Here we go with chapter seven (Chapter 84) of season two. I want to thank everyone for the support of the story. I'm glad this sequel is going well. A lot better than I expected it to.

Also, to my friend. I'm sorry for not keeping in touch, my email is not alerting me I got any responses. I will get with you later this weekend once I have taken care of some stuff. But I appreciate all your support and for helping me with the story.

Thank you my friend and please be safe wherever you are. Now then, last time…Kimberly Hart appeared in the story. The original Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger or original Pink Ranger, however you guys like to call her, has appeared in the story. How is this possible?

What is she doing with Gabriella? Will Gabriella appear to explain what is going on? Think the Rangers made a good first impression with the original Ranger? Think she'll be able to help them?

Hell, will we see more past Rangers appear? Maybe even the original Green Ranger, Tommy himself?

Tune in today to find out and I wanted to thank you guys for the reviews and support. I appreciate it and I am enjoying the comments you guys have left. Also thank you to my friend for his help as well and hope you are doing well my friend where you are at. Now, time for the disclaimer.

I don't own anything from Star Wars or the Power Rangers. I just own my OCs, while Tiberous was made by my friend. Enjoy the chapter everyone and hope you like this.

Knights Quest: Part Three

Naboo

Padme finished her transmission with Anakin and began wiping away her tears. She knew it was a risk contacting Anakin like this, especially since there was a concern their enemies might hack into their communicators to find her. Ever since she took her hiatus from the senate there have been rumors going on that she was hiding something. She's glad the queen and Jar-Jar have been keeping this a secret.

But she knew it won't be long before word got out about her pregnancy. She knew Alexis and Nathan won't be able to keep this hidden forever. That's why she agreed with Ahsoka's plan to help Anakin. Giving him a reason to want to get better.

But she knows that's not the only part of her plan. Ahsoka plans to get the others to send messages to Anakin to give him a reason to keep on getting better. They'll have to wait to get the others to record their messages until they get back. For now though, she needed to give her message out to her husband.

"You all right?" Padme looks over to see Nathan standing by the door. "Sorry, I was waiting till you guys finished. I didn't interrupt you."

"N-no. It's okay," said Padme as she thanked Nathan for doing this. "I appreciate you being okay with me contacting Anakin. I know it was risky since we don't want anyone finding out where I'm at."

"No worries," said Nathan who was glad he came here to see his goddaughter. "I would have done the same thing if it was me and Alexis in the same situation. I'm just glad to see it worked. Not sure if Ahsoka will need all of us to keep encouraging him though since it seems you got through to him."

"I know, but I think if he hears from everyone how they don't blame him for what happened it will make him feel better," said Padme knowing Anakin needs more encouraging words from everyone close to him. "I know you and Alexis, or the kids don't know him much, but I would still appreciate you all saying some encouraging words."

Well, we are good at that," said Nathan as he walks towards the window. "By the way, how's it going with being here? I know it's been pretty boring, but hopefully you and your roommate are getting along?"

Padme sighed as she stood up and goes to the window to stand next to Nathan. "You mean the same roommate who tried to kill Anakin, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and help the Separatist? And the same one you told about my secret?"

"Oh please. It's not much of a secret if its pretty obvious," from behind the door appeared Assajj Ventress.

Former apprentice to Count Dooku and former assassin for the Separatist. She appeared with a cloak around her body and short white hair growing on her head. She decided to change her look to keep herself from being recognized. At least, too much like the wanted posters.

"Relax, it's not like it will do me any good, especially how your enemies are my enemies too," Ventress knew even if she did try offering Padme up to her old enemies they'd still try to kill her.

Padme sighed in annoyance about this whole arrangement. Alexis had hired Ventress to act as Padme's bodyguard until the babies are born. She didn't like it and sure as hell didn't want to do this. Hell, Ventress didn't want to take the job either.

However, the pay is good, she has a place to live, free food, and is not being chased around by her enemies. Enemies she made before she joined Dooku, during her time with the Separatist, and after she was betrayed by her former master.

"Okay, so you two haven't gotten along then," said Nathan who had hoped they would put aside their differences. "So, you two haven't tried to get to know each other?"

"There's isn't much I need to know except how many times she tried to kill Anakin and our friend," said Padme who was really not happy about this arrangement, but she knew Alexis would have done it without her permission.

"You clearly don't know much about me," said Ventress who didn't care about sharing her past anyways with the senator. "But I know you. You are just like every other politician I know who grew up with everything handed to you, while others like me? We struggled to survive. With any luck your brats will grow up to be just like you."

Padme was about to speak up, but Nathan stops her and tries to calm the situation down. "Ventress, that's enough. Look, why don't you go play with Numa?"

"I don't do play," said Ventress who has no interest in playing any games.

"Even if I pay you extra?" Nathan asked.

Ventress didn't say anything and just stood there looking away. She should just tell him no and just walk away. But the more money she saves up the more she can finally find a place to retire to and get away from this crazy universe. She lets out a small sigh and walks out of the room indicating she accepted the deal.

Nathan takes Padme's hand and takes her to the sofa. "Listen, I know this is difficult and you hate her for what she did. But you have to look at it through her eyes. Ventress like many others in the galaxy didn't grow up lucky like us, Padme. Many of them have to struggle to survive and have to do things they didn't have much choice in doing."

Nathan knew this from his time as a Power Ranger. He always believed the Republic was full of people who wanted to help their worlds and all the planets were a democratic system. Until he traveled to those worlds to find out the people have no rights to vote their leaders and are overlooked by the rich.

To the point many end up becoming criminals, slaves, or fight to survive.

While it is true, Almora does have the royal family to rule. They still have a democratic system where the people get to vote who will serve the government and what laws will be passed. The royal family can't make laws and pass them automatically. The people have a right to speak their voice, while in the Republic, they are silenced.

Padme knew Nathan isn't wrong and knew Ventress did prove herself when she risked her life to save them from Vampira. She didn't have to. Hell, she could have left them to die and take off with the money she was given. But she risked her life and fought against that monster.

It was also nice to have someone around other than her handmaidens. Ventress even made sure that if she suspects they are being spied on she would do all she can to keep her safe. Yes, it is for a job. But a job she is taking very seriously showing how dedicating she is and how she'll follow through to the end.

"Look, just give her a chance and I promise when the babies are born you won't have to deal with her afterwards," Nathan asked hoping Padme will agree to try getting along with Ventress.

Padme sighed softly and begins to nod her head. "I will do my best…thank you."

Nathan nods as he stands up from the sofa. "All right. I'm going to make us a snack and then I'll put Numa down for a nap."

"Allow me to get Numa," said Padme as she stood up with Nathan's help. "I'll make sure she gets ready while you get the snack."

Padme begins to leave and head towards the guest bedroom where Numa is at. Padme decided to use this chance to spend time with the little one and get used to spending time with a child. As she goes to the room she stopped when she noticed Numa giggling and laughing as she sees her dolls moving on their own. But really it was Ventress using the Force to make them move and fly around.

Ventress didn't seem to care what she is doing or take notice Padme watching from the corner. Padme could have sworn she saw a small smile on Ventress. She pulls back and begins thinking back of what Nathan said and from what Obi-Wan told her. No one becomes a Sith apprentice unless they went through something dramatic.

Something that pushed them down a dark path. A path perhaps that was caused by something bad that happened to Ventress in her life. Yet she not only walked off that dark path, but she is now trying to help people. Yes, she is doing it for money, but she could tell Ventress seem to be happy with what she is doing.

Maybe Nathan is right. She should give Ventress a chance and see if she can really be good. If she can change despite all the horrible things that happened to her then it's proof enough to show that Anakin can also overcome the darkness in him too. Only time will tell really if this will work or not.

But for now? She'll give Ventress a chance. Maybe if this all goes well with Anakin turning good and is back in time for the birth of their babies…she might even have Ventress stick around. If, it all goes well.

Gaia

The Power Rangers couldn't believe it. Not only did they just survive fighting against these giant rock guardians, which they thought were monsters trying to kill them. But they got to meet the original Pink Ranger. One of the six original Rangers that Zane had told them about.

They couldn't believe it. They thought all the Rangers remained back in their universe. Kimberly though explained Gabriella, Zane's sister, offered some of the Rangers a chance to stay with her. Kimberly accepted, while the others decided to stay home.

As they walked towards the city where Gabriella lives, Kimberly asked the Rangers to tell her everything that has happened. So, she knows what is going on since she is still stunned that Damien is really dead.

The Rangers explained that General Arachnia created a monster hybrid, which is a combination of Torus and Vampira. How it was able to easily overpower the Rangers and damage their Zords. Zane has kept them alive, but if they don't get the power, they need they will be gone. Luckily, there were still three other Rangers who survived the fighting and agreed to look after things until they get back.

"I'm surprise that Zane decided to send you all here to seek the power. He did warn you how dangerous the trials are, right?" Kimberly asked as she leads the Rangers through the dirt path in the jungle.

"He did warn us about it, but he believes we are ready for it," Jake replied as he walked besides Kimberly with his sister on the other side. "Is it true that others tried taking it before?"

Kimberly nods in response. "I wasn't here when some of the people tried to take the trials. But many of them were young and inexperienced. While others came from off-world."

"Off-world? So, there are other civilizations then in the Unknown Region," said Barriss who suspected there were other species that could survive in this part of the galaxy.

"Unknown Region huh? I take it no one back home tried coming here before?" Kimberly asked.

"Oh, they did. And you can probably tell what happened to them," said Rick not needing to tell her what happened to those that didn't come back.

"I guess it's a good thing that this world is safe then. From the sound of how things are going back home, things are getting crazy," said Kimberly as she turns towards Rachel who kept starting at her, but when she turned to her, she looked away. "Something on your mind?"

Rachel knew she caught her staring and tried to play it cool. "S-sorry. Its just…Zane told us so much about the original team and how the Morphers we use are the ones you all used to use."

Rachel pulls out the pink Morpher and shows the Pterodactyl Power Coin inside. Kimberly looks down at it and it brought back a lot of memories. She also knew Zane would have told the new generation of Power Rangers about the past Rangers. So, they will likely become inspired and want to be as great as them.

"I became so fascinated by the stories about how you all saved your world from the evil Rita, Lord Zedd, and how you all fought alongside with Zane to defeat Damien. But it was the stories about you and my mother went through that really inspired me to want to keep the legacy going," said Rachel who couldn't deny that her mother, Kimberly, and the past Pink Rangers motivated her to be the best Pink Ranger like them.

Kimberly was a little flattered by the compliments, especially from someone who reminds her of her when she was young. She also figured when she brought up her mother that it meant she was the former Pink Ranger before passing it on to her daughter. But then her expression changed to one of sadness. Since she knew she shouldn't be praised for something the other Kimberly did.

"I-is something wrong? I'm so sorry if I brought up any bad memories," said Rachel who began apologizing.

Kimberly shook her head in response. "Its okay. I'm just glad to know that our stories inspired you Rangers…I'll um go on ahead to let the others know we're coming. Please wait here, okay?"

Kimberly took off to let her other warriors know what is going on and to be ready to welcome their guests. As they took off, the Rangers look on confused since they knew what she told them was a lie.

"Did I say something wrong?" Rachel asked wondering if she shouldn't have brought anything about the past up.

"I sensed some conflict within her," said Barriss who didn't mean to sense what she was thinking, but it just happened. "I also felt some anger, regret, and sadness too. Something must have happened during the fighting that caused her to feel this way."

"So, I guess we shouldn't bring any of this up then?" Rick asked as he placed his hands behind his head. "I don't know about that."

"Well, let's just give her time. I'm sure whatever troubles her she'll tell us over time," Lux suggested figuring they shouldn't try disrespecting the original Pink Ranger. "For right now? We need to focus on the upcoming trial."

Jake nods in agreement before turning to his sister. "Lux is right, Rachel. Let's focus on why we came and hopefully we'll be able to pass the trials soon before Arachnia makes her move."

Rachel sighed softly wanting to apologize for anything she said to Kimberly. But, she knows the others are right and they have to focus on saving the others.

"Okay. Your right. Let's focus on the trials and not die trying to get these powers," Rachel knows if or when this is over, she'd like to speak with Kimberly one more time.

Speaking of the devil, Kimberly soon walks back to the Rangers. "All right. They're ready. Follow me."

Kimberly begins leading the Rangers towards the end of the path and out the jungle. The Rangers look on surprised when they saw what appears to be a large stone city. They walked across the stoned bridge with what appears to be a river flowing under the bridge. The Rangers look around seeing how the city looks ancient and the buildings not as big like the ones back home.

They look over to see the people waiting for them. All wearing white robes and cloaks. They also see what appeared to be female guards wearing armor on their bodies. The women all holding spears and shield.

The Rangers soon walks past them as the armored women all crossed their arms across their chest then bow their heads. The Rangers look a little surprised by this, but Kimberly motions for them to keep moving forward. They soon saw the people doing the same thing as they crossed their arms across their chest. The Rangers wonder why they are doing this or if in their way its their way of showing respect?

"Wow, look at this place," said Rachel as he looks around the city. "This is place looks amazing."

Rick nods in agreement as he took notice of the buildings. "It reminds me of some of the villages back home. They prefer living simple lives without relying on technology to do all the work for them."

"It seems like this city is doing the same thing," said Barriss while surprised since she was expecting this place to be advanced. "But it does feel peaceful."

"That's because when Gabriella came back here, she saw how beautiful Gaia is. She didn't want to destroy the life that grew here. So, she rebuilt much of the city, which was still standing," Kimberly explained as she continues leading the Rangers. "Once they finished, they decided to keep it the way it is. Without building a large city and use technology to do all the work for the people."

"So, it is a lot like home then," said Jake who didn't mind this at all since he knew they probably got used to living like this, so why change it?

They soon are stopped by a tall dark-skinned woman wearing armor. She had long black hair, brown eyes, and in her right hand a long spear.

Next to her stood a young woman in her early 20s. She appeared human, but the head looked a bit bigger, the face covered with some strange cartilaginous ridges that resemble a mask, encircling the entire head. But a long brown hair can be seen jutting out of the back of the ridges.

Behind them stood other women who all wore armor on their bodies. All armed with weapons and shields.

Kimberly approaches the women, who all bow their heads to her and crossed their arms over their chest. Kimberly bows her head back before the women stood straight up.

"Lady Kimberly, I assume these are the ones that Lady Gabriella has been waiting for?" the tall woman asked.

Kimberly nods in response and turns to the Rangers. "This is Jacob Nite, his sister Alexis Nite, Barriss Offee, Richard Stockwell, and Lux Bonteri," she then motions to the tall woman for the Rangers. "Rangers, this is Ziva Walker. She is Lady Gabriella's personal protector."

The Rangers all give a small bow and greeted Ziva. Ziva did the same before she approached the Rangers and begins staring at each of them.

As if she is trying to get a read off of them. "I can see why Zane chose you all. You remind me so much of the original Rangers."

The Rangers were a little happy that they were compared to the original team, but they knew they were also different from them in other ways.

Kimberly then turns to the other woman and introduces her. "And this is Sarah Cranston. She serves as Ziva's second-in-command."

"It's an honor to meet you all," said Sarah as she gives a small smile to the Rangers. "Thank you all for coming."

Sarah gives a small bow to the Power Rangers, who also bowed back to her as well. It was then Lux recognized the last name and realized something.

"Wait a minute. Cranston. Are you related to Billy Cranston? The original Blue Ranger?" Lux asked.

Sarah gives a small nod in response. "My mother came from the planet of Aquitar along with others like her to assist the original Rangers. My mother fell in love with my father. My father went back to her world and the two got together."

"Where they had Sarah and she's been a great ally to us. She along with many of Lady Gabriella's guards fought alongside the Power Rangers against Damien," said Kimberly.

The Rangers were surprised to hear how the original Blue Ranger had a daughter. They never knew about this, but then again, they never asked. Still, it felt like an honor for them to meet the daughter of the original Blue Ranger. And meeting those who fought alongside the Power Rangers against Damien.

"Well, it's still an honor to meet you all and we're glad to be here," said Rachel.

"And the honor is all of ours," said Ziva as she turns to Kimberly. "Lady Gabriella is waiting for them at the temple. Shall we?"

Kimberly understood and motions for the Rangers to follow her. "The temple where Lady Gabriella overlooks the entire city. It also overlooks where you will be taking the trial. I must warn you though. This trial will not be like anything you have ever encountered."

"We kind of figured," said Rick who knew this trial is going to push them to their limit. "But we wouldn't be here if we didn't know the risk."

"I hope you are right," said Kimberly as she leads them to the temple, which is in the center of the city.

The Rangers see the temple steps and realize they'd have to walk up the steps. These very long steps, for a temple that is as taller than the other buildings around it. The Rangers though didn't seem to have a problem with this since Zane had them running up the steps of temples across the planet. All while wearing weights.

So, they were used to climbing up the steps as they got to the top. They look behind them to see Kimberly is right about how the temple overlooks the whole city. It wasn't as big as they thought it would be, but surrounding the whole city is what caught their attention. Miles beyond miles of jungle surrounding this city.

They also saw what appeared to be other tall buildings of what appeared to be other cities. But they were covered by the vines and the trees of the jungle. Making the Rangers wonder if there are people who live there. They then turn forward and see Kimberly standing next to a white cloaked woman.

She appears to be the same age as Zane, but with short white hair, blue eyes, fair skin, wore a white robe, and holds a white staff in hand. The Rangers begin making their way towards the woman before they stopped when Kimberly motioned for them to do so.

Once they did the Rangers all stood in place and didn't say a word as the woman begins approaching them. She appears to be a little shorter than Zane, but just tall enough to pass Barriss' height. She stood in front of Lux first and begins staring at him, but Lux made sure not to say anything. The woman then moved on to Rachel and did the same as she did with Lux.

Then to Rick, then to Barriss, and finally to Jake. The Rangers figure she must be trying to either get a read on them or is trying to read their thoughts.

The woman then begins to smile as she turns to Kimberly. "They remind me much of the others when they were young. Full of courage, love, kindness, trust, and spirit."

Kimberly gives a small smile. "And a little reckless. But it is to be expected from teenagers."

The woman began giggling as she turns to the Rangers. "Teenagers with attitude. I can see why my father chose young Rangers to be entrusted with such a power. And I can see why my brother has done the same with you five."

The woman begins tapping her staff on the ground twice causing the guards to disperse and leave them alone. "Allow me to properly introduce myself. My name is Gabriella. I am Zane's older sister and the guardian of the planet of Gaia. It is nice to finally meet you all."

Jake turns to his friends who are happy to finally meet Zane's sister. "I-it's nice to meet you too, Ms. Gabriella. My name is…"

"Jacob Nite," said Gabriella interrupting Jake before she turns to the others. "You are Jedi Knight Barriss Offee, Richard Rockwell, Rachel Nite, and Lux Bonteri. I know who you all are. I have been watching you since your arrival to Gaia. I apologize for the attack earlier by the guardians and from Kimberly. Though I am pleased to see how resourceful you five are and how well you all worked together."

"T-thank you, Ms. Gabriella," said Rick who is glad to know they made a good impression. "So, you know why we are here?"

Gabriella nods in response as she begins walking towards a nearby table, which has a tea pot and cups. "I have foreseen your arrival for some time now. I knew my brother would eventually send the new generation of Power Rangers to take the trial, but I did not think it would be because of what is going on right now."

"Wait a minute. You know about Arachnia?" Rachel asked.

Gabriella shook her head in response. "I know something happened to Damien, but I did not know it was because of General Arachnia. However, I did suspect it is because of this…Sith Lord that is behind this war. This Clone Wars."

"You know of the Clone Wars? And the Sith? How?" Barriss asked shocked that she knows about the war but doesn't know about Arachnia.

Gabriella pours some tea before she turns to the Rangers to explain as she uses her staff to reveal images in the air of the conflict going on.

"My power allows me to look at the history of this universe. From the past to the present. However," she then shows certain parts of the future that appear clouded by darkness. "I can sense a great darkness growing as time passes on. Preventing me from seeing everything that is going on in the present. Even from seeing beyond its future."

Barriss knew what this was and turns to Gabriella. "It is the Dark Side of the Force. It is what the Sith draw their power from using rage, hatred, passion, and aggression to fuel their power. The Jedi believe the Sith who Count Dooku serves is behind this."

"Not to mention this war probably has been helping make this darkness grow. You add in Damien and now the fear Arachnia has caused, and you get this," said Rick figuring all these factors are what is helping the Dark Side of the Force. "So, I guess despite having your vision clouded you still know why we are here then."

Gabriella uses her staff to make the visions go away before she walks over to the Rangers. "Before I tell you about the trial, I assume you have some questions."

"We do, but…" Rachel turned to her brother and the others knowing they all have questions. "But with all due respect, I think we're on the clock right now. We have to get the power we need before Arachnia unleashes her monster."

"She's right. Time is of the essence," said Lux knowing any time they waste will give the monster time to recover.

"I understand, but to take the trials you must first understand how this all began and will help you be prepared for what you will face," said Gabriella as she begins walking towards a large open garden.

The Rangers follow her figuring like with Zane, there is a reason behind this. They follow her towards the garden, where they see something. Something from afar. It looks like from their view a large mountain.

Now this shouldn't be a big deal since they have seen mountains bigger than the one, they are seeing. But this one is different because unlike the jungle around them, which is luscious green and appears to be full of life. The jungle surrounding the mountain look dead and they see a dark cloud surrounding the area with thunder echoing across the jungle. Barriss can sense a great darkness coming from this area and it send a chill up her spine.

It did the same for the other Rangers too. Despite not being Force-sensitive, they can sense this darkness.

"W-what is that?" Rick asked as he felt cold. "What is that horrible place?"

Gabriella sighed as she looks out into the jungle with a sad expression. "That is what you must overcome in order to retrieve the power you seek. It is a great evil, which was contained long ago by the original Power Rangers…" she looks behind her and motions for the Rangers to do the same.

To their surprise they see what appears to be five armored figures, which look like the Power Rangers from the paintings.

"Are you ready to listen now?" Gabriella asked as she steps over towards a large fire pit.

The Power Rangers knew whatever is going on they will need to know about it. Before they go off to take the trials and risk getting killed. So, the Rangers walk over and sit down on the ground. All while Gabriella took out some small sparkling dust from a nearby bag and throws it into the flames as it begins to turn different colors as she tells the story.

*Gabriella Narrating*

Long ago, before the time of the Republic, before the time of the Sith, and before the time of the Jedi…there was nothing. There were, no life in the universe, because the planets had yet to form any life on them. Many were still forming after the universe was born. And thus, it would take time before any form of life would appear.

All except for one world. One planet, where life, somehow above all the rest, began forming life. A planet full of green vegetation, clean water, and its inhabitants were born. Over time, they began to grow and expand.

However, the inhabitants did not fight one another for power, wealth, or conquest. For they had no need for this. So, instead the they began working together with one single goal in mind. To develop their homes, their cities, their society, and their way of life.

They were a peaceful race, who wanted to one day travel beyond the stars and explore, but due to their lack of technology they couldn't accomplish this goal.

Until one day, the people made a discovery. Deep beneath the planet they found something buried. A large cavern, which contained the source that provided life on their world. The same life that would help this small civilization grow and fulfill their dreams of traveling into the stars.

They discovered…the Zeo Crystals.

As you were probably told by my brother, the Zeo Crystals were the source of life on any given life-bearing planet in the universe. But they also contain a great power that can give those who use it for good the ability to do great things. The power of the Zeo Crystals helped this small civilization grow. Yet despite gaining this power, the people of this world did not abuse it or try harming the innocent.

Instead, they used it to help travel beyond the starts and give life to other worlds. Bringing a piece of the Zeo Crystals to each world until life was born. They would travel from planet to planet burying a piece of the Zeo Crystal deep beneath these worlds. They would then watch life grow on these worlds and observe from their world how these civilizations grow.

It was then the people discovered the Zeo Crystal that existed beneath their planet was alive. It was impressed with their kindness and selflessness that they gave to other worlds.

The crystal rewarded the people by giving them the power to help protect these worlds from those who would seek to use the Zeo Crystals for evil. So, six young warriors were chosen and given the power from the Zeo Crystal, becoming the first and original Power Rangers.

To guard the Zeo Crystal, a guardian was chosen to keep it safe. A young maiden was chosen for this task and the Power Rangers became her guardians.

Over the centuries, the Power Rangers would travel world to world to protect the innocent from evil. Their stories spread across the galaxy as time passed on. But sadly, this story does not have a happy ending. For where there is a greater good there is a greater evil.

A great darkness arrived to this world in search for the Zeo Crystal. Hoping to take its power and use it to destroy all of life in the galaxy. The Power Rangers banded together and fought this great darkness to protect the Zeo Crystal. But the darkness refused to be destroyed and continued its attack. In the process, it began to harm all life on the planet, including the people.

In order to defeat it for good, the maiden took a piece of the Zeo Crystal and infused it to help the Rangers. Together they were able to weaken much of the darkness and came close to destroy it. However, the darkness had one last trick.

It infected five of the Power Rangers and attempted to use them to destroy the maiden. But the Power Rangers managed to fight off the darkness and keep it from harming their friends. They told the sixth Ranger and the maiden to seal them with the darkness to keep it from using them to harm any innocent lives. So, the sixth Ranger and the maiden used their powers to seal the Power Rangers along with the last remain of the darkness inside a mountain.

A mountain that would make sure the darkness will never return and make sure the sacrifice of the Power Rangers was not in vain. To ensure the darkness won't be able to spread to the rest of the planet, the maiden used her power to place a seal around the area where the darkness was contained. Keeping the last of the people of this great planet safe from harm. And ensure peace had returned.

*End of Narration*

Once Gabriella finished her story, the fire begins to die down. The Power Rangers looked on stunned and amazed by the story they were just told. How not only did the original Power Rangers sacrifice themselves to save their world, but also the universe from this darkness. And how if the hints from Gabriella are correct then the world the original power came from…is Gaia.

Gabriella sighed softly as she continued with her story. "Ever since that day, the maiden decided to leave her home. She knew her world needed time to heal and they needed to keep the power of the Zeo Crystal safe. So, the maiden, the sixth Ranger, and the last of their people left Gaia to find a new world. A safer world where they could all live in peace and start anew."

Gabriella begins smiling as she shows a planet where they lived on. "It was here they found a new world to live in, in a new universe where they could live in peace. It was here that the maiden used the piece of the Zeo Crystal she brought with her to create new life. And it was here she fell in love with the sixth Ranger, and the two formed a family together."

Barriss took notice of Gabriella smiling and soon begins putting two together. "W-wait a minute. The maiden and the sixth Ranger, where they?"

Gabriella begins giggling a little and nods in response as she shows an image of the maiden embracing the sixth Ranger. The Rangers look on to see the maiden appearing with long white hair, fair skin, and silver eyes. While the other was a man with short black hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. The two soon embraced in a kiss as the Rangers look on smiling as they realized who they were.

"The maiden's name was Reiko and the sixth Ranger was Zordon. They are my mother and father," said Gabriella as she reveals the appearance of her parents.

"This is so cool!" Rick replied who never saw what Zane's parents looked like, but here they are. "And to think Zane's father was a Power Ranger too? That…actually makes sense."

Rachel nods in agreement. "And to think that right now the original Power Rangers are all locked in the mountain with the darkness. After they sacrificed themselves to save everyone…I don't know what to say."

"I don't think there isn't much to say since to be honest. If we were in the same position, we would have done the same thing," said Lux knowing they would be ready to give up their lives for the people.

Barriss nods in agreement. "Still, I can see why Zane didn't want to know about this. If Damien or any of his allies knew about this world, they would bring only harm to it," she then turns to the mountain. "Just for power."

Jake knew Barriss is right and understands now why Zane made sure not to find out anything about the history of his parents' home world. To protect their people and to protect their home.

"Gabriella, Zane told us what happened to Eltar. The planet your father and I guess now the people of Gaia lived. I assume the reason you came here is because you wanted to bring them back to their real home?" Jake asked.

Gabriella nods and then shook her head in response. "I did bring them here so they can be given a home after losing our old home. However, I came here to fulfill my mother's promise."

"Her promise?" Jake asked appearing confused.

Kimberly steps forward and responds. "Their mother had spent thousands of years trying to find a way to free the Ranges from the darkness. It wasn't until she was reunited with Zordon that she found a way to free them."

The Rangers paid attention as Kimberly explains what Zordon and Reiko discovered.

"Before Eltar was taken, they found a way to help free the Rangers from the darkness and free their spirits. They must choose five brave warriors who bare their power to fight them in combat and destroy the darkness in order to save them," Kimberly finished explaining.

"Bare their power? I thought their power was sealed away with them?" Rick asked looking confused.

"Not quite," Kimberly replied as she walks over to Rachel and points to her Morpher. "Before they were overcome by the darkness, the Power Rangers removed half of their power and gave them to the maiden. So, they can pass on their power to the next generation and to help keep the universe safe from harm."

Rachel pulls out her Morpher and noticed how the Power Coin is beginning to glow. The other Rangers took their Morphers out and noticed their coins did the same thing. In fact, when they turned them to the direction of the mountain the Power Coins glowed even brighter. The Power Rangers soon realized the power they possess once belong to the original Power Rangers…the ones before the ones they considered the originals.

Gabriella walks over to the edge of the garden and begins to speak. "My mother had hope to bring the original Power Rangers together to help free the others. However, Zordon told her how they were badly damaged and prevented the Rangers from Morphing. By the time they were able to fix them, my mother was gone."

She wipes away a small tear from her eyes and turned to the Rangers. "Before she died, she told me how to find this world and made me promise to keep our people safe. She passed on her power to me and since then I brought my people here. So, they can finally be at peace and so I can keep my mother's promise. To free her friends and help their spirits move on, but then I found out how dangerous the trials were, and I knew I had to wait until Zane could find the perfect team to help free them."

Jake turns to the others and he knew there is now more on the line than just saving their universe. They have to help free the ones who kept this universe safe from evil for so many years. If it wasn't for them then the darkness would have destroyed this universe and they wouldn't be here today. Hell, there wouldn't be any Power Rangers as well to stop Damien's father and his allies.

The Power Rangers know they owe it to these brave warriors for what they did, and it is time for them to find peace.

"Gabriella, we're not going to lie. We're not exactly perfect," said Jake knowing he can't lie to her saying they are a perfect team. "But we are a team and we have looked out for each other even through some of the most difficult times. We're ready for the trials and we're ready to help free the Rangers."

"Are you sure?" Gabriella asked. "Keep in mind this is going to be dangerous and you could possibly die."

"We know the risk and we're still here," said Rachel knowing they have come too far to give up now. "We're ready."

Gabriella is happy to hear this, while Kimberly wasn't sure about it. "Perfect. We will begin to trial tonight. First, you we will need to prepare the spell before you depart. Secondly, we'll need to get the uniform to wear for the trial."

"Spell? Uniform? What do you mean?" Rachel asked as she appears confused like the others.

"You will find out," said Gabriella as her guards bring them the uniforms. "Tell me, is there a planet in your universe that still use medieval armor?"

"The hell is medieval?" Rick asked.

We also got the origin of the original Power Rangers…the original ones before the MMPR ones. Now, since this is my version, I hope no one is going to complain about this version. Also, let's be honest. The history of the Power Rangers kept on changing, especially how in Megaforce they claimed Zordon had a pupil and yet he never appeared. Nor was he ever mentioned at all.

Hell, if I recall correctly, he said he appeared during a time of crisis. So, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed, Time Force, Wild Force, etc. Those didn't count? Interesting.

Anyways, it looks like the rematch is going to begin soon. Think the Rangers will succeed? Think this time they'll kick Abomination's ass?
