Rapunzel kept hearing Eugene sneeze a lot more then usual.
'You feeling okay? You've been sneezing a lot.' She asked.
'I think I have a cold in my head.' Eugene replied, nasilly.
'Oh dear, well. You're definitely going to have to take it easy today. I'll have the castle physician bring up some medicine.'
Rapunzel left for a few hours, but didn't feel comfortable leaving Eugene alone for that long in his condition. So, she went back, and decided to do work from their room.
While Eugene was asleep, she got work done, cleaned up the room a bit. And when Eugene was awkae, She read to him.
That evening
'Cold feels a bit better, I think.' Eugene said, still nasally.
'Maybe you'll feel a lot better tomorrow.' Rapunzel replied.
'Thanks for staying with me today, you didn't have to, but I'm glad you did.'
'Anytime!' And she kissed him on the cheek.
