Tanjiro's loops looked something like this.
1st life – Canon (until the very end when Tanjiro is turned into a demon and runs away).
2nd life – Tanjiro woke up, panicked, and (after much persuasion) took family to town for the night. The whole town died when Muzan found them.
3rd life – Tanjiro told his mom about the resets. His mom took him to the doctor and they stayed the night. They came back to the massacre. While carrying Nezuko and leading his mother (who was in shock) down the mountain, Nezuko turned into a demon and attacked. Unlike the first time, their mom protected Tanjiro from Nezuko. This caused Kie's death. Because Nezuko tasted human blood, she wasn't responsive to Tanjiro's pleas and kept attacking him. Giyuu had to kill her. Tanjiro joined the corps again, but tried using his sun breath right away. Because he wasn't physically strong enough and he had lost his entire family this time (depression), it ended up killing him.
4th life – Tanjiro gets out of the house in a panic and after traveling towards one of the nearer towns, he runs into Muzan. He has no idea if that saved his family or not. Muzan killed him.
5-9th lives – Tanjiro tries to get his family to run to different places. None of them work. Muzan tracks them down each time, either because he's in the mood for a hunt or because he's looking for them specifically.
10th life – He has them bunker down at the house, Muzan kills them all and turns both Nezuko and Tanjiro (who do their best to protect their family) into demons... surrounded by their dead family... Giyuu kills them when he comes across two newly turned demons feasting.
11th life – Tanjiro tries to find ways to trap the area so Muzan can't get to them or is led away. It doesn't work well, but it works enough that he sees it has promise. He vows to make better traps next time.
12th life – Tanjiro tries the trap thing again and leads Muzan around to some of them. Muzan is impressed enough to turn him into a demon instead of just killing him. Tanjiro wakes up as a demon and goes after his family. He doesn't remember much of the rest of that one and was likely killed by Giyuu.
13th life – Tanjiro wears his mother down and manages to convince her to take the family down to the town because of rumors of a bear that didn't hibernate. He says he'll stay behind and pack and join them for a couple of days until the 'bear' is caught. Then he does what he did the previous loop and is turned into a demon. Doesn't remember the rest of the loop.
14 - 23rd (ish, gets fuzzy from here for him) – Same thing happens because it's the best outcome he's come across and he doesn't know what else to do. This is the first time he starts to remember his time as a demon and when he starts to realize he remembers more and more each loop.
24th life – he remembers enough to go to Asakusa and looks for Tamayo immediately after he's turned into a demon... it doesn't end well because there are humans there and he attacks them. However, it takes months for demon slayers to find him and by that time he's regained some of his previous sapience. He's eventually killed by a demon slayer.
25-28th lives – He tries to find Tamayo again. On the 28th life he succeeds, although he's still eaten people on the way. She changes his body to be like hers and Yushiro. He ends up studying under her and learns about demons and their bodies/cells and starts to study other areas of physical and mental health. This loop is one of the longest Tanjiro goes through because nothing really changes when it comes to the satus quo. About eight or so years in, Muzan attacks the Demon Slayers Corps and destroys them. Tanjiro goes out to try and find a way to stop him, but Tamayo's way of changing demon bodies doesn't allow for serious strength or growth, so even though he knows breath styles, he has to go looking for a Nichirin blade and ends up being killed by Kokushibo about 3 years later. So a total of around 11 years this time.
29th life – Tanjiro is able to end up with Tamayo again for a couple of years before he tries to approach demon slayers to warn them. The demon slayer kills him.
30-37th lives – Tanjiro keeps approaching demon slayers. Zinetsu runs away from him then (when he inevitably faints) attacks and kills Tanjiro. Inosuke just outright attacks him, as does Kanao and most of the Pillars. (During one of these lives, he manages to make it Tamayo's without giving into the demon instincts and attacking a single human.)
38th life – Tanjiro finally finds a demon slayer who will listen, but they're fairly low ranked and not at Tsuguko. The demon slayer is killed by another demon and Tanjiro is killed by another demon slayer. He realizes he's going to have to try another approach.
39th life – After a couple of years at Tamayo's for more studying, he goes to Urokudaki. Urokudaki kills him.
40th life – He goes to Zenitsu's Gramps. Gets killed. (Note, he decides not to bother with the Rengoku estate.)
41st life – Tanjiro realizes that if he wants to approach anyone who will be of any help to him, he'll have to grow stronger. He feels like he's gotten kind of weak in the last couple of loops, especially as Tamayo has been the one to change his body. While he can still fight with his breath styles like that, it's a little pointless when he can't get ahold of a nichirin blade – or at least a really nice blade (that tend to be very expensive and kind of illegal to carry around), but he wants to be able to take on demons too. So he gets to Tamayo's house and asks her not to change his body this time as he once again manages to make it there without attacking humans. He says he's going to try and sleep. He ends up sleeping for three years straight.
When he wakes up, he goes in search of a nichirin blade and manages to find one via a dead slayer that has been attacked by a demon (he's really upset he didn't make it in time to save the demon slayer, but that doesn't stop him from taking the blade). He goes back to Tamayo's place and practices for the next year or so before he ventures out. He knows he still isn't a match for pillars, but he should be able to hold his own against most Kinoe or lower and also most Waning Moons. He keeps trying to give the demon slayers he comes across warnings that Muzan is planning an attack. Some of them listen, most of them don't, but it all gets back to Ubuyashiki. The Slayer Corps Head decides to get in contact with Tamayo and/or Tanjiro and they strike an uneasy alliance. Many of the pillars he works with are extremely uneasy at him working with them, let alone him using breath styles, so he relies mostly on his Blood Art.
He is with Rengoku when they're attacked by Akaza. Tanjiro drags Akaza into the sun to kill him, but ends up dying too because of it. Saves Rengoku's life.
42-49th lives – Tanjiro stops having Tamayo change his body permanently and ends up sleeping for years as his body changes each time. He begins to realize that when he sleeps longer (full three years), he becomes resistant to the sunlight. 42 is the first time he approaches his family after becoming a demon (and after he's slept too). He realizes that in all his previous lives when he just took off to Tamayo's, his family thought he was dead. He sees how much that hurts them and vows to be there for them, even though he can't stay for long because he still doesn't completely trust himself around them and also because he has plans.
In these loops, he plays them much like he played 41 and tends to find out that while he can take on up through Waxing 4, once he reaches Akaza, things start getting difficult. So he trains and gets to a point where he can kill Akaza with another pillar in tow. He starts trying to reach the stage of gaining the transparent world again. On life 49, they end up taking down Akaza.
Then Kokushibo shows up. =.= He doesn't survive that.
50–80th lives – He trains to fight Kokushibo. He also starts staying around to speak with Giyuu after Tanjiro is turned into a demon so he can go and see his family earlier. By this point, he hasn't eaten a human in well over 30 loops. Taking on Koksuhibo is his new goal. On life 80 (or thereabouts, still a bit fuzzy), he is able to defeat Kokushibo if he can get the right pillars in the right place.
Then Muzan shows up. =.= He doesn't survive that either, although a lot of that is because he's learned to walk in the sun and would rather cut his own head off than allow that power to go to Muzan. He knows he's lucky Muzan hasn't absorbed him in any of the timelines yet. (He's terrified of dragging Muzan back with him in the time loops.)
Reoccurring Sunrise occurs towards the end of this stint.
81st life – Tanjiro realizes that he'll have to leave the Kizuki to the other Pillars and needs to get as strong as Muzan. But to give the pillars the best chance possible, he needs more info on the Kizuki. He's fought them often enough, but there are things even he hasn't figured out (few and far between as they are). He wants to get to know their psychological weaknesses as well and also see what he can figure out about Muzan's powers. By this time, it only takes him about 5 months to get his body to change to a point where he doesn't have to eat humans and a full 8 will allow him to walk in the sun. He decides to forego the sun immunity this time and infiltrates the upper ranks of the Kizuki. He challenges Akaza and is surprised when he wins the first time on his own. That's the first time he really gets to know the Kizuki on a more personal level… it isn't a happy time.
Muzan gets so frustrated with the fact that he isn't trying to conquer the sun for him that he just up and kills Tanjiro at one point.
82nd life – Muzan, while turning Tanjiro this time, gets memories of Tanjiro's previous stint as a Waxing Moon and looks deeper. He sees more and is convinced this kid will conquer the sun for him. He captures Tanjiro when he's with his family, and Blood Moon happens. Muzan essentially holds his family hostage and forces Tanjiro to do terrible things as Waxing Zero…
Eventually, he goes back on his word to not hurt Tanjiro's family and Tanjiro manages to drag Muzan into the sunlight, killing both of them.
83rd life – Sunlight From The Ashes.
