Chapter 18 - The End of the Virus Force

In the previous chapter, Gardina and Arga were having their duel match. In the midst of the duel, Arga used her secret strategy to attack her but due to Playmaker's strong determination of love and devotion to Gardina. Gardina activated her Duel Skill, Green Power Evolution and she brought forth her new ultimate ace signature monster, Super Ultimate Green Fire Dragon. On the other hand, the Virus King was started to getting weakened his power, due to Gardina's Duel Skill.

Will Gardina (Hazel) can able to defeat her? Will it will could be the end of the Virus King and his forces?

Arga, was surprised in shocked of Gardina's new ace signature monster, Super Ultimate Green Fire Dragon.

" This is impossible! You have a Miracle monster? It can't be.. " with shockness on her face

" Arga, you are going down. "

Playmaker and the other duelists were still standing at the rooftop of the building, watching the duel match.

" I hope Gardina will gonna win... she was our only hope in saving Link VRAINS. " Soulburner said

" Same goes to me, Soulburner. " Ai said to him

" Miracle monsters are far more stronger and powerful than any other Duel monsters. So very rare... " Varis stated

Playmaker, holded his locket necklace, through his hand, placed on his chest, thought on his mind " my dear Hazel... I will kept counting on you... you can do it... my darling... "

(Back at the duel match)

" I activate it's special ability. When it was on my field, when my opponent has a monster with higher attack points than 2000, I will gonna attack the player directly. "

This makes Arga was shocked even more.

" Now, Super Ultimate Green Fire Dragon, attack Arga with your Green Fury Blast!! "

His attack was fired to Arga.

" You impudent! " with a gritted anger on her face

Arga - 2700 to 1000 LP

" And there's more... I played a trap card, Green Stopper. When this card was played, it will negated the opponent to launched an attack to my monster. "

" There will be no next turn... Arga, this is will be your end. Super Ultimate Green Fire Dragon, finished her off, with your Ultimate Flame Blast!! "

His attack was fired at Arga once again and it was very effective against her.

Arga - 1000 to 0 LP

The duelists were so very happy that Gardina had defeated Arga.

" Way the go, Gardina! " Mouse Hero Boy shouted

" Not a shame, huh... I'm so very impressed.. " Ghost Gal said, with impressment on her face

" Whew! That was the close one. " Spectre said, with a relief

" Yeah, sure thing is.. " Varis uttered

Meanwhile, the Virus King was almost felled weakened, losing all of the powers that he had been absorbed with, including Cyberse deck (Playmaker), was returned back to its original owners and also the Link monsters were revived again. Some of the Virus knights were vanished away one by one. Even that, the weather was getting back to normal state and everything were returned to its original way, thanks to Gardina's Duel Skill. Everyone in the Link VRAINS were so very happy that the virtual reality world was saved again from the great darkness and destruction.

Return back, Arga, was almost lose her own life, said to Gardina " Do you think that you had won against me? But the next time we meet each other again, I will gonna challenge you again in a rematch. Mark my words. I shall returned back again... for sure... " and she disappeared away from sight

The duelists were confused of what she said to her even Playmaker was feeling nervous with fear. Gardina, turned her back, smiling at him, making Playmaker to calmed down.

(After the duel match)

" I guess everything were getting back to normal as usual. " Soulburner said

Varis went approached to Gardina.

" What now, Mr Varis? " she asked

" I would like to say... congratulations for saving the entire Link Vrains. Every players here, were so very happy. It was due to your secret Duel Skill, using your green ring. You are truly are the heroine of this world. " Varis answered

" Thanks, Mr Varis. I'll appreciate it. " Gardina said, and they shake hands together

Playmaker, turned his head, asked " Shall we go back? "

" Oh, sure thing. Meet again someday? I would like having an another duel match against each of you here in Link VRAINS. " Gardina asked Varis

" Sure thing, Miss Gardina. " Varis answered

" Same goes to me " Ghost Gal said

" No problem at all. See you again someday, everyone. " Gardina said

And they logged out together. Playmaker, Gardina, Soulburner, Mouse Hero Boy along with Ai and the other Ignises were returned back to the real life world. Kolter, was so very delighted, went approached to them.

" Are you guys were alright? " he asked

" We are fine, Mr Kolter...really. The Virus Force was gone, thanks to Gardina... I mean... Miss Hazel. " Theodore said to him

" It is? Thanks goodness, you did well that much, Hazel... nice job. " Kolter said

" Your Welcome, Mr Kolter. It was my greatest duty as the protector of the entire worlds.. both virtual and the real life. " Hazel stated

" And speaking of which, the Cyberse deck has been returned back to my duel disk. " Yusaku said to Kolter, showing his duel disk to him

" Whew, thanks goodness. It was safe and sound again. By the way, who wants some hotdog sandwich buns? " Kolter said, with relief

" Me, Mr Kolter! " Jeru said, with excitement

" Me too " Theodore said

The three went out. Yusaku turned his head, facing to Hazel, nodded his head.

" Is something bothering on your mind, Yusaku? "

His facial expression was getting nervous.

" Do you think that... Arga... secret identity was still alive out there? I'm getting frightened about this. "

She hold his hand, said to him " It will never let it that to happened. Arga was gone for good and I promise to you that I will gonna protect you no matter what it takes. No one can able to stop our relationship, I swear. "

" Are you really satisfied about that? "

" I promise, Yusaku. Do not be feared of. I know about your secret terrifying past but somehow, you have to let it go of it and move forward of what we have, okay? "

He leaned closer to her, in embracement, said " You are the only lady that I wanted with and it will never changed that way. You are my only light of my life forever and ever be. "

" I love you, Yusaku. "

" I love you too, Hazel... with all my heart and soul. "

They tried to kissed with each other but it was interrupted when Theodore calls them out.

" Yusaku! Hazeline! The hotdog sandwich buns were ready! " shouted in a loud voice

" So, shall we? "

" Of course, Hazel. "

And the two went out.

While they were having so much fun outside, Ai and the other Ignises were watching from afar.

" They were so very happy, right? " Earth asked Ai

" The hero Playmaker had found his future destiny lady at last. " Aqua said

" Playmaker... I mean... Yusaku.. had finally learned to be fall in love to a beautiful and brave woman just like Gardina... I mean.. Miss Hazel despite some hardest trials and challenges to faced with. After all, the evil was finally gone for good... and peace was returned again... both different worlds. " Ai said to them

" Hold on, Ai. And one more thing. " Lightning interrupted

" Yes, what is it? " Ai asked

" Are you really sure that Link VRAINS was already safe? " Lightning asked him

" And why you asking me about that? The Link VRAINS was safe, thanks to Hazel's Duel Skill. What gives. " Ai answered

" I got a bad humor about this. " Lightning said

" What got on your mind, Lightning? " Windy asked

On the other hand, the news of the defeat of the Virus Clan was went viral online. Also, the next day, Green Lantern Girl was confirmed to the entire public that she was in an official love relationship with the hero of Link Vrains, Playmaker. The news topic was trending worldwide.

Meanwhile, Jerry Mouse read a newspaper. When he turned to the next page, he was surprised in astonished. Yuya entered in, saw his facial expression.

" What the matter, Jer? "

" Take a look at this, Master. "

He showed the article about the news that Green Lantern Girl had finally confirmed that she was in an official love relationship with the hero of Link Vrains, Playmaker. This makes Yuya was froze in shut.

" Master, are you okay? "

And he walks out, without saying a word, with his facial expression was switched to resentment and jealousy. Jerry, stand up from the chair, tried to catch him up.

" Master Yuya! Wait for me!! " runs after him

The battle against the Virus Clan was finally over. Yusaku (Playmaker) and Hazel (Gardina) were going back to their actual normal love relationship. But however, there is one person who was not happy about the news, in which it was no other than the previous protagonist of Yu Gi Oh, the master and mentor of Jerry, Yuya Sakaki.

What will be the role of Yuya in the lives of Yusaku and Hazel? Will it could be the fated fury confrontation between Yu Gi Oh main characters?
