Chapter 19 - Peaceful Life Begins

In the previous chapter, Gardina had defeated Arga by using her new signature ace monster and her Duel Skill. Thanks to her ability, the entire Link VRAINS was recovered back to its original state and the Virus Clan were been destroyed for good. After that, the duelists were returned back to real life world. On the other hand, the previous protagonist of Yu Gi Oh, Yuya Sakaki (Arc V), was surprised that Green Lantern Girl and Playmaker were in an official love relationship, went out, with resentment and jealousy while his secret apprentice Jerry Mouse had followed him.

Will the two duelists will crossed with each other? What will be the role of Yuya in the relationship of Hazel and Yusaku?

After the defeat of the Virus Force, Link VRAINS was started to getting more improvement and much wider than ever. Even so, more duelists had been entered in the game in order to test themselves as a duelist. It was all thanks to Gardina / Green Lantern Girl (Hazel), the new defender of the entire virtual reality games although they didn't know who she really was.

Hazel, on the other hand, was hanging out on a date vacation with Yusaku for a week while Jeru (Mouse Hero Boy) will be taking place as the defender of Link VRAINS while they were away.

The two couple went to a resort beach with a hotel on it. Yusaku, was very impressed of the beautiful view.

" Wow, I had never been here in this place from before... so very beautiful and well neat. " with impressment on his face

" I guess you like it, huh? " turned her head, facing to him

" Of course, Hazel. I love it. " with a smile on his face

And so, the two proceeds in inside the hotel building. They went up to the room on the third floor, that Hazel had reserved a day ago.

" This room was so very nice and comfortable. "

" I had reserved that a day ago so that no other person could picked it. "

" I can't believe it. After all, this is my first time to be here in a farther place rather than Den City. "

Hazel, went approached to him, wrapped his shoulder by both of her hands, leaned closer to him.

" Yeah, after all... no one could ruined our relationship.. and besides... we should spend time together... just the two of us..."

" Hazel "

" Yeah? " as she looks at him

" I love you so much, Hazeline.. I mean.. my beloved Gardina.. "

" I love you so much too, Yusaku... I mean.. Playmaker.. "

They went to the window balcony, and they shared a kiss on the night with bright stars on the night skies.

After they kissed, Yusaku raised his head a little bit, facing to Hazel " So.. what are your next plans? "

" My next plans? "

" Mhmm.. are you gonna going back to your work next week? "

" Yeah, after all... it was my duty to protect on those who are in need. But somehow.."

" Somehow what? "

" What are your plans in the near future? "

" my plans for my future? " with a little bit curiosity and he faced at the window " Well... going to getting graduated high school and then to find a better course for college years.. that's all. "

" Oh, have you ever think on your mind of getting married? "

This makes Yusaku blushed in red on his face.

" married? Hazel, I guess you got to be joking me... you know what, I'm not ready to getting married yet. And besides, you are a little bit older than me. "

" Why? Are you afraid of marrying at the young age, Yusaku? "

" Not quite that much... I mean that.. I'm not prepared to become as a parent.. and besides.. I should focused on taking care of Jeru.. even though he was been created from me.. he was considered as my own family member.. not only as an ally and as a friend.. more than that.. a brother or a son.. "

Hazel, turned her head, faced at the window. She paused in silence for a moment while Yusaku looked at her, did the same way as she did.

After a few minutes, he responded " I guess it was hard to make a perfect family, huh? After all, we are all different from each other... "

" Yeah, you say so, Yusaku. Oh, I been heard a news. "

" Yeah, what is it? "

" Have you seen or heard the legendary warrior named Sailor Moon? "

" Yes, I had been heard of her. She was the leader of a galaxy defenders called " Sailor Scouts " and she was very popular throughout the world, not only in our country. Her magical powers and abilities were so very strong and powerful.. just you did. "

" Yep. She and I were have the same ways: we are both came from an another planet from outer space. I had met her a month ago. "

" Wow, I can't believe it. Jeru was a huge fan of her and he really wanted to meet her in personal. So, now what? "

" Miss Sailor Moon was already engaged to someone. "

" Yeah. She said that their wedding celebration will be next year. And you know what, her husband to be was an excellent, tough and talented duelist just like you although he was studied in a professional dueling school. "

Note - The duelist whom Hazel referred was Jaden (Judai) Yuki (Yu Gi Oh GX).

" Yeah. He will be one of the judges in the upcoming Dueling Competition Match, for every duelists from across the world. He will be joined alongside with the King of Games. "

" Wow, that was sounds interesting. So, are you really gonna participated in the competition? "

" Of course it is. Me alongside with Jeru, Theodore and of course, Varis and Gore will be joined in the competition also. Maybe you should cheer for me. " with a slight laughter on his face

" Well, okay. I'll be there to cheer you along with your friends and allies. "

" Thanks, Hazel. You are the greatest lady ever. " and he smiled

" No problem, Yusaku. After all, I will never let you down... for real. After you will gonna graduate from college, we will getting married in the near future and besides that, I will give you everything with all I have with... for you and to everyone... including Jeru as well. Somehow, I was a little bit envious that Miss Sailor Moon was getting engaged to her man of her dreams, a better and talented duelist. "

" Maybe we can " hold her hand, tightly

" It is? "

" Yeah, after all.. we will be like them.. and besides, you are so very important to my life.. even though you are different from anyone else. "

" I thought that you had said that you are not ready to getting married. "

" Well... I had already changed my mind.. of what you had said back when... just you somehow, I was a little bit resented that he will gonna married to his own special someone.. and his own true love. I was been thinking that... if we getting married together, our responsibilities and goals was far more important than our own responsibilities as a heroine and a duelist. "

" You are started to act as an adult, just like Mr Cal Kolter does. Perhaps, we should balanced our responsibilities as defenders and as a couple. Precisely, maybe... Jeru will be our adopted son.. if we will getting married.. "

Hazel turned her back away from him. She turned her head, asked " So.. shall we eat first? I guess you are getting hungry that much after a long trip all way from the city. "

" Oh, sure thing, Hazel. " went approached to her, and he holds her hand, tightly

The two are looked at each other faces, in a romantic manner.

" I love you, Hazel.. my green heroine. "

" I love you too, Yusaku... my great courager. "

And the two went out of the room, going down to eat dinner at the restaurant nearby at the ground floor.

Meanwhile at Cal Kolter's place, Jeru was reading some books at the table, near by the computer table while Kolter was out to visit to his younger brother, Jin.

Then, someone was knocked on the door.

" Coming! " stood up from the chair and he opened the door

When he opened the door, he was surprised.

" Who are you anyway? "

The mysterious person asked " Is your name was Jeru.. I mean... Mouse Hero Boy, I'm right? "

" Yes, I am. And who might you be? "

" Is your master was there? "

" Uh.. you mean my master Yusaku or by his secret identity, Playmaker? Oh, I'm so sorry, he will be back here in a week. "

" Where he's going at? "

" Well.. he was having a vacation trip with his childhood friend and now his girlfriend, Hazeline in a far away city. Do you have any thing that you wanted to request for my master? "

The mysterious person was surprised of what he had said, the stranger was no other than Yuya Sakaki.

" Uh.. nothing.. I just came here for asking if he was here around. Sorry for your disturbance. "

" It was okay, Mister. Who are you exactly? Do you know everything about my master Yusaku or by his secret identity Playmaker? "

Then, another voice was heard " Master Yuya! "

Jeru was surprised by the voice.

An another mouse came in, went approached to Yuya " Master! You shouldn't be going here in this place. "

" Hold on.. are you really the duelist performer Yuya Sakaki, right? " he asked

" Yes, I am. Oh, and this is my secret apprentice Jerry Mouse. " Yuya said to him

Jeru went approached to him " You must be Jerry Mouse, right? "

" Yes, I am. Are you the one who called Mouse Hero Boy of Link VRAINS? "

" Yes, it is. I'm the secret apprentice of Master Yusaku Fujiki under the alias Playmaker, hero of Link VRAINS. "

" Playmaker was your mentor? Wow, I can't believe it. It was a great pleasure to meet you, Jeru. "

" Sure thing "

The two mouses shaked their hands, as a sign of greeting.

" Anyway.. what do you want from my master Yusaku, Mr Sakaki? " Jeru asked

Yuya paused for a moment in silence, making him to be wondered in curiosity.

" Uh, Mr Sakaki... are you okay? Is there's something wrong? " with curiosity on his face

After a few seconds, he responded " Well.. I'm just came here to asked him about something.. "

" Oh, I see.. but my master will be back tomorrow. Hope you two will getting along with each other in personal is because both of you were great duelists. " Jeru said to him

" Yeah, sure thing... " Yuya uttered, with half smile on his face

And both Yuya and Jerry left away.

As they were already left, Jeru thought on his mind " I think there is something fishy about Mr Sakaki... I wondered why... "

The next morning after their vacation trip, Hazel brought Yusaku to his school, through her motorcycle.

And they stopped by at the entrance gate of the school.

Yusaku went down from the motorcycle, turned his head to her " So.. will you gonna fetch me after class in the afternoon? "

" Sure thing, Yusaku. " with a smile on his face

" Well... I'm headed in now, Hazel. "

He was almost in a hurry to get in but that very moment, he was stopped by when he sees Yuya was standing behind the post stand, with an unknown expression on his face, facing at Yusaku. When Hazel saw him, she was surprised in astonished.

" Mr Yuya Sakaki, is that was really you?! " with a surprise on her face

This makes Yusaku was surprised of what she had said.

And the three were facing to each other, in different facial expressions.

" Wait... you know him?! Since when? " Yusaku asked her, in a serious voice manner, turned his back, facing at her

This makes Yuya was getting jealous in rage. Hazel, had quiet for a moment, became confused of what she should said to Yusaku.

As everything were getting back to normal and better lives, both Hazel and Yusaku were having their private spend time together, professed their love together but however Yuya had suddenly entered in the picture, in which Hazel had recognize him and the three were crossed paths together in the same place.

Will Hazel can able to admitted the real truth to Yusaku of her secret connection with Yuya? Will there will be a love triangle rivalry between two duelists who were both fell in love to a famous superheroine?
