Jake pulls the other robot off of himself and helps Skull against the other robots approaching him. Soon the other Rangers join the citizens to help them take down the other robots to help free their planet.
More surprises motherfuckers! First thing I need to address is the evil vampire is dead. Goodbye and good riddance. I will miss her, but after all the things I had her do…well this was a good way to send her off. And it looks like the fight between the Green Ranger against the Q-Rex is now over.
Also, yes I am aware of the size difference between the two Zords. However, since this is fanfiction I can make their sizes be the same. So that way they could have had an even fight. It also looks like Ahsoka got a victory over the Cerberus Zord and she did by using some new moves.
Now we will also get to the other thing I'm sure you all noticed. Sarah is the girl from the last chapter who appeared at the end of the last scene. The next thing is the iron legion are Zane's robots that he made to help him protect the Command Center in case of an invasion. They are a lot like Superman's robots, except these appear faceless and are slim. They also can connect to the morphers allowing them to transform into the Ranger forms.
There is a total of 131 of them and they are all from the Power Rangers series except for Mighty Morphin since the main characters are using them. Also no on the Quantum Ranger and the Gold Zeo Ranger for obvious reasons. So, the list of who is in this are: Aliens, Zeo, Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed, Time Force, Wild Force, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, S.P.D., Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, Jungle Fury, RPM, Samurai, Megaforce, Dino Charge, Ninja Steel, and Beast Morphers. Even though they haven't come out they are there.
So, it seems the final fights are nearly here. We still have Obi Wan against the Cerberus Ranger, Damien against Zane, and Tiberous against Nathan. Not to mention the Power Rangers fighting with their people and allies. How will things end?
