Here we go with chapter six (Chapter 83) of season two. Things are going to pick up, especially how the next few chapters are going to be long. This current arc was supposed to be a little longer, but I decided to cut it down since it would go too long. Still, I hope everyone will like how this is going to go.

Knights Quest: Part Two

Coruscant

Ahsoka had returned to the Jedi Order and explain to the Council what happened. She informed them that the Dinozords, which her teammates used have been severely damaged. Zane did all he could to keep them working but fixing them completely is beyond his power. So, he decided to send them to someone who can help them.

Someone with the power needed to not only fix the Zords, but also give them the power they need to fight Abomination. For now, though? All they can do is wait. Wait until they return with the power and hopefully before Abomination is unleashed again.

Much of the Council were not pleased to hear this, but they know there isn't much they can do. They have to trust that Zane knows what he is doing and hope that the Power Rangers will return. For the time being, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and the Green Ranger are going to be their last line of defense.

Ahsoka was informed about the planet Rhen Var and how they found Damien's body buried under the debris. The Republic has sent a team to help retrieve the body. But for right now, they need to find out where General Arachnia is hiding. The Council suspects she is hiding within a controlled Separatist world or perhaps a world that Damien had set up as a backup base.

Fortunately, the Jedi did have someone they can talk to who might provide them with the information they need.

Obi-Wan and Ahsoka went to see Anakin to find out what he knows. They first reassured him they didn't come to try convincing him to get help, but rather they came because they needed their help.

After they told him about Damien being dead, Arachnia, and what happened they waited to hear what he had to say. Anakin was reassured the other Rangers were okay and were off to find a new power to help them defeat Arachnia's new monster. Anakin was glad to hear this, especially how he owes them for all they have done. Not just keeping those he cares about safe but helping protect the galaxy.

He was also glad to know that Ahsoka is with someone like Jake to date. Granted he was still against her dating someone, but with what she did to help save him, he decided to let it go.

Finding out that Damien is dead, did seem to make him smile a little, especially what he did to him.

"So, the bastard is dead," said Anakin who was pleased that the monster who used him is gone, but he soon tries shaking those thoughts out of his head before clearing his throat. "How um sure are we that it's really him? Did Zane confirm it?"

Obi-Wan nods in response. "Zane gave us a sample of his DNA to confirm if it was Damien. He also gave us a droid that would be able to scan Damien's body and confirm it is him. Even through the rocks, the droid was able to scan every bit of his body and was able to determine it was Damien. It had scanned Damien before in the past, so it was able to confirm its him."

"Good," said Anakin as again he tries shaking the thoughts of how happy Damien is dead and wishing it was him who killed him. "I mean, I'm glad he's gone so he won't hurt any innocent people. So, that way he won't ever try conquering the galaxy or…

"Anakin," Ahsoka interrupted to try reassuring Anakin. "It's okay. It's perfectly normal to feel happy he's gone. After what he put us through, we're glad he's gone. It's also normal to have those thoughts as long as we don't act on them."

Anakin let's out a small sigh and looks down at the floor. "Except I did act on them before, Ahsoka. Look what happened when I did."

Ahsoka nods knowing he isn't wrong. "I made a lot of mistakes too, master. They may not be completely the same, but my mistake cost me the lives of my own men and people I was looking out for. But you helped me learn from my mistakes. Helped me not make the same mistakes as I did before, even learn when not to bend the rules and not bend them."

Anakin let's out a small chuckle as he stood up from his bed. "I'm just glad my teachings helped you do more than know when the bend the rules."

Obi-Wan wasn't fond of the idea of teaching a student to bend the rules and then teach that to another student. But he couldn't deny it has helped both of them come so far and become great Jedi. Besides, it wasn't like he didn't bend the rules at time. Even his master used to do it a lot too.

Anakin took a deep breath and stood in front of the ray shield before he focuses back on why they came here. "I assume you both needed to ask me something about Arachnia, right?"

Obi-Wan nods in response. "Despite our best efforts, we couldn't find anything that can help us find out where Arachnia could be hiding. I know this is a lot to ask you, but did Damien ever once mention to you any hideouts he might have set up in case his base on Rhen Var was ever discovered?"

Anakin didn't seem surprised this is why they came to him and told him what happened. He's sure they came to inform him that Damien is gone, which was indeed good news. While finding out Arachnia was still alive and created a hybrid monster that severely damaged the Dinozords was the bad news. But being reassured the others will find a way to destroy the monster gave him hope that everything will be okay.

When Obi-Wan asked him about any hideouts Damien might have, it didn't surprise Anakin. Mostly because he knew they would eventually ask him of any potential hideouts Damien had. He figures they didn't ask before was because they didn't want to bring up any bad memories. And wanted to give him time.

"Anakin, if you aren't ready to tell us anything then it's okay," said Ahsoka not wanting to upset her friend and bring up any traumatic memories.

Anakin sighed and shook his head. "No, it's okay. I'm glad you did wait to ask me this. I wasn't ready before, but now…" Anakin took a deep breath and begins recalling anything Damien told him. "Even under his control I could still see everything I saw and everything I heard. Damien didn't tell me anything at first until he was absolutely sure I was under his full control."

"And what did he tell you?" Obi-Wan asked figuring before the big battle on Almora that Damien must have said something.

"As much as I hated Damien, I can't deny the guy was smart. He was also a cautious person and didn't want to take any chances. Even when he feels victory is within his grasp," it was probably one of the only qualities that Anakin had to admire about Damien. He never let his arrogance get the better of him, even when he felt his full power coming back to him. "He did set up a backup place to hold out in case things go wrong or in case his partner betrayed him."

"You mean, Count Dooku?" Obi-Wan asked figuring that's who Anakin means.

Anakin shook his head in response. "No, not him. I think…I think it's the one who Dooku serves. I-I don't know who it is, but Damien didn't trust him. He felt that he would be betrayed, so he created another base for us to go to. Just in case we got betrayed."

"Where is it?" Ahsoka asked while being careful not to push her master.

Anakin begins recalling the name of the planet and remembered it because he has been there before. "Dathomir. That's the planet that Damien had set up to hide out in. The home of the Nightsisters and Mother Talzin."

Obi-Wan didn't seem surprised by this, especially after Ahsoka told the Council how Mother Talzin was working with Damien. Most likely to get back at Count Dooku for the extermination of her people. It was also likely her alliance with Damien was kept a secret from Dooku and his master. And Zane believes it was her magic that helped break the seal that held Damien's wife, Astronema.

"We didn't find any other bodies besides Damien and what was left of his robotic army. We also know that Astronema and Mother Talzin both escaped from Almora during the fighting," said Obi-Wan who suspects that perhaps they may still be alive if Arachnia didn't kill them. "Does Arachnia know about Dathomir?"

Anakin shook his head in response. "No. Damien kept her on a short leash. He made sure she wouldn't anything about any hideout they would use. So, I don't think she'd be there. I'm sorry."

"No, it's okay, Anakin. You gave us at least some information where we can at least track down Mother Talzin and Astronema," said Ahsoka figuring this information is still good enough. "And if we find them then we can try using them to find Arachnia."

"Mother Talzin's magic can definitely be of some use and I'm sure they'd be willing to help so they can have revenge against Arachnia," said Obi-Wan knowing they'll take what they can get. "Thank you, Anakin. I'll go inform the Council and see if we can go to Dathomir."

Ahsoka nods as Obi-Wan begins to leave but gave Ahsoka a chance to speak with Anakin. "I know what you and Obi-Wan spoke about. I understand why you want to remain locked up in here. But beating yourself up and reminding yourself of what you did won't make the pain go away. It will only continue getting worse unless you are willing to talk about it and get better."

"You don't know that," said Anakin as he walks to his bed and sits down. "You don't know that it will help stop me from succumbing to the darkness again. I have allowed it to control my actions too many times. To the point it allowed my enemies to use it to have me hurt not just you, but everyone else."

"And yet you overcame it all thanks to the love you have for Padme," said Ahsoka as she tries again to talk to him. "Anakin, I know are afraid of what will happen if you let the darkness control you again. It won't be easy and there will be times when you let your emotions get the better of you. But I know you'll be able to control it if you let us help you. If you don't want to do it for yourself, Obi-Wan, or myself, fine…but would you do it for Padme and your children?"

Anakin looks up to Ahsoka when he mentions Padme and their children. He then tries looking away, but the thoughts of his wife and their children began seeping into his mind.

Ahsoka sees it seems to have worked and keeps pressing on. "I know you miss Padme and she misses you too. She wants you to be there with her and to help her raise the children together. She can't do it without you, Anakin. And I know you want to be there to raise your children."

Anakin hated that Ahsoka is using his love for his children and wife against him. But then again, he would do the same thing to someone else. Its true, he did want to raise his children and see them grow up. But he was afraid the darkness within him will take control and cause him to harm those he loves.

Ahsoka could sense Anakin's fear getting to him, so she decides to leave him with something. "If you won't listen to me then maybe you'll listen to someone else. Goodbye Anakin and I'll see you when I get back."

Ahsoka begins to leave as a hologram of Padme begins to appears in the room. Anakin stood up when he saw his wife and saw how pregnant she is looking. She begins smiling as Anakin felt his heart thumping harder. His wife's beauty and smile always filled him with so much joy as he walks closer.

"Hello, Ani. It's good to see you again," said Padme as Anakin stood in front of the ray shield. "I know you told me it would be best if we didn't keep in touch out of fear our enemies would find out, but…I needed to see you again. I needed to see you because I missed you. I know why you are doing this, and I understand you are scared if you let your anger control you again. But I also know that's not who you are."

Anakin listened carefully to what his wife is saying, but he shook his head in response. "We both know that isn't true. You know what I did to the Tusken Raiders and how I had no remorse for killing them. Ever since then I have allowed my anger and rage to control my actions. I'm a monster."

Padme's hand phased through the ray shield and begins touching Anakin's face. Even though she isn't there physically, a part of him can still feel it through the Force.

"Ani, you aren't a monster. Yes, you made mistakes that I know you regret and I'm sure you wish to take back. But you are also a good man who has saved so many lives, you have risked your own to protect those you care about, and you are the man I fell in love with," said Padme knowing Anakin is still good and can come back from these mistakes.

Anakin felt himself trying to hold back his emotions and tries not to let this get to him. He tries to remember why he locked himself up. He did it to keep everyone safe from himself. To keep the evil within him from coming back, but everything Padme was saying was causing him to give in.

"H-how can you still love me? After all I did as Damien's slave? I hurt so many people. I hurt Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and so many you said I would protect…how can you still love me even knowing what I did?" Anakin asked wondering how Padme after all he did could still love a monster like him.

Padme phases through the ray shield and placed now both hands on his face. "Its because its my love that brought you back from the darkness. That's how I know you aren't a monster. Because a monster would have killed me without a second thought. But you didn't and you came back to not just me…" she then placed her hand on her belly. "But to our children. I know you are good, Ani. Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and the others know it too. So please, come back to us and please help me raise our children…together."

Anakin felt tears forming in his eyes as he tries his best to hold them back. But it was no use and soon they began falling down his eyes.

"I…I will try…" he replied promising to try getting better so he can get back to his family.

Padme's eyes soon began forming tears and nods as she felt so much joy with what she heard. "Thank you, Ani…I love you."

"I-I love you too…Padme," said Anakin as the two soon part ways before the hologram turned off. Anakin sits back down on his bed and is soon alone with his thoughts.

If he's serious about this then he'll have to do all he can to control his emotions. Keep them under control and make sure he won't let his emotions control him again. He has to for his friends, his wife, and their children. He must.

Endor

Zane is seen working on restoring power to the Command Center. Alpha has been helping him restore power so they can be ready for when Arachnia makes her move. Zane knew it won't be long before she returns with her monster, Abomination. He can only hope the Rangers will find the power and return in time.

Not that it will be easy. Zane knows that the trial they will undergo is a dangerous one. One that might get them killed if they don't work together. He knows they are strong as a team and have overcome the odds together. However, this time it will be different.

Zane knows this trial will test more than their teamwork. It will test their bond, their strength, and weaknesses as well. He can only hope they are ready. That's all he can do.

The door opened and in came Alpha as he appeared covered in grease. "I've managed to restore power to the mainframe and shield generator. With any luck the rest of the facility will be up and running soon."

Zane sighed in relief before he finishes with what he is doing. "That's good to hear. I've also managed to make sure the Zords are stabilized and ready to be teleported once the Rangers regain their powers."

"And Serenity's cryo-pod? It still has power?" Alpha asked as he begins cleaning himself up with a rag.

Zane nods in response. "I made sure when we drew power that it wouldn't compromise her pod. My only hope is that Arachnia won't make her move soon. Otherwise, if the others can't hold their own against Abomination I will have to get involved."

"But if you do that then won't Arachnia track us down?" Alpha was worried if that happens there will be a full-scale attack. "I mean, I know the Command Center is protected from bombardment, but it doesn't mean Arachnia won't try breaking in here."

Zane knew what Alpha says is true, especially since he is worried history will repeat itself with what happened to the original Command Center. "Well, we better hope that doesn't happen then. In the meantime, if we have the others going off to fight against Abomination then we'll need to give them some backup. Are the other Zords ready for battle?"

Zane nods and then shook his head in response. "Some of them are, but since we had to draw a lot of power to keep the Dinozords alive, I had to choose which ones would be suitable for combat."

Zane sighed softly knowing that this will limit what they can use to help the other Rangers. But he trusts Alpha's decision on which Zords he chose for combat.

"It will have to do," said Zane as he suddenly begins receiving a transmission from Obi-Wan. "Is everything okay, Master Kenobi?"

"Hello Zane. Everything is fine. We just wanted to give you an update of what we found out," Obi-Wan begins explaining what they learned from Anakin and where they might be able to find at least Damien's remaining allies.

"Dathomir huh? I've heard about this planet ever since my encounter with Mother Talzin," Zane began researching about the Nightsisters and learn about their magic. "The magic they use is completely different from the magic I have encountered in the past. That must be how she was able to help free Astronema."

"And how she was able to free Damien from the seal you used to keep him from using his full power," said Alpha who is astonished by the power this universe has. "But how sure are we that she is there? I mean, how sure are we that Astronema isn't dead too like Damien?"

"We've checked the area around Damien's base and found no other bodies. I also have no doubt Mother Talzin is there because she would most likely go to somewhere familiar," said Obi-Wan who has no doubt that the witch is hiding there. "If we do encounter her and Astronema, what would you want us to do?"

Zane sighed knowing Mother Talzin was challenging enough. But Astronema will be even tougher. "I'll contact Nathan and see if he can join you on Dathomir. I'd rather not risk you three getting hurt if you run into trouble."

Obi-Wan understood and didn't try arguing against what Zane said. "Ahsoka and I are on our way to Dathomir soon. We'll let you know what we find when we finish…and by the way, any word from the others?"

"Nothing yet, but don't worry they'll be okay. My sister will take good care of them before they take the trial," after that, Zane knows the rest will be up to them. "Just be on your guard and please watch each other's back. And good luck."

"Thank you, Zane and we'll be careful," said Obi-Wan before signing off.

Once that was over, Zane begins rubbing his chin and begins thinking about everything that has happened. He was still shocked to find out Damien is really gone. He would have imagined that Mother Talzin and Astronema would have tried getting Damien away with them. But knowing Damien?

That guy is so stubborn he would have refused to leave and stay to fight. From what he saw in the remains of his base, it looks like he gave it his all. Even as powerless as he became, Damien wouldn't go down without a fight. Zane just wish he had known what had happened.

Maybe if he was there, he could have saved his former friend. Yes, they were enemies. But he never wanted to kill him. He wanted him to stand trial for his sins.

But at least, he can finally rest in peace.

"Zane, are you all right?" Alpha asked taking notice of how silent his friend got.

Zane cleared his throat and nods in response. "Fine, just thinking about what will happen if we find Astronema. Hopefully we can capture her, and she can help us find Arachnia. Maybe we can have Mother Talzin assist us in tracking her down."

"How sure are you that they would even help us?" Alpha asked who doubts Astronema would even lift a finger to assist them.

"Because I'd like to believe that Astronema would like to see Arachnia pay for what she did to her husband. Don't you think?" Zane asked figuring if Astronema wants revenge she can get it if she helps them.

Alpha sighed and wasn't sure about this. "I think if given the chance? She'd try killing us all."

Coruscant

Meanwhile, the Council had approved Master Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano to go to Dathomir to find Mother Talzin and Astronema. They didn't inform the chancellor about this since they knew he was busy in his meetings with the senate. Ahsoka contacted Nathan to meet them on Dathomir in case they run into trouble. They knew they couldn't morph in front of their Clones if they run into trouble.

They begin boarding their command ships as Obi-Wan went to inform Commander Cody of their plan. All while, Ahsoka goes with Captain Rex to go over the plan as well. The ships soon begin preparing for takeoff, while Ahsoka is in the command room with Rex, Admiral Yularen, and Fives. Ahsoka explains that they will take at least a total of ten gunships down to the planet of Dathomir.

Ahsoka warns Rex and Fives that the Nightsisters don't use blasters to fight. They use from what Obi-Wan and Anakin had described to them as energy bow. Its strings and arrows are made of plasma, which emits a bright pink glow. Their other choice of weapons are spears, knives, and a dark magic, which Mother Talzin uses.

Ahsoka warns that this magic from what they were told by their informer is nothing like the Force. It is a supernatural technique, which offers great powers from the Dark Side of the Force. Their magic is incredibly powerful and dangerous. They were informed by their informant that it was this same magic that made Savage Oppress powerful and dangerous.

"According to our informer, the Nightsisters were attacked by the Separatist. Despite being told the Nightsistes were wiped out, we have evidence to prove that Mother Talzin is still alive," Ahsoka then shows a video surveillance of Mother Talzin on Almora during the fight against the Power Rangers. "She escaped along with Astronema, Damien's wife. We have reason to believe they are on Dathomir and are hiding out."

"How do we know they weren't killed with Damien?" Admiral Yularen asked. "And if I may ask, even if they did survive, surely we don't need a fleet to bring them in?"

"Because we didn't find their bodies in the rubble," said Fives before he remembers he spoke out against the admiral. "I just thought you'd like to know that sir."

"He isn't wrong, Admiral Yularen," said Ahsoka as she answers the admiral's question. "The magic Mother Talzin uses helped summon an army of undead Nightsisters. Not to mention that according to Zane, Astronema is considered more powerful than Vampira and Torus. We also don't know if they have any of their robots left with them."

"Would be a lot better if we bombarded the area," said Captain Rex figuring that'd be easier to finish this. "That way we can take out those monsters for what they did."

"Unfortunately, we need them alive. If what Arachnia said is true about how she is no longer aligned with both women then they might be able to help us track her down," said Ahsoka doubting a bombardment would do much good anyways.

"Do you really believe they'll help us?" Admiral Yularen asked.

Ahsoka sighed as she shook her head. "No, but that's why Obi-Wan and I will try finding a way to get them to help us. With a little bit of proper negotiation."

"Proper negotiation?" Admiral Yularen sighed softly. "Well, I hope you didn't learn negotiation from General Skywalker."

Ahsoka chuckled a little. "Trust me. I'll make sure no one gets shot or stabbed during these negotiations."

With that, the meeting ends and Ahsoka asks the admiral to keep an eye out. She wants to make sure they don't' run into any trouble while they are on the planet. Captain Rex meanwhiles tell Fives to prepare the men for the mission. He also tells them to stay on guard and make their shots count if they run into trouble.

From what he was told, these witches are not going down so easily. Once they are gone, Rex is left alone with Ahsoka and turned to her.

"So, how are your friends? I saw the beating they took. They okay?" Captain Rex asked as he gets a small nod from Ahsoka.

"They'll live. Although, they did get shaken up a little after finding out the whole galaxy saw them lose," said Ahsoka as she walks around and placed her hand on the machine. "I can't blame them though. So much of the galaxy put their trust and faith in them. To see them lose the way they did…"

Captain Rex sighed and understood. "A lot of the men felt bad for them. Yeah, we don't know who they really are, but we didn't need to. They risked their lives saving people and don't let anything get in their way. Each time they took a beating they keep coming back stronger."

Yeah, this time it is different since the galaxy saw the whole thing. But it doesn't mean he or the boys lost faith in them.

"I know things don't look good right now, but they'll come back from this. Maybe some of the galaxy have given up on them, but not everyone has," said Rex as he proves this by showing video images from the holonet showing how the children still believe in the Power Rangers.

Ahsoka watches the video to see children dressing up as the Power Rangers and holding their toys, which look like the Rangers. It made her smile knowing even with everything that happened, there is still hope.

"Thanks Rex," Ahsoka thanked her friend for showing her the video. "And trust me, they will be back. They are actually looking to gain more power to help them against Arachnia and her monster."

"Well, that's good news. When will they be back?" Rex asked figuring they'll be back soon if they took off after this happened.

"Soon, I hope," said Ahsoka as they are informed, they are about to go into hyperspace. "For now? Let's focus on the task at hand."

"You sure we'll be able to capture them, general?" Captain Rex asked. "From the sound of things, you and Master Kenobi won't be able to morph."

"Don't worry. We won't be going in alone," said Ahsoka as they walk into the deck and see their ship going into hyperspace as they head towards Dathomir.

Unknown Region

The Unknown Regions is regarded as an unexplored region that separated from the galaxy by a labyrinth of solar storms, rogue magnetospheres, black holes, gravity wells, and things far stranger. Strange creatures have been known to inhabit the void and the system makes it impassable with many ships along with probe droids being lost. Never to be seen or heard from again. It is a part of the system that no one has tried to maneuver due to it being dangerous.

Even the people of Almora have tried sending their own explorers into the unknown, but they too became lost. There have been stories going on how the first Jedi Temple was located in the Unknown Region. There have also been stories how the Sith found a planet deep in the Unknown Region. A planet where the Sith would meet and conduct rituals inside, but much like the Jedi Temple, it was never found.

However, five colored lights can be seen flying into the Unknown Region. Flying through the solar storms and avoiding the dangers that come with it. The five colored lights are the Power Rangers, who were able to avoid everything that was trying to kill them before they head to their destination. A large beautiful blue and green colored with one moon orbiting around it.

The Power Rangers begin teleporting towards the planet and soon begin to land towards the coastline. The Rangers look around to find themselves on the beach of the planet, Gaia. The planet where Zane told them is where his sister, Gabriella is living. And supposedly the original world of the Power Rangers.

Lux looks around and can feel the nice sea breeze flowing through them. "Wow, so this is Gaia? This is amazing."

"It's not just amazing. We're practically the first ones ever to not only make it into the Unknown Region, but we made it through alive!" Rick begins chuckling softly. "Too bad we can't tell anyone about it though."

"Even if we could I doubt anyone would believe us," said Rachel as she walks along the beach. "Is it just me or does this place feel different than back home?"

"It is different. The Force here is stronger than back home," said Barriss who is shocked to find how strong the planet is with the Force. "I have never felt anything like this on any world I have been on before."

"Do you think it's because we're away from the war that this is why the Force is strong here?" Jake asked figuring that's how it works.

Barriss shook her head in response. "Even before the war, our connection with the Force was strong. But here? Its…its completely different. Its amazing."

"Well, since your using the Force to feel everything. You think you can use it to help us find Gabriella?" Rachel asked.

Barriss nods in response as she begins using the Force to try sensing for any other life on the planet. If this Gabriella is like Zane then she should be easy to find her. But as she used the Force, she began sensing something else. It was far, but she could feel it as if it was close by.

"I-I sense something. It isn't Gabriella, but it is something else," Barriss begins to feel a cold shiver running up her spine. "A dark presence I've never felt before. I-I can hear it calling out to me…I can hear people screaming. I can hear them begging for freedom, I…"

"Barriss! Barriss stop!" Rick begins shaking Barriss to snap her out of it.

Barriss snapped out of her trance and falls on her knees as Rick begins comforting her. "H-hey its okay. It's okay. I'm here. It's all right," said Rick as he tries comforting his girlfriend.

"S-sorry. I'm sorry, I got caught up in what I was sensing," said Barriss as she tries to shake it off as Rick helps her up.

"What did you see?" Lux asked wondering what happened.

"I-I don't know. I felt there is something else on the planet. Something completely evil," said Barriss as she turns to Jake. "I think we should power up just in case."

"Y-you sure about that?" Rachel asked figuring they should wait to morph when they have to do it. "I mean, is it close by or far away?"

"I-I think it was far away," but then again, Barriss did feel like it was close by. "I'm not sure."

"Maybe we should keep our guard up and halt on morphing just in case," said Lux who didn't want to risk running into the locals and get into a fight with them accidentally.

"But if we run into trouble then we might not have time to morph," said Rick who feels they should morph just in case.

Jake however wasn't sure if they should morph and risk getting into a fight or wait until danger comes. "Let's just keep our Morphers on hand for now and if anything happens, we'll have them out."

Jake begins taking out his Morphers before hearing some crackling sound coming from behind. The Rangers turn to the source of the sound and sees glowing eyes appearing from the side of the rocky hill. Soon, large seven-foot-tall rock monsters appeared. All ten begin roaring loudly as they approach the Rangers.

"Something tells me these aren't the welcoming committee," said Jake as the Rangers begin backing away. "All rights let's do this. It's morphing time!"

The Rangers try using their Morphers but found they couldn't transform. The Rangers look confused and try again, but once more it didn't work. They soon begin backing away as the rock monsters roared at them.

"Well, shit that didn't work," said Rachel as they put their Morphers away.

"All right. So, any other ideas then?" Lux asked wondering what else they can do.

"Yes," Barriss uses her connection with the Force to use a Force Push to successfully knock the rock monsters away. "Run!"

The five Rangers soon begin taking off running as the rock monsters quickly recovered. They figured due to their size and bulkiness they would have the advantage in speed. But to their surprise the rock monsters appeared to be running faster than they predicted. This caused the Rangers to run even faster as they tried to get to high ground.

However, five of the rock monsters were grabbed and then tossed over the Rangers until they landed in front of their path. Barriss and Rick slide between the legs of the monsters to avoid being grabbed. Barriss uses the Force to knock three of the monsters to their knees, which allows Jake, Lux, and Rachel to leap over the monsters to avoid them. Barriss then activates her lightsaber and then uses the Force to throw it as it begins swinging towards two of the rock monsters.

It managed to slice through the two rock monsters taking their heads off. Rick caught the weapon and runs alongside the hill. He activates the weapon and begins slashing against the side of the hill. Barriss then uses the Force and causes the part of the hill Rick had cut into to begin sliding down to trip the eight monsters up. It worked, but the rock monsters begin to recover.

Jake took notice of some nearby narrowed rock passages. "In there!"

The Rangers begin running towards the passages, but two of the monster leaps over to block the bath of Barriss and Rick. Lux and Rachel see this then take out their blasters. It wasn't the Power Blasters they use, but it was ones that they carried around in case they run into some trouble and can't transform. They begin opening fire at the two monsters from behind.

It didn't harm them, but it was enough to catch their attention. The two monsters go to grab them and lift them up. Rick and Barriss see the five other rock monsters approach them and begin to attack. Barriss uses the Force to push them back, while Rick took out his blaster and begins opening fire.

Hitting the eyes of the monsters causing them to roar in pain and become blind. Rachel and Lux got their arms freed then opened fire. Hitting the eyes of the monsters causing them to let them go. Rick and Barriss rush over to catch their friends before they run into the passage.

Jake saw a boulder above the hill and ran up towards it, while the others distracted the monsters. Jake took out his blaster and hits the side of the boulder so he can move it. Jake yells at his friends to move out of the way, which they did before Barriss uses the Force to force the remaining monsters into place. Jake saw his chance and pushes the boulder causing it to come tumbling down and take out the rock monsters!

The five Rangers begin celebrating their way as they regroup together.

"We did it! We won!" said Lux who was happy that they won their fight.

"Hell, yeah we did!" Rick replied as he high-fives with his friend Lux. "We kicked these rock monster's rock asses and we did it without our powers."

"Because we did it as a team," said Rachel as she turns towards Barriss. "Of course, we wouldn't have survived had it not been for you Barriss."

Barriss shook her head in response. "Rick is right. We did it together. Even with the Force I wouldn't have been able to defeat them all on my own."

Jake nods in agreement. "She's right. We did it together and we won," he then took out his morpher and sighed. "What I don't get is why our powers weren't working. Do you think its because our Zords are damaged?"

Lux shook his head in response. "Alpha told me even with our Zords hurt we would still be able to transform. Maybe there's something with this planet that is preventing us from morphing?"

"Maybe if we find Gabriella we'll find out," said Rachel as she let's out a small sigh. "Assuming we can find here in a planet this…"

Suddenly an arrow landed near the Rangers, catching their attention. They got on their guard as they see a cloaked hooded figure standing on the same hill Jake was on with the boulder. The figure leaps down on the beach and aims her weapon at the Rangers. Barriss activates her lightsaber and stood in front of her friends.

All while her friends aim their blasters at the figure. "Who are you? How did you get here?" the figure asked as it was revealed to be a woman speaking to them.

"Who wants to know?" Rick asked.

"I'm the one asking questions. You tell me who you are or else," said the hooded figure who is clearly not in the mood for games.

"Lady, we just survived fighting these rock monsters. We aren't going to go down without a fight," said Rachel.

"Is that so?" the hooded figure asked before firing the arrow into the air causing it to fire a bright flash that blinded the Rangers.

She then rushes over as Barriss tries using her lightsaber, but the woman ducks and grabs her arm. She then uses her to leap into the air and kick the four other Rangers away. The hooded figure then tosses Barriss towards the remains of one of the rock monsters. She then fires her arrow, which explodes into a net and wraps around Barriss trapping her.

Rick recovered and tries using his blaster, but the woman uses her bow to knock the weapon away. Rick throws a punch at her, but she ducks and sweeps his legs from under him as he falls on the sand. Lux leaps up to kick her, but the hooded woman caught his foot and then throws him on top of Rick knocking the air out of him.

Lux got up and the hooded woman kicks him in the chest knocking him into the ground. Jake and Rachel got up as they go for their weapons. But the hooded woman grabs Rick and throws him towards the two Rangers. Rachel ducks as Rick hits Jake knocking him to the ground.

Rachel charges at the hooded woman and goes for some quick punches and kicks. But the hooded woman was able to block them and throws some punches of her own. Rachel barely managed to avoid them and begins going on defense. She was using this time to get the others to recover.

Barriss begins using the Force to call on her weapon and grabs it before activating it to cut through the net. Barriss rushes to Lux and help him up, as Jake helps Rick up.

Rachel caught the woman's foot when she tried to go for a kick and kicks her in the gut. The hooded woman backs away and Rachel charges at her. But the woman leaps over her before grabbing her bow and moves it around Rachel's neck. She then sees the others charging at her.

So, the hooded woman lifts Rachel and begins to spin her to hit the other Rangers knocking them away. She then drops Rachel and as the Rangers before to recover she hits them with her bow to the face knocking them down. She then grabs Rachel and tosses her to the wall of the hill before aims her arrow at her. Rachel sees how close the arrow is to her face and she knows she can't avoid it and if the others make a move, she's dead.

"Now, I'm not going to ask you again. Tell me who you are and how you got here?" the hooded woman asked.

Rachel begins panting as she just stares at the woman trying to catch her breath. She knows there is no way out of this and has to cooperate for the sake of herself and the others.

"M-my name is Rachel Nite. That's my brother, Jacob, our friends Richard Stockwell, Barriss Offee, and Lux Bonteri," Rachel points to each of her friends as they begin to get up slowly. "We were sent here by Zane to see Gabriella."

The hooded woman's intense expression can be seen loosening along with her weapon. But soon it returned as she kept her weapon aimed at Rachel.

"If Zane send you then prove it. I assume he told you how to, right?" the hooded woman asked.

Rachel nods as she goes to her pocket with the woman preparing to see if it's a weapon. But soon saw what Rachel is pulling out is a Morpher. A Morpher with a Power Coin inside of it. One that she recognized all too well.

She soon turns to the other Rangers who all begin showing their Morphers. Each one the same as Rachel's, except for the color and different Power Coins.

The woman's expression soon turned soft and she begins lowering her weapon, which caused Rachel to sigh in relief.

"I apologize. I thought you were spies for Damien or allies that serve him," the hooded woman apologized. "Especially after you took down the rock guardians."

"The rock guardians?" Lux asked as suddenly the rock monsters they destroyed begin to put themselves back to normal and soon all ten stood before the Rangers. "Oh…those rock guardians."

The rock guardians prepare to attack, but the hooded woman spoke in a strange language that stopped them. The rock guardians bow their heads and soon begin to leave as the Rangers look on surprised.

The hooded woman puts her bow away and sighed. "They are the planet's guardians. They keep the peace and attack any intruders. Now that they know who you are, they will not attack."

"Well, that's good," said Barriss before putting her weapon away. "Tell us, is Gabriella here? We were told by Zane to find her so we can ask to take the…trials."

The hooded woman seemed surprised with the other told her. "The trials? You can't be serious? Has the fight against Damien gotten that badly?"

"Um actually…Damien is dead," Rachel replied.

The hooded woman's expression turned to a shocked one with what she is just told. "D-dead? Are you sure?"

Rachel nods in response. "General Arachnia killed him with a new monster, which ended up kicking our asses."

"It's true," said Rick as he spoke up next. "Zane told us if we came here, we would be able to get the power we need to defeat them."

"Did he also tell you the dangers of the trial and how many have taken it, but all have failed?" the hooded woman asked.

Jake nods in response and sighed. "We know the risk, but we know going into another fight with that monster will be even more dangerous. Can you please help us?"

The hooded woman turns to Rachel and then to her Morpher before she let's out a small sigh as she nods. "I will take you to Gabriella. But I must warn you, if you do this there will be no turning back. You will die."

"For the sake of our friends, family, and home? We'll take that chance," said Rachel who like the others seem determine to do this.

The hooded woman sees nothing she says will change their minds and are determined to do this. "Very well. Follow me and we'll see what Gabriella has to say."

"Wait!" Rick called out. "You know who we are, but we don't know who you are."

Rachel nods in agreement. "Yeah, who are you?"

The hooded woman stops in her track and pauses as if she is thinking about revealing who she is. She soon begins pulling her hood back before she turns to the Rangers. She appears to be in her late 20s with short brown hair, brown eyes, and fair skin as she introduces herself.

"My name is Kimberly Hart, the original Pink Ranger."

GASP! ITS KIMBERLY HART! The original Pink Ranger is in the story? What?!

Okay, so for those who saw the sneak peek and guessed it was Kimberly. You were right. However, for those who didn't guessed it, here we go. Does this mean I'll bring in other former past Rangers too?

Will we see Tommy, Jason, Trini, Zack, and Billy too? Will we see other fan favorites appear? Will they be on the planet? And what will happen when the Rangers meet Zane's sister?

Also, what will happen when the Rangers come across in this trial? Is it really dangerous? Is it like from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie? Will we see skeleton dinosaurs appear too?
